The best part of my stay was the food. Mostly everything was perfect. Plenty of options. My first major complaint was that if you want to eat at any of the actual restaurants on the property you have to make a reservation as soon as you get there and you will probably only get the lastest time possible. My second major complaint is that a lot of the employees don't want to be bothered. They are rude and tend to get very sassy when you ask amy kind of questions.( The towel lady, and one of the female bartenders were the only 2 that made us really feel welcomed). My final complaint is the company that they partner with for airport shuttles and activities. Majestic is terrible. The drove for the shuttle was terribly rude. He tosses luggage around and broke my brand new suitcase that I had to take home on the return flight missing a wheel. He spent the whole ride complaining about how Americans are ungrateful and don't know how to tip. That whole experience put a bad taste in mouth, and made me not want to use them for any activities. I would potentially give this resort a second chance, but I will still be looking to see if there are any better options.

We had a few issues, the floor in our room was not cleaned. One of the elevators went out, causing us to use the stairs. Thank goodness we were only on the third floor. However the pool and the landscaping was very maintained. The drinks and food was ok. I would enjoy staying with the Warwick again.

The Warwick is absolutely amazing. The accomodations were perfect. The pools and property were always clean and inviting. Even though the rooms were all booked, there was never a problem finding loungers and there were also plenty of umbrellas. The food at the buffet was very tasty and varied daily. The bars served delicious drinks (never watered down and generous amounts of top shelf alcohol).
The best part of this place are the people. I can't say enough about how friendly and attentive everyone was. From the cleaning crews, bartenders, servers, groundskeepers and towel lady, all were genuinely kind, outgoing and a joy to be around.
This place has it all !

Our stay had several maintenance issues: reduced water pressure due to ongoing room renovations, an unpleasant taste and odor in the tap water, and numerous non-functioning lights and outlets throughout the room.

While the hotel and restaurant staff were warm and attentive, the concierge and restaurant management fell well short of expectations. The food, similarly, failed to impress.

Even after completed renovations, doubtful we would visit again given our experience with management and food quality.

The check in was a terrible experience. The staff at the desk were abrupt and not friendly. They didn’t explain anything to us. The bathrooms had no amenities available, the clock did not work, the room was very dusty. The concierge messed up our reservations to the Italian restaurant and blamed us for the mix up. The concierge cancelled one of the reservations without notifying us and the hostess refused to honor our reservation. The manager and the hostess demanded us to provide the slip as proof. The restaurant wasn’t even full and made us wait for 30 minutes before telling us it was their fault or accommodating us to the table.

Our stay took a turn for the worse upon discovering significant water leakage from the ceiling in our room. Despite making three calls to the reception for assistance, we received no response, which compelled us to visit the front desk in person to report the issue. Although maintenance staff addressed the problem the following day, they merely advised the room service team to use towels to dry the water, a solution that proved insufficient.

Unfortunately, we did not realize until it was too late that the water had damaged our personal belongings, resulting in the loss of my wallet, which contained irreplaceable pictures and videos (photographic evidence is available upon request).

Additionally, we faced issues with the television in our room, which was nonoperational throughout our stay, leaving us with only artistic images on the screen as a backdrop for four days. We were fortunate to have our own devices to keep us entertained.

Overall, this experience fell short of our expectations for your establishment and did not align with the standards of hospitality typically associated with the Warwick Hotel. I urge you to address these matters to help prevent future guests from encountering similar inconvenie

They make the drinks a lot stronger than just about any other place we have been and can make anything you can think of with a smile. 10/10 will be returning to this resort.

The entrance was beautiful and the staff was welcoming at check-in for after 4 pm. Almost everyday the lobby is alive with other guests moving about. 3 Elevators to get guests up to their rooms with a view of the bay or the island. The room was 90s Vegas meets beach front property. Tile floor throughout, bed was old and uncomfortable, furniture was overly simple and colorful. The bathroom was like a holiday inn. All of it could've used a deeper cleaning and it looks like there was some repairs that needed to be made. You can open the window which is both dangerous and harder to close as it wasn't fully closed when we entered. The staff accommodate you very well. The buffet at the Verandah is delicious as long as you wake up on time. Chick chicknaries at the pool side is a great backup when you miss the buffet. Simple bar food like pizza, chicken wings and burgers. Only 2 of 3 restaurants were physically open and the third was hosted inside the other only on certain days. If you're checking in before 5 pm ask to see the concierge before you go to the room so you can get a table as you need reservations at each of three restaurants. I recommend choosing something you can only eat there rather than something you can get anywhere else. 2 bars serve \"well liquor\" and beer there is an array of wines to choose from. We mainly drank soda, coffee, bottle water and daqaruis. Don't forget to swim in the pool, the lagoon, and walk the boardwalk!

I wasn’t able to have the room I paid for which was an ocean view with balcony. They were doing renovations and they couldn’t even put me in a better room. I had a view of sand and dirty debris. The bathroom was not so clean (I called for service). I spent to much for that accommodation.

We had a lot of thoughts about our stay, so this might be a little long.

What we liked: The food and service at the Verandah buffet was consistently the best that we experienced during our stay. The staff were very attentive, especially Bendji that worked during breakfast! The doorman and beach shuttle driver were knowledgeable and helpful as well. Best drinks were at Hog Bar, the bartenders are great! We had a late flight and opted to pay the $35/pp to stay after check out and were thrilled to hear that they have a courtesy room available for 30 min to refresh before your flight.

Everything else: Check in was hectic as the front desk staff kept disappearing. We had a \"water-view\" room that looked out at an empty lot & bridge. The AC was stuck on so we woke up to a 59 degree room. The food and service at the restaurants were okay, but we always wished we had stuck with the buffet. Also, the restaurants had wine and premium options listed that were outside of the \"all-inclusive\" plan. There is no airport shuttle. The power temporarily went out for the entire resort several times. The harbor beach is nice, but there is a strong odor from the work site next door.

TLDR: This resort is fine if you just need the basics, but we will not be staying here again.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room was not the original room that we booked. We booked a balcony room with 2 beds. We got a side view room instead of looking directly over the bay because the rooms were being fixed and one bed. When we first got there, the outdoor bathroom was broken by the pool as well as the tub in my room not draining properly. Also the hot tubs weren't working properly. With that being said, the maintenance staff was quick to fix everything. This was our first time at the Warwick, and would definitely return It was very relaxing and the food in ALL of the restaurants were amazing!! Thank you for a lovely stay

Very nice and clean property with friendly staff. All inclusive and kids free makes for a great relaxing vacation. The pool is beautiful and has plenty of shade. The buffet is plenty and delicious. If you decide to eat at one of the other restaurants in the resort, it’s recommended to make a reservation as those can book up quickly.

Good value for money if you’re looking for all inclusive stay in the bahamas.

Pros:
Food: Definitely not 5-star quality all around but very decent. Highly recommend the Italian restaurant for dinner.

No kids 😁.

Location: The Atlantis is within 10 minute walk. I’m no gambler but it’s fun just to walk the grounds and the shops.

Shuttle service: Highly recommend checking out Cabbage beach. Shuttle picks up every 30 minutes.

Staff: Is very helpful. Some are friendly than others but everyone is helpful.

Cons:

Not directly on the beach but you have access to the waters.

Room: Need some maintenance. The faucet in my room fell off. Water drains really slow.

Toiletries: Minimum basics only like shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Bring your own hair conditioner, lotion and other things you need with you.

10/10 would definitely stay here again. My boyfriend & I went on our first trip here together from Thursday - Monday of MDW. We are in our late 20’s. All of the staff was very helpful and gave us great suggestions for things to do on and off the resort. Most of the other guests were very friendly as well, a wide variety of ages and nationalities. We walked about 8 mins to Atlantis, and Cabbage Beach was about a 10 min walk. They do have a shuttle that runs every half hour to the beach. They have a love DJ at night with an open dance floor, morning nature walks, dance classes, and things like sip & paint. For an all-inclusive, my hopes are never high in terms of food but this exceeded my expectation, especially the breakfast. There are 3 different restaurants with 3 different seating times. Hotel is roughly 30 mins from the airport. Front desk can call taxis for you which typically arrived in under 10 Mins. I felt our room was nicer and cleaner than pictures I had seen. There is a not a lot of rooms with balconies and they were being renovated when I was there but the rooms offer great views regardless and were larger than I expected.

The place is relatively clean and staff were sk.ewhat helpful. First you are not close to a beach needing a shuttle ride back and forth. Food is OK .. often find of you come I the later stages of time meat fish etc are hard to find
At breakfast the Pans for Omelettes or eggs are black .. they don't look cleaned for a long time. You need a shuttle to go anywhere ... on our floor they were doing construction next door ... all we heard during the day when in room were drilling and construction. For my troubles they let me stay in our room 1 hour longer kn checkout day and charged me extra for it. Overall I will never come back here ...

The best thing about this property was by far the staff, their friendly and upbeat attitudes and commitment to professionalism made our vacation very special. The planned activities were fun and there was quite a variety of things to do.
The food was great, the variety was good, and we enjoyed every meal that we had at the Warwick.
I have to give a shout out to the staff, they went above and beyond to make our vacation stay so much fun: Gavin, Ian, Dr. Dre, DJ Payne, Eileen, Verona, Marvin at the front desk, Kendall activity, Director, and Travis also activity Director. Slightly tired property in need of some updating and investment; main pool area too cramped and very very noisy; very small beach though shuttle provided to nearby Cabbage beach which is a bit under developed and prone to rough seas; reception area is very noisy as it is next to a the bar, lifts and games area - ideally needs to be partitioned off somehow; restaurants: italian - disappointing. ; Asian - nice food but soul less; grill - good food and atmosphere by the water; verandah restaurant - open pretty much all day - good food (self service) but cafe feel; chickcharnies - poolside fast food - pizzas and chicken etc - ok but not every day; room ok - view over building site leaves a lot to be desired; a/c works but very noisy - windows don’t open so all or nothing; no kettle so making tea a bit challenging for a Brit!; no milk anyway; close to Atlantis if you want a casino but otherwise it’s a taxi but not sure where to. Staff very helpful and friendly; pools cleaned regularly and environment well maintained - verges, trees, shrubs etc; main pool nice temperature but lap pool way too hot. Inclusive wine a bit ropey but spirits free flowing.

Clean and nice sized rooms. The check-in lady was helpful even though we were early. The pictures of the property are a bit misleading. There is a good sized pool and a lap pool that is more relaxing. There is no beach, just lounge chairs on sand that leads to some dirty water. Whereas a highlight of many resorts is their daily entertainment, this was a huge disappointment. Multiple times, we had to ask for the scheduled activity to actually take place. The staff was not very vivacious or enthusiastic- they did not encourage people to have fun or perk up the crowd. Even within the restaurants, it was hard to even get a smile out of many of the staff members. Bar staff was great though!
The seltzer base for the drinks tastes like bar rag water- so even your fountain coke or ginger ale mixer in your drink tasted off. Ask for canned soda.
Breakfast was good. Make sure to reserve the steakhouse for dinner. Skip the asian restaurant.
And shout out to the towel attendant for always being so pleasant!
It was worth it for what we paid, although we left to go to dinners and beach off resort so still spending extra money to upgrade our experience in the Bahamas.

Went here with a friend for a few nights. It was a perfect little getaway. The staff are all very friendly, it was clean and lovely. The food and drinks were great and there was great entertainment and activities. You can walk to a beautiful beach nearby and to Atlantis, which is free to wander around at night. We also walked to Nassau, it took about 35 minutes but was a great outing. Very safe area and just beautiful.

The pool area and hot tubs were the star of this property.
Great relaxing atmosphere and fun activities. The Staff was very attentive and warm as well.
The rooms were clean but very basic. Felt more like a Holiday inn express. Buffet was OK, a pretty standard buffet but we could always find something we liked.
The Steak and seafood dining option was superb. The Asian restaurant was really terrible. Everyone we saw in that restaurant, left and went to the buffet to get more food and dessert. They seriously need to revisit this one. We did not eat at the Italian, reservations can be tricky. They only let you book two days out and if you forget in the morning, you will not get a reservation until 9 pm.
Overall, we would not go back to this one. Again, it was clean and friendly but that is the best I can say.

The food here is excellent. This is a smaller resort so you cannot expect the large buffets and selection of a large property but what they offered was fresh and delicious.
The staff are wonderful, always helpful and friendly.
They have activities throughout the day. It’s easy to sit around the pool and listen or watch what is going on near the bar.
While they have the beach on the harbour, I did miss being on the ocean. But I enjoyed watching all the boats going by throughout the day. I knew this was the case coming in so I was disappointed but I’m just pointing it out as something to consider.

This was an enjoyable stay but the property fell short on a few things. First, the food was lack luster. Nothing I had was something to write home about. Eating at the restaurants was nearly impossible, we mainly had to eat at the buffet most of the time. Late night food offerings were disappointing. How is there no 24 hour room service? Upon checkout, our wristbands were cut so we were not allowed to do anything except sit in the lobby for an hour while we waited for our transport back to the airport. When asked for a 12 PM checkout no one got back to us (or anyone traveling with our party). A shuttle was offered daily to Atlantis if you wanted to go gambling or see the resort. However it only runs at 8 PM and 11 PM so if you want to go at any other time you have to figure it out yourself. It would have been nice to offer transportation to the Straw Market or other points of interest for guests. They have the vehicles. There needs to be a swim up bar or easier ways to get to the bar. Only two steps in and out for such a big pool was ridiculous. The pros? Very clean rooms, very nice staff some of the best customer service I’ve ever had, HEAVY pours at the bars, private beach on the channel and large pool. Nightly entertainment was a lot of fun! Overall, good stay but resort needs some experience improvements.

The Warwick is a great hotel. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. You can tell they all enjoy working there and that they work as a team. Loved that its adult only and all-inclusive.

The hotel is older and a little tired. Could use a bit of an update. Having said that, it is clean and the staff make up for any shortcomings. The food is good quality and there is plenty. There is a private beach which we enjoyed. We noticed that most other hotels do not have private beach access or they have access to beaches that are rough and not swimmable. The property was set up well and there was plenty of seating around the pool, beach and dock for everyone. The activity team was great and made all activities super fun. The servers in the dining room, restaurants and at the pool bars were very attentive and, after a few days, remember your favourite drinks. We would definitely recommend the Warwick.

The resort is in a nice area with shopping close by. It's also only 30 minute walk to downtown shopping area. About a 10 minute walk to Atlantis shops and hotel which are worth visiting. Check out the Dilly Dally Cafe - excellent drinks and cool atmosphere.

We recommend Warwick at Paradise Island.

We were very upset with our room from the start. The picture of our room was nothing like the room online. We knew that we were not getting a balcony, but we had a view of a rooftop and a sandy ditch. The air conditioning was so loud it sounded like a lawnmower. To sleep we needed to turn it off. Food was good and staff was polite but didn't interact unless you had a question. The Bar area was nice but not enough seating. The location is great and you can walk any place you want safely. We enjoyed the vacation but would not return to this hotel.

This resort is a small more relaxed all inclusive resort. The staff was all so amazing (in fact all Bahamians that we encountered were friendly beautiful people). The beach was man made but has a beautiful walking pier with boulders under it so wakes would not make the beach choppy. The food was delicious and the fact that it is all adult made it wonderful. It had bicycles and fishing poles and bait and shuttle to a big beach a2 blocks away was great. Although you could easily walk to that beach. It was such a relaxing trip. We hope to be back soon. We enjoyed our stay at the Warwick! This property is a good value for an adults-only all-inclusive property. The staff was good, the property was nice, restaurants were available and food was good, the beverages were plentiful and very good! They offer a shuttle to cabbage beach which works well (but also close enough to walk) and the location is near shops and easy walk to the casino at Atlantis.
The air-conditioner in our room was a bit loud but overall we had a great time and I would recommend Warwick as a good property to enjoy a stay in Nassau!

For an all inclusive resort, the food was spectacular. Drinks were good, and everything was easy to find. Cabs and shuttles were there when needed. I recommend the Atlantis Casino. It’s about a 10 min walk from the Warwick

This is an average property. To have nice views of the views, this is not your place! If you're looking for a budget friendly option, this is it. I suggest booking the excursions through Expedia instead of on-site.

The hot tub was great and the bar selection wasn’t all that great. My room sink was leaking water from the sink and it took them days to fix the problem. I would recommend people to visit this place and go to the Atlantics to stay

Overall, the experience was mixed but ultimately okay.
Check-in started off a bit disappointing. I asked if our rooms were quiet and I was told yes, because they were not near elevators. However, my room right next to one. It wasn't too noisy, but it was disappointing that we were so close to it. When I arrived, there were also no towels in the bathroom, and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone at the front desk. So i went down and they sent housekeeping to eventually bring them.
The shower was another issue initially.It was rusted, appeared to have mildew, and had almost no water pressure. I shared this feedback through Expedia after check-in.
To the hotel’s credit, they ended up being responsive. Later the next evening, the front desk followed up, and while they may have overcorrected (I ended up with about 20 towels in the room), they did address the concern. The next day, maintenance replaced the showerhead, and it worked better (good pressure and brand new)
The food across the resort was solid (around a 7.5/10), including both the buffet and specialty restaurants. Service was consistently good. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were attentive and professional.
Debbie at the concierge desk was fantastic in helping us with reservations, and Janay at the tour desk was helpful and friendly.
While the stay had a few hiccups at the beginning, they did make an effort to resolve everything.

Everything we needed at a nice, smaller all inclusive resort. Staff was super friendly, food was good (even had plenty of options as a gluten free person, with everything well labeled!). The drinks were great, not watered down at all like I usually expect at an all-inclusive. Honestly better experience overall than I expected. Super close to Atlantis so we did a day pass there for one day. Would definitely come back here or to another Warwick.

Wonderful stay at Warwick Paradise Island. The service was great, food was good, and the overall ambiance was excellent. I would suggest making reservations as without them, you will not be taken for dinner. I would have also liked maybe one more restaurant for dinner options, but otherwise a great stay!

First time there- had an amazing time! Hotel is beautiful without being lavish & over the top, atmosphere is inviting and inclusive, staff was sooo nice and helpful. As someone with CELIAC I was worried about the buffet… it was fantastic!!! I had so many options and everything was clearly marked ‘GF’. The food was fantastic!! Special shout out to Everest- your food made my trip 😊 and thanks for your patience with all my questions. You have no idea how much I appreciated it.
Pools were awesome, so well taken care of…. Entertainment… activities.. right in the lobby. So much fun!! Can’t wait to go back. It’s my new favourite place in Bahamas!!

We would go there every year👍
The only thing we wish was different is if they had mildly heated swimming pool for cooler days. They had only 2 small \"hot\" tubs/jacuzzi.
Staff were excellent, polite and helpful.
The food was fresh and clean with a good variety for different tastes.
Some of room towels didn't seem fresh, but pool towels were clean and toasty!
