Staff has normal service. Nice hotel, clean. Area around hotel is very far from actual turistic places, 45-80 mins away AT LEAST. They are not flexible with dates as to refund, cancelation or adition.

The hotel is okay for a short stay. It is a couple of train rides away from Berlin Center, and a little worn out. The WiFi is not good as it is unstable. It was an okay stay for my two children, husband and I.

Good size rooms and staff behavior is mixed the person in the morning was great others were just ok.

They do provide any tea, coffee, or drinking water. There is no hot water cattle in the rooms but you can ask reception to provide some hot water.

Unfortunately the room assigned had stains on many surfaces such as the curtains, side tables, and walls. The curtains had at least ten holes in them, and the shower had black-coloured mold. When housekeeping came in to clean the room they did not change the sheets on the beds or the cases on the pillows during any of the requested occasions. The bathroom also had no lock and the room had no mini fridge. The size of the room was quite generous though.

Not 5* but not bad at all!

For the price, this hotel was brilliant for our family stay in Berlin. Think an older style Premier Inn (UK) but without the kettle. Our family room consisted of 2 bedrooms and one bathroom behind one main locked door, each bedroom having 3 beds and room to play cards on the floor. The beds were comfortable enough and the room was clean. No air conditioning but this probably wouldn't usually be needed. It's noisy when the windows are wide open but otherwise fine. Easy to get to on the M6 tram from Alexanderplatz and the trams are frequent (we never waited more than 10 minutes). There's a netto about 8 minutes down the road, an Italian where people were helpful, friendly and pizza was good, and IKEA was great for breakfast 5 minutes away. Don't expect 5* but at half the price of similar hotels, we were impressed.

This property is not located in a place with many amenities, restaurants, bars or even a supermarket. You will literally need to sit the tram to another suburb to get the basics of food and water.

Staff at the reception aren't particularly nice, and will charge you for every single service you request from them including individual item of washing.

The price is reasonably low because it is in an inconvenient location.

Good two night stay

The room (suite) with basically two bedrooms and one shared bath was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only slight negative was that w/o AC it can be hot in the summertime before it cools off overnight (have to have windows wide open). We had a school group of boys making noise one floor below us until like 1030pm, but when I complained to the front desk they quickly took care of it. Hotel lobby and grounds clean and safe.

We had a little power blackout the last day (probably not the mistake of the Hotel). Price is accepable and good for families with kids. We did our own breakfast (buy nearby Allee Center food, not sure whether provided breakfast is okay for vegans). A little kitchen area would be nice. Staff are always friendly.

My group of 9 stayed at this hotel, 5 adults and 4 children with the intentions to have a family night bowling. We stayed Thursday and Friday night but were disappointed to find Thursday is league bowling with no room for us. The sign stated the alley would open at 6pm on Friday so our group planned to bowl and eat at the hotel after touring Berlin. We again were disappointed to find the alley and restaurant closed on Friday with only the option to order frozen pizza. We asked why the sign said the alley was open and the bartender informed us it was an old sign. Our group ended up walking to IKEA and eating supper there. I would not recommend this hotel if you have children with you or if you’re planning to use the bowling alley or eat.

Hotel is average which reflects the price point. Couldn’t sleep at night due to noise from room above which tells you about the sound insulation. Beds were very hard and pillows extremely soft which was not a nice combination. Overall the rooms felt a bit clinical.

The hotel is very nice, with a delicious breakfast and very good facilities. The only problem is that it's 20 minutes away from the downtown by car and the only option to get there is by tram. Although the station is close to the hotel, it can be difficult to take the tram in severe weather.

Comfortable as its name suggests

We were overall very satisfied with our stay in the hotel. We had not realised that it was not so central to Berlin and that does need some longer travel into and out of the city but that is interesting in itself.

It gave us a very comfortable base to visit the city.

Stay was good not excellent. Breakfast was delicious and full of quantity except the last day of my stay. Lack of food on that day. Room was wide but there was no shutters for stopping the sun light especially early morning. Too much disturbance could not sleep better. Did not change the bed sheets daily or every second day. Dogs are allowed in the breakfast room. Why? I do not know? It is hygienically not allowed to bring Dog in to the food room.

Hotel is at very good location. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Room is wide with attach bathroom, clean. Pillows are not very comfortable but okay. There is a problem on this room that is windows are not fully covered with a thick curtain. Day light comes in very early in the room which disturb the sleep.

Good Hotel in Berlin

This is a good functional hotel. Everything works fine. The staff are friendly and efficient and the hotel is clean. Although not situated in the centre of town, a 22 minute tram ride on the M6 into Alexander Platz leaves from a stop a few minutes walk away. Tickets can be bought at reception. The breakfast is plentiful with the German options (Ham, cheese, bread, jam, yougurt etc) being the best. There is also a small bar in reception that serves beer and wine. All in all, I would recommend the hotel and don't be put off by the distance from the City Centre.

Not a central hotel but right next to a tram stop so only 20 minutes from the center. The hotel staff were great and really friendly. Breakfast is included and offered a wide selection that had something for everyone.

For £20 per person night could not find better value anywhere.

Nice place to stay

This hotel is a little ways out of the main tourist areas of Berlin, but it's right on the main tram lines and getting around was very easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but not fancy. Breakfast was great and the service very good. No A/C and traffic was a little noisy at night. There didn't seem to be many restaurants in the immediate area. There's an IKEA next door, though! Overall this was a very nice stay and we were comfortable and happy.

There were brackets for the old smoke detectors, but no new smoke detectors. Televisions were about 15 years old.

Very sterile room.

Front desk staff was helpful with nearby (10 min) restaurant and shopping options..Nothing within a short walk...must use subway/tram.

Average hotel out of city center

The hotel is located in a very \"boring\" area for those who plan to do sightseeing in Berlin instead of business. The area is full of car dealerships and the hotel itself does not offer much entertainment either. On the other hand, you can get conveniently to the city center by tram which takes roughly 30 minutes. The hotel is rather old which also applies to the room furniture and electronic appliances. Buffet breakfast was more or less OK but nothing special.

Staff were most helpful and extremely polite Could improve by having kettle, tea and coffee facilities in the room. We certainly got more than we expected and would stay there again.
The hotel was very near the local Tram stop, enabling us to make great use of our 72 hour Berlin Travel Pass.

Hotel was close to two different tram stops which take you to Alexanderplatz and Potsdamnplatz which is where most things are located. The hotel staff wasn't that friendly. The staff was semi helpful. They helped us with our tram tickets, which they sell there but that was about it. Tram ride is about 20 mins to Alexanderplatz or you can drive which takes about 5 mins. Overall our stay was good. Bowling was cheap and pizza was good, but over priced.

This worked well for us with 2 small kids as we could not get a hotel downtown that had family rooms. This hotel had large rooms - with a room for us and one for the kids. In that way it was perfect. There isn't much there by the hotel though. No real restaurant for dinner in the hotel (just the bowling alley). Breakfast buffet was good. The hotel has lots of potential - if it was updated a bit it could be really nice. Still reasonable for the money.

Bad service, dirty rooms, no towels, all in all a experience I never want to have again. Recommend this only for bagpackers, who dont really care about these things... Only positive is good location, but I would prefer sleep on the beach instead...

Not good at all...

The only good thing I have to say about the hotel is that the breakfast was good , free parking and room cleaned/bedsheet changed etc. everyday. Staff generally do not speak english some of them can manage though. 1996-ish sylish rooms equipped with fairly old furnitures/equipment (tube television e.g)
The hotel was far away from everything and you could hardly reach anything by foot. The service was really bad and the price for internet access way too expensive. Our room was on the 7th floor and we had huge windows able to be opened fully, bit dangerous I would think keep them closed or you may accidently fall out !
I do not recommend this hotel for anyone except those who are planing on staying only one night absolute maximum.

I would not recommend this hotel. I did remember reading one person's review and I was a bit skeptical. Know I agree with that review this hotel is situated in a commercial zone. There's nothing but car dealerships to be found. You cannot purchase food in that area and the city center is about 20 minutes away, and seeing that the hotel does not serve dinner, then you're not having dinner if you did not eat or bring back dinner when leaving the city. I wish someone had told me this, because I travelled with 2 young children.

Hotel hatte einige Schulklassen zu Gast. War sehr laut, sehr hellhörig, ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel.
Vorhandene Seifenspender waren leer, wurden auch nicht aufgefüllt, ebenso das Toilettenpapier, dafür verschwand eine Pfandflasche. Werden hier nicht mehr buchen.

Booked this hotel because it listed \"soundproofed rooms\". I had a big day the following day and needed to be sure I'd get some sleep. I even requested a quieter room at the end of the hall, etc. That didn't happen. The rooms were definitely not soundproofed. I could hear neighbors, people in the hallway, and worst of all my room was facing the street and the windows did not block any sound. I got no sleep despite having earplugs and \"white noise\" playing. What's more is the room was on the 10th floor and was boiling hot and humid (it was 11-14°C that day). I left the windows open to air out and cool down the room and within 3 hours it was hot again. Horrible stay.

Für eine Nacht ganz ok. Das Bad könnte mal renoviert werden. Die Lüftung funktionierte nicht. Die Duschwanne war ziemlich glatt und rutschig. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und schlicht. Obwohl die Matratze recht weich war, haben wir gut geschlafen. Das einfache Frühstück für 16 Euro/Person haben wir uns allerdings nicht gegönnt.

Die Zimmerfenster sind sehr dreckig, die müssen sauber sein. Der Abfluss in der Badewanne war auch verstopft.Und Der Duschvorhang muss fest installiert werden. Und viel Staub liegt unter den Betten.
Ansonsten das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Familienzimmer schön groß und geräumig. Kommen gerne wieder.

God til prisen

Hotellet er slidt men funktionelt. Til prisen meget god. Sengene er yderst komfortable - hovedpuderne er elendige. Her kan man med fordel medtage sin egen. Sengetøj og håndklæder rent og i orden.

Morgenmaden på hotellet er dyrt og dårligt. Bærer i den grad præg af at der ikke er et alternativt i nærheden. Flere af de lune retter var direkte kolde - alt var af absolut laveste kvalitet.

Personalet var yderst venligt og imødekommende.

Få parkeringspladser.

Meget larm fra gaden når vinduerne var åbent. Udsigten var fantastisk.

Få hundrede meter derfra ligger spisestedet \"Mein Döner\" på hjørnet af Rihnstrase og \"allee der kosmonauten\" - den er bestemt gåturen værd. Husk kontanter.

Das Bad war dieses Mal eine Katastrophe. Eklige Klobrille und Spülkasten, Duschvorhang viel zu lang, Duschschlauch defekt (Zimmer 118; 11. Etage).
Wie immer zu heiss im Sommer, es fehlt entweder Klima oder wenigstens Deckenventilator und kleiner Kühlschrank für Getränke. Der Parkplatz kostet inzwischen 12€ pro Nacht, lohnt dann bald nicht mehr dort zu übernachten.
Die vielen Male vorher immer zufrieden, dieses Mal eher nicht.

Clean and nice room. Friendly staff and parking at the door. It's the third or fourth time we have been here, and its always the same. I love the family room, we sleep separated from the kids but in the same place just like a small apartment.
The beds are very comfortable.

Von außen so naja und von innen alles sehr kalt. Das Zimmer war ok und das Bad war grauenvoll. Im Bad an der Decke war schimmelvorzufinden, und die Toilette war undicht. Der ganze Boden war nass ein Besuch werde ich in diesem Hotel nicht mehr vorsehen.

Dog har man reklameret for nogle facitlister som ikke stemte overens med virkeligheden. Bar/lounge/pool bord var lukket fordi de manglede personale (adspurgte dem), værelset er så beskidt. Ikke af støv, men vægge fyldt med klamme mærker, beskidt, tænd/sluk knapperne har ikke set en klud i meget lang tid. Strøm stik virker ikke nogle steder. Sengene er lidt hårde, men en smagssag. Mørklægningsgardinerne er fyldt med små huller.

Virkelig virkelig dårlige senge. Lige til at få dårlig ryk af. De er enormt hårde og der var end masse andet også som kunne ikk lukke døren til badeværelset ortenligt øvøv vi kommer ihvertfald ikk dertil igen har dårlig ryk i forvejen og måtte spise smertestillende hverdag

Virkelig fint hotel til prisen. A+

Super fint hotel i udkanten af byen med egen parkeringsplads. Udefra er hotellet ikke imponerende, gangene lidt triste, men selve værelserne er virkelig fine og vi have 2 store sammenhængende værelser med i alt 6 sovepladser til 3 voksne og 2 børn.

Vi boede på 11 etage med en fin udsigt ind mod Berlin med bl.a. TV Tårnet.

Vi kunne sagtens finde på at vende tilbage, så jeg kan klart anbefale at bo her.

Vi havde i alt 4 overnatninger uden morgenmad.

Parkering koster 12 EUR pr. døgn.

Preis Leistung sehr gut

Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen, aber Preis Leistung sonst sehr gut. Es war fast ein kleines Apartment mit 2 Zimmern (je 3 Betten).

Ok, men trænger til renovering

Trænger til at blive renoveret, meget slidt på værelserne.
Ingen A/C på værelset, så meget varmt i sommerperioden. Ligger ud til en forholdsvis trafikeret vej med biler og S-Bahn, så med åben vindue meget larmende.
