Overall it was an alright stay. We booked this hotel because of close proximity to the testing center I had to attend. It is quite far from the city center so using public transportation will take you a while. Personnel very kind and attentive. Absolutely awful pillows that loose their shape and kill your neck. Next time I'm definitely taking mine. There's a parking lot available for extra payment. Which is a good option, because you don't have to search where to leave your car.

Don't get rooms facing the road as the tram is very noisy and goes all through the night! Tram M8 takes some 35 minutes to Berlin Hauptbahnhof/Central Station, alternatively can connect to S-Bahn. No 24/7 reception (but late arrivals can get the key by code I think). Can find free parking outside the hotel.
Rooms in the ground floor have stairs inside the rooms (might be a bit inconvenient for elderly). We had handicap room which was nice but no shower curtain, so after shower had to wipe the bath (rubber broom provided). The building was an old electrical factory in GDR times and got refurbished into a hotel, so everything is quite new and rooms have high ceiling. Dogs also allowed (extra 10€), secured parking on site (10€), breakfast (10€), free coffee machine in the lobby (no water kettle in the room, no fridge).

Traffic noise was unbearable
For me, it was very noisy, with the traffic just outside. Made it hard for me to sleep. The staff didn't do anything about the fact that just a few hours before leaving, I discovered the reason of this extremely loud traffic, that one window had it's rubber sealing completely wrapped incorrectly so there where around 1 cm air gap. I told the staff and it helped, after being better. But it was noisy. Other than that, had I lived on the other side (away from the street) I would have been very happy. The rooms are excellent, large, nice, clean. But the traffic noise was/is a no-go for me. I suggest the hotel should add an extra layer of windows, for better sound insulation, to the road... If done properly, it be a really great stay.

this hotel is brand new , if you got nothing to do in the city center of berlin, this hotel is good for you especiall ,coz it very new one, walking to the city center is not an easy mission , specially in the wenter.

Hotel is nicely located outside of the busy areas of Berlin but with good transport links. The condition of the hotel is excellent. Rooms were cleaned daily but dirty cups were left & the complimentary water was not provided every day. There are no tea / coffee making facilities in the room but we were able to use the coffee machine in the lobby (outside of breakfast times) for free. There is a safe in the rooms but these do not work & although the staff were aware - they did not know how to fix it. Parking was available on site for free. The booking site said pets would be charged 15 euro per stay but on checkout the hotel said this was 10 euro per night. This was quickly sorted by the helpful staff.

Great new Hotel
Hotel was brand new, I think some of the rooms were still being finished off. Old factory building in a rather industrial area, but the tram goes from 200 meters down the street, so access to the city was easy. Staff were friendly, rooms modern, aimed more at the business traveller, but great for a short break too. Like Motel One's the hanging space was a tad limited but adequate. The bathroom was cool and smart, with a great shower, one small point was the toilet seat, looked great but a tad uncomfortable... not good for your morning read of war and peace!

Das Zimmer war gut durchdacht eingerichtet und insgesamt sehr sauber. Das Bad ist schön modern. Relativ spät abends entdeckten wir einen Riss im Bezug der Zudecke und einen (kleinen) Blutfleck auf dem Laken. Vollkommen unproblematisch und sehr freundlich wurde beides ausgetauscht.
Der Parkplatz ist nun wirklich ausreichend groß. Man kann an den Pöllern vorbeifahren und den Parkplatz des Asia-Marktes mitnutzen. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis wirklich super!

Nulla di speciale . Struttura che vorrebbe essere semplice , come detto dal proprietario , in realtà è’ solo economica . La camera non viene pulita quotidianamente ma solo su richiesta . The hotel was very clean and neat, and the rooms were very comfortable. The beds had some of the largest pillows i have seen and i like them a lot, and the beds themselves were also really comfortable.
It was possible to control the temperature of the rooms individually, and the air climate was great even when the outside was a bit warm.
The staff was very helpful when i asked questions about how masks are used in Germany during covid-19. I arrived very late on my first day (00:20) and they were still very helpful.
The hotel is also very close to several tram stops, the closest one is about a minute or two away by foot.
