I had a very disappointing experience with this location. The staff was rude and seemed very confused about basic procedures. The checkout process was unorganized, and I was charged extra tax that no one could properly explain.

To make things worse, they deducted money from my deposit upon return and claimed that the credit card company charged them transaction fees — which makes absolutely no sense and should not be the customer’s responsibility.

They also took a wet towel from the room but never replaced it, which shows a lack of attention and poor service standards.

Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend this location unless management seriously improves customer service and transparency in billing.

The lady was very rude. She charged me $15 for an extra person and said I had to pay cash or I couldn’t check in to charge me a $50 deposit and kept it. The headboard fell apart and fell on my foot and instead of compensating me, she kept my deposit and tried to call the police terrible service terrible attitude. This lady is highly confrontational. And I want my money back, including my deposit.

My experience was terrible and quite disastrous. There was no customer service at all. The air conditioning barely worked, and the worst part was the unpleasant odors, including noticeable smells of drugs, in the hallways and rooms.

We booked a day in advance and called hotel.com to confirm our stay and was reassured that they had a room for us and said the hotel confirmed our stay. After landing from airport at 1030pm with our daughter , we were tired and hungry. We drove almost an hour to get to the hotel and they told us they over booked and there was no rooms available. We had no where to go because all the hotels around were sold out. This was the worst experience and would not recommend this place.

When we got to the room it appeared that the room had been used or not cleaned appropriately. We went back to ask for another room and were denied because “she was short maids”. The website offers parking for bus, and RV. I had a medium Penske truck pulling a trailer and there was ZERO chance to get into that “bus and RV “ spot. Maybe a car with a 10 foot trailer!!! I would NOT go back there if it was free!! There was no shampoo to shower with:(

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Don’t stay here!! Lady in front office I’m guessing she’s owner is rude. She has no customer service. Hotels customer service is also trash, they refused to give us refund claiming, it’s at the hotel approval. So we went into the room, first thing my boyfriend did was use the restroom. I brought in a half drinking beer inside the room, i chugged the beer and threw it in the trash. Mind you when we first walked in the pillows was flat as if someone came in the room laid down and walked out. When my boyfriend came out the restroom he said the toilet doesn’t work and the towels look used they were dirty. At that point I said let go get another room, or see if she has a solution to the problem. I tell the lady at the front, she gets really angry , start yelling saying we used the room because their was a beer in the trash can and said the trash bag was wet. I gave her the key so she could see what we were talking about, she refused to give it back and said we needed to contact hotels for refund she said they wouldn’t give us one which they didn’t. She refused to give us another room, saying we used the room, we was in the room for a total of 10 minutes. After she took the room key, I followed her inside front office where she went into the back room and was yelling on the phone with someone about what just happened for 10 minutes. When she came out I asked what was she going to do? She started yelling & cursing saying we used the room it’s been 20 minutes.

Run down terrible Shady atmosphere around there.

Our stay was Terrible the property is run down. They have a no refund policy once they swipe your card or you pay through your app. The room wasn't ready even though it was well after 3pm and also the office clerk manually shut off the water to the room we complianed and she came with a water key to manually cut the water back on in our room we said wow!! I am surprise thise hotel is on anyone app to book.

worst hotel I ever experienced

Room had strong odor of smoke when I checked in , but I was told if I smoke I would be charged a smoke fee, I advised the lady I requested smoke free but my room smelled strongly of smoke. I was charge an additional fee for a 2nd guest, even though I purchased a king size bed and online when i booked it said it hold up to 2-3 guest. There was no mention online that only 1 person per a room allowed. The lady up front was rude and unfriendly.

Do NOT patronize this hotel!! I have NEVER been treated so poorly as a paying customer in my life!! I stayed 4 days (unfortunately we evacuated and there were no other places to stay) I very kindly requested a handicap accessible room and was told she didn’t have those! HOW IS THAT LEGAL?Also, she charged me $240 extra because I had a chihuahua with me. Sheesh!! The room smelled like mold and smoke and had roaches casually walking outside and in the room like they owned the place. ROACHES YA’LL!! The lady that runs it fussed at my 11 year old daughter while we were packing up to leave and told her to get in the room and get her the linens!! EXCUSE YOU???!!!! So, I really don’t mind that my dog shed all over in those sketchy looking sheets on the bed.

I had made the reservation for one adult, even though the price for two adults was the same, but I live in Katy and had a full house, so I just needed a friend to stay there for the night. When we got there the receptionist said she would charge extra because we were two adults and the reservation was only for one adult. I explained that I was just dropping him off and was not going to stay and she said that a lot of people say that but they actually stay etc., she said that they would be watching and if they found that I stayed they would make an extra charge to my card. I never had an experience like that I felt so disrespected. I am picking up and expect she will not make any extra charges to my card.

Rude clerk to receive you. Water would either run too hot or too cold on it's own. Wifi never worked. Cleaning staff tried entering at 9 am when check out is at 11. Then they tried running a hold after the room was paid upfront without explaining it to us at the counter. The only reason I knew of the separate charge was because my bank notified me.

Roaches and Dust

The room was gross, dead roaches, live roaches, an inch thick of dust on everything and cup rings on the side tables. Pretty sure the room hadn't been touched in weeks. The air conditioner took 5 hours to cool the room off. The staff was great and very nice. The Jacuzzi was the only good part of the room oh and the pillows.

Very Disappointed

The check-in was easy and quick. We took our bags to room and then had to leave for activities in the area. We didn't return to room until after midnight. The toilet wasn't working/flushing, there was water on the bathroom floor from a leaking toilet. There was dust on the clothes rack and other items. The sign said breakfast from 6 am - 9 am. We went into breakfast area at 6:15 am (one table total) and no coffee, no breakfast nothing. We checked out at 7 am and they were finally loading the coffee maker. Told desk clerk about toilet and she implied that we must have done something to it. Will NEVER stay there again. Bad reflection on Super 8 which we've usually been happy with.

Went to room in afternoon, my door wide open with suitcase inside ,as were 4 others,for over 20 minutes with no employee in site. Took luggage and locked in car. Goop on table when I arrived, still there after cleaning-employee put lamp on it. There's more....

The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at

I have been staying here a few weeks while my home is being repaired and this is absolutely the worst hotel or business I have ever encountered. I've been called a lazy a**hole on my days off for laying in bed by the owner/manager Nina. She's demanded that I help her clean rooms?? And has walked in on me changing without knocking then leaves the door open and says I need to get out so she can clean. She lives in the front office and is always intoxicated. She refused to give me a new key after I locked myself out, stating that I need to wake my wife up next time instead of her. She has no night staff and the little staff she did have I watched the maid throw a broom at her after she was so unbelievablunbelievably disrespectful to the maid so she quit and walked off the lot right in front of us. She treats us like dogs actually I treat my dog better. She acts like she's giving us free rooms and we need to help out. I pay 80 bucks a night! I literally cannot even put into words how horribly this place is the property itself isn't so bad but I've honestly never been treated so bad by an establishment that I am paying. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Violation of ADA Service Animal laws

It took us forever to find a place available due to Hurricane Harvey. When we arrived my fiance went in and the lady said the only room they had was a handicap and it had a Jacuzzi in the room and that was an extra $28. She said it had just come available and still needed cleaned. How is it that you have a reservation yet no room was even available. The room was dirty and the room next door had about 40 beer cans sitting outside. The Jacuzzi was dirty and loud in the middle of the bedroom. In the morning I went to get breakfast and it was 9:03am and she said it was too late..ok? Punctual Much? Then as I was loading the car she asked me 3 times if we would be gone by 11am and each time I said yes. As I loaded my purse and service dog she came running out of the office yelling about the dog stating she was going to charge us extra. She kept yelling for proof and on and on. I went to the car to get the card and my fiance went to go back to the room and the door was locked..I specifically remember leaving it open because I had no free hand to shut it. He went back to the office and met me there and asked her to let him back in but she ignored him until I handed her the card from the national registry ADA service animals. She took the card from me and proceeded to make a phone call while giving him another room key but when he arrived the room was wide open..She refused to allow us to look at the cameras! And I had to fight her upside down to get the verification card back!!

A place to sleep!

Location was great for us....right off the !-10 freeway. Requested a non-smoking room....first one smelled so bad I went back to the office and to give the staff credit she was already working on another room for us. Said she realized that the first room had been abused by last tenant and it would take 4 days to get the smell out. Handled quickly. The area for continental breakfast was so tiny it should have been a \"why bother\" .....we went elsewhere for breakfast.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The clerk at the front desk struggles to speak or understand the english language. She argued with me that my room was prepaid through Hotels.com and made me pay for the room a second time!! I called Hotels.com and they refunded the money because they confirmed the hotel had made a mistake. There was no convincing the clerk that she was wrong because of her inability to understand and speak english. We booked a paticular room because it was our Honeymoon night before we keft on our cruise. When we go there, the room had just been painted so they gave us a room with double beds!!! REALLY. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
