Good day...I had a very bad experience there at the hotel ....there was women hair all over all 4 pillows dirty clothes was found in the room pills container along with receipts under the bed the mat was soak with water this is very poor and I usually stay here whenever I travel over but this put a bad taste in my mouth with bayview suites

It was a nice, clean, cheery suite. Private backyard with canopy, chairs and longer. Pools are nice. Laundry facility is a bonus even though we didn't need it. Would stay again but in a bigger spot like a villa. Only downside was wifi stopped working after about 18 hours into our 48 hour stay and there's no on in the office in the evening.

I really love the location of the property! There's a shopping center blocks away and The Atlantis Resort and Casino is a 10 minute walk. The rooms are very spacious and feel like an apartment. However, the rooms decor need to be updated, the bathrooms repaired and the grounds maintained!

This property is centrally located in Paradise Island a few black away from beautiful Cabbage Beach. the staff are friendly, hospitable and professional. The rooms however are extremely dated and in need of renovation. The kitchen was in poor condition and ill equipped lacking utensils and dishes. The grounds are well maintained as are the pools. If you are looking for a value property for a few days this is a good choice.

The water pressure was very low. The hot water heater was out. A couple of days I took cold showers. I saw a maintenance worker. Told him the problem and he did fix it right away. The so-called on-site restaurant was very disappointing. The selection was very limited. I found out I could walk over the bridge a get groceries that are reasonable. Front desk worker is not very friendly or courteous. The housekeeping staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym was closed all week while I was there. overall, I felt like it was false advertising. Specifically, the restaurant and gym room. I walked everywhere so I got my exercise. Also bring your own US quarters to do your laundry. Office did not have any.

The place is tired, it smelt damp when we walked in, the toilets and bathroom was dirty, there was no hot water. We didn’t even unpack we walked straight out and did not get a refund. Poor accommodation

Rooms were clean, but very old and need some updates (bathtub wouldn’t drain quickly enough before becoming ankle deep). Also, they said they served breakfast and lunch, but the kitchen was closed all week so I resorted to Dunkin every morning.

The place was, however, very quiet and clean. I was also able to walk everywhere I needed to go all week, which was great!

Really nice for the price. Functional and clean, but not luxurious or posh, which was fine with me. Room was huge with kitchenette. But it is hard to find good groceries on paradise island. Room was clean. I didnt use the pools so cant comment on that. 5-10 min walk to atlantis resort area. Overall i would stay again, especially for a longer term

It was a good property. The AC was ice cold. The bed comfortable. The first night I had no hotcwater but the maintenance fixed it the next day. The bedroom TV was all snow but I only turned it on the last night.
The place is well secure with really nice security guards.
I would definitely stay here again. It's also minutes from Atlantis Casino. So very convenient. And only about 30 minutes fron the airport. So overall a Good place to book.

It is basic but I will say it offers a full apartment style living. The manager and staff were great and easy. Accommodating with holding luggage. Could spruce up the shower heads and some rust build up in areas. Not sure why people complain about the dark area. It’s very close to main streets and security 24/7. Plus, it’s paradise island, which is only resort style life and so security and safety is very strong there. Transportation in Bahamas in general isn’t fun so I walked everywhere and it is farther from downtown Nassau. But overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time and the ease of the hotel!

Spent 2 nights here with my daughter for a short staycation. The apartment was more than adequate for us, and the price was right. It was clean and quiet. However, the place is dated. The gym was \"out of order\", so we walked around the surrounding area.

At the price we got, I would stay here again.

STAYED HERE TWICE! ONCE IN 09 AND AGAIN THIS MONTH! BOTH TIMES WERE GREAT! AS SOMEONE WHO GREW UP IN NASSAU BUT NOW RESIDING IN COLORADO ITS GOOD TO KNOW THERE ARE STILL HOTELS THAT TREAT THE CITIZENS OF THE BAHAMAS FAIRLY AS MOST OF THE HOTELS ON PARADISE ISLAND DONT. MY MOTHER AND DAUGHTER WERE ABLE TO VISIT ME AND SPEND THE DAY WITH ME AT THE POOL! ATLANTIS WOULD NEVER! FROM MANAGEMENT TO CLEANING STAFF EVERYONE WAS GREAT! Great value for the money, although the site is large it did not feel overgrounded, l guess mainly because the children are still at school. There are three pools to use. Five minutes walk to Atlantis and the beach. Good easy check in security all day and night. Large apartment with dining room full kitchen and separate bathroom. At the back of the apartment is a small terrace with a table and chairs and two lounge chairs. The equipment in the kitchen is very limited if you like to cook, although there is a microwave there are no utensils to use in it. requested some but was given desert bowls. Comfy beds. The property itself is showing its age as are the public areas. Our apartment really needed a good clean outside, table and lounge chairs and terrace area. The bar and restaurant were closed for the duration of our stay which was inconvenient, we were told they only have one member of staff who can run that department and they were off. You need a car if you want to travel out to buy supplies or pay an expensive taxi over the bridge into town.

Shower had no pressure and was either too cold or too hot, store was closed, restaurant never open, fitness center out of order. Pillows seemed 100 years old and lumpy. Peoples friendliness was the highlight of our vacation. The place is well located and everyone made our stay nice and pleasurable. It is an old facility though, and even though we constantly saw people working on maintenance, it definitely could use some more upgrades. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen could have been a little better equipped, but I guess not many come to the Bahamas wanting to cook 😅 We walked to Atlantis, grocery store, the beach, restaurants, pretty much everywhere we needed. The only times we needed a lift were to go to downtown and to go to the airport. Overall good value for the price.

10/10 I would stay here again. Hotel was walking distance from everything on paradise Island. Not to mention a short walk to the water taxi that will take you to where the cruise ships dock. There’s a market near by that has everything you need to prepare food if that’s your thing. Comfortable and cozy, we like like we were staying in a Bahamian home. The staff was so nice and super helpful.

A nice location that is close to most of what Paradise Island has to offer. It's a quiet place with friendly staff and a convenient patio restaurant onsite for breakfast/lunch. The rooms could use a bit of updating/maintenance, but overall it was a great stay. I would recommend getting a 1st floor suite to enjoy the walk-out patio!

Nice staff, dated property but this is what you expect for the cost. Mold on ceiling due to fan in bathroom not working. Awning over entry door is rusted and bent so it will collapse soon. AC thermostat not working but it was very cold so had to keep getting up to turn it off and on manually. TV only worked in 20 minute intervals, then static. Overall fine for our one night prior to Harborside check in. Just wouldn’t spend a week. Bed was comfortable.

We were at a summit in Atlantis and this was an affordable alternative. We stayed 4 extra nights after the 4 days summit. We loved the space and big table on the balcony once also could get some work done

The entire family loved this place. My one complaint was that the sleeper sofa was horrible. It was literally unusable so my daughter just slept on the couch. The personnel were wonderful and any requests or other needs were met promptly

We felt very safe there. They have someone monitoring the only entrance to the property. The rooms are large and include a living room, kitchen and bedroom with king size bed.

Ground floor rooms have a patio with both covered and non covered seating areas. The second floor rooms have front patios.

We saw two of the pools which were nice. We used the pool by the restaurant.

The restaurant and store is open from 8-3. We had breakfast and lunch twice which were priced pretty reasonably (and tasty) considering prices on Paradise Island.

Overall, a good place to stay although the exteriors could use a little TLC. It is an easy walk to the marina, grocery/ liquor store and Atlantis. The rooms were great and spacious. We stayed two nights about a week apart.

We have stayed here 3 times and very friendly staff and Yulee makes a tremendous omelet! Love having the store available for some supplies like water and snacks.
What I would like is to convert these shower bathtubs to showers only. This set up is very dated and there should be the opportunity to shower only without having to step into a tub especially as we are getting older.

Room was very nice for what we paid for and we enjoyed the multiple pools on the property. Easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was also a cat that hung around that greeted us every morning which we enjoyed. If you want a quieter but full experience in the bahamas definitely stay here!

Everyone was very nice. A staffer noticed I had a bad sunburn and asked one of the gardeners to cut a piece of aloe from the grounds and he left it at my doorstep to my room! The poolside breakfast was also really good. Thank you!

The property needs ALOT of renovation. The area is nice but the rooms are old and run down, furniture old and uncomfortable, bath tub shower was too low and I had to bend down to wash my hair and face. It just wasn't at all what I expected for my weekend getaway. I was very disappointed..

The place was very clean and they did good job every day . It was very quiet and felt safe. They gave us a new sofa mattress for my son even we didn’t ask and that was very thoughtful of them. The pools looked very clean and again quiet to read my book.
On the down side - the mini store I never saw open. The tennis courts are in non playable shape at all. The bar from the pictures and restaurant on the property I never saw .
Over all the place was very clean , pretty outdated but for the price understanding. Landscape was amazing . Staff was pretty helpful every time we ask for something.

This property is more like a small community than it is a hotel. The staff is amazing with 24 hour security. The property is very well landscaped and keep beautiful. The rooms aren't like other hotels, these are 1 bedroom apartments. The furniture is a little outdated so if you want super luxury this isnt the place. Free parking for guest. There is a onsite store with lots of water, snacks, soda, and RUM!!!

My friends and family will stay here again. We have actually already booked our next stay here for July.

My 2 sisters and I stayed here, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for beautiful scenery and a peaceful environment. We really appreciated the cleaning services that were provided each day. It was wonderful to come back from the beach everyday to clean towels! The staff members were very sweet and accommodating to us when we needed help and recommendations for food/activities for around the island. We locked ourselves out of our apartment several times and lots of grace was extended to us:) Also, the taxi services were very easy and convenient. When we needed a taxi, we informed the security staff member and they would call one of us! We loved our experience!
