Clean and practical. Really only negative feedback is that the hotel lacks character - totally monochrome and the doors are tricky to open - very difficult to grip when your hands are cold. There's a construction site next door, however no noise whatsoever and room was neat and I liked the kitchenette, handy to have plates, glasses, cups, kettle and a coffee machine. Everything you need!

Very well equipped and modern room. Should have checked a little more detail as no coffee supplied for the machine and no hairdryer but everything else was perfect. Staff were very friendly and online check in/out couldn’t be more easy. Would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel was very quiet and spotlessly clean. The small kitchen area was well equipped. It is just 3 minutes walk to the train / S banh interchange that takes you into Berlin city centre and also to the airport. There are multiple lovely places to eat within walking distance. Special thanks to Lyn at reception who was very very helpful.

However this time I asked in advance if they can place me in a room next to my friends and they assured that they placed us all in the same area. However all my friends were on the fourth floor and I was on the second floor. No biggie but don't say you've done something when you didn't.

Travelled solo as an invisibly disabled woman for a trip to Berlin.
Staff: amazing and so friendly, from helping me sort a charger converter emergency, to assisting with laundry.
Room: a favourite on my trip for being able to cook small meals. Grocery store is about an 8 minute walk, well placed. Bed comfortable, climate control reasonable, strong shower
Accessibility - no issues, elevator to floor, short walk from S Bahn major hub.
Area: reasonably safe feeling, great Asian place nearby, also late night burger place if snacky. Shopping place around corner is fantastic to stock unit and also has charger converters in electronics store if yours gives up the ghost like mine did. Transit to main tourist areas via train in about 20-25 minutes, same to airport. Very handy!

Very modern property in a great location just a few minutes walk from Ostkreuz station which has direct trains both to the airport and the city centre. There’s also a nice lake very close by which seemed good to walk around. Friendly and helpful staff who let me check in a bit earlier than the official time so I could drop off my bag and go sightseeing. The hotel is quiet and I got a very good night’s sleep. Facilities in the room were fine for what I needed on a city break - it included a small kitchenette which I didn’t use but would be helpful for people on longer stays I guess. Great price paid too. I’d definitely recommend.

Room was clean but towels needed changing. stains in bed cushions . Which staff were happy to change. Sound prodding triple glazed glass meant a good night sleep as property is on a main road. Behind the property is an amazing waterfront space . My partner and I ran along it, it was lovely and peaceful! I heard the property is near a famous club which I think we passed on our run! Overall a good stay and worth the money! Breakfast options could be more varied. Great transport links.

I stayed here recently and had a very mixed experience. Th location being close to subway stations and the river is good. On my first night at the hotel the property suffered a water leak or other similar plumbing issue which meant that my room had no hot or cold running water. These things happen but I found the staff to be nonchalant about the whole thing. Drinking water was no supplied and no information was shared about when water supplies would be reconnected or where to find alternative shower and toilet facilities. The water was out in my room for about 12 hours. These things happen sometimes but I would expect the staff to be more proactive in communications and offering support and water supplies. The hotel also does not have air conditioning. My room was hot and even though I managed to open a window the location of the hotel beside a busy road meant for a noisy night’s sleep. Not ideal.

Even though this hotel is seemingly outside the main Berlin 'City', I assure that's a good thing. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. You're close to the train and trams, you're close to a really cool boho part of town that's lively and diverse.. close as in a 10-15 min walk. I was out walking very late (coz I got into Berghain.. yeh.. I know. I'm cool now) and I never felt unsafe. Plus you're about a 3 minute walk an awesome 24hr doner kebab van. Great value, good comfort and lovely staff. Perfect.

Overall, I think this is an overpriced place and not that clean.

My room was on the main road so it was noisy throughout the day if you like to have the window open (there is no air conditioning, so it can get warm if it is not open). There is currently construction going on so it can get noisy because of that and a bit dusty (apparently there has been construction going on for a bit).

In terms of cleanliness, at one point I had a fly infestation by my bed, the sheets were stained and the towels smelled funny. The rooms were not cleaned completely when requested and one morning there was no water running, then it took around an hour to come back up again (this was not communicated to us, I had to go to reception to ask what happened).

There was one lady at the reception who was very very lovely, but one guy who was not that patient and made my check in and check out feel very rushed.

In terms of transport, it's very close to the train station (also about 15 minutes or so away from the airport by train). If you don't mind being a little further out from the central areas then this place is ok. If you do, I'd recommend going a little closer to town.

I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it. I'd give it a total of 3/10.

Clean and big room with a cute kitchenette with utensils, except washing up liquid and sponge so I had to get that myself. There's a dishwasher and tablets but I only used 1 mug and plate. Walking distance to main train station and 15 minutes to small shopping complex.
No air conditioning or fan, it was still quite hot in early September. Towels are becoming thin.
I liked it here and would stay again

Not so good hotel in summer.

The room was hot as there was no AC and no fan. Had to keep the window open to get some air inside. The room was facing the railway track and road. I could not sleep a bit because of the constant noise. The least they can do is install a fan if not AC.
The bathroom had no storage place to keep the toiletries. Overall, a very minimalist hotel.

Convenient and nice little hotel, shame they didn’t have aircon but honestly it was fine. They have very big windows that open fully and you can request a fan.

They also had an iron on request, hairdryer in the room, smart TV with Netflix and shower toiletries. Very good for price.

Very clean, walkable from train station so its very accessible to go anywhere.

Lots of food option on the other side of train station.

There's a near by \"DM\" convenient store just across the train station which is passable when going back to The Habyt

Tip: book room facing the riverside. It has a nice view, we've got a room facing the cityview but of course mostly youll see and hear trains. But when the windows are closed, its not noisy.

Really disappointing stay. The rooms are very hot and noisy. If you’re facing the road, the noise is loud even with the windows shut.
The noise from the corridor also carries quite heavily in the room, so you can hear steps from people walking, noises from housekeeping trolley and people talking. The mattress is very thin, and so are the towels. The room amenities are very basic considering the price paid for the room (Almost 200€ for 2 nights)
Staff is friendly, although someone entered my room (probably housekeeping, I’m assuming by mistake) at 9am when checkout was at 11am.
Hotel is modern, clean and beautifully decorated in the common areas

We enjoyed our stay at Habyt. The rooms were very clean and check in was simple.

Two out of the four bedrooms we booked had issues with lighting:
- Room 413: one of the ceiling lights does not turn off which was an issue for my colleague when they wanted to sleep
- In my room (415) the bedside lights do not turn on

We were also discouraged by how expensive breakfast was... €17 for a hotel breakfast?! Why is it so expensive? There was no additional info on the signs advertising breakfast around the hotel to say what was included/could be expected, so we were not sold on it and went to the coffee shop round the corner for a pastry and a coffee before heading out on both days we stayed.

It would be great if the hotel could consider offering a cheaper option for breakfast, however we would still recommend the stay and would return again.

Extremely well equipped and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was super comfortable and quiet.

Our bed was comfortable and the shower was very clean and water pressure and temperature were more than optimal.

I was super impressed that the hairdryer also came with a defuser which is a massive bonus, since as a backpacker, I never have enough space to pack mine haha!

The location is perfect too as it’s only a short distance from the train station.

All in all a wonderful experience and I’d definitely stay there again when I visit Berlin.

It was ok. I payed to stay and check out later but I could hear cleaners outside my room for the 3 hours I stayed longer. All I got was sorry. But really I should have been reimbursed. Why was 3 people outside my room who are staff talking and chatting when I said I was wanting a lie in. Would not stay again!

Starting with the (mainly) positives the staff were exceptionally helpful and probably the best I have interacted with for quite some time. The room is a decent size and the kitchen units useful if you want to store items etc. The hotel is very close to the local railway station (Ostkreuz) and over from the railway station you will find many local bars and restaurants.

The hotel is modern and has that exposed concrete feel but beware the rooms facing the road that experience some noise. Double glazing keeps this under wraps but come the summer it could be intrusive if the need to open the windows is required. My one irritation was the fridge that used to go through some sort of cycle and would regularly generate a lot of noise. Being a light sleeper this was intrusive to say the least. You are forewarned.

We had a wonderful Fri-Mon stay at Habyt Waterfront.

It's a 5-minute walk to Ostkreuz Station and nice views of the surrounding areas.
There is a shop on the corner selling snacks, drinks and small selection of toiletries.

Lovely and friendly service from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left.
Staff were always happy to help, answer any queries or questions -- they even gave us a little birthday card and treats for my fiancée.

Apartment/Room was perfect for what we needed;
A spacious, clean toilet and shower with plenty of towels.
A small kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, and Nespresso machine.
A comfortable bed and a smart TV.

Room temperatures were good, heating is functional and adjustable.
Windows do open - they open halfway and all the way open, and have a shutter for protection if you'd like to keep the window open but want to be safe/have young children.

Only constructive feedback I would give would be to dust the curtains a little more but other than that, an amazing stay.

I would absolutely stay here again when next in Berlin and would recommend to anyone✨

An Amazing stay, really great location. Only a few minute walk to train station and you can get anywhere from there. About 15 mins to Alexanderplatz. Also bikes and scooters near by to hire. Room was great bed comfy and clean, bathroom very good too. Only thing we would say is the shower door doesn’t keep the water in so the floor is prone to flood. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The Habyt was, overall, a nice place to stay. It was clean and staff was friendly and helpful The location is great because it is easy to walk to several restaurants and the river, and is close to where our kids live. The walk around the river is awesome. The only thing that would make it a bit nicer would be if it had air conditioning. But, we enjoyed our stays (2) there.

The hotel was amazing, it had everything you needed in the room. The location was perfect with everything you need around you. The staff were very helpful and even let us check out a little later free of charge.

One thing though the room was uncomfortably hot, we requested a fan but there was none available. We opened the window which helped slightly but then the room ended up full of bugs.
