We LOVED the swimming pool! Staff was lovely and made us feel welcome.
The room is nice, it's not brand new and obviously, guests have previously stayed so it shows. Bedding is very comfortable with 2 different pillows to accomodate most people, there's tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as 2 packets of biscuits for us to enjoy! (mustard & poppy seeds)

Bathroom was clean, water is slow to drain in toilets & sinks but there's even a clothes hanging line which is handy!
We'd have loved towels to be handed out at the swimming pool to avoid using the two that were in our rooms though. Showers would be nice too - there's showering facility in disabled booth only.

We tried the restaurant: had a kid's menu & a soup. The kid's meal was tasty, quantity was perfect, with a choice of mustard, ketchup & mayo for the chips. The soup on the other hand... far too salty and I didn't recognise the taste of squash. Couldn't finish it but didn't want to make a fuss. I'd have splashed on a dessert to make up for it but it wasn't offered. Nevermind. (also, the kid's coloured pencils can be sharpened but lovely attention)

We got the free bus to Disneyland at 09.30am which was fine but had to wait 30min the night before despite the hours showing a 7pm departure - didn't arrive until 7.12pm).

Overall a good stay and we would definitely come back should we have the opportunity.

The receptionist does not speak English. Long queue at check-in. Daily cleaning was missing even though I had requested it for the room – every day there were no towels and no coffee/tea in the room. The place is generally worn. Sweet head waiter at the breakfast buffet and the shuttle bus service was really good. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I had to go down and speak to the receptionist face to face every time something was missing.

The stay was lovely and reception and restaurant staff at dinner time, however at lunch time at bar, the staff were rude when I asked if I could modify a dish for my 1yr old. They told me to go elsewhere for other options as couldn’t just give me avocado - I was shocked as the hotel staff been so attentive otherwise! The hotel isn’t child friendly when it comes to food.

The property itself is fine. Clean and a little run down but overall fine. Breakfast is WAY overpriced but it’s your only option if you don’t have a car so beware. Pool is SMALL. But here is the issue. The concierge is a complete jerk. Always rude and disrespectful. He constantly contradicts whatever the rest of the front staff said. It was so bad that I canceled our next reservation there. Also the bar is way understaffed. I actually heard someone complain and there answer was “then leave!” There are better places to stay. We are currently at KI Space and it’s beautiful ( yes still far away from everything but everyone is pleasant and the hotel is new)

Specifically requested to clean up room twice , but our request was ignored, made complaint to front desk , told us we had no disturb sign on the door. But why the towels were drop off on the dirty desk. Totally didn’t make sense .
Very poor services , nothing like 4 stars hotel , even not because event we were in is right at this hotel , I won’t be staying there at all.
Also our first night at check in, we were offer £39 to upgrade to a premium room , that was a joke room, honestly it is more of a small basic 2/3 stars hotel room. Told us will bring extra towel for us. They didn’t do on the same night . They didn’t next day after I go to front desk to make complaint twice

Good for families going to Disneyland Paris. Rooms are spacious and shuttle is convenient. The restaurant food was average, but was also convenient since there are no close restaurants nearby. Our key cards demagnetized every day so after a long day at the park, we had to go back down and have them reactivated, which was frustrating. housekeeping is inconsistent and did not always remove dirty dishes, or replenish coffee and tea. Overall, it is a good option for those visiting the park and do not spend much time at the hotel.

Property is well maintained, and the water dispensors and snack vending machines are good facilities to have. Concierge service is also professional. However, dining choices are limited and Uber Eats or other food delivery services are not able to deliver to the main front door of the hotel. The breakfast omelette station is also understaffed - a table service should be offered or a vibration device used instead of queuing at the station. During busy times, the breakfast items are are not replenished fast enough and there were items which were unavailable. At the swimming pool, there was a huge puddle of cold stagnating water which everyone has to walk into before entering the pool, please fix this. Also, please also attach a large notice if possible to request people do not take photos or film in the swimming pool to prevent voyeurs! On the free shuttle service is very punctual and regular but it will be helpful if the service could start slightly earlier than 9am. It will be helpful to make an announcement before the bus depart to request adults to be polite and give seats to young children and disabled passengers. Hotel maintenance staff should also check the shower screen seals as water seem to be leaking through them into the floor. A night light would be useful in family rooms.

We booked two rooms interconnected. When we checked in we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a premium room which we declined. Upon entering the Roos one has a normal room temperature and the other was so hot it was just unbearable. The sofa bed in the room was not put back in its place as well as it was shabbily dressed indicating house keeping did not bother to fold it away which was an obstruction in the room as it occupied almost half of the space in the room.

Lovely hotel. Well kept. Nice little (warm) swimming pool. Slight issue with air con in room (wouldn’t go cold - but we didn’t ask to be fixed). Great shuttle to Disney (free!) and to train station (same place as Disney) l. Breakfast is amazing, dinner/food very nice but quite expensive (about 18 quid for a pizza). Make sure you sign up for Raddison Rewards before you go - gets you 10% off food and drink.

Horrible place with many problems. Not family or handicap friendly. Worse issue was the shuttle bus with first one of the day being late, after 30 min wait in the cold, the bus finally came, it let out the handicap step for a lady in the wheelchair, and then did not open the doors so the handicap lady and all the families with strollers were not able to get on, the only people who got on were the non-family people who could push the families, pregnant people, and handicap people out of the way to get in the front door. Manager’s response was to say ‘we could file a complaint’ if we had an issue and we just had to wait for the next bus. No apologies, nothing. Besides that room was filthy, brown liquid on the walls, stained sheets that I tried to leave in the open for them to change but housekeeping just keep making the bed instead, broken shower head. We paid for parking and got a code to get out during check in, when we checked out they made sure we had the code. Then we couldn’t get out, the phone part of the exit machine had no response, so we had to go back to the hotel where they said, they changed the codes this morning. This place is a 2 star at most and needs a new manager.

This hotel is extremely convenient for golf & Disney. They have a free shuttle running all day that will take you to and from Disney. The golf course clubhouse is a walk across the street. Great hotel for visiting Disney parks, the shuttle bus is available every half hour all day and take your right to the Disney entrance. You can also get the train from there straight into paris for sight seeing! Perfect location for both! The hotel was super clean and the breakfast was excellent! All staff were very friendly and ententive. We would definitely stay here again.

ARE WE IN THE RIGHT ROOM?

Lots of improvement needed at this establishment. We stayed here over the holiday season while visiting Disney. On arrival our room had been setup for a family (we were a couple), with literature for the previous guest left in the room. We also arrived to an empty bottle of champagne and glasses outside our room on arrival, this added to confusion. We thought we had been given the wrong room or another guest had already checked into the room. The empty champagne and glasses were not collect until the following evening. Reception were adamant that the room was ours, so sent someone to fix.
The room had not been cleaned to a high standard and lots of long dark hair was found all over the room. I wouldn’t go as far to say that the room was “dirty” just very untidy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly from the previous guests. The biggest let down from the whole stay was breakfast. The team were not allergen trained and were very confused about Gluten and what foods contained gluten. They had an allergy system in place but I was told to ignore it, as everything had already been cross contaminated, completely contradicting their system and making it very unsafe for people with allergies. I did try to provide this feed back at breakfast… I hope it was passed on.
This place is great base to stay while visiting Disney but it is DEFINITELY NOT a place to stay for a holiday or a relaxing retreat. If you have any food allergies, bring your own food with you, it is not safe!

Hier à cause d un congrès le service était déplorable ,au repas d hier soir le serveur avait les mains dans les poches et il nous fait dire si vous êtes pas content allez au village manger .
Dans les chambres aucune bouteille d eau en arrivant et même pas une machine à café
je pense que c est pas compliqué de prendre une garantie visa au cas où .....
en 2024 c est la moindre des choses

Overall this hotel fits the bill for a visit to Disneyland but a few improvements to the building and reception service would provide a better customer experience. The hotel plumbing needs an update. Room 142 is a bit tired looking. It had running water in the toilet and during the early hours, a constant droning noise came from the bathroom. Also, the air con wasn’t working. I went to reception at 5.15am and requested room change which was provided but immediate check out from 142 was insisted upon by reception staff when I asked if we could complete this in a couple of hours time to get some sleep. They were adamant that the room would be cleaned in the next 2 hours before 7.30am so we had to pack up all our belongings that we had unpacked and vacate at 5.30am. In room 345, the TV kept turning on by itself after being switched off and the toilet would not flush. The toilet was rectified quickly whilst we had breakfast at 7.45am. There were no apologies offered by the reception staff for the inconveniences, The bar staff are excellent. All very friendly and very good service with particular mention to Jagath. Hotel is in a great location, approximately 10 mins away from Disneyland. The shuttle service to and from Disneyland is also excellent.

The bed was very comfortable. However, breakfast was awful. Lack of amenities in the room (no shower gel or soap etc.) and the shower was genuinely the worst I have used in a hotel. Housekeeping took the towels that we used and only replaced one (we would have happily used them again as they were hung up) and no toilet roll provided, although this was promptly delivered when asked for. Shuttle to Disneyland was brilliant but drinks in the bar were very expensive.

we face some issue with the room view in checked in .. when we ask for change the room the check in guy was not so friendly and not helpful .. we was expected a better service as we are a regular customer in marine la valley radissons blue hotel

Horrible stay. The bathroom had mold in the tiles and the water would come out of the faucets boiling hot and take 5 minutes to cool down. The service lady did not clean our room despite us being out all day and returning at night. The only good part of the stay was the breakfast (which was an additional cost). Overall, would not stay here again. 2/5 stay.

The hotel was very nice. Breakfast is amazing. The staff are extremely friendly. My only gripe is that we asked for a twin room and got a double with one big bed and a camp bed. Not very fair for one traveller.
