Very close to everything in central Playa. You can pretty much walk to anything including restaurants and tours. Great service and very clean!

Tbere was a black mold on the ceilling in the bathrooms. You can hear the music all night long. Pictures are highly edited, it looks worse in real life. Pool is tiny and filthy. Fridge in one room barely worked, and the one in another room froze our drinks

Close to everything but even though the clubs are 1/2 block away it wasn't as loud as I expected. Beach is close but is extremely eroded so theres really no where to enjoy the beach without taking a cab and paying for a beach club set up. The hotel looks nice from the outside but is in serious disrepair in the rooms. Walls have mold on them that is continuously painted over and there's paint splatter all over the floors & furnishings. Bathroom scum on every surface, mini fridge is rusted & severely beat up & runs very loud all night, they had no table for the fridge so I had to use a chair. lighting is horrible, flicking lights most of the time. The bed is hard as the floors and bottom sheet will not stay on at night when using it. I wasn't given the King bedroom I paid for, was givin a double bed & twin and nothing else was available. This place was disgusting and I in no way will ever return.

It was a great stay on budget. Right beside the clubs, restaurants, and market. 3 mins walking distnace to the beach. The front desk staff were super nice. The check in was very quick and so was the check out. Also, the housekeeping found our beach clothes in the bathroom and handed over wihin 2 mins while we were checking out. I'd love to stay again next time.

It’s great if your main goal is to party till 2 am everyday. Would not recommend if you have kids as it is extremely loud they’re 3 clubs just one building next to the hotel. Important to know.

The staff at the front desk was very accommodating very nice. Change the beds daily. The staff very accommodating to your needs. This is a hotel for couples only who love night life not for family with children music at a near bar lounge is blasting too loud not able to get a good night sleep. The beach is about two or three blocks for the hotel.
A Great place to have breakfast n great sandwiches is at Les Amis inexpensive go see Tony the owner.
I did enjoy my stay n staff very helpful to accommodate me for another 2 days.

There is constant loud noise late at night from a few open patio dance clubs around the corner that continue until around 2AM. I sleep with earplugs as I normally live near a runway, but the noise cut through the earplugs along with white noise from the air conditioner.
There was a loud, rapid knocking noise that jolted me awake twice between 10PM and 1AM. I'm not certain if it was a water pump, air compressor, or something else mechanical that was left on overnight.
The room was clean, the A/C unit worked well and the wifi worked semi-frequently.
If you're in Playa to party, this might be an economical option if you're out late. I was here for one night prior to flying and I had an rotten sleep.

This is a great hotel if you like to party for free! You will have access to loud music until 3 or 4 AM from the bars around the corner.

Noisy, falling apart, shower sprayed entire bathroom, sink smelled like sewerage, mattresses hard, we were told not to leave stains on towels or sheets (who tells guests that?) or we will get a fine. Overall very disappointing.

I paid over $80 US a night to stay here. Unfortunately I was booked for 2 weeks. (The pictures are very misleading.) The first week was without hot water and noise so loud from the 5 open air dance clubs on the corner that the walls shook--every night until 2AM. The 2nd week was to a room with a bed only slightly softer than the floor, and internet that went off every 3-4 minutes. Don't stay here!

The property did not quite meet the expectations for the price we paid. I must mention the property is behind 3 major nightclubs that blast super loud music until 3am; however, that is not within the control of the hotel, and they provide you with complimentary earplugs. The location was really nice (outside the loud music).
Items within the control of management include providing you with better quality beds and pillows. The pillow was super hard, I didn't know such pillows even existed. We were 3 people, and they provided us with 1 small shampoo bottle 1 soap bar, and 2 towels; we had to ask for additional items. No conditioner or lotion was available. The second day after cleaning our room, there was no soap left for us at all and no toilet paper. After we asked for it, the person at reception was a bit rude like it's our fault the cleaners didn't leave toilet paper!
You must know there rooms are small and dated, and the pool doesn't look like it's swimmable, kind of murky. The air conditioning worked well.
Overall, I would not stay here again. Pretty disappointed :(

Don’t go there if you want to rest and sleep . The nightclubs are behind the rooms . It doesn’t stop u til 2 am . The pool was suppose to be able to swim in . When we got there they decided to empty it and do maintenance on it . So we were unable to use it the time we stayed . The location was good near the 5 th Avenue . Staff were lovely .

I only stayed for 1 one night even though I booked for a whole weekend, this place was extremely loud all night till 2am. We arrived early but they had luggage storage free of charge b Room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. I booked a room with a King and a twin. The king bed was comfortable but the twin was just a sofa with some sheets that we had to put on. Nit very comfortable for a 6 foot man.

I rented the penthouse. Room was clean. Friendly and helpful front desk and hotel staff. Everyone spoke at least minimal english. Freezer needed defrosting, which was not a big deal. WiFi is good. Breakfast is coffee and toast. Now the bad. No real pool. No real TV service or cable. TV is smart, so you can watch Youtube or connect to your Netflix or other streaming accts.
Also you can't escape the fact this place is LOUD. You are on top of the open nightclubs on 12th street. I am not joking when I say the windows vibrate from the music which you can expect every night till 2am. And finally. That jacuzzi/hot tub you see on the roof patio of the penthouse. It does not work at all, has No water.

If you want to sleep, avoid at all costs. The music from the surrounding clubs was extremely loud, to the point where the walls were vibrating until 6 am. I was notified by the staff that it was my fault for having booked there because I should have looked at other people’s reviews before booking and once I made a complaint, they did absolutely nothing to help. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!!!!

Right in the center of town, and one block to the beach. Nightclubs nearby play loud music until 3 am, and then you can sleep until noon. Maybe not the best for families looking for quiet time, but great for singles and couples. I would stsy here again.

La habitación que reservamos era una suite con jacuzzi en terraza privada la cual no pudimos estar por qué estaba asquerosamente sucia, llegamos tarde a la propiedad y aún así no se tomaron el tiempo para limpiar, la música y los borrachos en la calle hacen mucho ruido para dormir pero es de esperarse por la ubicación
