This property is more for those looking for super cheap housing versus a stay overnight. The walkways were filthy, the room floor was sticky, the mattress cover was brown, and we had to ask for pillows. I saw every hour of the night worried about the area. Was someone coming in? I will pay double elsewhere to not be worried about my safety. The only positive was the friendliness of the one staffer.

Horrible Hotel

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. It is dirty. Parking lot was filthy the stairs we're filthy. I was going to leave when we checked in and saw our room but we thought it's only for one night it'll be okay. It was not. Had to call the police at 5:00 a.m. because of the carrying on of the people next to us. Yelling, screaming, banging on Doors, and when the doors were answered they would slam them. This one on for 3 hours. Until 5:00 a.m. when one of the women started yelling don't beat me up. So I called the police. When they came and while they were there, we thought it was safe to get out of there and that's what we did. It took me three phone calls to get my money back. I had to call the corporate office. The manager that checked me in so I had children with me she should have told me this was not a hotel for families. My poor grandchildren was shaking. One of them threw up twice as we were driving. Stay clear of this place. The pictures they show on the rooms and the outside of the hotel or nothing like that. I had furniture that was in our room probably from the 1970s. There are many hotels in that area. Any one of them will be safer than this one.

Luggage carts are disgusting. The person checking me in smelled bad, had yellow hands and beard from smoking so much! Most of the staff was outside all the time smoking!!! Floors were sticky everywhere!!

This was the most disgusting hotel ever. The office manager could not be bothered to check us in when we arrived at 2:30am after driving all night. We called in advance to confirm this was okay and they agreed. She took over two hours to come to the office to check us in. The room was not what we booked. When we entered it around 4:30am, it had been recently smoked in, not just cigarettes. It smelled of elicit drugs, the microwave was still hot, and the bathroom smelled rancid. The dresser had ash on it. The floor had dirts, trash and eaten sunflower seeds. We slept in our car in the parking lot because this room was uninhabitable. They also refused to refund our payment for other rooms we had for kids traveling for a team competition. Homeless people were lurking outside day and night. This place is filthy and unsafe. Stay away. We are still trying to get our money back because the rest of our party also all checked out without staying the whole time.

The hotel manager was yelling outside at 6:00 am on a Sunday morning. Of course, both of us were awakened.

Guests played TV loud - all night long. Seems like that's how they sleep.

Debris and filth in the stairwell. Smelled like pee.

The room came with a stove, fridge, microwave and sink but absolutely no kitchen tools. There were two plastic cups. No coffee cups.

The bed was comfortable enough and the room clean enough.

I should have known due to the price that this hotel would not be great. To start off, when i checked, the front desk clerk didn't realize that i had already booked the room on Hotels.com. He seemed like he was new and the only way I figured that he had no idea of my booking was because the tablet that he used said \"Walk in\" rather than \"Expedia\". Some guy, who im guessing was the manager came from the back several times to assist the employee. They finally assigned me a room and when i went to check it out either someone was staying there or the room was never cleaned. This was 10:30-10:45 pm. I went to complain and they gave me a new room. This room was clean-ish but in need of a deep clean and a upgrade. The tv took several minutes to boot up and actual move from a tv guide page. I dont see myself coming back. At this point, this was just a place to lay my head overnight.

Room did not look like the pics. Had carpet in half the room , however shows like a laminate flooring on the web site. Entry door did not have proper weather seal around it. When the person that was parked in front of the room started his truck up the fumes came into the room. Shower had poor hot water and poor water pressure. Shower shows fancy attachments, however they do not work. No coffee maker in the rooms, if you wanted clean towel you had to pay for them. When checking in you get the rules. It was like prison and not a vacation. Horrible place. I would like a refund.

This was absolutely the most disgusting and horrible hotel that I’ve been to. They had roaches all around the hotel. In the room, the roaches would come out it was so disgusting and there were roaches in the fridge and the bathtub when I walked in. When I walked into my room, there was no toilet paper, and it smelled of cigarettes, even though I had a smoke-free room. If you’re going to stay at this hotel, I would recommend getting a disinfectant to clean everything. You would not believe how many roaches came out when I sprayed the room. There was a lot of noise going around on the outside of the hotel . But if you’re looking for something cheap with a fridge stove and you do not mind Rochelle and her mini roach babies, then this is the place for you.

We would like to see some cooking ware and eating wares. One chair for two isn't cool. The chemicals used on the floor was sticky after drying they are using too much or nit following the instructions on the chemicals. However, tgey dud come back too clean the floors.

The room was nothing like the picture online. There was no coffee maker, no dishes, and worst of all no table and no chairs! I had to open the ironing board just to have a place to put my suitcase! The kitchen outlet was black where it had burned. The toilet seat was broken. The kitchen handle was just hanging on. The curtains were halfway off the rod. The crack in the door was large enough for bugs to come in. Very old and smelled terrible. I had to go buy air freshener just to be able to stay there. When we checked in, there was a note that said out to lunch be back in 30 minutes. No seats to sit in and wait. Breakfast was a breakfast bar but when we went to get one, the door was locked with a sign be back in 30 minutes gone to lunch! Will not stay there again.

Next morning we discovered that it was bot the accessible room with roll in dhower that we had reserved. the carpets were stained and the dedk chair was dirty. There was only one lsrge bath towel. When I spoke with management the bext morning she stated tt the rewuested room was not available and the Hotels.com did not specify our request to the hotel

Came for a wedding.

I did not realize until I arrived that all of the rooms are accessed from the outside. The room was somewhat clean but everything in the room was cheap. The suitcase rack fell down, the bathroom towel rack fell off, the shower had the plug and metal piece missing to take a bath. The towels were barely more than rags. I was never approached but there were many people walking around that were rough-looking. When I first asked for more washcloths I was told to bring the dirty ones down to be replaced. When I did so the next day, a much nicer man gave me enough to get through the stay. Shower controls were hard to figure out. Hot and cold were not as indicated. Overall, not a good place for a woman alone.

My room was clean and the bed was adequately comfortable. It was definitely not something to write home about for comfort, however. Unfortunately, the problem was that the front desk staff put me into a room with a known faulty door and when I returned from the wedding I was in town for, I was locked out. The front desk called the on-call maintenance staff, but it took hours for the person to arrive. In the meantime, I was able to get another room, but my belongings were stuck inside my original room with the faulty door. I did not get my belongings until 2am!! Despite my significant inconvenience, the hotel staff were all very kind and respectful throughout the experience.

In short, my room was not clean. It had not been swept or vacuumed, there was a roach leg on the wall, there was a roach and a spider, there was food residue in the sink and the stove, a used water bottle behind the chair, used soap in the bathroom, and the outside of the tub had not been cleaned. Also the bathroom door would not close/lock.

Upon arrival they gave us a key to someone else’s room. Once we actually were put into a vacant room the towels were dirty, floor was completely stained & sticky. Stains on walls. Cockroach legs on walls. “Kitchen” area looked filthy and falling apart. Our first night there was a fight that broke out in front of our door, we were unable to go up until the police arrived to diffuse the situation. And even then I listened to a girl screaming because whoever was going to jail. I chose this extended stay for my 2 night stay based on reviews. I could’ve stayed at a 1 star rating and got the same experience for alot less.

I am very disappointed, frustrated and upset. After a long day, we were tired, ready to rest only to find out that there is nobody in the front desk to check us in and the door was locked, this was 1015pm. We tried to call the emergency number posted if help is needed, no answer.30 mins passed still no one came with plenty of people with us waiting, I called customer service,it’s unfortunate that they can’t do anything but to call FD but no answer. We finally called police to get help, after 2 hours around 1230sh am we were transferred to nearest Extended Stay america, expecting to have our previous reservation honored, No, they made us pay again!!!
So frustrating!!! but because we were tired we needed to rest, we just paid the room. But never again to stay in this hotel ever! Very bad customer service! Stay away if you’ll take my advice.

The front desk person couldnt log in to check me in so it took over 20 mins of waiting after working 13 hrs at the hospital. Then when i got to my room, all the windows were open as if there had been some odor or fumigation or something. I didnt notice any odor so i closed the windows. For the second time ive stayed there people were fighting outside my room disturbing my sleep. someone played loud rap
music late into the night when i have to be at work at the hospital at 6:30 am. There was only one pillow on the bed and the linens very thin but at least clean. The floor had some sort of residue on it. I was too tired to go through any more aggrivation so I tried to get some sleep and get up to go back to work. i didnt use any appliances or anythi ng else in the room, simply slept a few hours and left. Then they have the nerve to charge me $250 for SMOKING!!!! I do not smoke and never have. I am furious. I called and asked for thee manager and am awaiting his call. I will be calling back. They charged more than my receipt on hotels.com was and then i still paid the additional $100 deposit. I will NEVER STAY here again. Its super convenient but every stay has been marred with some disaster or another. NEVER AGAIN. I am a registered nurse and have to be nicotine free for my job. Furious!

Skip by this property if you can. The desk attendant had to go make sure the room was clean. She failed to tell us the nonsmoking room was actually smoked in upon returning from the room. Carpets were stained and was definitely not vacuumed in a long time. No cabinet doors in the kitchen. Toilet seat broken. Surfaces were not cleaned as well. Tough stay here.

The stay was nothing exceptional but the price was good. My complaint is the room was not clean like I expected. All lamp fixtues had dust and spiderwebs (spiders too) on them. Lots of roaches outside and around the building. Thankfully no roaches in the room except for 1 really small in the bathroom. Other than that the was fine. Parking was pretty full but usually space to park behind the building. Given the choice I would not stay again or recommend.

I have stayed in other extended stays but nothing like this.. there are long term living guest there.. you can tell as they have their camping chairs and personal grills set up on the back side of the property close to their doors.. they would congregate in the hallways and stairs talking loud and slamming doors. No consideration for regular guest. It Seemed to be an attraction for the homeless folks.. Room was smelly a combination of cigarettes and just old and dingy smell. Pretty pricey for the type of environment you get. Should be considered an inn.. bed is super hard could not sleep. We were considering leaving in the middle of night.. room service never came on the two nights we stayed. very disappointing to say the least!

Upon check in me room had plumbing problems. Issue was not corrected until check out. Additional issues - TV which was reported by previous guest was corrected during my stay. Plumbing problems was worst after maintenance fixed. Extended my stay one day, transferred to another room. Room had a bad smell and furniture and kitchen fixtures cabinets was in bad need of updates/fixing. It apprears that room was not updated at least 10 years prior. Horrible. Will not stay again

Don't Stay Here!

The room was clean but shabby. The hallways and stairs were filthy and have not been cleaned in years. Disgusting! All the garbage cans in the laundry room and the outside storage areas were full and overflowing. Plus there were heaps and heaps of garbage behind the building. Looked like they have not used a garbage collector in months. The place is a slum all around the building. Looked like \"guests\" were homeless used to living in a slum. Couldn't wait to check out. Gave me the creeps.

Cigarette burns in the sink and on the tub. There were \"candies\" sitting next to the tv plus outside the door. Best item was a pregnancy test kit underneath the bed. I ended up getting 1 night back on a refund for a 2 night stay.

This location is extremely poor when it comes to the cleaning. My first night I had some kind of drink sticky liquid stain on the floor. The fridge handle was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch it. Inside of the fridge made me wanna throw up. Open the Cabo under the sink and there was black moldy spots. I had asked for dishes and there was wet mold in one of my bowls. They could at least have someone do outside door maintenance and make sure the elevator, stairs, and walkways aren’t filled with nasty cobwebs, bugs, dirty, etc. the only thing that is stopping me from marking this property terrible was the sweet old lady who worked at the front desk. She was very pleasant.

The trip was great. Unfortunately the whole (computer) system was down due to the weather which made check in a hassle. But all in all it was a great stay!

orr Stay!

Rooms and carpet need major upgrade... I did not feel safe because people hanging outside my room door. The parking lot was dirty and the front desk staff is not on one accord ... they all tell you something different. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be staying here ever again!
