Friendly staff, great location in tourist zone, across the street from access to the beach, lots of restaurants nearby . During our stay the hotel was having a problem with the hot water so we had a few days that the showers were cold , the manager had maintenance try to fix the issue but were still working on the problem on the day we checked out . Nice basic budget hotel in a good location . The next time I stay there I am sure they will have hot water .

This hotel should be closed due to walls are peeling, cracked, smells horribly, beds are super hard, n sheets are not at all soft. Towels smell used lack cleanliness. No chairs to sit. Bathrooms were dirty with mold on the corners. No quietness - thin walls and NO security!! The customers were loud n children were let run around the halls. My window's view was the dumped trash. The breakfast was NOT breakfast! Corridors floors dirty n no one to attend to customers needs. Should not be operating as a hotel. 1 possitive...AC was good!!! Other than that is a shame. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

La sábana tenía una gotita de sangre y cobraron como nueva cuando bien podían haberla lavado y se le retiraba la mancha. La gerente del hotel se puso muy pesada y hasta un poco grosera durante la estancia. Definitivamente tendríamos que pensarlo muy bien al regresar a Mazatlán porque en ese hotel no creemos volver a hospedarnos

El hotel es completamente diferente a las fotos habitaciones sucias sabanas viejas y manchadas de cloro no hay productos básicos como papel de baño, las camas son muy incómodas es aire acondicionado no funciona pides hablar con el gerente y nunca está, cuando subes a desayunar tienen las tazas en la que te sirven café sucias pedi mi cancelación y solo me dieron largas en general fue pésimo se ve muy bonito por fuera pero no es nada lo que parece no lo recomiendo para nada

Fatal... es hotel esta de dar asco y ni se digan las habitaciones cuando llegamo nos dieron una habitación sucia, no mal aseada SUCIA, habia papitas en el suelo, ligas de plástico en el buro y el piso, sin barrer ni trapear, el baño super sucio, el lavamanos tirando agua, le comente a recepción y nos dio un cuarto Peor! Barrido y trapeado pero con el baño asqueroso,las paredes del baño super suvias y llenas de moho negro, la puerta del baño rota, sin sabanas solo la sabana funda para el colchon y la colcha, esta super descuidado. El \"desayuno \" lo sirven en un cuarto con muy mal aroma no desayunamos por supuesto olia super feo el area de comedor. No tienen instalaciones de hotel, las puertas y ventanas no son propias para aislar el ruido TODO se escucha... No Se Hospeden Aqui....
