The hotel rooms were clean NO FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE. there were RACCOONS at the pool about 10 attacking the food. They could have rabies. We went in at 9pm someone has thrown up on elevator we told front desk several times and she ignored. We put rug outside of elevator. The housekeeping was good and rooms clean. But the customer service front desk and those raccoons at pool were dangerous.

El hotel es tranquilo, lo que no me gusto es que no tiene estacionamiento propio uno se estaciona a un lado y tiene que estar atento uno a que cuando se desocupe rápido estacionarse, no me gusto un olor muy desagradable del baño de cerca de las albercas , en general el personal mantiene limpias las instalaciones pero ese olor desagradable no se podía ignorar, Lo otro que tampoco me gusto es que me pidieron el cuarto a las 11 cuando en su reglamento dice que máximo a las 12 se podía salir uno .

This property is immediately across the beach road from the beach, and has balconies with a beautiful view of the bay and islands from every room. Our room also over looked the swimming pool. Parking is on a culdesac adjacent to the hotel and seemed very safe. The staff were very helpful and all spoke some English and the manager spoke excellent English. A short walk towards the McDonald's end of the beach had a street of very good restaurants. The converted VW bug taxi's are immediately available at all times and everyone we met in Mazatlan from locals to international visitors were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is one of the older buildings but is well maintained with a welcoming atmosphere.

staff was very rude, no hot water, toilet was not flushing. when I went to front desk to let them know they just kept telling me that it did work. I told them to come up to the room to check it and they kept denying and said it did work. It took me over an hour arguing with them just so they will go check and see that I was not lying. Finally I endes up canceling and going to a different hotel.

Very cheap. It was right on the malecón, a stones throw from the ocean. For the price it was better then expected. We found a couple bugs in our room and the hot water either wasn't working or it takes so long to get there that my shower was over by the time it did.

Caro. Nos cobraron 10mil supongo por la fecha. El hotel no tenía agua caliente, no funcionaba el sanitario ni el control de la tv, el elevador sin funcionar, todo sucio. Se escudaban que por las fechas no tenían personal pero deben estar prevenidos. Muy mala atención la chica de recepción muy grosera, nos decía que nos fuéramos si queríamos pero obviamente ya habíamos pagado y no había reembolso. Es una lástima porque ya habíamos ido en otras ocasiones y nos había ido bien por el precio calidad.
Ahora creo pagamos mucho en relación a la calidad. Evitense la pena y busquen algo mejor.
