Room was nice however lighting was very dark in the room and the panoramic view upgrade for the room wasn’t worth it….view wasn’t great compared to other rooms view in pictures online. Easy to get to central station with a 5 min walk to the tram from hotel.

The hotel itself is one of a kind, situated in a quiet area with private rooms with nice facilities in and great views.. I look forward to my 3rd visit

Spotless room. Incredible views from 15th floor. Bar was wonderful, good \"bar food\". Staff was OVER THE TOP helpful and accomodating. HIGHLY reccommend. While just an over night stay while en route to our ship for our cruise, would definately stay here in the future.

Room was filthy. Hairs in the hot tub. Dirt and spiderwebs all over and this isn’t the first time it’s been like that. The receptionist attempted intimidation and kept interrupting when I was trying to speak to his manager and had to be sent home. Completely unacceptable. Drain was blocked in the room. Booked a suite and wouldn’t let me give a deposit cash. Stayed many times before with much less issues but now never going back

Lots of odd things about this hotel: No tissues in the room, no coffee mugs even though they have stuff for coffee. I was told to just use a water glass, but it was much too hot. The extra key to activate the elevators was odd and easily by passed. The restaurant staff seemed put out when asked any questions, and it was unclear about breakfast menus (There were none) even though they were open for breakfast. I was told I could not charge my dinner to my room, but the bill had a place for room number, etc...so don't know what that was all about. To say the decor of the hotel was unique is an understatement...looked a little like Dungeons and Dragons. And there were hoses every 40 feet in the hallways...?

I would not recommend staying at this property. We had a horrible experience. They never cleaned our room. We left our wet used towels on the floor and they just picked them off the floor and put the back on the shelves like they where clean. The garbage was never cleaned in the bathroom and the tissues were on the floor. They left the dirty glass in the bathroom. There was also mold in the shower. The front desk was very unpleasant and they would not let you speak. At the end of the stay we told the management that we were unhappy with the stay and that we took photos of the room and one the front desk personnel told us to leave the hotel immediately before he calls the police.

An overall good experience, just a couple of things let the stay down due to what I think was an issue being short staffed and website inaccuracy.

On arrival we were able to check in early which was great but our room was missing the nespresso machine clearly shown on the website for the twin city view (as a coffee person this is a massive selling point for me) and instead there were cheap sachets of instant coffee and creamer. Once I had used these trying to get more was a mission and after asking and waiting 40 mins I called again and was just told they were busy - which is poor.

Our room wasn't cleaned/topped up and we therefore didn't have any clean cups or spoons etc I asked why & was simply told they did not know - I made the point that for a room that was over £170 a night this wasn't really good enough.

We ate in the restaurant a few times and the food was great (the man checking us in for breakfast was lovely) however it was never overly busy and on the last night we sat for a long time no offer of anything else or the bill etc in the end I had to go and ask to pay and then we bought dessert somewhere else.

I actually loved the location of this hotel (once we found it -listing the 26 tram details on the web would help) as it's a quieter part of the city and within walking distance to the parts of Amsterdam that are more child friendly - the zoo is within walking distance as well as parks.

Bike hire is reasonably priced and easy and the pool area was great!

The area is still being redeveloped and I would be excited to see the plans completed because it’s beautiful and will be an even more sought after location to stay in . I’ve already stayed in this hotels before and I had a great experience. I love the area, having a beer in front of the canal, and even going for a pool swim after walking around the city. The trams make it well connected too, but bikes and walking are also good.

This latest time though they surprised me with a free upgrade. The room with the bathtub was AMAZING!! I’ll for sure stay here again next time I’m in Amsterdam, and I’ll see if that room with the bathtub overlooking the canals is available

Wonderful stay at Inntel!

Room:
Room was very clean, all amenties working and towels were replaced daily.

Service:
We were there for 3 nights and only spoke to reception upon check in - polite and helpful.
Restaurant staff always seemed a little stressed but were still very polite and attentive.

Restaurant:
We booked breakfast for our stay - food was wonderful, couldn't fault it. However only one coffee machine was working which did build up quite a queue.

Location:
Saw many bad reviews for location but it isnt bad at all! Only a 7 minute walk to the nearest tram stop which takes you into centraal! (Rietlandpark is the tram stop for anyone wondering)

Overall, fabulous stay at Inntel and would happily stay again! :)

What you see is what we got.
We had great arrival reception.
The gentlemen was helpful and accomadeted us on the same floor.
The wellness room was fabulous, would even go back ,but saw everything we needed to see in Amsterdam.
The walk to tram was about 10 minutes. And once in Amsterdam go under the bridge to the left not through train station as too long.
Under bridge cross over water and you at bottom of red light district and the lovely canals.
Our stay was lovely.
Would well recommend Amsterdam and the Hotel

Quiet and modern but uncomfortable.

While the property was out of the madness and quiet, it was impossible to get an Uber pick up or drop off from the hotel and was equally as difficult to try to get food delivered. The beds in our room had uneven soft spots making it difficult to sleep. The shower has no door and gets water all over the bathroom and there's no light in the closet or proper light on the bathroom mirror. Had to use my phone far too many times to see in the room past sundown.

A real gem of a hotel

Honestly the hotel went above an beyond to accomodate. We stayed in the wellness spa room with panaroma view and balcony .the view was great. Room had a good size jacuzzi and a sauna which was suprisingly good too. Due to an electical fault in the room we had to change rooms. To compensate we were upgraded to a suite. But apart from have a slightly better view to two sides it wasnt all mich better that what we had already. Shower was alot smaller in the upgraded suite. To sum up, if your booking here, you may not wanna leave the room to do anything else in amsterdam! Deffo worth the money.

Excellent room! Booked the Wellness room, complete with sauna and jacuzzi. Well worth it and enjoyed both. Hotel is in a good location, though a bit of a walk to city center. Definitely suggest renting one of the hotel bikes. Restaurant was good, nothing to write home about but convenient. Staff was mediocre at best. Bartenders were super blah, front desk staff seemed uninterested and an employee attempted to hit on my fiancé while she was working in the business center very early in the morning. All in all, staff wasn’t “bad” but definitely wasn’t “good”. Stay here for the exceptional rooms, just don’t expect to be impressed by the staff. Except for the housekeeping, they were great.

Not in Central area, but very walkable.

I picked this hotel because of its location near the cruise ship port. Great hotel. Located on a large canal, in an old shipping and manufacturing area that is being redone for housing.

We are walkers and walked to the cruise terminal, but not able to take luggage as it is all cobblestones. We also walked to the Van Gogh Museum and Ann Frank Museum. Took the on/off boat back to the closest drop off location. Cab to cruise terminal was 15Euro.
The staff were all very helpful and professional.
The included buffet breakfast had an extensive assortment of offerings, including an omelet station.

The hotel was lovely. Corridors very dark but it is the style of the hotel. Rooms were very clean. Beds comfortable. Only thing I was let down by was there was no milk for tea. I took my own tea bags as I always do as I don’t expect them to provide much tea apart from green or flavoured. I did ask for milk twice and each time was provided coffee cream in pots when I did repeat its for tea not coffee so I didn’t get to have a hot drink for my trip in the hotel. This was a let down for me. Apart from that all ok.

It was very good! Very comfortable, staff were lovely and a great view. We prefer to sleep with the window open so fyi it’s quite noisy but we prefer that so was perfect. Lovely views. Only issue was the swimming pool wasn’t particularly warm but then again we went at 9/10pm so to be expected. Great links to the centre only 2 tram stops and the station was a minute walk away.

This property is not walking distance from Amsterdam central station. We had two single beds and I have never seen such a narrow bed in my life. I literary barely slept because I felt like I was going to constantly fall off every-time I turned over. I feel like they need to invest in proper beds so their clients sleep after long days of walking around the city. The rooms are modern but very dark and hard to get ready in the morning.

Booked this property purely for the “wellness” part of it. On arrival my wife wanted to book some of these treatments which were offered. We were told that they can’t offer anything as the lady who does this has child care problems and they don’t know when she will return. We were then recommended to go to a venue in China town where we could have a massage and if we were lucky we could get a “happy ending” absolutely no words honestly I can say …. Shame really as the hotel room was amazing

The area around the hotel contains lots of construction sites. This makes the surfaces around the hotel very bumpy and not suitable for those people with mobility problems.

Our room wasn't fully serviced when we arrived. Also, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned on our second day. The room was huge and the spa bath made us feel very decadent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant had good food at reasonable prices.

Great hotel, out of the city centre however it was so easy for us to get to the city centre. Pool was very cold, and I was disappointed that there was no hot tub in the spa, however apart from that it was excellent.

Hotel staff were amazing, building itself is lovely and modern however is in a construction site which you have to walk through to get to the tram. You can’t hear any noises it’s just not the nicest to look at. Breakfast was a buffet and everything was very tasty. Overall hotel was great . A weekend anniversary away 💕

Me and my Partner stayed here for a Anniversary weekend in Amsterdam and it didnt disappoint we booked a spa room and it was just amazing 👌 the jacuzzi in the room was just such a nice and fun extra! The hotel is so lovely and modern but still feels lovely and cosy. a 10 minute tram ride for the city was perfect and being a little out the way was quite nice after busy day's in the city centre. All staff spoke fluent enough english so communication was never a issue. We have already decided we definitely want to come back to Amsterdam so we will definitely be back to this hotel.
