Best suited to those who want to engage with a city away from the rush of the center and the cost of it. Liked our stay very much. Can have breakfast if desired, but eating out easy.

We got this hotel to an extremely low price. The room was very big but the furnishing as simple as it can be. We had a private toilet outside, it was cleaned every day and also big. Very good standard for the price. There were no room service, but good to have the possibility to clean. It was just 4 stops to the city center, but to far for me. A good choice for the budget traveller that just want a clean room.

Super Preis Leistung. Großes Zimmer. Störte überhaupt nicht dass bad im flur gegenüber war. War ja schließlich unseres und kein gemeinschaftsbad. Schade dass es kein frühstück gab. Haben immer erst suchen müssen wo man frühs zum frühstücken hngehen kann. Aber hotellage ist dennoch genial. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. 3 min zur sbahn entfernt. Perfekt für unseren mädels städtetrip.

Per me la posizione è ottima in quanto sto esponendo i miei quadri nella galleria d'arte Sozialkasse des Baugewerbes che si trova a pochi passi. La pensione si trova a 15 minuti di auto da Alexanderplatz. Sempre a pochi passi c'è la metropolitana per accedere a tutta la città. Anche se esternamente non dà una buona impressione, le stanze sono pulite e confortevoli, ci tornerei senz'altro. Un solo probrema: la pensione non è dotata di ascensore.

Sehr einfaches Hotel mit einfacher Zimmerausstattung. Das Zimmer war sauber jedoch sehr hellhörig.

Im allgemeinen sehr enttäuscht...
Mit dem Preis von diesem Hotel kann man nicht viel erwarten aber leider sind gewisse Standards doch nicht eingehalten worden wie z.b. der Matratzenschoner unter Spannbettlaken nicht vorhanden, deshalb waren undefinierbare Flecken auf der Matratze zur erkennen. Ein Fernseher ist zwar vorhanden aber man konnte nur ZDF empfangen. Die Sauberkeit im Bad war leider mangelhaft wir haben uns drei Tage aufgehalten und es wurde leider nicht gesäubert dennoch haben wir neue Handtücher täglich bekommen. Das Bad war wie beschrieben auf dem Gang dennoch funktionierte das Schloss nicht einwandfrei dass man am ersten Tag mehrere Minuten versucht hatte das Schloss zu öffnen, nach Beschwerde wurde dies aber behoben.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Straße unweit einer S-Bahn Station. Hier sind auch ausreichend Kiez-Läden und Restaurants zu finden. Das Hotel bietet zwar kein Frühstück an aber wenige 100 Meter entfernt findet man einen sehr günstigen Bäcker der Sitzplätze hat. Das Zimmer war groß. Der Reinheitszustand war für mich in Ordnung. War halt teilweise ein bisschen staubig aber kaum der Rede wert. Mein Badezimmer war recht klein und lag gegenüber meines Zimmers. Man musste den Flur kreuzen. War aber kein Problem. Auch hier war der Reinheitsgrad für mich in Ordnung. Alles in allem kann ich sagen, dass das Hotel sich gut für einen Städtetrip eignet.

Olin avopuolisoni kanssa kahdeksan päivän matkalla Berliinissä, ja täytyy myöntää, että varaamamme hotelli yllätti meidät täysin niin positiivisesti kuin negatiivisestikin. Positiivista oli tilava huone, johon kuului oma kylppäri. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä sijainnut S-Bahn-asema teki liikkumisen helpoksi. Negatiivista puolestaan oli siivouksen olemattomuus sekä äärimmäisen huono äänieristys. Käsittääkseni huonettamme ei siivottu kertaakaan vierailumme aikana, eikä lakanoita vaihdettu (pyyhkeet sen sijaan vaihdettiin päivittäin). Lisäksi tyynyssäni oli jonkun edellisen käyttäjän jäljiltä isoja ruskeita tahroja. Olimme myöskin varauksen yhteydessä ruksineet varauslomakkeesta kohdan, jonka mukaan haluamme sellaisen huoneen, jossa on parisänky. \"Parisänkynä\" toimivat kaksi vierekkäin aseteltua sänkyä, joiden päällä ei ollut petauspatjaa, mikä oli mielestäni hieman outoa. Kokonaisuutena hotelli hoiti hommansa tyydyttävästi, mutta mielestäni parannettavaakin olisi.

The room was OK and it was cleaned 3 out of 6 days. The area is really nice, with good restaurants and café’s just a short walk away. Train stop right next to the hotel. The building and the interior is quite old-fashioned and could be touched up a bit. I think this hotel was more like a hostel. We saw the staff only on the day of arrival, and when we left in the morning, there was no staff around. Considerining the price, I couldn’t have expected more. I would still revisit on a budget trip. :)

Missing some basic comfort inclusions
The room was fine, simple and clean and comfortable, but missing some really basic things...like a kettle! Every traveller wants to settle in and make a cup of tea, but this was not possible. Also no hooks for coats & bags etc. Also no elevator, which I was not aware of before I booked - and I had to carry an extremely heavy suitcase up and down 4 flights of stairs and I hurt my back.

Godt hotel til prisen
Et billigt hotel og værdi for pengene. Morgenmaden Ok, værelset fint men med bad i separat værelse. Lokalområdet stille, roligt og rigtigt lokalt uden mange turister, men også uden umiddelbar adgang til spisesteder og butikker. Værtshuset overfor havde dog gode øl til billige penge og gendig tysk mad.

En verdad no pude utilizar los servicios del hotel. Hice la reservación y cancelación en junio de este año ingresando el día 22/10 y saliendo el 23/10, en agosto me comuniqué vía telefónica participando cambio de fecha de la reservación, entrando el día 21/10 y saliendo el día 22/10 y quedando claro que no requería mas trámite. Cuando llegué al hotel me informó una persona que estaba de servicio, me dijo que no había participado el cambio de fecha, tenía que tener constancia por escrito y que no tenía derecho al hospedaje. En consecuencia perdí mi dinero y de paso me sugirió un hospedaje que realmente hasta un cochino se va del sitio y en vista de la hora y desconocimiento de la ciudad de Berlín, no quedo más que mal pasar una noche. En verdad la única opinión que puedo hacer es que son personas con muy poca seriedad y responsabilidad.

Die Matratzen waren schon sehr alt und unbequem. Einzelne Federn spürte man leider sehr hart durch die Matratzen hindurch. Das Wasser in der Dusche floss nicht richtig ab. Als wir das Hotelpersonal darauf hingewiesen haben, wurde leider dennoch nichts dagegen unternommen. :(

First of all,it is much dark near this hotel at night.So women had not better stay the hotels in this area.
Second,the bath room is opposite side the bed room.It was very inconvenient.

Roligt hotel, lige uden for kortet
Hotellet har hvad man skal bruge, gode senge, eget bad(dog på den anden side af gangen), morgenmad. Det er til at betale, og ligger i et hyggeligt kvarter. Der er tre inutters gang til S-bahn, som kører hvert 10. minut. Godt hotel for de som alligevel ikke benytter lounger osv. og som har trasket op og ned af Under den Linden mv.

Berlin ist Traumhaft..... Frühstücksraum klein da er mit Rezeption im Raum ist.Ein großes Zimmer dafür ein wirklich kleiner Schrank mit nur 3 Bügeln und dass Bad von diesem Zimmer sehr sehr klein kaum Platz zum drehen.

Hotellage sehr gut. Leider kein Fahrstuhl mussten in den 4ten Stock mit schweren Taschen war nicht so einfach. Sauberkeit sehr gut. Im Zimmer ist das nötigste drin für 3 bis 4 Tage lange es föllig aus. Frühstück ist gut.

Jeg har efterhånden overnattet på en del forskellige hoteller i Berlin, og dette hotel er bestemt det bedste til prisen! Har betalt dobbelt så meget for hotelværelser hvor stand, renhed og komfort var virkelig ringe. Dette hotelværelse var stort, pænt og rent. Det betød ingenting at det private badeværelse ligger på gangen, og ikke inde på værelset - det var også pænt og rent. Beliggenhedsmæssigt er det selvfølgelig ikke det mest centrale, men jeg er selv stor fan af det hyggelige kvarter det ligger i. Og hvis man vil ind til centrum ligger Nöldnerplatz S-bahn station lige om hjørnet, hvorfra man kan køre direkte til centrum på 15 minutter. ENESTE minus ved dette hotel, var den sure dame der sad i receptionen da vi kom. Hun var ikke særlig venlig og hendes engelsk var ret dårligt. Men alt i alt det bedste hotel jeg har været på i Berlin til den pris!
