It's like being in a freezer.
The service that refuses to take responsibility for everything. The heating system is not good. The room cannot be changed because it is the whole hotel. But the hotel said that they had informed us before booking, but there was no message informing us before booking and we could not cancel. They also said that we did not read it clearly. This kind of service has never been encountered since booking a hotel in the past 10 years.

AVOID. You could hear everything happening 5 units down and in between. The non smoking room smelled so heavily of smoke I struggled to sleep. There were multiple arguments happening which concerned me. No heat. Just a white room. When someone in the next room arrived it sounded like they were in our room. The walls are so thin.

We were assigned a room at 5th floor. And guess what? The lift is non-functional and yes we carry our heavy luggage. They could have mentioned it in their property page. Anyhow, Maskenpflicht signage is on the door but not any of the staff wear one, and it was not imposed to the guests also.
With regards to the room, it was ordentlich and clean. Towels are available. The room we booked is with twin-bed, and gladly they gave us double-bed.

Their elevator is extremely old. I was trapped in the elevator for at least 1 hour. Their staff is extremely rude, not only does not apologize, but is also extremely arrogant. I asked for a refund the next day but refused, shamelessly rogue hotel.

The price is excellent for what you get. The room was large, we had plenty of space to hang up our clothes, there was a desk and a chair and a mirror by the bed, a full size mirror near the door, and a mirror near the bathroom. The shower was good in size and there was enough toilet paper and soap to last us the 5 days we stayed. There are a lot of negative reviews about this place, but as two friends who don't spend much time in our accommodation apart from when we're going to sleep, it was more than fine. I did notice that the lighting in the rooms was horrific and the rooms did get a bit cold at night, and that the floors were dusty and looked like they had not been cleaned, but apart from those things, everything else was fine. Do beware that this place does not have a lift! The staff are also quite unhelpful and at times rude. But you will get a good nights sleep, you will have hot showers, and you'll be satisfied with what you get for such a small price.

The bedside tables in our rooms supposedly had power sockets, however the cord to plug these into the wall was cut off... on both! Its nothing special, however for this price you cannot really expect anything flashy. You get what you pay for, and so therefore no complaints :)

Floors were dirty, in 5 days there was no room cleaning, place looks like a jail, plain painted walls in dark green with a low watt single light bulb. No kettle, TV, or any other Items. Electric sockets mainly didn't work, shower flooded whole into a pool every time. No lift and on 4th floor of steep concrete steps, staff barely interested. Area consisted of an aldi, a lidl another hotel and a sex shop. Grubby horrid place in the midst of a rough area.

We pulled up to the property and windows were boarded, broken or open with people yelling out them. The front desk gal was unfriendly, spoke very little English and was so unorganized or helpful. The elevator was broken, there was no bar, the outdoor space was 2 logs with a 2x4 on it. It was told later that it was a very unsafe place to stay. We never even slept there. We got a room dow town Berlin instead.

This place is not undergoing renovation, it is marked for demolition. The building is a mess, lights don't even work, messy and dirty. Could not even end up staying the night and checked out that same afternoon and sought out another hotel to stay in.

The cleaners came in three hours after I'd checked in to tidy up and change the sheets. They neglected to change one of the beds stating that I had already used it, which was untrue. They also took a book and some very important paperwork out of the room, while I was still inside. Upon realisation of this I attempted to retrieve the paperwork as it was required for my trip but it was completely disregarded as unimportant by the team. I was left suitably unimpressed. Otherwise the staff were friendly enough.

Disgusting premises. I've stayed in questionable places before but this \"hotel\" was beyond that. Stained and cut through mattresses, stained walls, damaged furniture, broken windows, stank and an oddly large amount of flies in 1 room. I checked in for 6 nights and left dor another hotel within 30 minutes. Also, no lifts for approx 8 story building with the lift controls still on the walls where they have plastered over the lift location. Would never recommend, no matter how cheap.

Sauber, aber es hat überall nach Gras gerochen. Es war unerträglich im Badezimmer und auch im Zimmer. Ich hatte Probleme beim Schlafen wegen des Grasgeruchs, das war echt schlimm. Es war auch ultra kalt, die Heizung hat null geheizt und es war die ganze Zeit kalt. Der Aufzug war kaputt, wir mussten so viele Treppen nach oben nehmen, das war echt anstrengend mit den Taschen. Im Badezimmer war ein Lüfter, der die ganze Zeit ein lautes Geräusch gemacht hat, bis man die Karte rausgenommen und den Strom im Zimmer ausgeschaltet hat. Und übrigens parken kostet 7 Euro pro Tag extra. Das einzig Positive ist, dass die Zimmer relativ sauber waren.

Das erste Zimmer was uns zugewiesenen wurde war muffig und es gab dort Schimmel. Als meine Freundin zur Rezeption ging und dies erklärte bekamen wir anstandslos ein anderes Zimmer in einer höheren Etage. Dieses Zimmer war in Ordnung. Die Matratze war sehr unbequem und hart. Des Weiteren funktionierte wie im ersten Zimmer die Heizung nicht. ( Herbstende) Der Preis war im Vorfeld gering. 2 Personen, ein Doppelzimmer. Nicht desto trotz ist das Hotel bis auf die freundliche Frau ( Rezeption, Abend 28.11.) nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich war 11 Tage Gast im Ootel und im gesamten Zeitraum wurde weder mein Mülleimer geleert noch wurde einmal mein Zimmer gefegt bzw. Staub gesaugt. Es standen zwei Liegen drin, deren Stoff schon teilweise in Fetzen herunterhing. Und auf diese Liegen wurde jeweils eine dicke Schaumstoffauflage gelegt. Es gab wohl auch Frühstück, worauf man mich nicht hingewiesen hat oder mir wenigstens die Frühstückszeit genannt hätte. Heute bei meiner Abreise sah ich das Buffet, welches im Foyer vor der Rezeption aufgebaut war. Hygienisch für mich inakzeptabel, weil dort neue Gäste empfangen und Abreisende auschecken. Ich werde dort niemals wieder Gast sein. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut nicht.

Primeiramente cheguei no quarto e tinha um pacote de camisinha aberto do lado da cama. Além disso o cartão de acesso ao quarto não funcionava e toda hora tinha que descer na recepção e pedir para magnetizar. Toalha de banho tão pequena que parecia de rosto, travesseiro péssimo, tampa da vaso quebrada, aquecedor não funcionava, cortina não era blackout.

Schon beim Check-in 2 unfreundlichen junge Frauen. Eine mit Lautsprecher privat am telefonieren. Die andere hat uns erst später bemerkt. Musste ihr erklären, wie sie meine Buchung finden kann.
Fahrstuhl funktionierte nicht. Durfte dann in 5. Stock zu Fuß mit Koffern und Taschen. Treppenhaus total abgeranzt und sehr veraltet. Bewegungsmelder im Flur funktionieren nur teilweise.
Im Zimmer total warm und stickig. Bad extrem muffig. Kein Duschvorhang. Beim duschen war das ganze Bad nass. Wasserhahn locker. Seifenspender kaputt. Abgeranzte Türen und Wände im kompletten Raum. Kein Duschvorleger. Kein Nachttischschrank, auch keine kleine Lampe. Nur ein Tisch aber keine Stühle. Keine Bügel. Kein Fernseher oder Radio. Doppelbett war nur 1,20m breit. Bettwäsche sauber - Was auch das einzige war.
Der Boden war nur grob „geputzt“ und in den Ecken lag noch Staub. Farbspritzer vom Streichen auf dem Boden. Alles sehr hellhörig.
Der Oberknaller war, dass eine Hochzeitsfeier stattgefunden hat und wir selbst im 5. Stock jedes einzelne Wort vom DJ bzw. Der Musik verstanden haben. Haben in der Rezeption angerufen, wo wir nur die freche Auskunft bekamen, dass man ja jetzt auch nichts machen kann. Gegen 3 Uhr nachts ist es minimal leiser geworden und wir konnten einschlafen.
Da eine große Baustelle neben dem Hotel ist wurden wir um 8 Uhr von lauten Geräuschen geweckt.

fue una experiencia bastante desagradable, pues es un hotel en decadencia, está muy muy sucio las habitaciones y el hotel no son como lo muestran las fotografías y como fuimos en tiempo de frío no tienen calefacción. Tuve que comprar un calentador para evitar pasar frío en las noches no ponen ningún tipo de servicio en los baños y en general todo está muy mal con el hotel.

Hotel scam in Berlin.
This is more a scam than a hotel. The place is quite intimidating and so are the entourage hanging out in the lobby. They seemed to belong to the hotel in some way but did not seem to work and at some point, one of them had an argument with the receptionist when he tried to take with him the heater that was heating the reception.
The room was so dirty on the floor that walking around barefoot made your feet black as you can see from the image when I scraped it against the bed.

Crazy situation in Berlin with many cancelled flights and big conference so very few hotels available. Considering the standard the most expensive hotel I have been visit . Strange airport with low class food for high prices. General impression of Berlin is bad organization, rude people and very un-clean.

Der Gestank im Zimmer war unerträglich, das Zimmer an sich war heruntergekommen. Es wirkte wie im Horrofilm. Nie wieder, schade um jeden Euro der an dieses Hotel geht. Die Behörden sollten das Hotel schnellstens schließen!

Der Fußboden des Zimmers war nicht geputzt, im Badezimmer war Schimmel unter der Decke, die Bettlaken hatten Flecken, die Toilettenbrille war mehrmals eingerissen. Im Flur vor unserem Zimmer stand ein größerer Lufttrockner (oder ein ähnliches Gerät), über den wir klettern mussten, um zu unserem Zimmer zu gelangen. Er nahm die ganze Breite des Flures ein, man konnte nicht drumherum laufen.
Eingangstür und Eingangsbereich des Hotels sind heruntergekommen und wirken sehr abschreckend. Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten zu dem Preis keinen Luxus erwartet, aber zumindest ein sauberes Zimmer.

Sehr schmutzige zimmer, im ersten Zimmer bettwäsche war mit Kot beschmiert, wände im Bad vollgepisst. Da sie uns Geld nicht zurückgeben wollten haben die uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Das Zimmer ging nachdem wir alles desinfiziert und geputz haben. Es ist nicht zu empfehlen. Nie wieder. Ein Schlichtes Hotel , was ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Ein frischer Anstrich würde dem Hotel sicher gut tun auch der Räumlichkeiten. Für die Zukunft würde ich mir Zusätzliche Decken auf den Zimmern Wünschen . Wir würden wieder kommen.

Sehr einfaches Hotel, äusserer Eingangsbereich nicht einladend, erneuerungsbedürftig. Bei fast jedem Hinein- oder Hinausgehen gab es eine Person an der Aussentür, die einem für Familien unangenehmes Gefühl auslöst. Bei Ankunft war unsere Reservierung nicht im System, das Personal hat uns zum Glück trotzdem ein Zimmer gegeben und wir konnten den sehr günstigen gebuchten Preis am nächsten Tag zahlen. Im ersten Zimmer gab es starken kalten Zigaretten-Geruch und die Heizung funktionierte nicht, wir haben Februar: es war sehr kalt (keine Zusatz-Decken). Aufgrund fehlerhafter Raum-Vergabe durch die Rezeption versuchten jeweils eine männliche Person nachts um 1h30 (!) und dann eine weitere um 2h00 das Zimmer zu betreten, zum Glück hatten wir die Tür von innen verschlossen und deren Tür-Karten funktionierten nicht. … Das zweite Zimmer war wesentlich besser (Heizung funktionierte). Matratzen bequem, Bettwäsche sauber. Hochbett quietschte leider sehr bei jeder Bewegung. Leider funktionierte dann auch 2 Tage, bis zu unserer Abfahrt, das Internet nicht mehr. - Der einzige Fön an der Rezeption war defekt. - Frühstück war okay (Toastbrot, leider ohne Toaster, und keine Butter oder Margarine. Gurken-Scheiben beim 1.Frühstück vom Vortag…). - Im Bad leider kein Dusch-Vorhang und keine Dusch-Vertiefung, so dass nach dem Duschen der ganze Boden nass ist. - Kleine Mosaik-Steinchen im Fuss-Bereich der Dusche fehlten, sowie kleine Schimmel-Stellen. - Personal ok, hilfsbereit.

Der check-in im Ootel gestern Abend gegen 21:30 Uhr war erschreckend enttäuschend. Nachdem ich zuvor angekündigt hatte, dass wir unseren Hund mitbringen, mussten wir an der Rezeption erfahren, dass dies leider nicht möglich sei. Daraufhin musste mein Mann mit dem Hund im Auto übernachten. Die Unfreundlichkeit und Unprofessionalität der Mitarbeitenden war kaum zu überbieten.

Da vi kom ind på hotellet efter en lang dage hvor man har bruge for at komme i bade og får noget søvn så startet vi med en meget beskidt værelse hvor der også lugten af muggen som man ikke kan sove i. Det tog vi som en fejl af hotellet og så gik jeg ned for at får værelset byttet det var personalet ikke forståelse over og det mente at lugten var normalt og at der er blevet gjordt rent selvom at jeg flere gange har fortalt dem at det var den ikke de overvejede ingang at komme op på 5. Etage for at tjekke værelset det to mere end en time Indtil nogen andre gæster på hotellet også kom med billeder af deres værelse der ku de ikke mere nægte at værelserne er beskidt og lugter så de blev nødt til at bytte mit værelse som også var beskidt😖😖
