Very bad quality breakfast. They have a coffee machine that dispenses nothing but hot water and water-down \"coffee\". Better go around the corner for a good size americano for only 2 bucks. Never was an Iron available. i had to buy my own. They do not give you toilet paper, soaps or fresh towels unless you ask for them. Tiny-toy like toilet... splashes everything when used. No safe in the room and no closet. Good only for ONE night, not for a longer stay.

Arrived and my reservation was canceled because of overbooking and/or according to staff because I was late for check in at 5pm and told me they had no rooms left. Looked around the area and all full. Eventually told me they had one room, different than what I had reserved, etc. Paid and that was another mess. Next day at check out: they made me show proof that I had paid because according to them I hadn’t, but if I hadn’t I wouldn’t have had the room. Def. won’t stay here again nor do I recommend.

El cuarto cuando entramos olia muy mal estaba sucio tenia mucho polvo las cobijas estaban sucias durante dos dias no noslas cambiaron tubimos que ir a recepción a desurles y no fueron quienes para ir a cambiarlas ellos solo nos llevaron dos cubre colchones porque no tenias sabana y unas cobijas grandes solo las dejaron hay nosotras tubimos que ponerlas el piso nunca lo limpiaron en los 4 duas que estubimos hospedadas en el hotel la verdad fue un pesimo servicio no tenias ventanas

Una de las cosas que no me gusto es que durante mi estadia pude ver cucarachas dentro de mi habitacion y eso no es higienico, lo segundo que no me gusto es que todos los dias estaban tratando de abrir la puerta para la limpieza de la habitacion aun estando nosotros adentro, entiendo lo del \"room service\" pero en algunos momentos la gente solo quiere dormir... y tercero no va directamente al hotel sino al estacionamiento que tienen ellos para los vehiculos, la persona le cobro a mi esposo un monto que no era por el vehiculo que habiamos alquilado se suponia que el dia eran 95 pesos si mal no recuerdo y en vez de cobrarle el dia le cobro los 95 pesos mas 180 pesos de que ? No lo se, por que nunca especifico...
Pero en general, la atencion de parte del personal, desayunos, la condicion de la habitacion, la seguridad, etc. La verdad me gusto mucho, todo muy organizado, muy bonito.

Staff was good, but everything else was not. The bathroom cleaning service was really deficient. The coffee machine broke on Tuesday morning and was still out of order when I check out on Friday. That meant no coffee for breakfast (included). To me, that is unacceptable for a hotel owned by Marriott.

Zero Customer Service Skills

I had a very bad and disappointing experience throughout my stay. I made two reservations. One for one night with points and one for the next 4 nights paid with a credit card. I did this since it was Formula 1 weekend (even though I was not there for that). I called the hotel twice in a 2 week period prior to my stay to confirm that they would be able to secure the same room for both reservations so that we did not have to checkout of one and then re-check into a completely different room afterwards. Both times, I was told, that would not be a problem. My cousin was the first to arrive the morning of the first reservation, she dropped off her luggage and was told that the room had been secured and we would not have to move into a new room the next day. Sadly, when she came back at night, she was told there was a problem with the room. Apparently, they did not have our room type. The best they could do is have us move into two separate rooms (neither of which was the room type I had paid for). Once I arrived to the hotel, the story changed multiple times. We were at first told we would get to keep both rooms for two nights, then we were told we would need to leave both rooms the next morning but could keep our luggage packed in a corner until night time when we would return. We were then called the morning of to take out our luggage completely and put it into luggage storage or if not we would be charged additional nights. The manager promised to email and never did.

The room was very small, it had an ugly scent. No hair dyer,no closet,no iron for the clothes.no table or chairs inside the room. The street is known for prostitution I wish the could of disclose such a thing - Had to find out the wrong way, The price was comparable to any 5 star hotel and this one is not a good option .

Everything good but cleanliness of the washroom was disgusting! We found hairs and stuff on the shower the first day, by day two same hairs and stuff on the same spot so it means they never clean the shower (maybe toilet as well), another inconvenient thing is you need to leave the key of your room at counter because they say they have problems with the machine so they can’t make new cards (a bit unsafe practice)

Hotel is good for a short stay.

We booked on Hotels.ca 4hrs before check in and when we got to the hotel to check-in it took about 40mins. We were told the room were not paid for, even those I have confirmation email to show that it was paid. The man who was helping us speak limited English but he was friendly and tried his best to help. Location is good. I'm a light sleeper and we were on the 4th floor and I do not find noise to be an issue. Room are small, very basic (not even hair dryer in the room) but clean. Tip: if you book online within a short period before checking into the hotel and paid online, the host may not receive the payment right away and it can cause delay with your check-in.

This hotel is a fantastic value when you think about it. For the money, I think it is an incredible value. The staff was friendly and my room was VERY clean. The rooms are smaller and fairly simple, but you have what you need. I mean, everything is in there from a hot shower, to wifi, to a tv, to an air conditioner...it's all there. And, again,...it is very clean. I have stayed at a lot of hotels in CDMX for a lot of different reasons. This time, I just needed a simple, safe place in a location that I know and a location that is close to Reforma. I found a perfect place. If you are looking for a good value in a good location, I would recommend this hotel. My thanks to all of the staff!

Pleasant straightforward and clean stay

We enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again.

The room was fairly basic, containing just the essentials and was very clean. Good water pressure and Hot water available. Wifi is reliable. Area is safe even at dark. I was told the shuttle they have parked outside is free for residents to be transported anywhere 5km out which I found amazing. Free breakfast buffet was fresh and consisted of eggs, refried beans, chilaquiles, sweet bread and several drink options.

The only downside we experienced were the room doors slam if not held as they’re closing and one of them woke us up. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever.

Out of all the hotels I stayed...this one was the most comfortable and quiet hotel!

Location: Good. Close to everything and metro bus is right around the corner and safe!

Breakfast: It was included but due to covid 19, they serve a small portion of scrambled eggs and fruits. Oh, the coffee machine is free for 24 hours.

Noise: It was the quietest room ever in Mexico but it could possibly be due to less people because of covid 19?

Fully renovated, super helpful and nice staff. The rooms are good, but they have a bunch of them without a real window, so those would feel very claustrophobic. I feel they should prove those separately and clearly state that they don’t have a real window. WiFi worked pretty well and the hotel is strategically situated so you can move around easily.

Huele mal las instalaciones y las habitaciones, NO es un hotel recomendado para ir de trabajo.
