The location is good and there are some nice small restaurants very nearby.
The hotel has a small bar before the lobby desk.
The only bad is the room is tiny. The shower is very small - approximately 2.5 square ft.
Not much space for luggage or items removed from luggage.

For the price, the room is so small (I haven't been to a hotel room that is so small for two people) that I wished I had booked at Grand Pacific where a couple of friends stayed for less and got twice as large a room. Otherwise, I have no other complaint.

People were vere friendly and helpful. The room we were in was a bit small but was very clean and comfortable. Got their own bar at the front entrance. Once you step out the front entrance, you are close to everything, it's so convenient and mainly for the price of the rooms are very reasonable. Highly recommend for people travelling on a budget. Thumbs up.

Didn’t realise the property was under construction, the room was so tiny luckily this was a stay for a lay over. Would not recommend to stay as you won’t be able to fit your suitcases in the room. Worst sleep woke up with a sore neck. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Minibar is free which is great! However our fridge wasn't even turned on (?) so everything was warm. MIL almost had an asthma attack as the room had a strong odour and mould.

We asked to leave but were told that it couldn't be authorised until the next day. Given the price of this place there just wasn't a lot of boxes ticked.

The entrance to the hotel is through a (?) bar that's in construction. No lobby and no sign stating what is actually happening there.

This is something I would expect to cost about half of what we paid.

The AC that you supposedly have control over resets back to 22deg frequently. I would change it and then find 2 hours later it was back on 22. Don't give pax the option of control if you're just going to limit it!?!

My biggest concern and downfall with this place is the health issues MIL faced that weren't appropriately addressed and they are too polite to take it further!

It is a great walking distance to Bugis Junction, very convenient for shopping and MRT.

Too many red flags here and would not recommend or return.

You have to ythtouga restaurant, and there's a make-shift front desk in the back. Not very inviting. Room was nice, new and clean, but only window was in the bathroom.

This property was not what we expected at all but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great and is only a couple of minute walk to the Bugis MRT. The whole apartment was immaculately clean and spacious. Great air conditioning, a bath and comfortable beds all made this a very pleasant stay. The property goes above and beyond with a fully stocked minibar included for free (fruit juices, snacks, water and even a few beers!). Thankyou for a lovely stay.

The pictures on the website and the description of the hotel was very different than the reality. The room we had was not really compatible for our family of four. We checked out the same day we checked in and then moved to another hotel. To me, this was a place I might have stayed while travelling in college, however, it was priced much more expensively. Definitely not worth the price.

I believe I arrived on 26 May, about 6:30am or perhaps 7:00am. The young male receptionist (wearing a mask appropriately) was quite sick, sniffling constantly. Of course, he touched my passport in order to sign me in. I have now tested myself for Covid, and I think I have it. That receptionist should NOT have been working when so sick! I got sick a day or so afterwards, an am now quite sick, too.

It is definitely not a four star hotel as rated at Expedia and the pictures are misleading. The hotel is a two-star standard. The room is even smaller than the one in Ibis. The first floor of the property is fully occupied by a restaurant. Since we were assigned a room in second floor, the room has a smell of the food.

I was on a business conference at Suntec City, so this hotel suits me perfectly...it's walking distance, lots of food around the corner, and close by to City Hall if I need to take the train.

The room is quiet and clean. Room wifi is excellent. Really no complains.

Good comfortable hotel with big enough room and toilet. Also comes with free complimentary snack bar. Comfortable stay with nice big bed and good aircon control. However not enough power points provided and shower hose leaky. Breakfast was also good which you get with a voucher for Killiney. Comes with mains, side toast and drink.

Room is very small, inter room ventilation is shared as so you can smell what your neighbours is doing in toilet. Hotel entrance is also a cafe entrance, so when you want to go to the lift, you have to walk through the cafe, and all the people eating there will look at you as some does not know it is a hotel as well. Since the hotel counter and cafe are in the same small space, it feel like you are checking in at a kitchen.

Deluxe king room was smaller than expected but ok for our 4 night stay. Loved the freebies and all the extras like shoe horn, coffee machine etc but would have appreciated body lotion and hair conditioner. Would definitely stay again. Only one block from Raffles Hotel ( in fact we could see if from our room). Would recommend a visit to Fairview ‘Art Deco’ office Building - great exterior and even better ground floor bar with drinks and afternoon tea.

No hot water for showers in the mornings (all three mornings). Hot water in evening, but waste about 5 minutes of water before it comes through.
Cleanliness needs a bit more attention to detail.
Older building, converted to a hotel so hallways etc are tiled. With a 24 hour check in, it means nights are very noisy with guest arrival and dragging suitcases etc

It was a lovely property with very friendly staff. The minibar has free drinks, Pringle’s and nuts, as well as tea and coffee. There were free biscuits and orange juice near the lift and the breakfast was across the road, which was a bit ordinary.
Mark was very polite and friendly at checkin and checkout and called a taxi for us.

Stayed in Room 202, level 2, pretty soundproof. The reception is in the diner, so don’t be alarm when you arrive and it’s a small cafe. They have welcoming drink and snacks to go with. Decent size elevator. Room is expected to be small, a bit tight if you have 2 big luggages and a few more bags. See through glass wall/door for the bathroom, almost no privacy, though towel rails were situated on the glass wall, and can easily be covered. Great shower but tiny. Shower door open inwards, so if you are a large person, this may be difficult. Anything in the minibar is free, this includes snacks and drinks, and replenish everyday, that’s a bonus! Very close to eateries and malls, and also the metro station! Location is on point! The free breakfast was a let down, so suggest not to pick that option as there are great eateries nearby. I would stay here again, as my priorities are cleanliness, friendly and great location. Thank you Hotel NuVe Heritage (also, there are three Hotel NuVes around the city!)

Room door was not sound insulated & I could hear every sound from the next door. Cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, found hairs on the floor & used toothpaste film from the previous customer by the sink.

The hotel is a nice boutique hotel located in a great area convenient to many attractions and dining. However the room was tiny, so if you don’t mind that, then the hotel is fine. The staff was friendly and they upgraded me to include breakfast which I hadn’t paid for. However the breakfast though could use some improvement as it was really basic and not that great.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I was delayed in arrival, but they had no difficulty with it. They also stowed my suitcase after checkout for an entire day, supplied a bottle opener to my room when needed and called a taxi to the airport for me.

Minor quibble would be that the shower took 5 minutes or so to heat up, but once it did, it was perfect.
Also, I was surprised that the provided mobile phone has to be requested at a further 100 dollar refundable deposit. It's not advertised as deposit-required. Other hotels I have stayed at who offered this service, provide the phone in the room and the room deposit covers it.

I would stay here again. It was very peaceful, clean and well-furnished with pleasant and helpful staff. You're about 8 mins walk from Bugis or City Hall MRT stations and there are eating places and 7 Elevens not far away. Free drinks are also provided in your minibar as well as a coffee pod machine and kettle. A widescreen TV is also provided as well as weighing scales and a hairdryer that doesnt have to be used in the bathroom.

Great location. But no window in our room (photographers suit) and I think the photos are Misleading. The rooms really are not very big. Although the bathroom was big the shower was luke warm and when I queried it she said that was the right temp.
You have to walk through a restaurant to get to the check in which is really uncomfortable, when you are lugging big suitcases about. I won’t book here again.

Great hotel and location!

Stayed here to reach the half marathon event nearby the following morning without fuss and enjoy the city in the night before. Located in such a great location. Boutique hotel, so don't look for amenities like gym, pool etc. The room was clean and compact. Good wifi, snacks on the ground floor. Decent breakfast buffet till 10am. But there are tons of great places for dinner, just even on that street alone. Expected it to be noisy, but was surprisingly quiet. Highly enjoyed my stay and recommend it for a couple enjoying being near the city attractions and shopping!

Hotel NuVe Heritage is ideally located for exploring Singapore, which was the main reason we booked it. Just a 5 minute walk from the Bugis MRT station, and a similar walk to Raffles, it was in easy reach of most attractions (we walked to Little India, Fort Canning Park and Marina Bay).

We had booked a Deluxe King room, however the size of the room compared to the picture on the site did not match. The bed was a King and very comfortable, however there was little room to manoeuvre around it, especially with 2 large suitcases. The complimentary coffee machine and daily bottled water was much appreciated, and there was a nice, spacious shower within the bathroom (be aware that you can see into the bathroom / shower from the bed!).

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast we didn’t try, but from looking at the selection it appeared limited. We much preferred exploring the various hawker centres or ‘cafes’ for breakfast.

Would we go back? Yes, but only with a guarantee of a room the size the picture suggests.

Disappointed Rather Small- not suitable for family

Room was so small our that with a single peice of luggage we couldn’t open the door fully nor get into the mini bar. Had to shuffle sideways to get past the bed. Room size not provided in booking information. Ideal for back packers though your paying top dollars for a dorm size room.

The staff there really tended to our needs and were happy to answer any questions we had about travelling and where to go. The mini bar is complimentary! Though it is smaller than most hotel rooms, it was cosy and the bed was super comfortable. I would stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.

This is a nice and cozy hotel, the room was a reasonable size and very comfortable bed. Great pressure shower with hot water.
Breakfast was also good, some diversity.

Lovely little hotel. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast was great!
Lovely addition of free mini bar contents and snacks on arrival.
The room itself was quite compact, which meant that any noise from other rooms or down the corridor was noticeable, most of all in the mornings when the house keepers came round, but in general it was quite quiet.

Would come again. Great location within walking distance of Marina Bay and Raffles Hotel.

Perfect Location - close to everything. We booked the smallest room - which was fine for just sleeping there. The bedding was clean and white but did have some holes in.....Complimentary mini bar great! Got a free wi fi router from reception. The room wall was quite dirty with marks - should be clean. The shower had some mould which could also just be wiped. Breakfast was average

When booking this room I used the filter\"free airport shuttle\" but it turned out the hotel uses an outside contractor ( I believe from aurport??) and no airport shuttle was available to us. This was most disappointing, as apart from location, the shuttle was quite important to us. I felt somewhat duped because this hotel came up as having an airport shuttle not \" possibly may\" have a shuttle.

Hotel is in a great location where most tourist hotspots are within walking distance. Unfortunately the room was not very clean. One of the drinking glasses was very dirty on arrival and the bathroom had hairs etc. on the floor and in the shower. The floors were also a little dusty/dirty. The room was relatively small but we were expecting this. The rooms are all in close proximity and unfortunately we had a rather noisy neighbour. Overall it was an OK experience but would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Yes we were expecting small (quaint) as they put it, but you couldn't 'swing a cat'! Not for us, even for 1 night. Mattress very firm and both had sore backs all day. Have lived in Vietnam so we are used to firm mattresses but something not right about this one. Breakfast in downstairs cafe was the worst we have ever had. Didn't serve both meals together, cold and didn't offer to refill coffee! Cafe not busy at all. Would advise not to pay for breakfast in package and eat elsewhere. Good central area for what we wanted to do there and hotel was quiet. I think it's not worth the rating of 4 that it's given. Hope this is helpful.

Hotel was lovely very clean and the bed was comfy however a little small in the quaint queen. I had an issue with a late checkout and a mis communication however the staff member on duty went above to rectify and find me an alternative place to stay which was greatly appreciated. Hotel is a short walk to Suntec which is really convenient if your wanting to do tours and things.

It is a three star motel by travel standards with small rooms and very renovated rooms so you need to expect that and not a 5 star motel. It is great value for the price and the location was really handy. My room also had a Nescafé coffee machine in it which came with complimentary pods - made it a very nice touch. There was a lovely gentleman on reception who was lovely and went the extra mile e.g. learning your name, asking how your day was, giving you directions and helpful tips etc.

Nice hotel in central\nLocation

As space is limited in Singapore so are hotel rooms with sky high prices. The staff are friendly, with simple decorated rooms however the breakfast was very very disappointing it reminded me of a breakfast you would get at a hostel- very simple. Which is not what you are expecting for the prices you pay. The mini bar is small but free drinks and some snacks. Overall the hotel is near the quay and near Burgis mrt subway- walking distance 6 minutes. Nice neighbourhood.

Although the stay was overall a pleasant experience, the room I was allocated had no view to the outside world (no window) which was quite depressing. I had booked the room as the photos in the booking section showed the rooms to be bright and with views. The shower also had minimal pressure (soft spray).

NuVe Heritage is centrally located and ideal.

Very good Reception staff, rooms very clean & comfortable.
Good location with close proximity to Raffles Hotel 2 blocks away and the Sun City
centre where I recommend all tourists go to seek out the great Hippo buses for tours round the city. They also include in the $49 two day ticket travel to the distant Singapore Zoo - well worth the ride out but don't forget your discount cards and rain wear.
Downside is the breakfast eggs, eggs and more varieties of egg. No longer doing cereals but plenty of local eating houses. Free mini bar so chill you bottled water for the day & the 2 bottles of Tiger ale to return to. Enjoy and let them get the return SGD$9 airport shuttle for you too.

Great location but some rooms very small and noisy

We found the location ideal as very central and close to MRT (approx 300mt) and heritage sites eg. Raffles Hotel was in next street. Raffles city shopping centre around corner provided cheap meals. Our room was the quant room with window on level 2.

NEGATIVES;
Room very small (forget trying to swing a cat)
Noisy
Bed was hard & worn out
Aircon broke down & they reluctantly moved us to level 5 which was much less noisy
Shower drain kept overflowing but was fixed promptly

So yes we would stay again but ensure that we had a higher level room and prolly would upgrade to the next size up.

We found this to be noisy as it backed onto a sideline with delivery trucks coming and going at all times of the night.

Awesome Staycay

Affordable(among the vibrant area of Singapore), convenient, clean and comfy stay! One tip is to let the water runs first before u bath, it takes awhile for the water to turn warm. For finding the place, check the Google Map street view so u won't miss the place.(the logo is pretty small) but it's really worth to stay despite the small room (u see the minibar and coffee are freeee! While my breakfast is not cover, u can always go to the nearby hawker or bugis to eat and venture around sg! :) great Staycay for me and my boy (:

NuVe Heritage

We stayed here last year and rated the hotel as excellent. It was our first choice on returning to Singapore.
This time, there was no beer in the complimentary minibar, complimentary cocktails were no longer available in the evening and the restaurant has closed. Breakfast was therefore served in the adjacent Kia Hotel.the staff were as friendly as ever, but things have definitely gone downhill.

Econony Hotel with Great Location

Location of hotel was very central, just a block and a half from the Raffles Hotel, Raffles Center, and the mass transit system. There were lots of different restaurant options within a couple of blocks of the hotel. The hotel has limited lobby and common areas, but the staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet is next door in another hotel. The room was small but comfortable. The only window was in the bathroom and looked into another building.
