We disembarked our cruise ship early in the morning. Proceeded to the Yotel hotel we booked, so we have a place to hold our luggage’s and somewhere to rest since we have 15+ hours before our midnight flight back to Germany. Overall, a very nice hotel with excellent customer service. Staff was very accommodating to our early check-in and check-out requirements, waiving any additional costs. If we were staying in Singapore would have definitely stayed here. Great amenities and walking distance to sites, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommended to all travelers visiting Singapore. Thank you.

Wooden floor - one problematic panel
They sent a staff to my room to fix and note problems. My third time staying at this hotel. This time higher floor and room is older. The offered room change but since it’s only 2 days and I already unpacked my staff, I decllined.

The check-in process was smooth as a member of staff was on hand to guide us thru the self check-in process and answer any general queries. The room was small as mentioned elsewhere but we expected this and it was perfectly fine for our 1 night stay. The room was clean with all the amenities we needed and the bed very comfy. We were on the 30th floor so had lovely views across the city. The location was convenient for transport/shops/cafes. We checked in late, after 10pm and was able to find 2 cafes within 150 yards still opened.

We loved the style, price and central location of this popular hotel, our room was awesome- compact but loads of fantastic design solutions which meant it had everything we needed - shower, toilet, sink, kettle, hairdryer, iron, tv etc, plus a very comfortable bed. Good soundproofing ensured a quiet night and it was spotless. My husband enjoyed the gym. The pool was on the small side but I guess that is to be expected for the location and price point. Check in and out a bit of a faff on the self serve machines - but very courteous staff on hand to help.

Everything was great except the room was tiny. I guess I never realized just how small a 151 sq ft hotel room can be. The bathroom design was such that water splashed all over the place. Also, there was no storage or walking space in the room. My wife and I kept bumping into each other. However, the hotel and room both were clean and the location was excellent. The staff and service was amazing. Thumbs up if you are looking for a clean well located place just to sleep.

The bed is so comfy & yr partner turned around you wouldn’t know it👍. But the toilet need to be improved as the shower and toilet are attached to each other. After shower the whole floor was wet. It might be inconvenient for those who only need to go toilet while the floor is wet. Other than this everything is good

This hotel is a joke. The room was so small that we could not open our suitcases. The view from the window was available from the toilet. Though the hotel staff wad courteous, our three night stay was more lile a torture, not relaxation.

Room was clean and tidy. I really liked the clever use of space, and having a bed that can lay flat or take a reclined position eliminates the need for a chair in the room. Room has two sets of blinds in the shower area, blackout and shade. Fridge was a giid size, and the complimentary toothbrush and tooth paste is a nice touch. Breakfast options were plentiful, covering both Eastern and Western preferences. Hotel is in a great location for the shopping along Orchard Road, with access to the MRT a 2-min walk away and bus stop opposite the building. Staff were friendly. Overall an excellent stay, only suggestion for improvement is to improve the automated check-out desks as they were incredibly slow (5-10mins and lots of 'please wait').

The check in is absolutely chaotic, with nobody able to check themselves in by the automatic system this then clogs. The whole thing, people everywhere our room wasn’t ready until after 3……this was the case with lots of people wait for rooms to be cleaned

The Yotel amazed us with great amenities, futuristic design, the robot was an eye opener for us. The staff were always pleasant, helpful and very courteous. Service was always with a smile.
Love the wide selection of tasty breakfast choices. Great dining area for breakfast.
Proximity to the MRT, shopping and restaurants.

The breakfast was almost the same every day with minor changes. Good selection just very boring. The swimming pool is 1.2m so not much good for swimming. The rooms are “pod” rooms… very compact, there is no place for luggages with 3 people in a room. The bunk bed is great idea but the headspace is not good for taller guests, neither the size of the double bed. Short.
Our room or..rather the bathroom part of it..was looking at an eerie building, but no view would be use anyway, as the blinds must be constantly shut for bathroom privacy. And if not the privacy glass between the room and the bathroom area would prevent enjoying any view.
The bathroom smelled, the blinds were stained and torn, air con was screeching here and there there. Also, there were not many channels to watch and one side of the double bed had no plugs or bedside table. Location was good if you are interested to see 9 shopping malls and plazas back to back.

Large hotel right in the middle of Orchard Street & across from the Metro. Easy to get around to all the sites. The hotel is very clean. The air conditioning could be a bit cooler. Our room was very small. There is one drawer for storage. Coming in with suitcases after a long trip made it very cramped. The lighting is poor. The bathroom is very modern, but inefficient. Water leaks into the bedroom no matter how careful we were. The bed has a motorized head control. The bed had only a duvet and no top sheet. If you’re hot & kick off the covers, there’s nothing. It was quiet. The restaurant good, but expensive. Probably would look to stay elsewhere if I came back.
