Thankfully the manager allowed me to change rooms. The sheets weren't the cleanest. It was actually the stained mattress cover showing through the sheets. Nasty! The manager wasn't happy and he kindly checked out the sheets in the new room to be sure they were satisfactory.
Sidenote-the workout facility is very nice but too HOT! Somehow you need to regulate that area to be cooler. Working out is sweaty work so walking into a hot space pre workout isn't the most encouraging! Thanks!

Besides the lack luster appearance and worn out look, I haven’t had a small TV that had no Internet or any streaming services whatsoever and a cable platform that seems like it was back from the 90’s? I could even deal with that, but when they loudly knocked on my door at 11 AM and we woke up from a long night of sports tournaments, then when I called down at the front desk and asked if I could get a little bit more time and the man asked me my room number and then came back and said absolutely not, You are four minutes past, sou need to get out. I responded, can I at least take a shower and pack up and he said again your four minutes past and you need to get out now. I will never ever stay in a Hampton again and if Hampton is a Hilton, which I am a member of, I will be canceling my membership immediately I was looking for a reason, anyways with our fine governor’s family that owns this establishment and is running our state into the ground as well. I will say I visited a Springhill Marriott a few times over this weekend and it was an absolute pleasure.

The staff was amazing and very welcoming. Breakfast was good, and our room was comfortable and clean. The only downside was the bathroom - the toilet often required more than one flush, and the shower head had some issues. That said, these were minor inconveniences and did not take away from an otherwise great stay. We were very satisfied overall. We usually stay at a different hotel, but this will likely be our new go-to when visiting.

My wife and I loved this hotel. Our room was enormous and very clean. We got a King Suite, and there was definitely enough room for our family of 4.The staff was extremely kind to us and our two toddlers. They were always at the desk whenever we needed them. The hot breakfast was really good. The biscuits and gravy was a to die for option. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t get to experience too much. It’s honestly been a while since I’ve stayed a hotel that impressed me as much as this one did. I recommend 10/10.

This property was perfect - minus not having a Hot Tub. The Monon trail behind the property was perfect for a walk with the pup. Staff were very courteous. The egg omelettes may have been suspect - but they always are, and you always eat them anyways. Good stay. Recommended.

Told new desk clerk next morning. Returned that evening to no new towels, nothing straightened in the room and no shampoo. Next morning told another new desk clerk. The hotel was great, however, the key system was down and you had to be escorted to your room every time you left. With no key, you had to ask to get into the pool, the gym, the ice room, etc. It definitely felt like you had zero freedom and had to wait for an “escort” and ask to do anything during the stay. It was easier to just stay in the room - super inconvenient. We even swapped off at breakfast so someone was in the room to let the other in. I’d have much rather eaten with my family. Also, most times the front desk would ask to see my ID to get access, but there were times they didn’t and just let us in with a room number - didn’t seem very secure at that point.

a couple things bothered me

I have never stayed in a hotel that you couldn't completely cover the windows and darken the room. There was a sizable gap that could not be altered and I could see parking lot lights and early morning light. Also, I forgot toothpaste. The front desk \"ran out\" the complimentary tubes and did not even have any for me to buy in the kiosk store. This was very disappointing and the staff was not very helpful about this. Someone needs to run out and get some because this is a service that guests just kind of expect when they infrequently forget items in an upper level hotel.

They offered a nice variety for breakfast including waffles, bacon, eggs, muffins, fruit, yogurt, bagels, and cereal. Breakfast was as expected and good. The room and pillows were comfy. Hotel was clean and service friendly.My one warning is if you need an accessable room in the comment section reserving the room be specific.i wasn't. My room was hearing accessable, but that was it. Only one grab bar in the shower no grab bars around the toilet. The hotel was apologetic and gave me a discount for the misunderstanding but couldn't change the room. I made due and I've learned a lesson about making reservations for an accessible room. I have stayed in Hamptons many times and this is the first time this has happened. I will continue to stay at Hampton s but will be more careful when booking.
