Gave us a broken room. Broken heater ,broken shower. Cockroaches in the bathroom and then my bf went to ask for change at the desk and after going downstairs he almost got falsely arrested by a cop because of two other people fighting. Staff tried to tell us we were lying bout the shower.

Avoid! I've never before, in my 50+ years of traveling locally and internationally, ever felt a need to abandon a hotel without staying one night. This former Super 8 had derelict cars in parking lot, with an overall sense of the place falling apart. Lots of cigarette smoke and pot everywhere. Room looked shabby, new mattresses, but there were old mattresses tossed behind the property. I looked closer at the electrical outlet and saw rusty stains all around it and from inside it (most likely bed bugs), packed my stuff, and left. The hotel doesn't offer refunds... I wonder why! I cannot recommend staying here.

The staff were nice, but it was a bit inconvenient due to receiving no paper sleeve for the cards with room number, no written wifi password. We had to memorize everything. And the sink didn't drain. And the bathroom exhaust fan brought in strong smoke fumes from the smoking rooms. We felt safe enough, but this motel is definitely on its last leg.

Bathroom door was busted near door knob, taped up. Dead bugs on plastic wall corner covers, unsure what kind of bug it was. Hotel is very run down. Exterior doors do not latch. Hallways on both floors smell like Marijuana and cigarette smoke the entire 2 day stay. No elevator. The hotel seems to be used as a residence or temporary housing for people experiencing difficulties in life. The only reason I didn't switch hotels was the inside of the room was acceptable and the mattresses were quite comfortable.

I went there for a triathlon race. Since we need to wake up at 3am and check out. I booked this one because it is very cheap. Really doesn’t make sense to spend $400+ for a short 6hrs stay. Thats also why I wrote this review.

2. No elevator.
3. Try to avoid any rooms near the stairs. Because there is a huge loud door. Everyone walk in and out is a big loud slamming that will wake you up in the middle of sleep.
4. Takes 10mins to run the hot water to get hot enough for a shower.
5. The front desk dude is actually very nice. He is definitely trying to do his job in his pay grade. People blame he is cold and lack of courtesy. I think people need to understand first why he takes this job.

Yes the property is dated and old but I have certainly stayed in worse places run by big corporations. I give these folks a lot of credit for their work keeping up with the place. We tried going to the Outback Steakhouse across the street but it was very unclear as to where to cross the street so it's not exactly a convenient location if you're trying to do go to somewhere to sleep and then walk but just a mile down the road there's a very nice Mall so it's not completely inconvenient but when it's dark out and you don't know what's going on it's easy to feel like it's an inconvenience place

ALL NIGHT and even the next morning at 6:00 a.m. they were still talking and stomping around like a herd of elephants. NEVER ONCE SHUT UP.

My sister and I got absolutely not a minute of sleep that night.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Crack in the bathroom ceiling. Painted over mold. Cigarette burns on the sheet. Stains on the matress. Other guests smoking weed in the rooms. The hallways smelled musty. Very dimly lit inside and out. The staff were not rude, but very direct, wearing what were essentially pajamas.
I didn't feel safe. People were yelling in the hallways. Overal, this place was pretty ratchet. Not worth the low cost.

I have stsyed here the last few weekends and this time my room was nissing a microwave to which at first they tried lying ssying the rooms didn't have them when i know they do and its advertisrd as havibg them , then he says not all rooms have them and wouldnt change my room, only gave me one room key even though my checkin was 2 adults and that one key wouldn't work half the time and the floor was not even vacuumed good, the entrance doors didn't work cloest to my room had to walk all the way around, been giving this hotel buisness every weekend and the person at the desk a male with glasses just didn't seem to care about any issues , i made reservations somewhere else next weekend
