Ocean Serviced Apartments are in Edinburgh, offering spacious apartments for a comfortable stay including free parking and fast Wi-Fi. The Royal Yacht Britannia, cinema and restaurants of the Ocean Terminal complex is in the area along with a 24Hour supermarket.
The bustling city centre with the famous Edinburgh Castle can be reached by bus and the tram which is located close by to us. Each apartment has two bedrooms which has two bathrooms consisting of one family bathroom with a bath and one ensuite shower room.
The large living rooms have digital TVs and comfortable sofas. The fully equipped kitchens have ovens, fridges, dishwashers and a washing machine in the apartment.
SELF CHECK-IN: Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00, an emergency contact number is available for urgent matters after hours. Property operating on a self-check in basis.
To arrange self-check in, guest needs to send a copy of valid driving license/passport or ID to stay@oceanservicedapts. com and to complete the pre-authorisation security deposit of £100 which will be sent via email.
All requirements must be completed in advance. Check – in starts from 16:00, and check-in instructions will be only sent once both requirements are completed.
Check out time is by 10:00 GROUP BOOKINGS POLICY: Ocean Apartments has a NO GROUP policy. We do not accept certain groups to stay such as single sex parties as well as hen/stag groups, and we reserve the right not to accept bookings with an EH postcode.
All guests who made a reservation for 5 or more adults, need contact reception to confirm the nature of their group booking. If the nature of your stay is not confirmed, the deposit may increase up to £200/£300 per apartment.

The apartment was beautiful and clean and in a quiet area, we had everything we needed, lovely comfortable beds lovely living area so we could all spread out very well equipped facilities, fridge microwave dishwasher washing machine too! Constant hot water! bus 11 opposite the apartment was a god send with us being a little bit out of Edinburgh also the tram was a great way to travel with 3 kids, and close by, Asda close by too if u needed anything! the staff were exceptional too over all 10/10

The apartment was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The view was great. It was convenient to have instant coffee and milk packets available, as well as a tea pot and cleaning supplies. Nice to have the grocery store in walking distance as well as some restaurants. Although it was cool outside, the apartment did get warm but we were provided with fans to help with the heat. I wish the windows had screens and could be left open. The beds blocked the window from staying open, which would have helped with the temperature in the apartment. I noticed many places in Europe don't have screens on their windows. Despite this, the apartment was awesome and we had a great stay. I highly recommend!

Great stay at the Ocean Serviced Apartments - we were on the 6th floor (Executive apartment B24) which had an amazing view out to the sea and across the city - stunning!
The whole apartment was nice and clean and the lounge/kitchen/dining area had been recently decorated and furnished to a high standard. There is a small balcony off this area too
The underground parking was great with our own designated space and lift up to the 6th floor so no hassles with parking
Check in was easy with the key pick up system and the Staff in the office were really helpful with a couple of questions that we had

Arrived Friday, key instructions very straight forward. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Everything you need was in there. The bed was a little uncomfortable and possibly more milk sachets could have been left as no local shop available. Taxis are very reasonable and bus stop close by. All in all a very pleasurable place to stay for a weekend away. Would recommend.

Spacious apartment around 15 minutes from the city centre. Comfy beds and plenty of kitchenware provided. The only downside is that the hot water is from a tank that only provides around 40 minutes hot water. We were a group of 3 girls so all washing our hair was impossible, however we spaced it out during the day and had no issues.

The views over the harbour area are superb. Asda store within easy walking distance, as is the bus terminal for services into the centre of Edinburgh. Underground car parking is very convenient ( lifts from basement ) . We have stayed in this property many times ( family members nearby ) - it works very well for us.

Lovely stay at Ocean apartments. Apartment really clean & well furnished with amazing views. Staff really responsive to emails & arranged a late checkout easily. Unfortunately no toilet roll or dishwasher tablets replenished during stay (think because of Covid) so would be nice for longer stays to have more dishwasher tablets. Great base for a trip to Edinburgh
Apartments are light and spacious. Kitchens are fairly well equipped. Oddly dinner plates didn't fit the dishwater (!) but having oven is a bonus. Wooden floors lovely for most but nightmare with baby, however we brought a large polystyrene playmat which helped. Wifi was fast. Underground car park very convenient. We'd definitely stay again.

Stayed here previously and very disappointed this time. Lift not working and I am disabled but receptionist helped to carry luggage up. Had guests coming for pre Christmas dinner and found oven not working when ready to cook turkey. Maintenance man did fit new oven and finally ate dinner very late. Had small children so was not very good for them to eat after 9-00 pm. Otherwise apartment was very clean and well fitted out. Paid £380 for 2 nights. Later advertised for £59 a night.
