The room was clean needs update, the toilet upon my first day of stay was strained all in the toilet bowel , thanks to sherell H. We had a very clean toilet bowel which makes me happy throughout our stay at the coal resort and she ask on us daily with a smile and kindhearted hand.

We enjoyed our first visit to Atlantis Coral and had a wonderful overall experience. The staff and local people were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room had a spectacular water view that truly made the trip feel special.

There were, however, a few areas that could use improvement. The room door was extremely stiff and difficult to both open and close, which was frustrating at times. Additionally, the in-room dining experience was disappointing, as the food quality did not meet expectations.

Overall, despite a few inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful surroundings and hospitality.

The hotel was awesome and there are so many things to do. One thing that could be better is to allow guests to have more access to internet connection. That was def lacking. Also, we trued to get towels from the pool and had to wait 30 mins several times. Otherwise, the people were super. Ice and helpful and we enjoy our break here very much.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The hotel was very family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the outdoor pool—it was clean, relaxing, and a great place to spend time with family. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. The only minor downside was the rooms and lobby area could use a little updating, but it did not affect our overall experience. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stuff very dishonest, during checkout I forgo my earrings and sunglasses (designer-expensive) in the room. As soon as I realized I went to the front desk and asked if housekeeping turned them in, was told to wait since it takes few hours towards end of the day for everything to be brought to the office lost and found. I checked again later again (since we stayed at the property until 3pm we had late flight), was told nothing was turned in. Since then I called every day asked and was told that there was nothing left in my room after check out. That a HUGE LIE! I left them on the table since I wanted to used them on my way out. Very disappointed that place like this would steal guests belonging.

This is our second trip to Atlantis. We have stayed in the coral each time. We choose to stay at this property given most of the amenities are here such as restaurants, theater, near the marina village so there are additional options for food/coffee. The grounds are very well maintained. The rooms in the coral which we stayed in were outdated and could use an upgrade; however, we spend very little time in the room so this was a non issue for us. They were still clean. The staff is helpful. Would visit again and likely stay in the same tower.

Nice people here but it's like being on a cruise ship...stuck here and the property is aged, needs renovations. Expensive to eat/drink here too. Just didn't enjoy the ambiance, again, it's like a cruise ship on ground.

You need to get your lazy river at the Coral back up and running. Trying to contact people at the folf course prior to my trip was nearly non-existent. But the manager Robbie stepped up and got everything handled and made my golf experience a lot better than anticipated.

The hotel overall was great. We arrived early in the Bahamas and requested earlier check in but they could not accommodate that need. I would recommend if traveling with kids, not to arrived early as they most likely wont have rooms open. At the time of booking, the pictures of the Coral were misleading as they used the pictures of the other two hotel towers. We booked thinking we were staying at the towers but to our surprise it was not the case. The Coral is not as new but ok as they connect.

Property is definitely showing it's age. The elevators were rarely working, the shower was either extremely hot or cold, amenities in the room are very basic. The activities for kids at the evening were nearly non-existent and even then were cancelled with no communication or rescheduling or alternate. The pools were dirty at times with no real desire from staff to help clean, the slides rotated closures that were not communicated. Food and Beverage are beyond expensive when converted back to CDN. Overall the trip was good due to the company, weather and beautiful ocean.

The room is nice. The staff *mainly the women workers* are very blunt and rude throughout the entire Atlantis property. At your nice dine in options, the service is PHENOMENAL! Overall great, and very expensive stay! Be prepared to spend $ every day! Min your find is 20 per person for lunch on very small portions. But it’s a vacation, so that doesn’t matter any way, right? Haha!

The Coral resort was the perfect spot for our family.

The staff at the Coral were AMAZING! So friendly and incredibly helpful.

It is the budget friendly hotel on the Atlantis property, so the rooms are not brand new/updated. But still clean and comfortable!

All the restaurants were great, as was the pool. The quick walk to the beach was awesome!

Definitely would stay here again. It’s walking distance to a grocery store, loved the pool and beach but wish the beach had chairs. Great food onsite at Claudio’s and Cocodrillo, the cafe in the lobby area is fabulous as well! We received water bottles at check in which was a joy because we forgot to pack ours. Rooms were clean and cool; we had a great view of the pool area and stingray pool!

The Coral is an older building, but it has a great pool and an excellent location—close to the marina, the beach, and not far from the water park. There’s even a Starbucks right under the building, which makes it very convenient. This is my second time staying at Coral, and I really enjoy it.

The Coral is tired. We had them switch our rooms initially because our balcony looked down upon what we coined the floor of despair. It seemed to be an unoccupied area that was in dire need of Cleaning. Once we switched rooms, our view was incredible. However, every night we would have to call downstairs to have assistance shutting the sliding glass door. I don’t know that the property can have a facelift at this point, perhaps it just needs to be completely rebuilt. That said we had a really relaxing and fun vacation.

This hotel is overpriced and under delivers. One hot tub on the 400 acre property is totally unacceptable. It was full of children using it like a pool. It's not even high season and every time we went to the beach we had to hunt for lounge chairs. Sometimes it took over 20 minutes to find available chairs. I knew the restaurants were going to be expensive but they were over the top in cost. Definitely a vacation for kids with wealthy parents not a girls trip vibe.

Nice motel, centrally located to shops and restaurants on the Atlantis Resort property and across the street from the entrance to Mariner Village. We had an ocean view room, fortunately on 7th floor and the view was gorgeous! Looked out over the the entire property, including the manta ray pool, it was fascinating to watch all the mantas swimming around! In the morning it was lovely to sit on our balconey with a cup of coffee and look towards the east - could see thru the arch at the Royal and see the cruise ships, or over the pool area toward the ocean.

The Coral has lots of programming for children so is great for families - it does get loud! Another positive is this hotel is a little less expensive than the Reef or Cove.

Only deficiency was the elevators - 2 were out of order which made it a challenge getting to our room in the evening when there were lots of people coming back from the pool or dinner.

Need more chairs at the beach. Hard to get chairs and numerous ones had broken shades. Evening activities were limited. Dj and casino . Junkanoo was nice to see. The Fish restaurant was disappointing. Ordered the avocado salad and bass fish - both way too salty!!! Macaroni and zucchini soup was tasteless!!! Ended up having to get pizza!! Beautiful resort just get ready for
Tons of walking and money for everything!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The resort is expansive, with beautifully maintained walking paths, lush scenery, and even wildlife that makes exploring feel special.

The beaches are stunning and perfect for long walks. While the ocean isn’t always calm, it adds to the natural beauty of the setting.

Dining was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit different preferences. Some venues are on the higher end, but there are plenty of choices across different price ranges.

The property was very clean throughout, and the rooms were comfortable and well-kept.

Overall, this was an unforgettable stay, and we would absolutely consider returning in the future.

The view from our room was amazing. We purchased water view and the view was beautiful (ocen wing building, 6th floor, room 6322. The room is basic but clean and remodeled. I liked that there are hardwood floors instead of carpet. The only problem (not property fault) was that after 2 nights a loud group of guys checked in above our room. I understand that people come to party but this was a vandalism not a party. Luckily security guards addressed the situation but next nights they were loud too but not as bad as the first. Coral is affordable so maybe more young people book it to party. If it wasn’t for that, I definitely recommend the Coral.

Great waterpark, which is mainly why we visited. Great pools, pretty beach but staff very slow to respond to requests. We needed an extra childs bed as per out booking and i had to ask 4 times and at 10pm we still didn’t have one made up. Also we found food choices slightly limited especially for breakfast.

The Atlantis property is huge with lots to see and do. We stayed at the Coral hotel which was a little dated but fine for us. The staff were very helpful and while we had a few little things wrong with our room they came and fixed it right away. They gave us a rollaway bed at no extra charge. Lots of breakfast and meal options right in the hotel. Warning that the food is very expensive and not great however. Not just at hotel but all around the property.

The rooms are old and our bed was soaking wet with urine we called reception and since it was at night time they told us that the only thing they could do was change the sheets because they did not have mattress to change until next day. We ended uno sleeping 4!people in one queen bed. Very disappointed
