Es un hotel caro para las instalaciones que tiene, el Staff es amable, está bien ubicado pero le falta mucho en mantenimiento. En mi habitación no servían las cortinas, las ventanas sucias por fuera, las puertas de clóset no corrían, las camas dejan mucho que desear, el teléfono de la habitación no servía. No lo recomiendo.

Well run classic hotel in a convenient locale!

I stayed here 7 days total over 3 bookings as I was in/out of Santiago for flights to Rapa Nui, the Atacama & Torres del Paine. Each stay was great. Why? Well, first, unlike the original place that I booked when I arrived in Santiago who flat out lied about the quality of their wifi (it barely worked even at their front desk!), this place has wifi that actually works which they proved after I had to call over to them and confirm that it did before I had to get a taxi over.

Once there, even though I had only booked 1 hour before, I got upgraded to a huge room for my first 2 nights w/a mini fridge (all rooms have them). All staff was helpful-all of them spoke good English which was helpful as my Spanish is marginal.

Breakfast was pretty good overall-lots of options & they had amazing pastries/cakes. Further, as the hotel is set way back there was no street noise.

The location is actually great as well-highly convenient-right next to a supermarket and a few restaurants, close to the metro, about a 15 min. walk to Plaza de Armas. The kicker is that it is about a 5 min. walk to the end of the line for the \"Centro Aeropuerto\" bus line direct to the airport-each way I paid about $2 US to get back and forth to the airport 5 different times in about 30-45 mins. I save a ton of taxi money.

This is not a super modern hotel in an upscale neighborhood like BellaVista but all the amenities were there and the rooms are quite spacious and well designed. And the price was just right!

For a $60 a night hotel in the centre of Santiago it is actually a great hotel. However, the rooms are tired; cracked tiles, dirty carpets etc. The breakfast was stale. If you are happy to expect this for $60 it's actually good value for money

Precruise visit for couple.

This is a precruise visit as we’re going to board at San Antonio. Hotel is a little outdated but the room is spacious and clean. Reception staff speaks little English but enough to 7nderstand. They’re all friend,y and helpful. Breakfast is continental but enough choice to choose from. Location is perfect, only 3 minutes walk to. Oneida Palace and 20 minutes walk to Santa Lucia hill. Took the airport bus, blue colour, not double decker to hotel for peso 1900 each, about US$4.00 each. Took taxi toAlameda Terminal for peso2500. Overall location, location, location is perfect, will definitely come back. Feel safe staying there.

Saint Christopher's hill and central park are about a 20min walk but it's nice to explore some of the neighbour hoods on route.

The area at first doesn't look too pleasant but it's completely safe.

The hotel is old if you compare it with anothers hotels from Diego de Almagro Holding.. But, it is still new and clean if you compare with anothers hotels on Santiago Center. The breakfast and the reception was very nice.

It was really lovely. The two minus - the pool was FREEZING cold and no sun chairs or anything. But that was fine as the sun was only at the pool for 2 hours.
But the big minus - the staff. Even the manager didn't speak English - In a hotel! When we arrived they charged us IVA, which is only for chileans, the guy we spoke to promised to find a manager and see if that was legal and promised to come to our room, he never did. Check out the same, well the guy didn't speak English so I asked for his boss. She roughly spoke English but I indeed was charged for the iva.

The reception managed to get me taken for $50 for transport up to Farellones. Normal rate is $20 (or less if going from military school).

Internet worked fine. There were no signs to the room numbers for my range on the floor.

Paid $92 for one night, but would not have paid more than $45 for the quality.

Esta propiedad tiene un problema con la limpieza de sus alfombras y aires acondicionados. No apto para alergicos o asmaticos. Procuren pedir habitacion SIN alfombra esto cambiara positivamente su experiencia en el hotel. Quando cheguei, o sistema tinha dado algum erro que vendeu mais quartos do que tinham. Eles nos ofereceram um quarto bom que supriu nossas necessidades, com alguns poréns, mas tudo certo, fiquei grata que não fui expulsa meia noite (a hora que cheguei) e pediram desculpas pelo inconveniente.

A superlotação refletiu em elevadores, café da manha lotado no qual nem havia copo/prato pra gente se servir. E as comidas acabavam muito rápido, foi uma experiência ruim no geral.

Mas o quarto estava bem limpo e a cama era super confortável. Então nossa estadia, em momento de urgência, foi positiva. Mas se eu estivesse em viagem de lazer seria diferente.

Cuando fuimos estaba casi vacío, y nos dieron las peores habitaciones (mal detalle) y camas separadas (cuando se reservaron juntas).

No tienen aire acondicionado , y cuando consultas por el aire la respuesta es : les podemos dar más frazadas .
Una falta de respeto realmente pasamos mucho frío .
Pagamos 4 noches y solo nos quedamos dos y la devolución aún no la hacen recibí un correo y nos devolverán mucho menos que lo real .

Bem decepcionante. Quando reservamos e ate hoje ainda, mostra que hotel tem piscina e quando chegamos lá, avisaram que não estava ativa devido ao covid. O quarto era velho (não antigo) e não tinha luz central, apenas abajures. Café da manhã simples, sem nada de especial. Única coisa 4 estrelas do hotel, é a recepção e o preço, de resto, ja ficamos em hostels no próprio Chile, que foram muito melhores.

el aseo básico del día a día estaba bien, el aseo de baños y habitacion entre un huesped y otro está muy mal, hay polvo en los pisos y alfombras hongos en los baños etc, Ruido constante en el aire del edificio que dificulta dormir, en 4 noches 5 días no se cambió sabanas ...si las tohallas
el estacionamiento estaba cerrado en las tardes, nunca llegamos mas allá de las 21 horas y había que llamar a un timbre y esperar o ir caminando recepción a la otra calle para pedir que abran, mientras estamos mal estacionados en una calle con bastante transito

O hotel é muito bem localizado, apesar de ser um hotel antigo tem boas acomodações em um estilo europeu (banheiro possui banheira para banho/quartos com iluminação apenas por abajures).
O quarto é bem grande, possui duas camas de casal, frigobar, telefone e televisão, além do sistema de ar condicionado (quente ou frio a depender da época do ano que você vai).
Achei que a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, mas nada ao ponto de incomodar. Alguns funcionários são mal humorados e não fazem questão de tentar comunicá-se com os estrangeiros, soltam um \"no compreendo\" e dão as costas. Em contra partida a maioria são solícitos e amigáveis. há um restaurante de comida ok, mas com uma porção pouca para o que é cobrado (comida cara!).
Café da manhã ok, simples, com o básico de todo hotel, sem nada demais.
Wifi bem ruim, em determinados horários ela não funcionava no quarto, para resolver algo tive que ir ao hall ou recepção do hotel, onde funcionava bem.
Houve noites que pedimos comida de fora e tomamos vinho na piscina ou no restaurante do café e foi super tranquilo, até as taças nos levaram.
Se voltaria a me hospedar lá ou em outro hotel da rede? sim, pelo custo beneficio, vale muito a pena.

翌日移動予定のバスターミナルが近かったので予約しました。空港からは7000ペソの乗合バスで移動し問題なく到着。夜着の朝発のため周辺の環境は分かりませんが、別日程で宿泊した都市なので立地は良さそうに感じた。前の客のせいかは分かりませんが香水の匂いがする部屋ではあったが部屋でネットも繋がり環境は良かった

es muy agradable, la habitación estuvo bien, lo que considero un poco fuera de lugar que las habitaciones en donde me asignaron no estén aisladas de espacios comunes en donde se realizan otros eventos. El personal siempre atento y amable.
