Excellent stay, the room was spotless, I really loved the combination of colours, had excellent sleep and, to my surprise , the bathroom offered both a bath tub and a shower, all the amenities , mini bar provided; Even though the hotel seemed to be pretty populated plus other events taking place (conferences etc ) there was a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere throuoght the hotel and the vast elegant lobby ;
For the smokers : there is also an indoor smoking area called \" Smoker s Lounge \"
Didn t try the breakfast but I m sure it was all good standard.
Moreover, tram and train just steps away from the hotel plus pharmacies and a Rewe for different groceries, a petrol station just around the corner and even a Burger King for whoever fancies it.
Seamless check in experience, same for check out,
personnel very nice and welcoming
will definitely stay again, as a matter of fact, I already know when I m coming back :)

Only negative is what’s the point of those stupid auto check in machines, they are fiddly to use , and they don’t issue keys… so you then have to queue again to collect your key at the desk. Pointless

Very good hotel. I say 8.5 out of 10. Clean, good location. I didn’t try their food. Elevators seem a bit slow during peak hours. Front desk staff would take a minute to acknowledge you even though they’re clearly doing things that can wait such as shredding papers or cleaning their work space. Other than that, I recommend it.

Had a lovely stay for a long weekend with the family. We had 3 rooms between us which were all a good size, clean and comfortable.
The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but there is a tram right outside which was useful.
Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice. They make pancakes on request and I definitely recommend them!
Staff were all very friendly. Especially wanting to say a massive thank you to Rando for going the extra mile to make the trip a special one for my in-laws 40th wedding anniversary!

I was very Impressed with this Hotel. The service was great the room was quiet and clean and the bathroom even had a bath as well as a shower. They really are helpful and it was great value for money. The location doesn’t have a huge amount of amenities though it does have a really good Italian restaurant nearby and a supermarket and chemist however the subway is literally outside plus the tram. You can get anywhere very quickly. I felt comfortable and safe, and everybody was friendly

The hotel location is great, close to S-Bahn and train station. Easy ride from Airport to Hotel. Also it's located in central Berlin which is very close to most of the museums. Great staff and nice rooms. You need to check out the roof top bar and the restaurant. Amazing view of Berlin.

You know that feeling when you walk into a hotel and think, \"Aye, this'll do\"? Well, this wasn't that. This was,
\"Bloody hell, this is brilliant!\"

They upgraded me to an executive room - and I swear it was bigger than my first flat. Spotless, comfy, and one of those places you actually want to come back to after a day stomping round Berlin.

Breakfast? Outstanding. None of this sad wee bit of toast nonsense - proper variety, good coffee, and enough to keep you fuelled till dinner.

And the staff! Friendly without being fake, the kind of people who make you feel like a guest rather than a nuisance with luggage.

Location's spot on too - easy to get about, but not stuck in the middle of tourist mayhem.

Absolutely loved it. If you're coming to Berlin, book this place. If you're not coming to Berlin, book it anyway and find an excuse.

Solo travel to Berlin

I truly enjoyed my stat at Vienna House, the Hotel felt modern, clean and the staff were excellent. The location was ideal, just a short tram ride into the middle of the city and the tram stop was directly outside the Hotel.

Breakfast was an impressive spread, which I enjoyed everytime. The buffett was constantly refreshed and there was alot on offer.

My only two (and they are small) gripes: The elevators were not centrally located so I had a very long walk from my room everytime. The emails to check in ahead of time and at the end for what I assume was a review, were all in German with no English transaltion so I was not able to respond.

I wasn’t able to stay at this hotel due to that AC wasn’t working and it was really hot outside
Spoke to Rana manager who informed me that AC is broke down but it will be fix in couple of days. We decided to move out from hotel and Rana assured us that payment will be processed in full towards me, but in couple of days I received email that Expedia wasn’t able to get me my refund back at all.
We went to hotel and spoke to Rando manager who was very nice to us gave us drinks and informed us that he is going to do everything to get full refund via expidia and he actually did after an hour they spoke to expidia and we received fully refund.
But rather then that it’s nice hotel to stay.

It was a very warm weekend when my husband and I stayed and were not advised that the air conditioning was not working. We spent time trying to switch on the air conditioning which was a waste of time. We spoke to the people on reception the following morning who then advised us about building work on the roof that prevents the a/c from working. They suggested providing a fan and would deliver to the room that day. We got back at about 10.00pm and no fan. Our whole stay was quite uncomfortable due to the room being too warm.
Also no room service or bar open in the evening.

It was definitely not clean, the air conditioners were not working in the whole hotel for 4 days. Our room and hotel were not changed. If you do not want and force them, cleaning is not done until check out, and if you force them, only the trash cans are emptied. (The reason for this filth is for the green world?????) The cover that fell from the ceiling and opened and posed a serious security threat was fixed after 3 days. The duvets in the duvet cover were very dirty, there were blood stains. We left the hotel with disappointment, despite trusting its name.

We would have been able to just steal everything from that persons Belohnungen as we got Access to his room! At the check in Counter the responsible employee didn’t Even apologize!! We haven‘t feit Safe as the same mistake could have been made with someone else that would get Access to our room!

The hotel was conveniently located near Berlin Central and the Uber Arena, with tram and train stops right outside. Rooms were clean, spacious, and featured a great shower, slippers, and a mini fridge. Breakfast was excellent, and Lidija provided exceptional service.

The only downside was the heat (aircon lowest setting was 18 degrees) which required keeping windows open, leading to some train noise.

Overall, a good stay—thank you!

The property is really nice. Our biggest problem was that our room was at the end of the hall and threw a doorway where our room and two others were located. All overhead lights in that hallway were out. We asked the first night that at least one of them be replaced because it was so dark. It never happened. It would get worse later in the evening as they would cycle more and more lights off in the hallway. Also no conditioner or lotion products left in the room and no washcloths, so just be aware you may need to bring your own.

Hotel is in a good location with plenty of transport options to other parts of the city, very easy to get from the airport.
Hotel is clean and well maintained with excellent dining options (albeit quite expensive)
Rooms are fairly large and have all the amenities that you would expect, very clean and modern.
Throughout my stay I had two ongoing issues, the room was so warm that the window required to be open, the issue here is that there are trains that run all through the night so sleeping was extremely difficult. I would stay here again but would ask for a road facing room(which might help with the train noise)

Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's Berlin was a fantastic hotel with a great choice of amenities As it's placed a bit further out from central Berlin travelling out was always required to go anywhere, but this isn't an issue as the hotel is situated right next to the tram stop and there is also a U-Bahn station nearby. The spa and fitness room in the hotel was a great addition and there was a great bar with city-wide views on the 14th floor. The continental breakfast buffet had ample variety.

I stayed at this hotel a number of times in the last 15 years, it was a really great place to stay and was my favorite hotel in Berlin, verging on 5 star luxury with a great spa, excellent service and an amazing breakfast buffet, sadly it was gone down hill, the spa was unkept, the breakfast buffet was basic and the hotel is looking worn. While I would say my stay was not terrible I felt disappointed that place now has the feel of a 2 star hotel.

Very large hotel in spreadout area with broad streets, not particularly walkable, but great S-Bahn and streetcar connections right outside to get around easily (get a multi-day pass!). Hotel should create a smoking area that is not right in front of the main entrance, so one has to walk around people and through a wall of smoke. Odd choice. Nice lobby and bar, good staff. My floor had an odd issue with multiple electronic door locks not working all of a sudden, so I had to call security to get into room: a big hassle for 2 days as they assessed, but then they finally gave me a new room once they realized it wasn't a quick fix.

I really like the spacious room, comfortable bed, and transportation is literally footsteps away. The hotel inside is quite spacious and modern if you want to grab snacks and bar at the front hobby. If you want restaurants, shopping malls, and bars you’ll have to take the tram but not too far.

We stayed at the hotel last year and had a better experience then. This time some of the staff were friendly and welcoming, others not so. There was an issue with my duvet cover not being totally clean, we told reception before we went out in the evening and the man was very apologetic and said he would sort it out. When we came back it was not done, and they said housekeeping had gone so there was nothing that could be done until morning. Then they said we could change room but our children were in the room next door and we had unpacked. Eventually the cover was swapped for a clean one from an empty room, but it all seemed unnecessarily complicated. Also each morning a cleaner knocked on the door at 9am which seemed a bit early to want to clean the room, but maybe we should have put the do not disturb sign up. Otherwise the room was well equipped, I found the bed very comfortable and the hotel is well located. Some of the staff just need to learn to smile more.

Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were a good size with plenty of storage along with hogh tech lighting etc. Fridge, unfortunately was not clean enough inside to even risk keeping anything in it. This hotel is very big and very well located, with very convenient transport options, both Tram and S-Bahn nearby, a supermarket, pharmacy and store just crossing the road. My stay was also excellent, in a spacious, comfortable room with a big bathroom as well. I would definitely stay here again!!! The hotel staff was very efficient and quick during check-in and check-out, which I also appreciated.
