We stayed only for a few hours between planes. Lovely staff. The place could use minor repairs here and there. The bed was small and not very comfortable. Ok for the price.

I have never stayed in a hotel as run down and dirty before. There were bugs in our room. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. The pillows and bed were very old and lumpy. The furniture was old and missing knobs/pulls. There were no outlets available to charge our devices. The shower was stained and the shower curtain looked ancient. Honestly if we had any possibility of finding another hotel room we would have. The young man at the front desk didn't seem to know what was going on when asked questions. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff was amazing and the front office agentnwe met on the bery first night was really nice as well. But houkeeping when we called to get service we didnt recieve any the lady literally handed us the broom. We had alot of issues with insetcs (roaches) every day its like 3 or 4 in the room.but the property it self is well groom just needs some upgrade especially with the rooms.

The room itself was clean, however, the bathroom was not acceptable. The shower head was broken, and filthy. The bath water was discolored, with pieces of dirt when it settled. The sink needed repair, as it was broken away from the grout. The desk clerk who worked thru the day, Adara, was most helpful. The desk clerk who works in the evenings has zero customer service skills! She was not helpful at all. The continental breakfast was okay, and the pool was nice.

The Colony Club Inn & Suites is not luxury, but it is a great little hidden gem. The rooms are simple but clean and safe. Really appreciated a Smart Tv! Optional breakfast is included for a very reasonable price. Staff are all friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great the staff was very nice! It was lean and spacious especially for being by myself. There's an app to catch rides so it's easy to get picked up. I would say its walkable during to certain locations if you dont mind walking. Once you you get on the main road Bay Street its very easy. It's like a 20 minute walk to Junkanoo beach and the fish fry was like a 12 minute walk. I will say that my room didn't have a refrigerator or a microwave so I would say that was my only draw back other than that good.

Well when I read the reviews I wasn't the only one who complained about the toilet. We were trapped in your room all night waiting on someone to fix your toilet; they sent the security guard. We had to repeatedly request it get fixed the next day. So we were once agian trapped in the room. WE couldn't get the TV to work and the room smelled like poop. Not fun. But the pool DJ and rum punch was fun!

This was my second stay at the Colony. My first visit was just over 2 years ago. I ended up with the same room that I had on my first stay. I was a little disappointed with a few things this time. Our unit door would not close unless it was locked. It has a kitchen area equipped with a stove. Unfortunately we had no glasses to drink from, just two tea cups. Two bowls, 2 forks, 2 spoons. No bottled water. Only 2 thin very small bath towels. The room was clean. Loved our own ground level balcony. Breakfast was okay. No ice, cola or snacks available for purchase. Convenient store was very close. Close to Fish Fry and bus stop. Pool was nice. Evenings there was a DJ and cocktails by the pool at no extra cost. Grounds staff, very friendly. The resort was quiet.

The room was clean and the people are friendly. Our room with 2 beds had enough of space and the beds were comfortable. AC also worked during our 10 days stay. The only issue that I had was the unstable wifi connection. I had to ask to speak to the manager before the staff took my complaint seriously. The hot water just enough for 2 quick showers. If you take long shower, your partner have to wait (maybe 30 mins) for the water to heat up again.

Our room rate included breakfast. We enjoyed the hot breakfast (egg and sausages) but there was very little variety to choose from, but it saved us time to buy breakfast every day though. There was music and party every night from 7-9pm. It's a local culture. Even the local resort or buses played loud music LOL.

Overall, we liked our stay as long as you do not expect 5 star hotel experience, you will be happy staying at this hotel. It is much cheaper than staying at the famous casino hotel. The money you save can pay for excursions or taxi rides LOL. You do need to prepare to walk or spend money on taxi to go places. We like to take local buses. It's cheap $1.50 per person. People are friendly and helpful. If you don't know anything, just ask for help.

Where do I even start?! Let’s start with it’s a hostel with hotel prices. Terrible rooms. First room had roaches and they couldn’t change our room until the next day. trust me when I say it’s not a hotel you want to book. They fool you with the fancy “colony” name. Also, property is not in a walkable area. The closest spot would be the fish fry and even that is 20 mins walking.

The amenities and location make this property a good deal. Yes the property is a little outdated and the rooms can be small and old but the customer service is helpful in trying to make things enjoyable for you. They provide a free continental breakfast now that they didn't in the past. It's a pretty decent size breakfast with hot and cold options. They also provide free drinks at the happy hour in the evening. The have free water available on site which is a savings. The room, pool and property is clean which is nice. They are located walking distance from the fish fry which is a good option for great food.

The happy hour is some 2 liter bottles of soda ,pool was nasty .Regular room was not clean .had a room for 5 people gave us 2 towels asked for more and was given attitude .location is very sketchy don’t walk anywhere

The colony club Inn and Suites was neat, clean and well maintained property. The room was spacious and the staff were super helpful. They helped us every day in arranging Taxis and were really nice to speak to about local things.

The breakfast was simple but good enough. Pool could be cleaner so we didn’t go in. The biggest issue for us was the wifi. We were not able to connect and the connection frequently dropped within few minutes every time.

They serviced the room without us requesting. The room service was good but we were not informed about this before and was serviced when we were away. It would be good if we had a bit of notice in advance.

Location is closer to beaches (Arawak Cay public beach & Saunder’s beach) by walking 15-20 minutes. We felt safe walking around the property even late evenings and night.

On the surface this is a decent hotel. But upon further inspection it needed some support. There weren’t enough towels provided in the room and air conditioning unit didn’t work properly. Communications between the hotel and Hotels.com wasn’t clear and the 3 rooms we booked with 2 double beds each nearly became something which wouldn’t have given each of us a sleeping space. Lastly it seems wise to provide filtered water dispensers in rooms in a place where tap water is not advisable for drinking and recycling is not an option.

Well it took the host a few minutes to locate the key to the room. The staff was very friendly, the toilet was clogged however when I reported it, they fixed it the next day. The breakfast was ok…. I think if you don’t mind the limited parking and very simple room it’s not so bad. The locks on the door need to change and it needs some fixing however not bad for the price.

You get what you pay for: I wanted a cheap room in Nassau. This place delivered on price. But at that price, you get a poorly maintained facility in a subpar location. If price is your overriding concern, it's worth considering Colony Club Inn. If you have other priorities like comfort, style, or surrounding amenities, look elsewhere.

The room was very nice the pool was stained I didn't get in it the fire pit and tiki torches were not lit at night which would have kept the bugs away and made a nice atmosphere the breakfast was pretty nice if you like fried patties eggs everyday.. the location the surrounding area was abandoned in kind of junkie.. a nice touch would have been if they were able to have scooters or bicycles for people to ride because it was at least $25 to and from anywhere you wanted to go one way what I stay there again yes if all these things were in place the staff was nice and they kept free bottles of water for you everyday to drink 🙂

I had one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. As soon as we opened the door to our room, we were overwhelmed by a terrible smell of mold, and the room looked rundown. When we raised our concerns, the staff came to spray the room, but that only made the smell worse and felt unhealthy. At that point, no one offered us a different room.

It wasn't until we mentioned that we wanted to cancel our stay and request a refund that anyone actually took notice. We went to the front desk, where the receptionist made us wait for about five minutes because she was on a personal call. When she finally responded, the staff member was incredibly rude and condescending, outright telling us, \"You will not get your refund.\" We felt completely disrespected. She then called her manager and put her on speakerphone. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the manager spoke to us as if we were the ones arguing.

We were told that we would receive a refund in two days, not three, but as of today, we still haven't received anything.
