Okay and Convenient

Nice looking suite, but bedroom TV didn't work. No offer of change of accommodation, alas. TV in sitting room did work, but it was an uncomfortable room (furniture was for looks, not comfort!). No instructions on how kitchen worked, lack of safety bars in shower and bath (though one was installed after I mentioned it). Staff good and helpful.

You couldn't ask for a better location while staying in London! A quick (and beautiful) walk across Green Park brings you to Buckingham Palace within 20 minutes, the around-the-corner Picadilly Underground station is the line that connects to many of London's best attractions, and you can go just next door to the Ritz for tea or a cocktail.
The staff was attentive and helpful- our greeting by Sam started our stay off perfectly!
We highly recommend staying at Arlington House on your next London vacation.

This place was just what we needed! Being so close to Buckingham palace and Piccadilly Circus and then the hub to get to all the other sites was the best. We were able to walk and grab ubers very easily. The area felt very safe and easy to navigate. The front doorman were so sweet each time we entered and so helpful at checkin. We will DEFINATELY be back. The room and kitchen were the perfect size, even the washer was helpful and the AC was cold!!! Not easy to find in London. Perfect place!

I found Arlington House on Google and then followed up with research/reviews on travel sites. Having an apartment was so much better than a hotel room. We don’t need a restaurant and all the family had their own bedrooms, bathrooms. Having a kitchen just for coffee, snacks was great. We did not ‘cook’ meals. The apartment was VERY spacious, 2 BR, 2.5 BA, large kitchen and living room. An EXCELLENT location, walking distance to many attractions/restaurants and 2-3 blocks from subway station. I would highly recommend Arlington House for a London stay.

Excellent location, excellent staff, large and comfortable apartment, The light switches are some old strange technology and hard to operate. We left a retainer at the property and sent a message to the property 1 hour after check out to have it shipped at our own cost but two messages later and 2 days later still no response. Their listed phone number is also disconnected.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I always thought it was a good place to stay. Unfortunately this time I was very upset because my Gucci belt which was used by my daughter and was just placed on the vanity table got stolen when they cleaned our room , monday. We checked out Tuesday early morning and realized someone stole the gucci belt. It is very unfortunate that such establishment steals items that are not theirs. So sad. I don’t think I will trust staying at this place. Beware!

The quality of the accommodations was excellent as was the reception and house staff service during the weekdays. However, there is no cleaning service provided on the weekend, which would have been fine had I been told ahead of time. The issue was that the housing staff (inadvertently) did not provide any paper supplies on Friday and no such supplies were available on the weekend. I also found the weekend reception staff was not well informed about the area.

This wonderful property is located just around the corner from Green Park tube station (which gives you access to 3 lines - you can get anywhere) and is about a 5-7 minute walk to the magnificent Tudor-era St James Palace, and the lovely St James Park beyond. The apartment was wonderful - very well supplied kitchen, and as we were above ground floor we kept the windows open all night to hear the fountain in their large garden in the rear. It was quiet on this street, and yet close to all. Will be back!

The apartment was perfect in every way. It was roomy and well appointed with a great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. One of the best underground stations in London is within a 2 minute walk from the apartment where you can choose from three of major lines. We hope to stay at Arlington House again.

Easily accessible to the prime locations. The Bucklingham palace was in the backyard. The Garden view suite was ideal and close to the Greenpark subway. We enjoyed our stay, every room had it's own ensuite and television. There was one staff during check in was very grumpy but the others were great. Otherwise, this is an ideal accommodation for my family. I highly recommend it.

After the first 1 night of staying here I got bumps on my waist. I ended up Staying here for 2 weeks it got very bad the last 4 days. I finally went to the doctor and he says it’s likely scabies or version of it & I could’ve gotten it from the mattress since it happened within the 1st night & whoever stayed before me May have had it. I did think it came from the drawers so tje properly did do a curtesy to dry clean 2 my outfits that couldn’t be washed in hot water. But the doctor said it likely came from the mattress or the blanket/pillow that are used as decoration that rarely get changed. Anyway I am clearly bummed but now am on medication.

My other note was the fridge was buzzing and was super loud & reception said it was “normal” - name one Miele fridge that buzzes louder than a moving train?

The upside to the place is that is the service is really good and you have all the amenities for the apartment. It’s also centrally located.

This was a great place to stay - perfectly situated for so many places we wanted to go. The unit we stayed in was perfect for us and exactly what we needed for two of us (and one who snores). Room to spread out, very nicely appointed. They also let us in early to nap after our overnight flight, which we appreciated, and we thought the price was very reasonable for the area. Absolutely would stay there again.

Our 6 night stay was wonderful. The room was only for 2 but large. The water pressure was fantastic! The kitchen appliances are Miele, I was very surprised. The bed was huge and comfortable, the room was spotless and they cleaned every day except on weekends. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The location is perfect. Honestly this was such a wonderful place to stay, I would stay here again when I return. It's one straight train ride from Heathrow, super convenient. We were very lucky to get a room here.

The reception was so accommodating. My 9 year old son and I got into London in the early a.m. from the U.S. We intended to only drop our bags, but the team at the reception arranged for us to get into the apartment within 20-30 mins, so we could get settled at nap upon our return midday. They also kindly printed some tickets for me that could not be shown electronically for entry into an event. The apartment was great and outfitted with everything we needed.

Absolutely stunning. I stayed on apartment 35 and it’s a sweet scape from Crazy london. The apartment is HUGE. There is a washing machine in the apt which helped us so much...

it's literally 3 min by walk from green park station, everything around. Also is quiet outside.

This was an excellent place to stay for a weeks vacation - having a kitchen gave us the option to eat in every now and then, and have our morning coffee and breakfast in peace. The location can’t be beat- walkable to nearly everything. We had a peaceful and lovely view of the park from our apartment as well. Be aware it is more of an apartment than hotel - weekly housekeeping instead of daily, and no real amenities in the building.

Arlington house is centrally located in London. Piccadilly circus, Bond Street, selfridges, Oxford street are all within walking distance. The building itself is very well maintained, elegant and offers superb views on green Park. The apartment is very spacious with a very well equipped full kitchen. Rooms are pleasant but the beds are dreadful and short. I paid for a king sized bed and it was anything but, 2 nights on a plank would have been better. The bed was much shorter than it should have been with a consequence that feet hung over the end.

4.3 is about right. Has the potential to be a great find in the center of Mayfair. More of an apartment residence. Stayed in garden floor room. While no access to Green Park it's around the corner. Next door to a great restaurant. Beds pretty good. Shower weird for us Yanks as no glass panel separating from toilet. Staff very nice, helpful and available. Can be so much more with a couple of pound investment in the garden and finishes. You won't be sorry for staying but it's not the Ritz although that's around the corner too.

Fantastic location, large and clean place. Front desk and maid service were fantastic. Only 2 issues, couldn't fix the remote for the master room TV and air handler unit started making loud vibration noises on our 3rd night there. Couldn't fix it with out turning off the entire system.

Location is good, but services is...

Before my booking, I told them my mom is 90 years old and made sure there is a lift. What I got is 9th floor and the lift is up to 8th floor only. And electricity was not worked in the room when we first went inside, we had called the reception three times and after about 3 hours someone came in to solve the problem. Also we are disappointed that we're refused to be provided with additional toilettes, but only one small set for our stay of 9 nights. It is clearly stated in your website that free toilettes are included in the room rates.

Great Find!

This place perfectly suited our needs. Traveling with a baby on a 2-day stopover and having the convenience of a kitchen and washer/dryer was great for us. We weren’t going to have time for amenities such as a gym and room service, so didn’t miss that at all. Further, the staff was exceptionaly responsive. We had a studio room, which is small, but still managed to have a sizable and fully functional kitchen and bathroom. The best part? Heated floors! So nice after a day out in December weather. The least enjoyable part? No view ... windows in the studio room are frosted glass of some kind, so there is literally no view and figuratively speaking no windows. I assume all studios are the same. However, location more than makes up for any shortfall .... amazing location.

Best place in London! Great surrounding restaurants, located in posh Mayfair next to Ritz Hotel, near Green Park and Buckingham Palace. We have stayed here three times. BEST FOR A FAMILY. This facility has very nice completely furnished apartments with daily room service. We will certainly stay here again. (Pearl: make a reservation for the Wolsely next door for breakfast. Best afternoon tea is at the Savoy!)

Better suited to a single person than a couple. The main room is so cluttered with TV, dining table, sofa, side tables, cabinet and even a stereo & cupboard that there is only room for a modest sized bed for two!

Wonderful apartment, excellent location, everything was perfect - except my room (1D) faced into a very narrow and sometimes very noisy alley. There was almost no natural light in the apartment. And a neighborhood pub persisted in dumping rather large numbers of empty bottles into a trash bin quite late into the night, The close alley walls helped to create a curious and unnerving resonance to all that noise!

A series of things went wrong in my unit but upon notifying staff all were promptly rectified. The fire alarm going off at 1:37am because someone burnt toast was irritating but not the hotel’s fault. Still it did put a dampener on my stay this time.

Ground floor garden studio- lots of space but can hear every single tube train coming and going. And not a single full length mirror. Sitting room did not have sufficient lighting - a bit dark. Lobby stuck in the 70s. Amazing location but only ‘ok’.
First floor studio e no garden view quite small and looks out on walls/parking garage entrance and quite loud iHVAC noise. Staff is nice and it is great to have full kitchen and laundry machine but still. I think hotel probably better for the price.
