A little far from main attractions

The rooms are spacious comparing to other hotels in Paris but the beds are not the most comfortable. We did not get cleaning service during our 3 day stay. Breakfast menu is same everyday. Scrambled egg and bacon did not taste good. Croissants and freshly squuezied orange juice were great though.
Staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel is 10 min walk to the metro station then you need to ride 20 min to the main attractions

Ac did not work properly. Filter was filthy. Vent to the room was full of dust. Hotel did provide a fan. We just opened the windows at night for air. Street noise was a bit much. Room set up was great. Had the ac worked and vents not been full of dust we might not have gotten sick from allergies. Other than the ac issue the place was nice.

Overall a great Aparthotel. The rooms were great, and really good size. Free hot drinks was a bonus. Staff were helpful! My only negative would be it was not as close to things as it says on the website ie- Eiffel Tower. Some things were a 5/10 min walk to the metro, and then around 35/40 min metro. I was really pleased with this hotel though as it was nice and clean, and socialising m, and felt safe too. I would recommend.

This hotel was a great stay for 5 people looking to stay in one unit. There is a staffed front desk with some cold drinks and snacks for purchase. We were able to check in early, given free wifi, and had no issues during our stay. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to the metro and there are options for restaurants and other amenities nearby. Our unit had a mini kitchen, two bedrooms, a living area with sofa bed, and two full bathrooms. My only complaint is the air conditioning was poor/not working and could use maintenance or upgrading as it was quite hot in Paris during our stay.

There’s construction during our stay so need to walk all the way to the nearest train line the property is clean and quiet which I like not sure about walking at night ( we took Uber) from Eiffel Tower scare a night stroll) not bad for a price of UBER) the kitchen part is what we like so you could heat up food when your tired after a long day . The room is spacious for 4 people the bathroom is nice and clean . Overall it’s still a god place to stay and hopefully the construction is done .

This apartment hotel's location is good. Just about 50 meters from T2 tram station. And it's near Metro line 8 too. Metro line 8 took 12 minutes to arrive city centre Concord station.

Loved it! Great location near shops and restaurants. A stones throw away from the bus and tram stop with easy access to the city using a day pass.
Room was clean and modern.
Only negative was our room wasn’t ready for check in at 5pm! Other wise we were really happy with everything.

I made a terrible mistake in booking this hotel. Terrible customer service felt more like a third-world country hotel than in France. They don't care about you let alone try to help you. Night shift guy WSAM or whatever his name is hung up the phone on me and didn't care what I wanted. Worst hotel in France.

Good potential hotel, lacks air conditioning

The property as a whole was really good. The staff were friendly, knew English, and really accommodating when checking in. The room we booked was really good too, with the added bonus of a small terrace.
The only downside which resulted in significant discomfort during my stay was the lack of functioning aircon. The unit was working, but could not get the room down below 28C at night, which led to waking up feeling extremely hot and in puddles of sweat, a real shame on days where temperatures were hitting highs of 33C. We did not complain to hotel staff as it was clear they were aware of the issue, pinning posters to walls and lifts informing all customers that aircon maintenance may visit our rooms during our stay and instead dealt with it. Possibly at fault of our own for not complaining, this did lead to us dreading to come back each night to sleep over our three night stay. Friends staying right next door also experienced the exact same problem. Should the aircon have worked, I would probably be posting a really positive review right now as the rest of the stay was great, but with sleep being majorly impacted and as the primary reason for stay, unfortunately I can't award a high rating.

Perfect Location and clean!

Beautiful and perfect location. Felt safe. Breakfast was amazing! Hotel did not get my hotel.com booking but they still honored it. However it took them til 5p to have a room ready. Gave us refreshments while we waited. Staff always available for questions. Convenient location for trams. Was told by local uber that we stayed in one of the best areas of Paris.

The staff was very helpful upon arrival. The receptionist speak English and she went beyond to make us feel comfortable. The location was great and very nice neighborhood. We took UBER the first day to go to the Eiffel tower but the train is also easy to access. I will definitely come back here and enjoy my stay at this location...

Avoid this hotel!

Our toilet room was really gross. Urine streaked walls that I had to clean but it seemed like they were permanently stained from lack of washing and our tub was full of hair upon arrival which I also had to clean. Most of the front desk staff was very friendly however the restraint area staff was not nice at all. Quite rude actually. The construction at the hotel next door which is very close was loud and there was no enjoying the room at all if you needed a rest.

Large (two bathrooms!!!) modern apartment located 30 minutes by metro from central Paris. Local area is a bit commercial/industrial. Room had balcony view of Eiffel Tower. We thought we hit the jackpot on apartment rentals given size and amenities, but then we needed to use them. Laundry service was in basement but front desk never had coins for it. Ceiling suddenly leaked. They repaired it quickly but then AC wasn’t functioning — in the midst of a record-setting Paris heat wave. AC wasn’t fixed before we left with no explanation despite front desk saying it would be taken care of. I cut them some slack because I imagine the heat wave was putting heavy burden on maintenance, but communication would have been nice.

The hotel stay was great, the room had stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dishes.

The downside/issue was the place was under remodel, so the lobby was a mess, there was scaffolding on the outside of the building.

Amenities: Breakfast was not included in the room was $13-$19 per person.

Other than that the hotel room was great and we would stay again.

My stay in Adagio, Paris.

The air conditioning of all the apartments were not working at all. They could not restore the air conditioning fault in 2 days. My check in was on 25th July and check out was on 27th July. I was not informed of the AC failure during my check in. They provided us with a small tower room fan which was not at all effective. Since, I had already paid to hotels.com, so there was no chance to claim refund or change the hotel. I could hardly sleep during the night with those small room fan's. I had been staying at the same property since 2007 and never had any problem. But this year, my experience was very bad and I might not be staying at this property again. I think, it is better to book the hotel directly or through any booking sites but the payment should be made directly to the hotel. In this case, atleast we have the chance to change the hotel if we are not satisfied.

Good sized apartment for our family of 6.

Well stocked kitchenette, 2good sized bedrooms and two make up beds in living room. We had two bathrooms and two toilets, which is very handy and unexpected. The hotel is served by excellent tram and metro links at the port de Versailles stops, about a five min walk away. If you have children and have time, the aqua park which is a five min walk away on the main road is FAB! Indoor, outdoor pools, flumes, chutes, jacuzzis, Tarzan swing-totally amazing. You could easily spend a day there. Would recommend this hotel, if you don’t mind being on the outskirts and travelling into the city.

The heater in one of our bedrooms didn’t work, so we had to request repair and were provided with a portable heater. The telephone didn’t work, so we had to request repair and it was done the next day. The door to the hotel room didn’t always close properly, and it was found opened after we had closed it and went down to the lobby. We had found it opened only when we had to go back to the room before leaving for sightseeing; otherwise, the door would likely have remained opened until we returned at night. In addition, cash was stolen from us when someone was able to enter our room. The inconvenience due to the need for repairs and the theft made our stay rather unpleasant.

Good hotel next to the metro

The experience in the hotel was generally good. It is situated next to a couple of metro stations so it's very easy to get to most of the tourist attractions. There are shops and restaurants nearby and there are laundry services so staying in was also a pretty good option.
The room itself was big and well equipped.
The only negative thing I could say is that one particular receptionist was kind of nasty. I asked for extra towels and she flat out refused - telling me we already have our allotted amount. On my part I refused to believe that this is the hotel's policy (this is what she said) so when I got back from that day's trip I asked for the same thing and we got what we wanted. So it was just her.

We were 4 to stay in this hotel, 3 adults and 1 child. While the concierge were welcoming enough, the comfort in the room were lacking.
We were put in a room with 2 single beds and one pull out bed that will convert into another 2 single beds.
That said, there were not a bed for couple in this hotel. We started to wonder if that option is not offered in Europe (this is the second hotel we have been in, we saw similar thing happen). I don't know how they allocate room, however, one would think they can easily put people in appropriate room(s) at check in, or at least forewarned.
We did not bother to request to be moved, we were only there for 2 nights.

I went with my two sons 13 and 10. We stayed on a studio. It was plenty room for all of us. The apartment have everything you could need. Fantastic location, nice areally good transport links. The staff were very helpful. I think the apartmentsame offer a fantastic value for money. It was perfect for us.

Great location. Nice to have a suete rather than just the room. Basic facilities in the bathroom were poor. The shower screen was too small the whole room got flooded each time a shower was taken also the mixer was broken. Lounge furniture was not a high standard but the kitchen area was nice to have.

The challenging part was there was no air conditioning and it was hot. Be okay in cooler temps because the window could open. The bed was okay . Kitchen was good. Bath room okay. Parking was really expensive in our view ( perhaps that is Paris) . The room was complete.

Daytime receptionst bit rude.. not very helpful and saying she don't understand then spoke ok English.. but the other staff were very good in the night and arvo so didn't want to reflect my staff score on one person.. we stayed 5 nights..weren't aware about not getting room clean and also weren't aware could only get more towels once.. so next time we asked it was night before we left..luckily our other room had spare 2 towels..if we would've been told this on arrival we could've washed them after use in the laundry.. also had to ask for toilet paper. . this should be supplied every day without having to ask..other things we noticed was no shampoo coffee sachets etc that u normally get in hotels .. we had our own shampoo though..Rooms were pretty spacious..nothing really flash as they are old buildings.. but we were pretty happy with them.. oh the beds were hard..i had the comfiest..i slept on the bed settee..without pulling it out..lol..public transport right out the door.. coffee in vending machine was nice..overall recommended.. great rates for 2 rooms 5 day stay..I'd give 3.5 out of 5..

We booked a room for 4 with 2 double beds but this aparthotel does not have any rooms with this description. We ended up with 1 bed, 1 sofa and 1 mattress on the floor. Not a good option for families of 4. The staff simply didn't acknowledge the issue and said check with hotels.com. Location is very convenient to travel in Paris and Khushboo in reception was very friendly and helpful.
Also, bad experience with hotels.com to have incorrect description for rooms.

The appartment was unbelievable and only a short walk from Haymarket station so ideal location. We wish we'd had a longer stay to enjoy it more. No check-in or out hassle as access was via keypad. The appartment was ver modern and roomy.

The only negative during my stay was urine smelling Bathroom, AC did not work which was not fixed during our entire stay but was offered a fan, no daily house keeping. Fungus and sewer smell in the room - dirty!

When we got to our room, it smelled like vinegar, fungus, and sewer. The bathroom tiles had fungus and paint was pealing off. When I complained about the smell, they said they would check for another room, which never happened. When I complained a second time, they gave me air freshnners! Then not he second night I asked the room to be cleaned, which never happened. I also asked them to clean the room on the third, fourth, and fifth night. Which never happened. The bedroom walls had stains and the balcony was full of bird manure. Was the most horribly dirty hotel I've ever visited with my family and the staff did not take action on our complaints. All they said was, we will get it cleaned, which never happened.

The hotel has a nice and very good location.The subway is 10 minutes far from the hotel by walking.You can also find train stop in front of the hotel.If you want to go to Disneyland, it takes almost one and a half hour by taking the train and RER( faster train).The kitchen is very good but there is no toaster.All the furniture are new but the carpet is not so clean.There are some stains on it and dust too.The toilet is separate from the bath but too small.In the bathroom, there is a bathtube but it hasn't a curtain.There is a half shower cabinet and when you take a shower, everywhere in the bath gets wet. We stayed at the hotel for one week.They cleaned the room once a week and I didn' t like the cleaning but all the pillows, sheet etc.were so clean.In general, hotel is very comfortable and quiet. I have two boys, 10 and 2 years old, we were all satisfied.

It was a three week vacation with French language course. The hotel staff are great and warm. Room was okay - smaller than expected but this was Paris so ....only downside was the cleaning schedule - once a week was not enough and corridor was dirty on and off. Kitchen towel was not supplied. Great location, spacious, needs updating

Convenient location, very roomy (we had 2 bedrooms with a kitchen & living room), but does need updating & maintenance for a place with a 4-star panel at the entrance.
- Bathroom sink has plenty of cigarette marks for a non-smoking room
- Balcony seems to be never cleaned
Kitchen is fully equipped, but things like in-room tea / coffee would be a plus.

But again, this is Paris... Very close to the tramway, few local restaurants / stores nearby.

Minimum but OK

No view. No Oven if you plan to make any cookies! The air condition worked on and off. The false alarm went off 2 nights all through the night. Too many Arabic channels! Convenient location for transportation. I prefer the Adagio Eiffel Tower, because it had a fantastic view and much much roomier. They are suppose to clean once a week, but they did not clean the second Saturday that we were there since we were leaving on Sunday! Minimum but OK.

great place to stay just a little out of Paris!

great for the week that we were there. a little too out of Paris for my liking but the metro station was only a five minute walk. grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacy, restaurants were only a few minutes away too. the only downside was that the taxi driver had trouble locating the hotel as many others did too.

Don't walk, RUN away from this hotel

After checking in I discovered the AC did not work. They sent a crew right away. When we were leaving later that evening, I noticed the AC was still not working. I informed them on the way out. They said it would be taken care of. When we returned, the AC was still not working.

I was then informed that the AC was out in the whole building and had been like that all day and might be fixed the next day. I asked to check out and for a refund. I was informed that I could leave if I wanted but I would have to talk to the manager in the morning about any refund for any portion of my 3 day stay.

I understand that stuff happens. The AC went down in the building and maybe that was unavoidable. However, I spoke at length with the night manager who said he had no authority to do anything, sorry. He said his manager would refund the next two days of our stay in the morning but that we would have to pay for the first night, whether we stayed or not. Further, he could not process even a partial refund so I would have to deal with his manager in the morning regardless. They could have accommodated our request to check out of their hotel when they had no air conditioning but they did not. Ultimately, the manager refunded all my money and we moved to another hotel but not until after spending one night in miserable heat. That's on them and, as a result, I will never book into an Adagio facility again.

The hotel is beautiful with a nice location.

Adagio hotel is a wonderful place for a family of 5 to stay. Thank you Expedia for referring it to us. I wish breakfast could have been included, but besides that, everything was excellent.

Terrible family trip

Having driven five hours in busy traffic and arrived to the hotel, thanks to the updated navigator, we had to park in the street and await mercy of a hotel resident to allow us through the security-locked front door. Until then, we could not enter the car park which was also code-locked. The receptionist denied a confirmed prepayment and charged again as a 2nd prepayment. The car park code she provided was wrong and we had to go back to the desk to have the correct code.
Finally: at the room: fully equipped kitchenette, but not bothered leaving any tea or coffee, let alone a small gratuity bottle of water. Calling the reception: all shops are closed. You have to order coffee through room service.
If you're looking for an expensive hotel close to ring road in Paris, with poor customer service and a cumbersome experience, this is your choice!!

We were having a nice time in Paris.

The food was wonderful and the city was cleaner than I remembered. On our last night, we went to a French restaurant and enjoyed a spectacular meal. When we got home, my jewerly was missing. Over 800 $ of gold. The jewerly was special to me and over 30 years old. It is not replaceable and I was upset. One of the peices was a St Christopher medal. I called the manager right away and he said I needed to make a police report. Ha! I'm leaving at 8 am the next morning. I dont have time. Never in the states has anyone come into my motel/hotel room and taken anything. Figures it would have to be in Paris. Sad day.

Very pleasant rooms well designed for a family.

Nice location in a good neighbourhood. Close to teams and metro with a commercial centre and multiplex cinema with 10 minutes walk. Staff very helpful and friendly. Seating in living area could have been better but overall our stay in this apartment was most enjoyable.

Close to the Exhibition Centre in Versailles

Heating did not work on the first evening and night. I had my hat and gloves on. Some light bulbs did not work, kettle continued to boil and boil without switching off, bath hot water was almost non existent, water did not drain from the plug holes easily in the sinks, shower door was broken but could be made to work, one of the light switches had a mind of its own and some of the sockets would pull slightly out of the wall when you pulled a plug out.

Plenty of light in the large living room and bedrooms adequate. Clean enough and towels provided. Good free Wifi service.

Rude staff

One of the staff members was very rude. The room is not safe for children. Even my 2 year old could open the front door without any difficulty which gave us sleepless nights. Our room was on the 3rd floor and my 4 year old could open the windows easily and it was a terrifying experience. I will not go there again.
