The staff was very kind and helpful upon check-in. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the cleaninf staff was friendly. The included breakfast had a lot of selection and vegetarian options. The hotel was well located near restaurants, convenience stores, and the metro station.

We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the bus station on Avenida de America. What a great choice! It was an easy walk from the station and located within a relatively short distance of the Goya shopping area. The hotel is an older property that was completely renovated in 2023. The modern design completely transforms it. Our room was very roomy and hid a kitchenette behind a wall of shelving. Again, this is not necessarily a normal tourist area but fit our needs perfectly.

It is in an residential area that is away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions to not be bothered by big crowds, but also close by to transit so you can get to those areas quickly. A lot of nice restaurants and grocery stores in the vicinity. The hotel has a kitchenet, a microwave, and a fridge within the room; therefore if you want so money and buy groceries you can do that as well. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The walls are a bit thin though, you can hear people being loud in other rooms. It was definitely worth the value of money, would stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is lovely, well-maintained, and clean Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The neighborhhod is close to the city center but far enough away to be relaxed. I would like to extend my thanks to the staff at this property. I had become ill over various days of traveling etc. with one call to the hosts est down stairs they were able to help us in scheduling a doctor to come visit us in our room. The doctor went about and beyond and got me back to health with the right prescriptions that same day. Best experience I’ve ever had.
Besides this that staff here all share the calling to serve and be helpful. Truly my top 5 experiences I’ve experienced. Also it is in a great location as there are many dinning restaurants to chose from all in walkable distances. Public transportation is easily accessible and easy to use. Def recommend the VP to all that travel here. We will be back soon!

The rooms and property are wonderfully kept and designed. The location is conveniently located near a metro line that can take you to the Madrid Central in about 5 stops. The area felt safe and homey which I value in a space when traveling. I wish I could have stayed longer, but that's a reason for another visit!

They ask you for the entire amount of your stay up front upon arrival, which I have never seen before (it is, truth be told, in very small print in the conditions when you reserve). Their water heater died for a day when we were there - they fixed it by the next morning and offered us free breakfast in compensation. Overall, very nice people!

The hotel is in a great neighborhood in Madrid, the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated but it’s unbelievable that they have two coffee makers in every room but not a single capsule of coffee for the guests.

The hotel was great, plenty of space in the room. Nice bathroom with a bath. Staff all very friendly. However the information stated sound insulation which it most certainly wasn’t. We were disturbed by road noise and other residents banging their doors, listening to television late at night and noisy talking. Nothing can be done I suppose but a secondary door in the room would help a lot.

This was a very nice hotel. Our suite was roomy, pleasant, in excellent condition& the full kitchen was new uniquely clean & well supplied. The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was pleasant and the subway was about a block away so we could quickly get all over town. Really nice stay.

My family and I had such a marvelous stay at this hotel that upon our return to Madrid after touring other cities in Spain, we returned to it for one final stay. It was close to Metro station which allowed us access to the entire city. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent. They were always friendly and eager to help. The breakfast wasn't that impressive but Americans eat breakfast differently than Europeans. We highly recommend this hotel.

The best European value of any hotel we've stayed at in 30 years! The rooms are beautiful with many amenities. It would be perfect for families since it has a great couch that pulls out to a bed and a full kitchen. The staff was welcoming and helpful. They didn't seem to have nonsmoking rooms but when we complained about the smoke smell in our room they moved us immediately to a new room.

Far from everything, Avoid!

Terrible place, Far from everything, Noise from constructions from early hours of the day, Dust everywhere, Rude guests staying with their kids, shouting even in the early hours of the morning, no soundproofing can hear your neighbours, up, down and side, Night receptionist is lazy and don't want to do anything for you, Its fine for the Spanish people, if your a non-Spanish speaker, look elsewhere I am sure the positive reviews are false, I do not recommend or will stay there again.

The amenities are great. There was a coffee maker but no coffee though. The space was wonderful and more spacious than expected. The bathroom was very nice also. Beds are comfy (though they seriously tuck those sheets TIGHT). There is a lovely little walking garden out back. There is breakfast on a lower level that we didn't know about until the last minute, though it is not included in the price of your stay. That said, it's reasonably priced for what is made available for breakfast. 5 stars for the nespresso machine and hot carafe of milk for the coffee. I wish more of our hotels at home had this kind of breakfast available, but then Europe just does some things better. I would recommend for the great price for sure, but venturing out into the neighborhood there isn't as much available as there is closer to Retiro Park. Found a cute market that reminded us of Aldi, and a nice little spot not so far away for tapas and drinks.
