The service was okay - not very refined/professional but responsive. The pool area is small but pretty. The parking lot is detached, maybe a block away. The walk to it wasn't very pleasant especially at night - felt a bit shady. You could find street parking closer to the hotel though.
The room itself was decently clean. Our sheets had what it seemed to be permanent stains (though they were washed clean).

This is my second stay at the Experience Hotel and I really enjoyed both visits. The hotel is well kept up and clean. It’s also quiet and relaxing since it us for adults only. I do wish the roof bar was opened on the nights u was there because I live having a drink and enjoying the sunset. I had breakfast there all three days and it was delicious! Service is excellent!!

Todo fue excelente excepto que el viernes rentaron el bar y la terraza del hotel para un evento privado que era de personas de no más de 16 años obviamente eso entorpeció el servicio del bar y al hacer la observación al staff acerca de la incoherencia de un evento de menores de edad en un hotel solo para adultos la respuesta de todos fue un simple “nosotros tampoco sabíamos”. En general todo bien, solo ese pequeño detalle que si rompe con el concepto del hotel.

Un buen lugar para descansar en Mazatlán
Al llegar, por la recepción y el pasillo hacia mi habitación, me dio la impresión de ser una torre de departamentos (que después me enteré que efectivamente esto fue previamente un conjunto de departamentos). Pero al llegar a la habitación, definitivamente te sientes en un hotel. Muy limpio, el aroma súper agradable, la habitación muy amplia y la cama estaba muy cómoda. El restaurante estaba muy rico, desayuné y cené ahí. Además de que tienen una cafetería Starbuks en el mismo lobby. La relación precio/calidad es muy buena. Todos los días limpiaron la habitación. La atención fue muy rápida.
Ahora, no es realmente un hotel, no hay conmutador (Tienes que hablar a un móvil a recepción). Mi habitación no tenía armario o closet. Pero si hay ganchos y un mueble donde puedes colgar la ropa, pero no es un closet. Si había minibar (Con cargo si lo usas), Plancha y caja de seguridad. Hay música ambiental (Tipo bar/lounge) en todo el hotel, algo fuerte, pero dentro de la habitación yo no la escuché. Es un buen lugar para hospedarte si no quieres un hotel en forma, pero tampoco es como estar en un departamento. Sí te da la experiencia de hotel.

This is a great place to stay if you don't mind not being located directly on the beach. The ambiance is wonderful and most people here speak English, which is great for non-Spanish speakers like myself. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a tiled pool on the bottom floor and two small pools with a great view on the rooftop bar. If you are an adult looking for a peaceful atmosphere without kids running around, then this is the perfect place for you to stay in Mazatlan.

Great place to stay if you don’t care about beachfront. The Ambiance is great and pretty much everybody understands English for the non Spanish speakers like me. The restaurant have great breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a tiled pool on the bottom floor, at the roof top bar they have two small pools with a great view.

1. I provided two cards for a deposit and we're both rejected but they took our cash (read point 7 to understand why)
2. Both infinity pools were out of service with no prior notice or discounts
3. You can hear the housekeepers gossiping in the early morning about others staying in their establishment really loudly. With zero regard for others
4. Construction right next to our room waking us at early hours of the day. No accomodations made
5. The head housekeeper attempting to gossip about the pool bartender. Extremely unprofessional and unsolicited
6. The pool high chlorine levels causing skin, eye irritation and damage to bathing suit and hotel towels
7. Upon check out they attempted to keep our cash deposit for a cloth I used to remove makeup, for a beer I did not take from their fridge (bought at oxxo) and a 45 dollar fee for the towel stained by my damaged bathing suit due their pool chlorine. I wore that swimsuit all day at the beach and no clothes/towels were stained or damaged.
Management and hostess are by far the most unprofessional I have encountered and require hotel ettiqute training.

This hotel is very nice, staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! It is walking distance to the beach literally across the street. I must say though that it is not near the malecón or the night life locations, if you’re not willing to walk the mile you’ll have to catch a taxi which isn’t an issue. The hotel however does have a roof top club which is totally worth it, the DJ is great! All in all this hotel is still a win!

Breakfast was awesome and Starbucks coffee was a plus. It was low season I guess, because there was not a lot of people and was great! Bus stop in front of hotel that takes you through the Malecón and Historic Center.

My stay here was good, it was a very beautiful hotel and the food downstairs was just amazing. Every item that we tried on the menu was delicious, especially the corn tamale. I did not like the fact that we could not hang out on the rooftop with our own alcohol. We should be able to hang out anywhere because we are paying for our stay. Other than that our stay was pleasant. There weren't many people out and it was nice and quiet.
