The pool area and hot tubs were the star of this property.
Great relaxing atmosphere and fun activities. The Staff was very attentive and warm as well.
The rooms were clean but very basic. Felt more like a Holiday inn express. Buffet was OK, a pretty standard buffet but we could always find something we liked.
The Steak and seafood dining option was superb. The Asian restaurant was really terrible. Everyone we saw in that restaurant, left and went to the buffet to get more food and dessert. They seriously need to revisit this one. We did not eat at the Italian, reservations can be tricky. They only let you book two days out and if you forget in the morning, you will not get a reservation until 9 pm.
Overall, we would not go back to this one. Again, it was clean and friendly but that is the best I can say.

The food here is excellent. This is a smaller resort so you cannot expect the large buffets and selection of a large property but what they offered was fresh and delicious.
The staff are wonderful, always helpful and friendly.
They have activities throughout the day. It’s easy to sit around the pool and listen or watch what is going on near the bar.
While they have the beach on the harbour, I did miss being on the ocean. But I enjoyed watching all the boats going by throughout the day. I knew this was the case coming in so I was disappointed but I’m just pointing it out as something to consider.

This was an enjoyable stay but the property fell short on a few things. First, the food was lack luster. Nothing I had was something to write home about. Eating at the restaurants was nearly impossible, we mainly had to eat at the buffet most of the time. Late night food offerings were disappointing. How is there no 24 hour room service? Upon checkout, our wristbands were cut so we were not allowed to do anything except sit in the lobby for an hour while we waited for our transport back to the airport. When asked for a 12 PM checkout no one got back to us (or anyone traveling with our party). A shuttle was offered daily to Atlantis if you wanted to go gambling or see the resort. However it only runs at 8 PM and 11 PM so if you want to go at any other time you have to figure it out yourself. It would have been nice to offer transportation to the Straw Market or other points of interest for guests. They have the vehicles. There needs to be a swim up bar or easier ways to get to the bar. Only two steps in and out for such a big pool was ridiculous. The pros? Very clean rooms, very nice staff some of the best customer service I’ve ever had, HEAVY pours at the bars, private beach on the channel and large pool. Nightly entertainment was a lot of fun! Overall, good stay but resort needs some experience improvements.

The Warwick is a great hotel. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. You can tell they all enjoy working there and that they work as a team. Loved that its adult only and all-inclusive.

The hotel is older and a little tired. Could use a bit of an update. Having said that, it is clean and the staff make up for any shortcomings. The food is good quality and there is plenty. There is a private beach which we enjoyed. We noticed that most other hotels do not have private beach access or they have access to beaches that are rough and not swimmable. The property was set up well and there was plenty of seating around the pool, beach and dock for everyone. The activity team was great and made all activities super fun. The servers in the dining room, restaurants and at the pool bars were very attentive and, after a few days, remember your favourite drinks. We would definitely recommend the Warwick.

The resort is in a nice area with shopping close by. It's also only 30 minute walk to downtown shopping area. About a 10 minute walk to Atlantis shops and hotel which are worth visiting. Check out the Dilly Dally Cafe - excellent drinks and cool atmosphere.

We recommend Warwick at Paradise Island.

We were very upset with our room from the start. The picture of our room was nothing like the room online. We knew that we were not getting a balcony, but we had a view of a rooftop and a sandy ditch. The air conditioning was so loud it sounded like a lawnmower. To sleep we needed to turn it off. Food was good and staff was polite but didn't interact unless you had a question. The Bar area was nice but not enough seating. The location is great and you can walk any place you want safely. We enjoyed the vacation but would not return to this hotel.

This resort is a small more relaxed all inclusive resort. The staff was all so amazing (in fact all Bahamians that we encountered were friendly beautiful people). The beach was man made but has a beautiful walking pier with boulders under it so wakes would not make the beach choppy. The food was delicious and the fact that it is all adult made it wonderful. It had bicycles and fishing poles and bait and shuttle to a big beach a2 blocks away was great. Although you could easily walk to that beach. It was such a relaxing trip. We hope to be back soon. We enjoyed our stay at the Warwick! This property is a good value for an adults-only all-inclusive property. The staff was good, the property was nice, restaurants were available and food was good, the beverages were plentiful and very good! They offer a shuttle to cabbage beach which works well (but also close enough to walk) and the location is near shops and easy walk to the casino at Atlantis.
The air-conditioner in our room was a bit loud but overall we had a great time and I would recommend Warwick as a good property to enjoy a stay in Nassau!

Overall, the experience was mixed but ultimately okay.
Check-in started off a bit disappointing. I asked if our rooms were quiet and I was told yes, because they were not near elevators. However, my room right next to one. It wasn't too noisy, but it was disappointing that we were so close to it. When I arrived, there were also no towels in the bathroom, and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone at the front desk. So i went down and they sent housekeeping to eventually bring them.
The shower was another issue initially.It was rusted, appeared to have mildew, and had almost no water pressure. I shared this feedback through Expedia after check-in.
To the hotel’s credit, they ended up being responsive. Later the next evening, the front desk followed up, and while they may have overcorrected (I ended up with about 20 towels in the room), they did address the concern. The next day, maintenance replaced the showerhead, and it worked better (good pressure and brand new)
The food across the resort was solid (around a 7.5/10), including both the buffet and specialty restaurants. Service was consistently good. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were attentive and professional.
Debbie at the concierge desk was fantastic in helping us with reservations, and Janay at the tour desk was helpful and friendly.
While the stay had a few hiccups at the beginning, they did make an effort to resolve everything.

The drinks were great, not watered down at all like I usually expect at an all-inclusive. Honestly better experience overall than I expected. Super close to Atlantis so we did a day pass there for one day. Would definitely come back here or to another Warwick.

First time there- had an amazing time! Hotel is beautiful without being lavish & over the top, atmosphere is inviting and inclusive, staff was sooo nice and helpful. As someone with CELIAC I was worried about the buffet… it was fantastic!!! I had so many options and everything was clearly marked ‘GF’. The food was fantastic!! Special shout out to Everest- your food made my trip 😊 and thanks for your patience with all my questions. You have no idea how much I appreciated it.
Pools were awesome, so well taken care of…. Entertainment… activities.. right in the lobby. So much fun!! Can’t wait to go back. It’s my new favourite place in Bahamas!!

The only thing we wish was different is if they had mildly heated swimming pool for cooler days. They had only 2 small \"hot\" tubs/jacuzzi.
Staff were excellent, polite and helpful.
The food was fresh and clean with a good variety for different tastes.
Some of room towels didn't seem fresh, but pool towels were clean and toasty!

On the plus side the facility was well maintained including hotel, grounds, beach, and pool areas. Buffets at Verandah offered a multitude of choices catering to everyone's taste. Specialty meals at two of the restaurants were a very nice touch. Staff was friendly and helpful. On the negative side I wasn't pleased with the Internet options. Standard had to be renewed on a daily basis while paying extra, in this day & age, for high-speed internet at a hotel makes no sense. I found our mattress to be lumpy while my wife had no problem. We both disliked the pillows. It was like sleeping on a bag of sand.

This was our first all inclusive resort. The pool is fantastic and the lagoon. The ocean is walkable but a distance. The room was a bit spartan in my opinion but clean and comfortable bed. The bathroom is a bit odd in space. Now the great things the people. Everyone. Was cheerful and helpful. Just a few names I remember. Latonia, Deatra, and Freddie and lots of others. There are 3 select restaurants. The Italian was very good. And the Edgewater was good. But the buffet!! Wow. Every meal different chooses and all excellent ( better than the Viking buffet we had on their ocean cruise. Problem. You eat so much and drinks are so available. A great location in Beautiful Bahamas (our first time to this country)

This is a great resort and I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for almost a full day during our stay where we had no water in our room. Water \"upgrades\" were done during business hours and lasted well into the evening instead of during the night when most people would be sleeping.

The unexpected $300USD resort fee was a surprise, but what can you do when you're there and checking in? Expedia has a resort fee charged in their receipt and something else listed as \"Pay at property\" which I suppose is the resort fee? So did I get charged twice for the resort fee? Once by Expedia and once by the resort? Expedia makes no mention of extra fees when making the purchase. It's in the fine print of the receipt and the labeling of it is misleading.

Having said this, the food at all 5 restaurants was very good. You need to make reservations at 3 of the restaurants and if you wait too long to do this you could be eating at 9PM. Great food and staff!

The large swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Sometimes it could be hard finding sun loungers depending on what time of the day you head to the pool or the small part of the beach on the property.

I don't know if it's normal weather for Nassau or if it's out of the ordinary, but it was quite windy during our whole stay.

We had a really nice stay overall. The food and drinks were both great, with plenty of options and everything we tried was enjoyable. They also have three additional restaurants you can book for dinner, which was a nice option to switch things up—just make sure to reserve at least a day in advance.

The resort offered a variety of daytime and evening activities, which we loved. Things like bingo, paint and sip, and Jeopardy made it fun and gave us something to look forward to each day.

That said, the hotel itself is definitely on the older side. The rooms and hallways had a noticeable musty smell, and the property is quite small, which might not be for everyone if you’re expecting a larger, more modern resort.

One thing to note—be cautious booking excursions through the on-site tour company. We had a frustrating experience where we were booked for the wrong day (despite being told the correct one), and nothing was done to fix it. While we did receive a refund, it ended up being the last day of our honeymoon, which was really disappointing.

Even with those drawbacks, we still had a great time. The atmosphere was relaxed, the activities were entertaining, and the overall experience was enjoyable.

I recently stayed here with my friend to celebrate her birthday, and while there were some positives, our overall experience left much to be desired.

Positives:

- Room Quality: Our room was spacious and featured a lovely balcony with a fantastic view. This aspect truly added to our enjoyment and provided a nice spot to relax.
- Location: The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, making it convenient to explore local attractions.

Negatives:

- Staff Attitude: While we encountered a few welcoming staff members, many seemed annoyed and unfriendly. This inconsistency affected the overall atmosphere and made us feel less valued as guests.
- Service Issues: Despite not requiring room service or daily cleaning, we were surprised by the inconsistency in service.
- Security Concerns: Unfortunately, we experienced a significant issue when my friend’s necklace was taken from her bag in our room. It’s concerning that her belongings were rummaged through, especially since this occurred in a hotel setting.

Overall Impression:

While we had some enjoyable moments, the negative aspects—particularly the staff's attitude and the security issues—dampened our experience. For a special occasion like a birthday, we expected a more attentive and pleasant environment.

Given that this was my first trip to the Bahamas, I left feeling disappointed and unsure about returning, and certainly wouldn’t return to this particular hotel.

Our honeymoon at Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas was absolutely perfect. The adults-only, all-inclusive atmosphere made it so easy to relax and truly enjoy each other without any stress.

The resort felt intimate and peaceful, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the views were beautiful. The spa was a highlight—our couples massage was so relaxing—and the food exceeded expectations with great variety each night.

It was the perfect mix of romance and fun, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our marriage. We can’t wait to go back!

Booked this hotel based on the glowing reviews when we arrived, we were a little disappointed, rooms outdated restaurants were mediocre buffet restaurant was where the best food was at. Staff was sometimes nice sometimes not there are no activities to speak of and if there are very boring, bingo tie-dye not much of a nightlife happening there you’re better off going to Atlantis to the casino and hang out there it is not on the beach. Stayed at Warwick Paradise Island - Bahamas and had a mixed experience. The location is convenient and the staff were generally friendly, and the all-inclusive aspect makes things easy day-to-day.

However, the room itself did not meet expectations, particularly given the price. It felt quite small and uncomfortable for three guests, and the bathroom layout was disappointing.

I also inquired about a room change during my stay. While I was told the hotel was overbooked, I noticed other room categories available and guests checking out, yet the only option offered was a significant paid upgrade. A bit more flexibility or consideration here would have gone a long way in improving the overall experience.

Overall, the hotel is decent for convenience, but there is a noticeable gap between expectations and what’s delivered, especially when it comes to room quality and service recovery.

and is a good value all-inclusive. Great location if you want to explore the island. 5 minute walk to Atlantis casino, and 25 minute cab ride to all the tourist attractions. Beaches, markets, casinos. Friendly, attentive staff & Clean, well-maintained property. If you’re looking for an extra luxurious resort then this might not be for you though.

We had a wonderful stay! While the rooms are a bit dated and the water pressure wasn't the strongest, the cleanliness was impeccable. What truly made the trip, however, was the incredible staff and the prime location. Between the delicious food and the endless things to do nearby, the staff worked hard to ensure we had a fantastic experience. It's a great choice if you value service and location over modern fixtures.

The Majestic Transport pick-up was not easy to find once through the airport, the cost $83.60 The 'All inclusive\" was not all inclusive. We were hit with a $30 per day per person or $420 island tax. The hotel room was not ocean view with balcony, we needed to upgrade as the room assigned faced the harbor cargo containers yard. There were only two restaurants which you were only able to reserve once during the week. The rest of the meals were served buffet-style in the Veranda. They were not able to accommodate my food allergies (wheat/gluten free and dairy free). There was no GF pasta, and sliced bread and muffins were only served in the morning.They did have almond milk available. The beach was very small and the pool was not cleaned often enough for the number of guests.

My girlfriend and I went in the middle of February this year and had a great time. The food was great, the pool & beach are both incredible, and the service was 10/10. Would 100% recommend!

Food was 10/10. Pool was 10/10. Beach was 10/10. Cleaning staff was 10/10. Bartending staff 5/10, very hit or miss depending on the day. However, we were there during spring break which brought a tremendous amount of young people. Rooms 5/10: The 10th floor had some odor issues in the bathrooms, it smelled strongly of sulfur. They did move us to another room on the same floor, but the same smell persisted. Our friends were on the 11th floor and they had no issues so the odor must have been isolated to the 10th floor. Location on Paradise Island 10/10.All is all I would give this location a 9/10 rating and would certainly recommend this to others, maybe just not during spring break depending the age demographic you are looking for.

The staff here are absolutely amazing, some remembered me by name after a couple of days! Housekeeping did an awesome job everyday, loved the buffet food, they served fresh seafood and so many amazing dishes! The weather was crap while we were there, an anomaly, but there were still plenty of things to occupy our time.
