This hotel is fine for a cheap stay and you don’t plan on spending much time there. Beds are comfortable, big radiator for heating and curtains to black out the room.
The walls are thin so you hear noise (thankfully other guests were quiet). The shower is very small - I’m skinny but didn’t have much room to turn around. It’s unstaffed so all communication is through WhatsApp but that’s mostly a bot too.
Location is good - lots of great food nearby and easy to get to public transport.

It is technically impossible to sleep in 3 in their standard room. For a room for 3 people, there should be three separate beds, or at least a double bed + a couch. The standard room that was assigned to us was instead equipped only with a \"small\" double bed...

The room was very very small and the shower was so small you couldn't move or lift your elbows without touching the walls or the door. Also, cleaning is not included and it's an extra fee, unless you stay for longer than 8 nights and then you get 1 cleaning.

What I loved about this hotel might only be for some. There is no reception, no room key, no noise, and no cleaning lady waking up in the morning. But the hotel is spotless, the design sleek, and the room amenities above average (best body lotion ever!). Whenever I'm in Berlin, this is it. I don't have to keep searching.

Good location, very clean but the lack of air conditioning was really bad. Struggled to sleep most nights. Put a couple of fans in the room but did little to help.

It was a great room, that was really well situated. Close to plenty of food places and a few bars, and a 10min walk to a train station.
I stayed on my own and it was plenty of room, it would have been cozy with 2 people.
Great to have access to the building and room via pin rather than a key. I loved the shower, 2 different heads and really hot. There were nice finishing touches in the room.

The rooms are back off the main drag so it’s pretty quiet. Getting in was interesting after our long haul flight and in the dark - but the property gives excellent instructions and are available to call if you need help getting in the gate or with anything else. The entry is in between shops and the street is pretty exciting with food and shops. It is steps from the bus and a short walk to the tram and a short walk to the train station. Getting to and from the airport on the train was simple and not expensive. The property is clean and basic. Our room had a cooktop and fridge and some snacks and drinks. Would recommend.

We are deeply disappointed with our experience since we got no help or any information about how to enter the place that we booked. We called many times and no one picked up. We ended up sleeping in our car because of your horrible service. We were looking forward to our stay and we received the absolute worst from you. We will never come back or recommend you to anyone.

Läget på hotellet var perfekt. Lugnt och nära till massor med bra restauranger, shopping och andra upplevelser. På ytan ser det fräscht och nytt ut, men tyvärr så var det en unken doft i hela hotellet som var extra stark inne på mitt rum. Gick inte att vädra bort.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im numa/Sketch Hotel einigermaßen genießen können (2 Nächte).
Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr sauber.
Tatsächlich ging am ersten Abend meiner Ankunft das Internet nicht, aber mir wurde vom Numa Hotel rechtzeitig Bescheid gesagt und diese sind einem etwas entgegengekommen (muss etwas weniger bezahlen).
Was mich tatsächlich gestört hat ist, dass die Wände sehr hellhörig sind und ich morgens bereits um 6Uhr von unbekannten und sehr lauten Geräuschen geweckt wurde. Zudem dachte ich, dass die Gegend einigermaßen ruhig ist, aber direkt am ersten Abend wurde ich von einem lauten Knall von draußen, aus meinem Bett geschmissen. Was mich persönlich am meisten gestört hat war, dass in meinem Zimmer, einmal über dem Bett und über der Eingangstür jeweils Rohre hingen und sobald jemand duschen/auf die Toilette gegangen ist, hat man das Wasser rauschen hören. Zudem habe ich das Gefühl, dass die Fenster undicht waren. Denn trotz geschlossener Fenster und Heizung bei Stufe 2, waren die Fenster total nass, sodass jeden Tag die Fensterbretter nass waren.

Very clean, awesome bed and pillows and great location. Only downside was that the pin for the door didn’t work- and it took them several hours to fix it. Only ways to contact them is through whatsapp, and the emergency line didn’t work
