Stayed here because I was having the floors in my house redone everything was clean crispy everything worked no problems with that but I don’t know if there was a generator or the heating air ducts that were allowed enough that I left the TV on at night and the TV must collect some kind of satellite or something but it kept clicking off whatever station it was on and would be down for a minute or two and come back on I’ll be watching your show it would go blue and then come back on when I got up in the morning I was in the elevator and somebody else was saying the same thing to me but overall everything was clean brand new or at least up-to-date

Our stay at the Courtyard, for my husbad and I, was due to attending the Big E. Everything from checking in, the hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, to the stores & resturants surrounding this hotel, also getting to & from the Big E was such a truly great experience. Property was under construction and was not mentioned in the add. Courtyard could also not find our reservation at first and them gave us keys to someone else’s room! Then fire alarm went off at 6am and then maid service was banging on our just before 10am when we a do not disturb sign on the door and check out was 11am. Could have been worse but All in all a bad stay, thankfully it was only one night.

Location is great (clean and centrally located) except there is NO complimentary continental breakfast (which is OK, but .....) - NOT EVEN COFFEE. You are expected to buy Starbucks through an automated machine in the snack area (which had a warning on it that it needed to be rinsed), or at the \"bistro bar\" during bistro hours. We had to drive across the street to the Dunkin Donuts every morning. It's hard to believe that free coffee in the morning is not offered. Very disappointing and unexpected. BTW - I do understand that there are \"coffee makers\" in the room, but I think we can all agree that those things are gross. Overall a great place.

There is a coffee maker in the room but I am not fond of using them as I do not know how long they have sat without fresh water being ran through them and the cleanliness of the maker and pot.

I stayed for 3 nights. Waking up early morning to go to work. Unfortunately coming back at 1 am to find my room untidy. Linens, towels where I left them in the bathroom. I called the front desk but unfortunately there was no housekeeping to replace the linens. I literally had to go downstairs at 1:30 am to get linen to go do it myself. After a long day then coming to untidy, untouched room is very below standards. I believe someone must have checked that he/she cleaned the room.🤔. Courtyard you guys can do better. This was pathetic!

The courtyard was clean and the staff was friendly. The area it’s in is kind of scummy and the walls are paper thin. The pool is tiny. You can hear everything from other rooms. Overall it’s an average stay.

Very Disspointed with both the fact that the indoor pool was closed and, worse, how the front desk was so matter of fact about it without sincerity and such. Her name was Heather. At checkout, Roz was quite the opposite and without me even mentioning the pool, gave us a new bottle of water. Why do I mention this, because Heather was aware I was buying 2 bottle of water and a snack when we checked in, and when i walked over to the \"shop,\" she abruptly stated \"we aren't done yet.\" Frankly, very put off by her behaviour as I don't think she has any idea she works in the HOSPITLITY business, unlike Roz!
