I like that it's a small town property which reflects in many ways it is very Urban however we noticed the friendliness in the staff has definitely changed, when we went for breakfast staff seemed rushed, understaffed, food wasn't filled up unless we requested it. These girls have been working there for years ...this time they're definitely was a change. Not quite sure if this is management? if it is, they need to review this as this is reflecting on people's experience and stay. When we did go for dinner which we did three times items were missing and we didn't get them until we were almost done with our dinner also a big problem was made when we came in with a group of 10 and didn't reserve a spot. They made a big deal about it saying most of the dining room was reserved now they had to put an extra table together, as we were done our dinner which was probably an hour and a half later we noticed that none of the reserved tables were filled except one. Definitely felt unwanted.

When i visit Lekkerkerk we always like to stay at the Witte Brug, i do think one problem not only me but other customers sometimes have parking issues so if anything would need improvement that would be it.

Overall very good but could do with some tweets

Overall was very good. Room very clean but found bed too soft. Also not enough coffee or tea bags in room, could only make one (1) cup of each. Could have asked at reception but this shouldn’t be necessary. Breakfast was substantial but lacking in breakfast cereals - the choice would be nice!

Hotel in the Dutch countryside

Excellent hotel about 20 minutes' drive from Rotterdam.
Quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by greenery. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi everywhere. Welcoming even at night. Very good breakfast (sweet/savoury) even for early departures (6.30- 10.00 a.m.). Unfortunately the hotel was under renovation and therefore I could not experience some facilities (closed swimming pool, etc.).

Overall good value for money with an excellent breakfast and be able to chill out by the pool. The location was very good for short visits. The room decor was a bit dated and could have benefitted from AC when days were hot. Would certainly return.

We have stayed at other Fletcher hotels. We like them as they are not like other hotel chains. Some are in beautiful locations. They are family oriented. The ones we have been are not super modern but they are very comfortable and have what we needed, although neither had A/C nor a fridge in the room.

Hotel was lovely staff at evening meal terrible took 2.5 hours to get our meal and bill . Waited 25 minutes to order even though we had a table booked, then 40 mins for food to arrive ,very nice food but not good service . Staff at breakfast we're lovely. Probably wouldn't stay again. Because of service.

Easy free parking and friendly check-in. We were upgraded to an apartment which was a welcome end to our last night in the Netherlands. Continental breakfast was excellent with a varied choice. There was no re-cycling facilities for glass, paper etc as it all went into the same bin, but then the Netherlands as a whole has very little, if any re-cycling facilities.

really a gem in a quiet part of town - was finding something simple and quick for a 1 night stay last minute and am so glad we found this property! Parking was really easy just outside the reception (free of charge) and everyone was helpful and friendly even when we checked in close to 9pm. The reception and restaurant area was much nicer than we expected. Rooms just need a bit a love as they were quite dark and also do not have a kettle (restaurant would be happy to give you some hot water if you asked). There was also loads of entertainment within the property, great for families. Think foosball, table tennis, board games, and even a kids room with toys to entertain them for a couple hours. The breakfast included in the fee was also really good, although it would have been better if they were served to the tables due to covid.

The pool was closed due to winter but i can image this is an amazing place during the summer. highly recommend!

The staff were awesome. When I turned up, the girl at reception was super helpful and friendly, and then when I needed help with the cab and directions over the next couple of days, everyone was more than happy to help.
My only suggestion would be to have a bed with a more supportive mattress. Other than that, It was a great stay, and I would love to come back to The Netherlands.

Comfortable and reasonably priced. A little disappointed with the limited dinner menu choice. I also asked for an iron and the one provided fell apart during use. The great reception staff and additional amenities mean that overall it is a fair service for a fair price.

Hotel has a friendly and helpful staff. We had a large room with a large sitting area. Bathroom with tiny shower was very small, clean. Mattresses were worn, soft; pillows were moderate. Breakfast provided had a good spread. Overall the hotel was tired, needs some major overhaul; most chairs in breakfast area had worn seats, some of the vinyl flooring in our room let loose, cracks in some walls.

A night in Lekkerkerk

This was my second visit to this hotel. Check in was fast, once I had found a member of staff to check me in. The room was on the ground floor close to reception overlooking the swimming pool. The rooms are very dated with old, dark brown wooden furniture. The room on the face of it was clean, but a closer inspection showed there to be lots of dust and dirt behind the curtains and bed side cabinets. The worst for me was a smell of stale cigarette smoke in my room, not what you would expect in a non smoking hotel. There was an air freshener placed on top of the wardrobe, but this didn't help.

Sleeping proved to be difficult due to mosquitoes in the room and noisy people in the next room moving chairs and tables about outside of my room.

The buffet breakfast was good and well presented.

Even though the hotel was conveniently located my for business meetings, I probably would not stay there again.

A really wonderful staff makes the stay great. They rented me an electric assisted bicycle and instruction how to bike the Kinderdijk, a world heritage site. It was on of the best experiences of my life! An authentic Dutch experience in a beautiful Dutch village.

This was a lovely hotel. We stayed a night here after we had been to visit the Kinderdijk windmills. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we had a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was good too. I would recommend this hotel for a short or longer stay.

Clean, neat, and quaint

This hotel is a fairly basic operation, but has a clean simplicty that borders on being a model of classic European hotels as you might imagine one in the 1950s. Small room, tiny facilities, little bed, and thin walls. It actually was much nicer than it sounds-the staff was very nice, and the hotel itself was extremely charming. Not luxurious, but extremely clean and a nice place to stay.

Cycling trip with a sop in Lekkerkerk

The Witte Brug Hotel is older and the hotel has made some upgrades in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are spacious but modestly decorated. The restaurant was surprisingly good. Everyone enjoyed their meals and portion size were generous.

Very nice Hotel and nice place to stay to see Windmills. Very comfortable room. Excellent, helpful staff. Food in Resteraunt was first class. My only complaint was no tea or coffee making. Apparently Fletcher Hotel policy. This is very annoying to British and Australians who like a cup of tea. I had to search the town and buy a jug for 29 Euro, but I don't see why I should. Staff were very apologetic, and obviously didn't agree with penny pinching policy. This policy alone would make me avoid a Fletchers Hotel in the future. Also no iron.

Unser Zimmer war super groß und sehr schön. Bad und Toilette waren getrennt und im Gegensatz zum Zimmer recht klein. Parkplätze gab es reichlich. Alles in allem jedoch war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war frisch zubereitet, es gab auch frisches Obst. Bei drei Tagen leider nicht abwechslungsreich.

Vi anlände till hotellet och fick en mycket positiv upplevelse. Hemtrevligt och inbjudande. Personalen som tog emot oss i receptionen var inte så trevlig och välkomnande och kunde varit mer serviceminded.

Rummet var väldigt fint och välskött. Tyvärr var det väldigt dålig belysning i badrummet. Duschtvålen var slut och fylldes inte på under vår vistelse, trots städning varje dag i rummet.

Frukosten var under all kritik!!! Vi behövde be om påfyllning flera gånger. Det saknades alternativ till bröd samt att pannkakorna fastnade i bakplåtspapper de låg på. Dåligt utbud på frukt och grönsaker också.

Vår familj kom besök vår sista dag och betalade 105 euro för 6 personers frukost, och det var absolut inte värt det!

Överlag ett väldigt trevligt hotell med gratis parkering, rent och fräscht samt bra tillgängligt till mycket runt omkring.

Die bezahlte Zimmerreservierung wurde per Mail bestätigt. Bei der Ankunft um ca. 20:00 Uhr waren alle Zimmer belegt.

Habe eine halbe Stunde am Telefon gewartet bis die Angelegenheit von einer Mitarbeiterin von hotels.com \"geklärt'\" war.

Mussten dann vor Ort ein neues Hotel buchen.

Te weinig voor te veel

Nu ben ik er geweest voor een overnachten ivm m’n werk maar , thuis is het beter ! Het bed was net een stuk schuimrubber met zwakke veren erin, tegen m’n vrouw zei ik al , net alsof ik in een oude eens sliep , kamer was oubollig rook muf sanitair deed me denken aan de 70’s en douchen in een badkuip , en als ik iets haat is het dat wel ..

Het was een mooie accommodatie om te zien. Wel jammer dat we nergens meer konden parkeren toen we aankwamen. We moesten bij de woonhuizen parkeren.

Snelle incheck en aardig personeel.
We hadden een ruime 4 persoonskamer. Ook een ruime badkamer.

We een zwaar gedateerde kamer. Veel vieze vlekken op het tapijt. Schimmel op het plafond van de badkamer en oud water jn de hoeken van de douche en schimmel.
We hadden maar 2 handdoeken voor 4 personen, wat wel wat vreemd was.

Het zwembad was top. Heerlijke verkoeling na een warme dag. Ontbijt was ook echt super. Veel keus en alles heerlijk vers. Er was voldoende.

Al met al een top ervaring en een top locatie

Hotel de witte brug is een schoon hotel het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. We hebben lekker geslapen. Het ontbijt was ook lekker en genoeg keuze Ik vindt zelf dat het interieur een beetje oud bollig is en kan hier en daar wel een likje verf gebruiken. Maar voor de rest tevreden.

Contra: Zimmer und Bäder sollten renoviert werden, da Spinnweben, tote Fliegen an der Wand, alte Badewanne und Fliessen, dunkel, mehr Licht, stärkere Lampen. Insektengitter wären hilfreich. Pro: Gutes Frühstück besonders die Croissants, grosses Zimmer, kostenfreier Parkplatz am Haus, Rotterdam sehr gut erreichbar mit Wasserbus.nl Krimpen/Stormpolder

Hôtel près de Rotterdam, Delft, la Haye, Gouda... et pas très loin de Keukenhof. Chambre correcte et calme (nous étions sur l'arrière du bâtiment) mais moquette tâchée, c'est dommage... Restaurant ouvert tous les soirs, heureusement !! car le village de Lekkerkerk ne propose pas grand chose ! Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une petite remise pour les résidents de l'hôtel...

We hadden een familiekamer, deze was super groot en was echt niets op aan te merken, het enige minpunt wat ik kan bedenken is dat er erg veel licht aan de zijkant van het gordijn door kwam wat zorgde dat we erg vroeg wakker werden.

wat tegen viel was dat als je slecht te been bent er geen lift is dus dit wel aangeven dat je beneden wilt slapen.
mogelijkheid tot lift is er wel plaatsen tussen de trap .

wij hadden kamer 204 bed te zacht en de lamp hangt te hoog om hem vanuit het bed uit te doen.

Rooms are fine - but if you are a clean-freak, then this is absolutely not the place for you. It is worn and tired, and whoever does the cleaning is super lazy - closet, bed, table - nothing is vacuumed under.

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter les sites du sud des Pays-Bas.
Accueil et personnel très bien.
Parking et petit déjeuner inclus, chambre plus que spacieuse avec extérieur et piscine à disposition.
Linge propre mais poussière et douche à revoir. Beaucoup de moustiques dans la chambre (déjà là à notre arrivée)
Chambre remise au goût du jour mais nécessiterai quelques travaux (déjà ok pour les espaces communs)

Op het oog (in werkelijkheid valt dat mee) kleinschalige accomodatie. Wel wat gedateerd qua inrichting en afwerking. Prettig verblijf gehad, rustige lokatie nabij de drukte van de Randstad/Rotterdam.
