Pros: Room was clean and staff was very welcoming.
Cons: Manager was not accommodating at all. Communication about the trip was poor. If you want to get real info from this place, you must dig and find their local number or you will not get correct info and the manager will not approve any credits for downgrades due to incorrect info.
The place is dated with some remodels. In our room, bathroom was updated but the door veneer was peeling off. The door frame of our main door was broken so the safety latch didn’t work. Most door frames in the hotel were off by an inch. Window screen was broken and the refrigerator never stopped running and it was noisy when trying to sleep. TVs are not smart tvs. Cable only and no dvd player.
Back entrance was regularly used for smoking. Band-aides left for a few days by the pool. Pool/spa temp not being regulated and there is a hole in the wall of the spa going to the pool.
Continental breakfast was meh. Kids liked the waffle maker but that’s about it. No filtered water anywhere to refill water bottles. Rooms do not have microwaves.
Overall kids enjoyed the pool. I will not be going back and do not recommend it to my friends and family unless you are out of options.
