The hotel is clean; location is great. Lots of restaurants closeby. Their idea of breakfast is 1-item, on a pre-prepared, saran wrapped dessert plate, that you must request from the front desk attendant. Next housekeeping is not consistent with DAILY room cleaning. I recently booked a week's stay, and didn’t get room service until my 3rd day, after asking the front desk about the regularity of the service. Next, no comforter or blanket on the bed. I got only oneTowels; had to ask for a hand towel, and the bathrug for the floor in front of the shower. This is a fall hazard. I was told they did not have enough; besides they were cream-colored, meant to be white. No cups/glasses, no tissues in the room. The tv is all apps; most don't work. No local channels. There's 1 bathroom in the lobby of which the light was out of service. I brought it to the front desk attendant's attention; he acknowledged my concern. You get better service at Holiday Inn. Forget about the Rooftop pool!! The only thing this place has going for it is location, and fairly clean.

First I want to commend the staff. I.had.multiple reasons to speak with them, and every person here works so hard to help you and do everything they can for you. The staff were 10 stars.

This hotel is perfectly situated 2 blocks from Avenida Quinta. You can still hear the obnoxious noise from Coco Bongo for 2 hours every night, but at least it's tolerable from this distance. There is a restaurant/bar pretty much every 50 feet and multiple laundry spots less than a minute from the hotel. There is a nice park 1 block to the east. The rooms and hotel are very clean.

Unexpected:
1. No blankets provided - you get a top sheet and nothing else. I was cold with the a/c off every night.
2. No phones or coffee makers in the rooms

Need to do better:

1. My room had zero maid service my first 3 days there. I realize those days were over Christmas, but if you're open for business (at regular rates) and taking my money for a room, you should be expected to provide adequate service regardless of what day it is. They ask you not to flush toilet paper. It's not pleasant or sanitary to have the garbage sit for 3 days under those circumstancs. Also no clean towels for 3 days.

2. The pool and outdoor area looked grimy and uninviting. I never saw anyone in the pool during my 7 day stay.

3. No bar soap is.provided. Instead, they have body wash. But they do not provide a face cloth to apply the wash to your body.

I stayed in room 303, the hotel was clean when I first went to check in. The lady behind the counter although having limited English was very polite (my fault for not learning Spanish) in a Spanish speaking country. The hotel room was clean and my bed was made every day for me. The only thing I have to mention which made it not a comfortable stay was the bed after a couple nights started to hurt my back as it was a very hard mattress and the pillows were okay. The other thing which confused me was when I took a shower for the first couple times it was cold because hot left cold right so, I had a couple cold showers.. not to bad being as Mexico is a hot and humid country but then after turning the dial to the right it went hot so bare that in mind. Also the breakfast is located in the illusion boutique hotel which is a 5 min walk at best however for a guy that likes to eat I'd say not the best portion size. But overall its a nice hotel if you are on a budget. Top tip: TAKE EAR PLUGS! Very noisy at night.

My condo was under renovations for the pool this week so I was looking for somewhere nice to stay for the night that had a pool. Upon checking in I went to the rooftop pool to realize there’s no water in the pool and that it was in fact also under maintenance this is very disappointing and I checked out immediately I Feel like I wasted my money. You should be letting people know before they book that the pool is not in use.

The Hotel itself is nice! Close to the fifth avenue and the beach, so location is amazing! The only bad part is that next door there is a club so the music is very loud until late and it’s hard to sleep. Otherwise, everything was great!

Excelente ubicación, cerca de 5ta Avenida para comer lo mejor de comida mexicana y platas hermosas. El hotel tiene toallas tan viejas que se ven grises. La regadera necesita limpieza , no sale agua 100 %. Un gallo atrás del hotel gritando toda la madrugada y ruido de música y huéspedes platicando en los pasillos a media noche. La atención de los chicos de la administración es excelente, pero doy un cero al desayuno, son unos sándwiches muy austeros y café. Las instalaciones están renovadas y es económico. Si no te importan los ruidos y toallas grises que un tiempo fueron blancas, es un buen lugar económico para estar.

Fraude financiero hotelero BFH ATTRACTION

No respetaron la reserva, nos cambiaron a un hotel con menos servicios y de menos calidad. Los diferentes empleados que nos atendieron alegaron muchas y variadas justificaciones tales como:
-colapsaron sus Aires acondicionados
-se vendieron mas reservas que su capacidad
-aceptaron un grupo de 30 personas y no respetaron las reservaciones previas.

Al final es un fraude financiero: es un modus operandi. Venden las reservas a un precio. Al llegar te mandan a un hotel de menos precio y se quedan con la diferencia a favor, y vuelven a ofertar sus habitaciones a un precio mayor. Y a los que llegan buscando hospedarse en ultimo momento, les disparan el precio de sus habitaciones y siguen moviendo los que ya reservaron. Es un fraude, porque incluso cambian de nombre al Hotel, y cambian de teléfonos.

It was a nice hotel, could have used more hot water had to take cold showers half of the week. I also got a few drops of blood on a towel (pimple broke after showering and I didn’t noticed) and was charged 100 pesos for it. Also if you want a blanket you need to ask for one. We thought they only gave sheets and only found out the day before leaving we could ask for blankets, we did ask but seems the cleaning lady forget and therefore never got any. Staff and were friendly. The breakfast was included as indicated however it was about 2 blocks away in another building, please also know only coffee, tea, juice, toast and game are included anything else needs to be paid for.

Great location. Very close to the beach , both ADO bus stations , close to Walmart and the 5th ave. Its a place to sleep , don't expect who nows what. The rooms on the pictures look much bigger then in the reality. Staff at the front desk speaks english. Street gets noisy with music at night but hey its a Mexico. Good ,safe location.

For a budget hotel, I thought it was great. The safe was new and worked well, the shower was good, and the mini-fridge proved essential. It was an easy walk everywhere I needed to go. The best thing about it, though, was the included breakfast!! It's not at the hotel but at a restaurant just around the corner, and it was wonderful to start each day with a real Mexican breakfast - coffee and a rotating menu that was more than I expected.

I think the biggest weak point of this hotel is its restaurant and breakfast. It is far from the hotel and not enough proper and acceptable. It is very poor. Also, the pool of the hotel is very small and its water doesn't clean regularly.

This hotel looks more like a hostel and doesn't match the photos you see. Don't let them dupe you like they did me. The property does not feel safe. The rooms are very small. They gave us 2 twin beds for 3 people and that's their version of \"double beds\". Not sure how this property has the rating it does on Expedia, makes me believe that there are false ratings being added to boost it's appeal.

My wife and I checked in to BFH Hotel on Tuesday February 20. Our plan was to stay from the 20th - 23rd, however, we only stayed two nights, because on the second night, the guys across the hall from us were very loud and woke us up two nights in a row. They were yelling, cursing, fighting outside in the hall way in front of our door. This scared my wife, and wanted to leave that night at 1:00am. I told her that we would leave tomorrow morning. Although we had paid for three nights, we only stayed for two night, because we felt it was unsafe to stay at your hotel. Plus, there were no phones to call the front desk, and my wife did not feel safe for me to step out the front and leave her alone in the room. Furthermore, we requested two more pillows and a blanket, but were told you didn't have any extra pillows or blanket for us. We also asked for towels and were told we cold only get towels every two days. Finally,I reserved at your hotel, because your online website shows that you serve breakfast, yet there was not breakfast or coffee. On the day when day we checked out, the font desk guy said sorry we don't offer refunds. This is unfortunate! You hotel is nice but needs needs a lot of services for clients, such as towels daily, phones in the room, breakfast service as advertised extra pillows and at least one blanket on the bed to stay warm. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend you hotel and will share this information and review with Travelocity and social media,

This property was decent across the board. I will say that it was clean, and did have great views from the rooftop. Their pictures and description are very misleading. The beach is multiple blocks away. Easily a 15 min walk at least, thru very crowded areas. For restaurants and clubs, your only a couple blocks away. I definitely recommend parking on the rooftop parking garage, around the corner. Much cheaper than parking on the street and your car will be safe.

When I arrived at the front desk the guy was using the computer, but didnt have a second to look up and greet me. He continued doing his thing for a minute or two then finally acknowledged me.
To me, the first impression is super important so if it were me behind the desk I would have stopped for a second to greet the guest and tell them that I would be right with them. I would have been more than satisfied with that. It's those little gestures that make the difference.
The room was small, but clean and decent looking.
The bed and pillows were rather firm for my liking, but ok. I ended buying a pillow at Mega store for $15 which helped. Hotel only provided light sheets and no heavier bed cover which I found inadequate.
Shower was plenty strong must say, however, there was no water on 2 separate days.
Room came with a small fridge, but it only worked while you were in the room because you have to insert your room key into an electronic reader each time you enter your room which activates power. So you can't store food in it during the day when you are gone because it will go bad. That didn't make much sense.
Like clockwork, a rooster next door would \"cockldoodldoo\" early every morning endlessly. Not to mention 2 lil dogs would bark all day and night pretty well everyday.
Also, there is hostel across the street that hosts late night parties every couple of days so I recommend earplugs if you want to actually sleep.
Ok, I get it, it's a party town. Won't return.

Las fotos que publican se ven muy lindas comparado con la realidad, es sucio, tiene olor feo, los baños de las habitaciones no parece que los lavaran pues huelen a orines, la cama con un colchón super duro, el control remoto de la TV no funcionó, durante nuestra estadía no hubo agua ni para bañarse, mucho menos para beber, mucho ruido de taladro y música hasta altas horas de la noche, el administrador no gestiona ni resuelve y tiene una actitud pésima. No lo recomiendo.

We booked 21 nights thru Expedia. The pool is absolutely terrible and unsafe for anyone with any mobility issues, after 5 nights we found a new location and checked out. The hotel will not reply to Expedia or ourselves and we sent 2 messages to the President of BFH Hotel chain. No response to any of messages. Overall the hotel isn’t too bad but the fact that they won’t reply is really annoying. We paid for 21 nights, stayed for 5 and want a refund for 16 nights due to my wife not being able to access or get out of the pool..

The location is amazing,2 blocks down is 5th avenue where you can never be bored. Beach is also a 2 min walk. My room was clean and comfortable with no issues besides the dead batteries in the television remote. I would stay here again with no hesitation.

La habitación muy limpia, moderna. La ubicación del hotel es buena fácil acceso a pie a la quinta avenida. Hubo un detalle con el lava manos y no pudieron resolverlo en vez de cambiarnos de habitación nos pidieron no utilizarlo. Accedimos porque solo estuvimos una noche ahí, pero había fuga de agua.

El hotel esta bien situado, la atencion de las personas en la recepción es genial y se ve todo muy limpio,,,, el punto debil ahora mismo es el desayunos, estuve 4 noches en el hotel y los 5 dias fueron lo mismo.. un poquito de huevo revuelto solo,, sin nada de nada y frijoles dos tostadas de pan de molde.. creo que aunque hubiera que poner 1 dolar o 2 mas por noche ..seria mucho mejor para el nivel del hotel mejorar el desayuno!!!! El resto esta todo muy bien !!!

Depressing room

The hotel front staff is nice and the location is good. Not too noisy, although I heard the rooster crowing very early morning. They kept crowing - lol. I also heard a dog barking loud,. These noises could be from the neighbors. My room was rather inside, so if a room is facing the street, it would a bit noisier.

The room is kind of depressing, dark, small and dumpy. No windows. The shower was the worst. The shower head, which is installed way up high, is so old and doesn’t pour water correctly with 90% of water being wasted. Do not expect a nice hot shower here after walking the whole day!

Breakfast at a nearby cafe, which was just fine.

I am glad I had another hotel booked after 3 nights here. Will not stay here again.

I came in very late, since there were obstacles to getting my bag to my room, I would have appreciated some help. I had to insert the key to get lighting, but I had no outdoor lighting, I had to enter, set everything down and find my phone in the dark.

Enjoyed my stay!

My mom and I loved this hotel! First and foremost the staff are so sweet, friendly, and helpful. The location is amazing, just within minutes walking distance of the beach, the bus stop, and so many dining and shopping locations. The hotel is clean, with breakfast included, a pool, beautiful rooftop views, and spacious rooms. Because of the location and proximity to other hotels, it did get noisy at night with the next door hotel having pool parties through the night. I was able to sleep through it, but I understand some people like it to be more quiet at night. The only drawbacks I experienced on my stay were the shower head and lack of a microwave. The shower head sprayed water everywhere else but on me. There is a refrigerator which was great to keep water cold overnight but no microwave to heat up leftovers. The hotel room is also controlled by the room key so the electricity only works when the key is inserted in the room. Therefore, if you’re out for extended amounts of time, everything in the refrigerator will get hot. The good outweighed my minor issues and I would 100% stay again and recommend it to my family and friends!

Was a very nice and clean place… once you find it! My GPS brought me to a different location! But once there the staff was very friendly and helpful, pool on the rooftop was great. We walked everywhere, location was great.

Really good stay at BFH Attraction. The staff was very helpful & responsive, building is well air-conditioned & each room had its own WiFi, the windows are thick & I couldn't hear the traffic/noise outside, rooftop pool is clean & faces the ocean, shower was hot, the included breakfast was nice (eggs, beans, toast, coffee & juice), it was also less than a 10-min walk from the ADO bus station. I also like the modern aesthetic of the hotel.
Would stay again & recommend.

HORRIBLE experience! For starters we were charged twice for our stay and after a month we have yet to be reimbursed. We booked a room with an oceanside view hoping to have a relaxing morning in bed but to our great disappointment we didn’t get more than an hour of sleep. There is a nearby nightclub that blasts music until 3am and you could sing along to every song in bed because that’s how loud the music is. Our complaints were met with a simple, “the music will end soon and just wait another 30 minutes and you’ll see that they’ll lower the volume.” All lies. Horrible night. Unhelpful staff. If you want to be able to sleep, DO NOT book here.

Great place to stay. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Finishes are new and room was clean. The only issue would be the shower head. It has no way to control it and the water pressure it’s way too strong.

Hotel room was marketed very differently. The room had a window facing a wall. It felt like a jail cell. I didn’t have towels, shampoo or soap when I got there. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

This is the worst hotel experience of my life. The management was horrible and rude and unprofessional. The hotel was dirty and smelled very bad, as if something had died there. Nothin had been kept maintained and nothing worked properly. The front desk person was nice. But everything else about this hotel was the worst experience I have had in my entire life of travelling.

They do not care about the guests, they only try to scam your money, and this hotel should be torn down and a tree planted in its place.

The hotel staff is very nice, with that being said the hotel is Is bad shape. The wifi is spotty so if you work remotely this wont work. Also the Tv is connected to the wifi so you wont be watching that, and in my stay the air conditioner worked in only 5 min increments. Its very hot. The halls and elevator where dirty but rooms where clean. And the \"Free breakfast\" is not free its bait and switch, they send you to a restaurant close by with the ticket you order food and the onlything covered is the juice and bread, you wont find out till the waiter brings you a bill and explains nothing was covered lol. In closing if you need a safe place to stay for the night its good if you want to stay longer then 1 night stay somewhere else.

The rooms were really clean, and in good condition. The location was super convenient since it was close to La Quinta Avenida, so all the clubs, restaurants and other locations were super close.

Just okay for a stay

Too noisy. Hostel next door had loud music and parties almost every night. A neighbor next door had chickens and the rooster would sound off every morning. The pool was tiny, if you could call it a pool. No vending machines or onsite restaurant. They have a small fridge in your room, no microwave.
