I liked the room and location close to downtown and the Nassau port . Making it scenic to watch cruise ship come in and go. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Restaurants and bar and gift shop were priced but that comes with the territory. Overall the hotel and pool facilities were great

It is very nice resort with a lot of amenities especially if you stay at One Particular Harbour.The restaurants are good and the resort has variety.The only one drawback is service.You can't get anything if you don't ask 5 times.The staff is not friendly either

My stay in an ocean view room at Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau was amazing. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful — waking up to the clear blue ocean and the sound of the waves made the experience so relaxing. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the resort had great beach access, pools, and restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the ocean view made it even more special. 🌊🌴

We had a great time for a family of four. Amenities were fantastic and the beach was so beautiful. Food in the restaurant were amazing. The kids enjoyed the lazy river and boogy board. We enjoyed the views from the adult pool. The only drawback was from the beach area. People from the cruise would be walking through their beach property to access the public beach.

If you like watching the cruise ships come in and out then you’ll love this resort. Close walking distance to the queens staircase, and downtown shopping. However this resort is not all inclusive, if you're a couple with no kids, this is NOT the resort for you. If there is bad weather the entire island closes down

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! Everything is beautiful, modern, and feels brand new. The property is impeccably maintained and truly feels like a little paradise.

It’s the perfect size beach resort — not too big or overwhelming — which made it ideal for our family. As parents, we were able to relax and unwind, while the kids had an amazing time and were never bored.

The balance between relaxation and fun was just perfect. We would happily return and highly recommend it to other families looking for a beautiful and stress-free beach getaway!

The studio with ocean view was very roomy, well appointed, with a great view. It just needed a few more shelves or drawers fo be perfect. The different restaurant’s were a bit pricy, but very good food and service. The pools and landscaping were outstanding. The location, downtown, is very walkable for souvenir shopping and self touring.

The coffee pot didn’t work. The cleaning in room was not great. The water in the shower was VERY soft and only ever hit room temperature. There is no hair dryer, and the plugs in the bathroom didn’t work.

Everything shuts down early. The pool area closes at 5. No problem. However, the adult only infinity pool on the fourth floor shuts down by seven. There are no lights. It is a no go at that point.The hot tub outside was not hot.

Some of the staff was nice (the people who work in Frank & Lola's). Mostly, though, the staff was indifferent at best and, at worst, rude.

The bulk of the hotel was very clean. As well, keep in mind that everything is very expensive. The price is the price plus a 15% gratuity added everywhere plus another 10% VAT. A virgin daquiri for my teen was $14 American plus 25%. It was not oversized, just in a typical plastic cup. A soda was $6.00 plus the two taxes and was refillable in the restaurant but not poolside.

The view from the balcony was lovely. The ICONs was advertised as having a movie theatre. It was not in working order. It had a few bowling lanes, but it was $20 a game. There were only a few arcade games. It was $11 for 5 or 6 coins. Most games took one coin but two of the six took two.

After I stayed at the Margarittaville in Tennessee, I had good expectations. It was disappointing.

We have stayed at multiple margaritaviles and all were great except here. Rude staff, garbage all over the beach, random charges that no one can explain and way over priced food that wasn’t very good. Needless to say we won’t be coming back to this resort.

Room was clean everyday, the icemaker in the freezer didnt work and the freezer would freeze shut making it hard to open. Kitchenette could have had dish towels and dish soap. One Harbour staff was great. Expedia stated that we got 4 free passes to the waterpark daily which we were denied by a staff member at Margaritaville as we we staying in a King kitchenette.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 6 day stay at this resort. We had a blast on the water slides and lazy river. The beach is well kept and our room was made up immaculate every day. Kristian was the best bartender!!! He really made our experience so much fun, we were sad when he wasn't there on his off day. We enjoyed the Vacation Cafe for their wings, conch fritters, and margaritas! Due to it being off season, the 4th floor bar was not open but we still enjoyed the infinity pool and hot tub. Another heads up, it's difficult to get food and drinks here late. The pizzeria is open until 11pm and we bought a bottle of liquor at Augusta, a local liquor store to have in our room for these times. The Tiki Bikini hut on Junkanoo beach was always open late for these times and the The Daily Grind across the street is a quick option too. The fish fry and downtown Nassau are all in a 10-15 minute walking distance. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort.

I wrote a review when we arrived, and I wanted to write another follow up. This trip has been perfect, and the staff made it so

First off, we were greeted by Amaal (I really hope I spelled it right this time) and he set the tone for the entire trip. He was so efficient it was like he knew in advance we were arriving and had everything ready. He was exceptionality friendly and welcoming. Best check in experience we all could remember

Everywhere you go, every staff member greets you with a warm genuine ‘hello’ or ‘how are you’

The rooms, and all the facilities were top notch, exceeding any expectation

You could not be better located. It’s a 5 minute walk to the port/downtown, or a 10 minute walk to Fish Fry

We dined at all the restaraunts on site, and they all had excellent service and great food. Our last night was at JWB’s, and though the food was excellent, the staff made the entire night feel special. Well worth the price of admission

Well done, that was a truly wonderful vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. An oceanfront room is a must! Watching cruise lines come and go was very entertaining. Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and at the beach.
Very friendly and helpful staff!!!!
(For the budget cautious people, I would suggest getting food at nearby Fish Fry and drinks at the corner store, resort prices are inflated, which is expected.)

Some of the amenities were not open or available during my stay (adult bar, restaurants and nightly entertainment/activities where closed, not available or didn’t take place) which is why I gave this resort 4 stars. The restaurants that were open the food was good over priced, but good. I didn’t care for the no cash policy. The location is wonderful, there’s plenty of activities/attractions in walking distance. As a solo traveler I felt safe, being in this area and location.

The hotel was clean and the staff were attentive. I was bitten by something in my room which left multiple bites on my legs but the hotel staff was very responsive particularly the Head of Security and the Asst Manager of Housekeeping. They checked the room, changed the sheets, and all was well for the rest of the trip. The hotel is full of color, and fun options.. and the location cannot be beat. Strongly recommend the ocean view rooms - you can see the cruise ships coming in daily.. Overall not a bad stay at all.

Clean room, staff was friendly, overcrowded due to extra guests on day passes from cruise ships. Adult only pool got very little sun so it was cold so forced to sit with all the kids. The music is pumped in pretty much all day & night & is super loud. Not relaxing at all. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I couldn’t figure out how to operate the a/c. My room had a joining door to the next room. I could hear everything in that room-and the kids in that room were loud. I had to ask several times to get waters and then eventually walk to the desk. The elevators were malfunctioning. None of the ice makers worked. I had to go to the vacation café to get ice in my ice bucket. The constant music playing outside was annoying. Gratuity was added to everything, even purchasing a soda. It was ridiculous. Only one chair on the balcony was not cool.
The staff was (for the most part, friendly. And the spa experience was very good. Pricey for what it is, but good.

The staff smiles, laughs but needs to do work. I stayed for three days, a tray of coffee cups I bought was on the table for three days. Breakfast in installments. Waiters crowd around instead of serving. Ordering pizza requires a university degree, go up, go down, say so and you will receive. They are looking for the bartender to serve the guests. Enough, be serious.

One of housekeepers stole my wife pain medication. She has stage 4 breast cancer and really needed night before we left. It was there before we left out that day. There was two housekeepers when she went to the room, but they were still there.
