Great hotel for visiting Amsterdam. Whilst it isn't central, it's three tram stops from Centraal station, and the tram is only a few minutes walk, you can see the hotel from where you come up the stairs from the tram.
Staff were really friendly and helpful and all spoke good English. Marichu at breakfast was so kind and welcoming.
The room was modern and clean. There was shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board were in the room which was handy.
Pillows were really comfortable.
The breakfast was brilliant, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. There was bacon or sausages (alternate days), scrambled egg, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes... the scrambled egg tasted a bit weird like it was powdered, but other than that fantastic. Waffle machine for fresh waffles (two flavours), yoghurt, fruit, pastries, cold meats, cheese, olives... everything you could want.
They had a secure room to store our luggage on the last day which was handy as we had an evening flight.
The toilets in the lobby were immaculate.
All in all a fantastic hotel in a good location for visiting the city, and a great price for what you get.
I would definitely return if visiting Amsterdam again

Modern hotel about 10/15mins (3 stops) to Central Station using the 26 tram which runs very regularly.

There were a few issues with our room, but they all got quickly sorted. Breakfast was good but most importantly, all the staff were amazing and so friendly, would recommend.

I had a great experience staying here. The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly when it came to transportation guidance. Early check-in was a big plus. Special thanks to the Filipino staff at the breakfast buffet for being so accommodating and attentive.

The staff was extremely kind and always willing to help. I appreciated being acknowledged as a Diamond which is not always consistent property to property. The hotel could certainly use some help with cleanliness by way of more housekeeper training and supervision. As an example, my bathroom floor, shower walls and bed down to the mattress pad was covered in hair. The front desk staff remade the bed so that I could rest, howver the housekeeper promised a thorough clean the next day. When I returned, hair remained all over the bathroom. This is not uncommon to hotels but training and technique like lint rollers and good vacuuming are just some ideas. I also think they are lacking a microwave and ice for guest access. Otherwise it is very convenient if you are looking for a restful, early night after exploring nearby places.

The stay was comfortable, though we were out of the room for most part of the day.

Nicely located, close to tram stops, well connected to Amsterdam Centraal station.

The only problem was the shower, which for some reason was just a trickle. Maybe it was a eco-friendly water-saving measure?

Fantastic stay

Had an amazing stay at this hotel.
The hotel staff were all super friendly. We got our room early at 11am arriving for check in. The hotel was clean, close to trams to Amsterdam Central within about 6 minutes. Great location. The breakfast had a large offering compared to a previous hotel I stayed in in Amsterdam a few weeks earlier. Plenty of hot food with sausages, bacon, mushrooms, hash browns and bitterballen which is rare in hotels in Amsterdam. Room was good with all the amenities you would need. Air conditioning was perfect in the room. Highly recommend, will definitely be staying here again.

I don’t understand some of the negative reviews, we have just come back from a memorable trip, staying at the Hampton by Hilton, Amsterdam.
The location is very convenient for Amsterdam Central, tram stop opposite and five minute journey to Centraal Station.
Surprisingly easy to get to from Schipol.
Evening meal options were a bit limited but breakfast was excellent.
Staff were always courteous, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Milan, a wealth of helpful local knowledge.
Would happily stay here if visiting Amsterdam again

Fantastic staff, rooms comfy with bottle of water replaced daily. Breakfast excellent so much choice from smoothies, yogurts, waffles, pastries, and cooked foods.
Pizzas cooked in the evening and a well stocked bar with nibbles & drinks.
Although 3 tram stops away from central station was easy to negotiate with the gvb travel card bought in the UK.
Very knowledgeable staff especially Karolina who helped with our travel queries and lovely lady who assisted with breakfast Marchui each day.

Lovely place and lovely staff. We stayed in Zwanenburg the first time we came to amsterdam and felt so unsafe. This hotel doesn’t even compare it’s so much better. Our first stay at a Hampton by Hilton but we were impressed with the staff ( both the reception and breakfast staff were lovely without a single exception) and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
I am normally too hot under a hotel duvet but both the bed and the duvet were very pleasant so obviously well thought out. Will definitely be seeking them out in other locations in the future as much cheaper than Airbnb now and rooms serviced every day! Excellent value for money.

It was in a nice quiet area and was close to the central train station, and only 10 min uber ride to the main city center. The breakfast that was included also had great quality items and selection. It's a very good hotel and well located to easily get on a tram.
The rooms are nice and big, although I'd appreciate a mini fridge to store food. The bathroom was nice, but the shower had like one half glass panel so you had to be careful not to splash all over while showering.
The staff was very nice in general, English and Spanish speaking (probably Dutch too) although the first morning, when we came back from breakfast, the cleaning lady was already in our room and kept cleaning with us in there instead of giving us 5min to get ready, take our stuff and leave.
The included breakfast buffet was very good with fresh fruit, fresh smoothies, local cuisine and other more international dishes. We REALLY enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Clean and spacious rooms just 3 stops from central station. There are also trams that go towards the Rijksmuseum and other attractions. A couple supermarkets within walking distance as well. Breakfast was very nice. Not a great food scene in the immediate area, but again, just 3 stops to city center. The quality rooms and extra space made the short tram ride to city center worth it. There is also an elevator. *The last tram from central station to this hotel was at 12:40am. For those planning to stay out later, this may be an issue*

Even though we just came from a cruise ship, we all thought your breakfast quality was superior to anything on the ship. Tasty and not salty! And your coffee machine was heavenly.

Great hotel with exceptional breakfast service and within close proximity to public transportation. The ideal location if you want to get some quality rest but still very close to the hustle and bustle of the city. A pleasant stay!

The hotel was located east of the center, three tram stops to Amsterdam center/walking street. The rooms were clean, cozy and decent size for a couple. The breakfast room was not that big so you need to schedule Breakfast with them to avoid overcrowding the place. There was no restaurant on the hotel for dinner, except for a box of pizza. The service was okay and the staff were helpful. And the bonus that they could converse in English.
