Good Breakfast. Real eggs with meat and also without meat. Comfortable beds and room.

I was right above the lobby so it was a little noisy when trying to sleep in. The staff was very helpful to get me a different room for the 2nd night.

Good central location and good value.

I would stay here again.

Hotel quite recently renovated (looks like). Clean and specious room. We liked our bed and pillows were fine. It was quiet at night.
Breakfast was good enough to start our day. Fresh fruits big bonus, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, yogurt etc.
We would definitely recommend it. Very close to downtown, 8-10 minutes walk.

Recepción:
-Mala experiencia con el estacionamiento, ya que señalan hay convenio con un estacionamiento, pero tiene dificultades, porque me señalaron que tiene un valor de $12.000 por uso, ósea si ingreso y salgo debo pagar cada vez, además de pagar en el hotel y luego asistir a otro hotel para desbloquear la tarjeta y poder retirar el auto. Amablemente recomiendan que por $15.000 vaya a un costado donde hay un estacionamiento de muy mala apariencia, que no me dio confianza. Finalmente asistí al estacionamiento Saba Santa Rosa.
-Entregan una habitación en el segundo piso con un terrible olor a humedad, hediondo. Debí devolverme a recepción para que me cambiaran de habitación, donde me entregaron otra en el cuarto piso en buenas condiciones.
Nochero:
Tuve la mala idea de alojarme ahí para asistir al Movistar Arena, por ubicación, pero fue mala idea, hay congestión para donde se vaya, con el inconveniente que cuando llegué pasadas las 00:50 hrs. El portero no estaba ubicado en el mesón y debí esperar afuera, donde se nos abre de muy mala gana.

Desayuno:
Hay personal que tarda en despejar mesas desocupadas y hay que pedirles para que solo retiren y corran las migas con servilleta, sin mayor pulcritud. No entiendo porque tiene la nota que tiene, si realmente es deficiente.

General: mal hotel, mal servicio, falta servicio a la habitación, considerando que es un barrio muy peligroso. No volvería jamás y menos lo recomendaría. Nota muy deficiente.

This is a very rough area particularly at night. The cover photo isn’t actually the hotel. It’s a political building 1/2 mile away. The rooms are college dorm style. Just the basics. Mostly students stay here. It would be wise to stay is a safer area in a nicer hotel.

Apesar do hotel ser localizado no centro (digo isso pq todo centro é bem característico e caótico) é extremamente bem cuidado, limpo e seguro, tem muita opção de refeições rápidas para ir a pé e fica muito próximo do parque Santa Lúcia, que é muito bonito e agradável, um oásis em meio a cidade.

Good location to visit Santiago. Nice hotel. Clean and confortable romm. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast need to be improved. Better take a cab if you go back late to the hotel as the surroundings are not very safe.
We had a late flight and got a late check out (8pm) for 30$.

The hotel is clean and new, and the room and bathroom were also very nice, silent and with good size, however we found that sometimes the water is not warm enough, specially in hours of high use of the showers (night and morning). The breakfast is lovely and the restaurant has quite good food, and the bar has AMAZING drinks. The neighborhood tho is a bit weird and seems not so safe to walk around.

The WiFi was horribly slow in the room I needed to use cellphone data. In the lobby, WiFi was fine so maybe it depends on the room. Rooms have a desk but no chair if you need to work...

Very helpful staff made this a pleasant stay. They answered our questions, even walked us part of the way when we went out for lunch. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable & everything was clean. The AC started to drip during the night which made a puddle on the floor. They offered to move us, but we didn't want the bother. The neighborhood was not the best, but during the day we felt safe & made sure to be in before dark. There are lots of shops, bars & restaurants within walking distance. Never got a chance to enjoy breakfast, but they gave us a bag to pack for ourselves one of days. This isn't a fancy establishment, but it fulfilled our basic needs.

The front desk and security employees were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the lobby to relax in. The room was clean and had everything I needed except a chair for the desk! And no glassware. Breakfast was pretty basic but adequate. The location worked well for me.

It’s a nice hotel. Only negative, I requested a chair for the desk the second day I was there. Had two more days which required the use of the desk, and nothing was ever delivered.
The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows.
Room was cleaned and “made up” everyday, including fresh towels.

Convenient to the noisy hubub of the center city. Not many good restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Area didn't feel particularly safe to walk at night. I would stay elsewhere next time. Hotel was nice and clean. Seems to draw noisy kids/sports groups. Breakfast was a mess with the groups. No chair in my room.

The hotel staff was great. The neighborhood was a bit dicey, although Santiago and Chile's cities in general are going through a bad time just now due to demonstrations that have degenerated into vandalism and violence. Rampant graffiti. The next metro station over toward the center had been shut down. Hopefully this will blow over. The hotel restaurant is good for a light meal; the breakfast is very good, considering it is described as Continental. We stayed in a twin room, and that is literally what it is--two twin beds, nothing more, at a very good price. Probably OK if you are going to be out of the room most all the time.

Only suggestion is a clear street map of immediate area for overseas visitors as the area around hotel is a bit confusing to get around. Also an English TV channel for news would be helpful.

They never had a good disposition.
Of the three reservations, a passenger could not travel or stay. The hotel was kindly asked not to charge that third room. We know it was out of time, but we kindly ask for compression. They told us that he was going to check it and they were going to get in touch. In the end they never responded and I charge the third room the same.

The center of Santiago is a chaos in recent months, being very bad for hotels. I expected a little compression from Novapark and thus be able to establish a relationship with them, but I see that they preferred to charge the third room and not mind building a long-term relationship. A pity, nobody today wants to stay in the center of Santiago, so, it attracts attention as they with little demand give themselves the luxury of treating a customer this way badly.

The property was nice and centrally located. Very small rooms but I went alone so it worked for me. No American style out let to charge your phone so be prepared. Staff was ok, normal. Room was a bit noisey but again, it was ok. Overall was a good price for the stay.

I found that the front desk was always busy; s/he was always alone with lots of guests around waiting in line. It would be better for the management to hire someone else so the guests don’t wait in line for over 20 minutes to get their questions answered.

Good hardware, but sofware need serious overhaul

Facilities-wise, this hotel is about as good as one may expect for this price range & central location, though the neighborhood could be slightly intimidating for some.

What disappoints here is the service. Breakfast staff (2-3 at any time) are more keen on talking among themselves, rather than clearing up dirty plates or even tables after guests have finished eating.
When we booked an airport transfer the night before, we were told this would cost 20k pesos, and that the car is big enough for 4 pax. The next morning, what showed up was a regular small black & yellow cab, which we could have just got from a waiting taxi line just 20 steps away & which could barely fit a third person, let alone 4 bags, if there were 4 of us instead of me & my wife.
Despite my protestations, the lady at the reception (Maria) insisted that this is the normal car for all airport transfers. When i told her about the car big enough for 4 pax promised the night before, i was told this was what we got since there were only 2 if us.
The taxi driver seems caught up in something he would rather not have, and gave us apoligetic looks/shrugs of the shoulder.
The one bright light in the hotel's service experience is the very nice polite young man at the bar who ever so kindly filled my hot water flasks, which u needed for my medicine before going to bed and apologized fir keeping me waiting each time he had to attend to bar drink orders first.

Hotel about 1 year old & still needs to get things together . Staff polite , but comminication difficult as only one person spoke a bit of English . Listed amenities included “ laundry facilities” which they did not have. Not helpful in suggesting restaurants or taxis. Area run down , grafity covered & littered w garbage . Staff did warn abt safety & being aware of surrounding . Breakfast mediocre. Not hotels fault , but we did get cointerfit $ from ATM @ airport .

The location is great, walking distance to everything but on a quiet street. The room is small but has everything you need for a few days. Storage drawer under the bed was good use of space.
If you want breakfast with your room purchase when you book the room as this will be cheapest option. If you do it after you arrive it will be 10 USD pp and not worth it plus numerous options in the neighborhood.

Our room was clean with comfortable beds. But our air conditioning was non existant. Our room temperature was 26 degrees all the time which was too hot. Also we had only warm water in the shower which would become cold very quickly. We reported both of these issues to the front desk staff but they were not addressed. The hotel was in a good area of town and was walkable to many restaurants. But overall i would not recommend this hotel.

The staff in the dining room were nice, helpful and friendly with the exception of 1 (not so gentle) man who was apparently the supervisor/manager.

The front-desk staff were very very helpful, especially Marcello. The one with the tattoo on his fingers gave terrible service.....he should be in the back office and not at the front dealing with customers.

Rooms small but clean. No iron, ironing board, laundry facility and no coffee/ tea in the room. Very basic. Bathroom drain had a foul smell. I reported it and nothing was done.

Area surrounding the hotel not the best so guests should be careful walking at nights.

Hotel is brand new but the hot water is intermittent and wifi was very slow and cut out often. The staff were great and the rooms were large and new but it was not nice having cold showers in the middle of winter. If you’re looking for a cheap place in Santiago this hotel is for you.
