Good little hotel for short stays. Staff are wonderful and attentive. Diego in restaurant was friendly attentive and a great cook. Love the toiletries in room, included toothbrush, lotion, tissue pack and shampoo. Area is rural but Ubers are easy and affordable. Took one to nearby Playa del Niño. The front desk sells refreshments and water. Note: not at all close to the Cancun hotel zone

Clean, safe and great staff. Diego in restaurant was the best! Food was well prepared and presentation was very nice. Walking distance to shopping boulevard,shops, ATM,plaza,etc. Used Uber to get around which was easy and affordable. Would recommend for short stays. Toiletries were a nice touch.

Hotel rooms were just remodel with new bathrooms tiles, sink and paint. Beds were comfortable. Hotel not recommended for family vacation per the área. Hotel came with gate parking only booked it to pick up family early morning at the airport. Hotel not bad for the price I paid give it 7/10.

Didn't have a single issue at this place. I don't know why it is rated so low; maybe it's how the surrounding neighborhood looks.
I never felt out of place or fearful in any way. The housekeeping did a great job keeping things clean and giving us new towels.

I felt so unsafe and uncomfortable as our hurtle pulled up to this hotel that we refused to get out. We had to find another hotel while driving back to the hotel zone. I am disappointed Expedia even lists a hotel like this on its site. I could not, in good conscience, recommend for any American. Especially in the political climate of Mexico. Even our shuttle driver said this hotel was “muy peligroso”.

The property was in a great location but a terrible place to stay. The staff seemed to be unfriendly and unhealtful. Also, the hotel did not supply wash clothes and the water was cold for taking a shower. The hotel water was turned off for almost 2 hours the day before checkout.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. If you’re wanting to experience more of a local feel this place was perfect. Smaller and personal. The front desk gave us easy to understand directions and great ideas on where the better places to go. The property is very close to the bus line and so we were able to navigate easily without knowing much of the area because of how helpful everyone was. The restaurant was very helpful and great with our likes. My son likes hamburgers and they had the best ones. When he didn’t eat the tomato, the next time we got a hamburger he just didn’t put one on without us saying anything. The whole hotel was out to please. Very pleasant and the staff made this trip an enjoyable one. I would definitely love to go back and stay there. Personable and helpful and we could tell that they wanted us to be there and appreciated us. Very good feeling to support the smaller properties instead of the big resorts. I would recommend to anyone that wants to really experience Cancun. Extra thanks to the guys at the front desk for all their help and making our vacation great.

Zero hot water, next to zero chance of connecting to wifi, small hard beds. Room was clean and staff were good. One night would be OK if that was your only option. Restaurant was too expensive for what you got. Loud at night from pool and pool table.

The property is not well kept the hallways and rooms or smelly.the amenities are the most basic or none. The location is not close to anywhere interesting there aren't any close by things to do. There are no coffee makers no microwaves no refrigerators no cups one has to pay for hot water to make baby milk.

The staff were extremely helpful . We loved our stay here and are planning to return soon . The food is great and prices are affordable too . It is close to main transportation by bus system , and taxi service right at the hotel and they tell you upfront and don’t change their prices depending your destination or time of day like other taxis at the tourist spots . I recommend trying the local restaurants in walking distance too , amazing people !

My go-to place in Cancun
This is my go-to value hotel in Cancun, whenever I need to stayover. I live in Isla Mujeres and sometimes I arrive too late to take the ferry, or stay over for shopping or a special event. The rooms are clean, great protected parking inside the walls of the hotel, great customer service, friendly staff, very accomodating. And a lovely little restaurant where they bend over backwards to cater to your every need. Plus a nice claan pool for a leisurely dip

Location is near downtown it is not good if you want to go and see typical tourist places in Cancun. We did not feel very safe walking around the hotel. It seems like a sketchy area and there are many other places where you could Live that are much better.

Its an ok hotel for one or two night stay. Condition of the hotel is a bit old, the shower didnt have enough water pressure or hot water, the wifi was horrible, very slow and someties didnt even connect at all, and the tv was small and only like 15 channels. The pool looked old and small, didnt even feel like getting in it.

Nice, clean Mexican hotel where locals stay. Both times I've stayed, I'm the only American. Well equipped comfortable rooms, good Air Conditioning, nice pool, pleasant restaurant on premisis, and secure parking with 24-hour guard on site. It's my go-to hotel for any trips I make to Cancun, or when I need to overnight in town before leaving on an early flight. As a single woman, I feel very comfortable staying here, and you can too.

I was the only non-Mexican there. It’s great value for a modest price. I will definitely stay here again If coming to Cancun for business.

They have a small restaurant that is convenient for night, specially for if you have small children and don't want to go out. Staff were very courteous, pool was “ok”. We had a room where we had about 20 stairs steps- got tiring. Neighborhood was questionably “safe” but nothing happened sooo it was “safe”.

We spent four nights there. The door of our room would open even when locked; the security latch was loose and could easily been knocked off if the door was opened forcefully. We spent a night without a properly locked door. The room smelled like humidity, and the bathroom had the smell of sewer line. The WIFI would not work unless you were in the reception area. The pool had a noticeable line of dirt, People would throw shoes into the pool.

This is the worst place EVER. I have used expedia many times but am the most appalled by their partnership with this hotel. For foreigners, I would never ever recommend this place! My airport shuttle driver told us that the area was unsafe as soon as he dropped us off there. Additionally, upon arrival, the staff tried to immediately falsely charge me fees when expedia didn’t display them nor did the manager inform me of an early check in fee when I had been in communication with her for 2-3 weeks prior to arrival. Moreover, the room was extremely dirty BED BUGS EVERYWHERE!! Bugs in our sheets and at one point falling from the ceiling! I would highly recommend expedia to remove them from their site! Luckily called Expedia a few hours after check in and resolved the issue and immediately got into another hotel! Not even expedia could get a hold of their staff/manager.

This is a terrible experience. We could not bear the bugs, cold water for shower, and the slow wifi so we changed to another hotel. This hotel is the "flight+hotel" combo from Expedia. I suggest everyone who wants to choose a combo pay more attention to the quality of the hotels.

Overall, it was a nice hotel, very clean. The food at their restaurant is delicious. The only bad thing about our stay was that the receptionist did not ask for our vehicle information, therefore; we had a staff member knocking really loud in our door around 10 pm. that was very unpleasant because it disturbed our sleep. I had a second floor near to the pool. Maybe too loud in some times of the day specially in the morning. In the afternoon people at the pool made a little flood but nothing too big. The bedroom in this time I stay here was very nice except for the air conditioned that was loud, maybe it´s require some maintenance. The TV good, the beds great and the pillows too. The bathroom very nice for a trhee stars. Nice water pressure and great heat in the water pipes. Even though the hotel is located in an ugly neighborhood, the area is safe. The view from the room window is not spectacular. The walls are thin so you can hear people talking outside or in the other rooms so ear plugs are a must.
