Room was not 100% my daughter and I stayed for a 3 day volleyball tournament we didn’t get back to the hotel till midnight and they had construction going on waking her up at 7:30 am when she needed her sleep to play again the next day. This happened last year too and we thought it was a one time thing with the construction. I won’t be staying here again! No consideration for the inconvenience when I spoke with the front desk.

Bathroom had hair and blood in it, pillows on bed were tiny, when the adjoining room used their shower the pipes in the walls made an extremely loud groaning and vibration that was terrifying and sounded like the wall was going to collapse. The neighbors showered at 1am and 3:30am so I was awoken by the pipes at those hours. Our heater made a sound like a chainsaw being used outside so we had to turn our heat off to sleep and it was freezing. Breakfast supposed to be 6am-10am but staff cleaned it up at 9:06am so my kids and I were all hungry. To top it all off the cost to rent a movie was $25. I had 5 hours of driving ahead of me after this hotel stay and I went into it exhausted and hungry. Worst hotel experience of my life and I’ve stayed at some pretty bad hotels so that’s really saying something. Do not stay here.

The breakfast was edible at best. I can handle the reconstituted scrambled eggs, but the previously fried and rewarmed eggs were like hockey pucks. Also, the waffle maker was about impossible to flip over.
As far as the room goes - the bed was really hard. Probably more of a personal preference but it felt like I was sleeping on a slab of lumber. The room was rather cold, even though we turned up the thermostat. Anywhere by the window was very cold and there were no extra blankets in the room. Hotels usually have at least one in the closet. The coffee in the room was terrible. I took 1 sip and dumped the rest. And finally, I'm not sure how often they change out the bathroom \"amenities\", but there was a makeup removal cloth there that I opened and used one evening. As I was wiping it on my face I realised it was so old that it literally smelled like vomit. Took me forever with hot water and soap to wash that off my face and hands. Truly disgusting. All in all I was quite disappointed. We've stayed at La Quinta Inns before and were pleased but it will be a long time before we return.

Very loud water noise or toilet running made it impossible to sleep… very uncomfortable beds and pillows felt like they were filled with packing peanuts. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was inedible. We had to go out and get breakfast.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was not good. Upon arrival, there were 2 non-working refrigerators in the room - one of them unplugged. Neither cooled off so they brought us a new one. Upon getting into one of the beds, we discovered blood on the sheets. We requested new sheets and remade the bed. Temperature control either hot or cold…. Nothing in between. Again, front desk staff and maintenance very friendly and helpful but the room conditions are completely unacceptable. If it wasn’t so late, I’d request my money back and get a room elsewhere.

The room was disgusting. The bathroom smelled like sewer and had mold all through it. The carpet was disgusting and the room smelled like harsh cigarette smoke. There were patches that were peeling off the walls that exposed holes in the walls. The furniture was filled with dirty spots. I stayed for 4 hours never unpacked and signed out. They still charged me a full day and taxes. Never again will I stay at this hotel chain. I had my doggy there and he was anxious and miserable. They tried to charge me $250 because their front person never registered my dog even thought I paid for the pet fee. If I could give a negative rating, I would. I have pictures and videos just in case someone from the hotel wants to dispute my experience.

The room was old and in poor condition. The toilet didn't flush properly or stop running without removing the lid and manually adjusting the floater. The shower curtain rod was improperly installed and the curtain didn't span the space so the floors were always wet. There was visible mold/mildew on the ceiling and other places around the shower.

We didn't spend much time at the hotel. The pillows were awful, chunks of foam, only 3 of them on each bed. The shower rod was falling off the wall and so the curtain didn't close and the bathroom was flooded.

Not worth inflated prices

It was family weekend at several local colleges so the prices were already inflated but we paid for 2 rooms, booked early and requested they be near eachother since we were traveling with our children and a baby. The room keys didn’t work and when we finally got help- we realized one room was already occupied and the person staying in that room was obviously unhappy. We had to take a room several floors up and the hotel was old and not well kept with a musty smell.

I stayed there with my wife and two of my kids. Our neighbors came around midnight obnoxiously loud and waking everyone up. After about an hour I heard security at their door (they must have woken up other guests, too) and they got quiet, but only for a bit. I woke up again around 3:00 AM to them being ridiculously loud and I called the front desk. After about 20 minutes they were finally quiet. If the hotel tolerates people like this, then they lose customers like me.

We had a nice stay. The heated pool was great! The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The only issue I had was with breakfast. The hot food was cold and there were only 2 waffle makers. It was a very long wait for me to get my kids breakfast. You have ample space for a second waffle station. At least move the existing one as it crowded the flow of traffic.
