Room was clean, staffs were friendly and the tropical vibe was grand.
Two cons:
1. We had to have the hotel bracelet/wrist band on all the time-we hated it.
2. Noise from the hostel nearby-There is no way you can avoid the noise until about 12 midnight and until past midnight on some nights.

Breakfast was good enough (healthy too) however we had the same menu with the same few options to choose from every single day. More variety would make it a lot better.
Wi-Fi was spotty (won’t work if using for work) but we didn’t mind, we were trying to stay away from the web other than a few mins of social media browsing.
Overall, other than the noise issue, it is a nice hotel in a perfect location.

Great place. Extended my stay because of how great the atmosphere was and the variety of plants and animals. We loved seeing the bats swoop through in the morning getting the bugs. No bugs to be found on the property. Lots of cool lizards running around though and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. Omar at the front gate was very courteous and helps with the luggage and any questions. I went in and out a lot because of all of our appointments and running to the store and they never made it seem like it was a pain to buzz me in every time to the property which was nice. Overall great experience and definitely great value for the money. I've stayed at five star resorts that didn't have as helpful staff. Will definitely return. Only downside was the noisiness from the bar, Disco, hostel across the street but we knew about it beforehand and it wasn't really an issue. The location is Central to a lot of the nightlife so there is no avoiding it wherever you go. 10/10

Omar was super helpful and friendly. Extended our stay with zero issues. Noisy at night but we expected that and it wasn't an issue. Saw lots of different kinds of birds and a family of bats that circle the courtyard every morning clearing out the bugs. It's like a tropical oasis and no one bothers you. Coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt, and toast available in the morning in the beautiful garden cafe which is very convenient. Walkable to the dental clinic that placed my implants and 5th ave. Lots of fountains and hanging plants. Room stayed at perfect temp. Only downside is the stairs which can be hard for people with mobility issues. overall

Lovely hotel!

Really nice hotel close to everything yet feels tucked away from the hustle and bustle thanks to the tropical courtyard. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were very accommodating. Some loud music from the hostel nearby but this finished by midnight so didn’t affect our stay. Would stay here again!

I want to start by saying the staff is very accommodating, kind and multilingual if your Spanish still needs some work. This place is awesome. The property is a hidden gem you would never be able to guess that it looks like it does on the inside. The environmental fee is 66 pesos and it must be paid in cash. I didn't personally see this mentioned anywhere while booking but the front desk informed me and were very kind about it. If you are traveling here pack extra towels and washcloths, they do have towels available for rental for the pool but if you do not want that option please pack your own. You may not bring the towels out of the room and to the poolside.

The room was open and comfortable. There was so much air and natural light coming in. We could see coconut trees outside of our window. There is noise from the party scene down the street at night but it didn't bother our family. If you are a light sleeper it may bother you. The TV was pretty small and way up high. It did not have any streaming capabilities or the ability to cast your phone to the TV either. There is a mini fridge in the room but it doesn't actually get anything cold. There is no microwave to reheat anything you had anyway. Breakfast was absolutely delicious nothing but good things to say there. We would absolutely stay here again.

Extremely noisy. Near the hotel, there were several music bars and party places and it didn't stop all night. The shower pressure was really weak. However everybody in hotel was really nice and the interior was stunning.

Hotel has an overall exclusive boutique hotel feel and atmosphere. Love the lush gardens everywhere u look and the beautiful pool with water features. Also like the hammocks and small personal patio areas outside every room. Only problem i disliked was getting a room w a kitchenette with no functional fridge but the problem was corrected. Staff very friendly and helpful.my family and I had a great stay! Thank you!

The hotel is very nice, great location, very beautiful garden, safe, convenient parking. The room was nice, comfortable, spacious and clean, however, the bathroom was very small, without ventilation, water pressure was low. Don't bother to buy their breakfast, it is the same basic stuff every single day, and coffee was like water. Please charge a few more bucks, provide some decent coffee, and add some eggs and cheese. The staff at the breakfast are were not friendly, they made us feel very unwelcome, on the last day I asked for some more milk for my coffee, and I was told there is an extra charge for this! Overall, very nice hotel, but will not come back, because of the breakfast staff attitude.

We stayed 3 night at Hulku and found the location to be great, the staff were very friendly, we didn't use the pool but it looked clean. My only complaint is that they put us in a ground floor room that had no view, we didn't ask for a change so I can't blame the staff.

There is a very noisy bar right next to the main building, and every night till around 2am the noise heard in the room is so strong that it is impossible to sleep. Even when that ends, noise from other bars can be heard all night.
The Wi-Fi is oversaturated, and you can almost never get any useful internet connection.
The water pressure is so low that you have to wait a few minutes to get hot water.
The rooms are basic, the beds are hard but comfortable, the ac works, however it is quite noisy (helps to drown the bar noise but not completely.)

Quiet place in Playa del Carmen

This is a reasonably priced hotel several blocks from the beach, so it is quieter than the main tourist street. The hotel is super clean with a charming interior courtyard, with a small pool as well. The immediate area is not very interesting but it is close to the action. The only downside is that the water is not potable but there are several water stations throughout the hotel. The hotel is family oriented. Wi-Fi coverage was ok but slow.

we loved our stay. When we checked in they had all the paper work and rooms already for us and took no time at all. We had 3 rooms. All staff was great always a smile on there faces. Lots of different sitting areas, pool was fantastic breakfast was good. Location of hotel walking distance to beach, bars, 5th ave, ferry's, restaurants, collectivo's, convenience stores etc all round enjoyable stay we were there for 19 days. This was our 2nd time staying and would stay again.

The hotel is a very good location close to the city center,the beach and the bus station.it has a very nice garden inside and the little pool is also so cute.the room is basic but clean.they should put some more furniture like a drawer and some hangers for cloths and towels.the water in the shower comes out very feeble. Breakfast is not that great but overally stay was pleasant.staff is nice and helpful.I would recommend it to people.

Construction during the day nightclub by night

This would be the perfect $50/night hotel . Staff was awesome . They have free parking . The rooms are clean . My biggest problem is - there hostel that has a night club on the third floor right next door. It was as if the club was in our room. Just happened they were doing construction out side of our room as well. Expedia gives you a no quiet room guarantee as part of the hotels policy, but it dosent say that on the hotels website ? If you like to sleep before 2a stay somewhere else .

the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. the court area, breakfast dining and pool area were beautiful with a jungle feel. Walmart is only a few blocks away, great dining (I suggest Wichoo), its only a few blocks from 5th avenue and the beach.

It would be nice to have a staff that smiles. The courtyard area is full of mosquitoes. Renovation work started at 8am in adjoining rooms with loud hammer noise. Maid service knocked on the door at 8am asking if we wanted to have the room cleaned. A hotel with good bones but not the best. Staff did not even say thank you at the end of the stay.

Sweet hotel with lush courtyard

This is our second time at Hotel Hulkú and we will go back. We love the lush courtyards and breakfast with good coffee, papaya, yogurt and granola among other options. We had a room with two double beds and a little kitchen. There were two balconies, one with a cute table and chairs the other with a hammock.
It is close to lots of restaurants and a little store with fruits and vegetables on the corner and laundry service next door. It's a ten minute walk to the beach, less to 5th avenue. Mas Pan is a coffee shop down the street with good coffee and croissants.
Abril was very helpful at the front desk. Staff is helpful.
The one down side is the live music at night close by. It doesn't go too late like the previous club did. And i like the music!
This is a sweet place for a good price.

We were pleased with this hotel although there were some issues that need addressing. The staff were lovely but the breakfast was totally understaffed. They expected one girl on her own to serve a three tier breakfast and she always looked very tired. It was not her fault but there were lots of office staff and few serving which was the wrong balance and it was a bit slavish. The location is excellent, the gardens very beautiful, very clean room, same girl. Another couple had an intruder at 5am in the morning who had key access, no mistake. We felt it was time to leave. If they sort out their security and staffing it will be very good

The rooms we had weren't the one we pay for. I booked superior room and the reception person gave us standar rooms and lied to us telling me there were superior rooms. I fund out went We checked out and I asked to different person what kind the rooms we had. The tv wasn't working and they promise to fixed next day and that never happen. The hotel doesn't look like the pictures. The room are clean but not to much they can do with old furniture and appliances. But after all I didn't dothis place the chance to ruin our vacation.

Lovely atrium and grounds, friendly staff, close to ADO terminal and 5th avenue. Don't bother with breakfast, it was really bad. Coffee from a multiple choice machine was watery and undrinkable. Tea was available. Pan dulce was cheap packaged stuff. Fruit and yogurt was ok. Beds were very hard. Doors had gaps. Some noise from guests passing by at night and nearby clubs, but not too bad. Pool was nice, but no pool towels available. Small parking lot was free.

the hotel is really pretty, well maintained, colonial style, the dining area was relaxing, right off the pool. a great location and value for the rate. I would suggest they upgrade their sheets and towels - very old and tired, no mattress covers, and old pillows. from a hygiene perspective, not good. I was given a nice room overlooking the pool and was surprised that even with a full house it was so quiet. unfortunately, there is no noise code in playa and the music from the bars in inescapable, a couple of nights it went on to 3 a.m.

A good hotel - close to Beach & Shopping

We arrived in the late evening and were quickly confirmed and checked in. A deposit of 200 pesos was required for the key & lock for the safety deposit box, which were quickly supplied. The receptionist took us to our room and opened the door for us. After she left, we couldn't figure out how to turn on the a.c. (remove was on dresser, we were looking at dial on wall which was for ceiling fan :-). We went out and called to her (as she'd just left the room) and she quickly returned with a smile and showed us the remote.

The room & bathroom were very clean. The beds and pillows were firm, which were perfect for us.

This is not a 3 star hotel by North American standards, so don't expect that. It was however, a very nice hotel. The premises were so very beautiful (lots of beautiful fauna), the pool was clean. Every morning the staff were busy maintaining and keeping it pristine.

There was a water cooler over where the bikes are stored, which made it easy for those of us who drink lots of water.

Breakfast was continental. A small plate of assorted seasonal fruits (for us for the week we had papaya, pineapple, watermelon and sometimes apple) with a small amount of yoghurt with granola on it. We were also given a small basket of toast and assorted mini muffins (1 per person) and other Mexican sweet breads. A plate of small jams & butter portions with a portion of cream cheese and a glass of mango juice. Coffee machine that served instant coffees was also available.

Almost Excellent with a Few Changes

The staff was friendly, accommodating- early check in, taking bags to room, extra keys, printing boarding passes. Room was simple/clean. A/c. Mini kitchen too. Negatives- \"air freshener\" units in the rooms/lobby were strong &unpleasant. Windows/screens dirty. Construction Noise:Constant - saws,jackhammers from morning to after 5pm. I asked if they could stop after 5 and they did...for about 10 minutes and then started up again.Giving them a pass- they are building agathering area upstairs,+ more landscaping ,fountains. They offered to switch our room, but property is small and centered around courtyard where the construction was. An offer of a partial refund OR a voucher for a night in future would have felt right.
Back to the positives--great location, short walk to Yoga Loft, restaurants / beach.The ADO bus stations nearby.

Quiet and relaxing

My husband and I stayed here for two nights after spending a week at a resort. It is always so nice and relaxing. The continental breakfast is filling and very tasty. It is only a few blocks off of 5th Avenue and within walking distance to the ADO bus station for the ride to the Cancun airport. The only \"complaint\" is that there was a rather loud and raucous group staying there on Sat. night that did not respect the \"Pool closes at 8PM\", \"No alcohol at the pool\", \"Quiet after 10PM\". I don't know if there is on-site management, must not have been, otherwise I would hope they would have done something to make the party-goers be quiet. We just turned up the AC, which makes a rather loud hum. We will stay here again, as we know it was not the hotel's fault they had a loud group there that night. Maybe they could reinforce the rules when people check in.

Disappointing Stay

My husband and I chose this hotel for our 25th Wedding Anniversary getaway. The receptionist was professional but very formal. Our room had 2 beds, no shower curtain, the headboard of one of the beds was broken and the room was shabby. Their \"Continental breakfast\" consisted of coffee/tea, a few sweet rolls (3 per person) and a few slices of fruit. The compound is nice and cozy and this for us was the only highlight of the hotel. Early morning on day 2 of our stay, the noise of workmen and drilling woke us up. Repairs were being done to the floor tiles outside our room. We were unable to rest well for the remainder of our stay.

Nice Hotel not too far from all the fun

I stayed here for 2 nights on the first floor by the pool and it was nice and quiet (in late afternoon only, they had a bit of construction going on early in the day,but they finished it the last day i was there).
You get a continental breakfast and it's not too bad.
they let you borrow bicycles if you want to explore the town... although they need to fix the bikes, they're old.
Staff was friendly.
Pool was always clean.
The bar across the hotel is awesome! The lady with all the cool tattoos is super nice.
I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

My favorite hotel in Playa Del Carmene

We stay in this hotel for 5 wonderful nights. The hotel is only 5 minutes walking to 5th Avenue in Playa Del Carmen and about 7 minutes to the beautiful beach. We are offered 50% off for the new theme park (Kantunchi Eco-park ) admission . Every morning we have a very healthy breakfast (Fruit plate, orange juice, coffee and pastry with jams and butter)which is worthed at least 100 pesos in restaurants . After breakfast we can borrow the bicycle for 2 hours to go around town. When the sun heat up, we go back to this hotel and enjoy the shades of the beautiful yard and the swimming pool . We highly recommend this hotel in Playa Del Carmen. We will definately go back to this hotel next time .

The hotel courtyard is beautiful with palms, plants, flowers and fountains plus a small swimming pool. Very relaxing atmosphere. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to 5th Ave and the beach. The maids, groundskeepers and servers are very friendly.

Unfortunately, the women working in reception are not very friendly or helpful. During our one week stay they never once offered a hola or a smile. We had requested a room on the first or second floor. We were given a room on the fourth floor. The room was fine but we are both elderly with physical limitations and there is no elevator. There was no one available to help us get our luggage up the stairs. The woman from reception who led us to our room offered no help, which meant I had to make multiple trips up and down the stairs for our luggage. This is our only complaint about Hotel Hulku.

Except for that, we would definitely stay there again because it is a lovely place.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, breakfast is always the same - bread, fruit, coffee, and juice (if you want something meatier you'll need to go somewhere else). The room we were in looked out at the pool cleaning supplies, but we were happy to be on the ground level as it was quieter at night (clubs and etc.) The pool is small but refreshing, the gardens are lovely, the staff was nice (varying levels of English), and the location is great. It is a couple of minutes walking to the beach but far enough from 5th avenue to avoid the constant flow of tourists. There are a couple of great affordable restaurants nearby (Venezuelan / Mexican). The hotel also gives guests bicycles to use (these are in various states of disrepair but it is free and each day you can use them to cruise around for a couple of hours). If you are looking for something budget, basic, but nice enough, this is it. The rooms are sparse but functional (different towel forms folded for you each day), the A/C works, and the shower was great - pressure might decrease on the upper levels...I'm not sure. The staff were all decent with us. Of the few interactions we had, they were good - we needed something printed for a tour we were going on and they let us use the printer free of charge (I'm not sure if that was the norm or something they always do for guests).

I was not happy with the hotel, it seems outdated. If you like gardens, plants and fancy decorative things all around the grounds, check it out. The staff was not very welcoming or helpful. The room was ok, except there was no screens on the windows or doors to the decks...it was nice to have them open to get fresh air in the stuffy room, but at night the air conditioner had to be on due to the noisy area. The air conditioner was smelly & noisy.

Charming hotel with lush courtyard

We loved Hotel Hulku. Sweet room, hammock, breakfast with fresh fruit, and waking up to the sound of birds singing. The courtyard is beautiful. The only problem is the loud live music in the neighborhood at night. There is a bakery with good coffee close by. Everything is walking distance. We will go back!

Great location.

Just far enough off 5th ave. Very charming courtyard with pool (Too cold for more than your feet). The waterfall wasnt working and could be a mosquito breedinground when it warms up. We stayed in the older portion of the hotel and they have made many attempts to modernize it. No noise problems from the hostel or restaurant across the street. Only complaints are that our gate key didn't work (didn't find this out until the last 2 nights of our stay, it wasnt locked the rest of the week) and they began construction at 8am the last 2 days we were there without apologizing for the noise.

Different than a resort stay

The location was great - Away from the tourist area but walkable distances to the beach and 5th Street. The staff was very nice. If you know some Spanish it will be helpful and appreciated by the staff. It was fun to practice with them. The hotel was very clean but my wife did find the bed too hard. It wasn't an issue for me. I recommend it to those who are a little more adventurous than the resort types.

A beautiful gem. Great place to stay!!!

I booked this hotel after looking at a bunch of others online. I ended up canceling all of my other bookings after reading some reviews about Hul-Ku online.

I LOVED staying here. The hotel is charming, the surroundings are lovely. Trees, green everywhere, fountains, beautiful pool. The location was more than perfect, a short walk to everything, but quiet and calm.

The staff was super helpful and sweet, very accommodating with everything I needed.

This is not a luxury hotel, it was quiet cheap and for such budget accommodations at such a central location, I was pleasantly surprised. My room wasn't fancy, but it was comfortable, super clean and very roomy. I had a little porch over-looking the pool.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. It was lovely and I will most definitely stay at Hul-Ku again whenever I am in Playa, no doubt.

Very decent

Very basic but very nice considering the great price. Love the small, lush pool area....the design especially. Had a nice waterfall feeding the pool but it wasn't on while we were there. Average but ,limited breakfast. Property is a little worn around the edges because of age I suppose but we were only there for one night so it served our purpose well. If you're looking for fancy, this ain't it but if you're looking for a good deal you found it.

simple, nice and sweet!

It was very comfortable, clean and the location was great. Not much to complaint about, just very small things like the toilet sit was very soft and there is not a place to keep cold drinks.... but that is minor considering the location and the many places to find inexpensive food and drinks. Staff was very good. Loved the firm beds and very clean sheets. We spend all day out and only came back to sleep and have breakfast, this hotel was sooo perfect for that. I will for sure come back.

Comfortable & convenient

Traveling on motorcycles, secure parking is always an issue for us. There is secure free of site parking, but the management let us bring our bikes into the front courtyard which was fabulous. Our room was large, clean and comfortable with a king size bed, air conditioning, a mini fridge, small kitchenette with an abundance of cooking supplies, tv, good wifi, and plenty of hot water. Although dated, the price was good and I would stay again.

Nice, Clean, Close to the Beach Hotel

We arrived in the evening and the person at the reception wasn't too welcoming. He wasn't expecting us and didn't even have a room ready for us that he had to check for the next available room. He could use a smile to the arriving clienteles. Our first night was horrible because I couldn't sleep with the loud music coming from both sides of the building until wee hours of the evening. The following morning, I asked the wonderful friendly female receptionist if we could move to a different suite and she gladly did so. We moved to the 2nd floor in Suite 13. Although we didn't have a hammock in the balcony on our side of the suite (you share the balcony with an adjacent suite), I was able to enjoy lying on it in our last evening after my neighbours checked out of their room. The room is quieter and you wake up to see the trees and garden outside while lying down on the bed. There is also a hammock located at the back of the hotel where I spent some time catching up with my fave primetime TV shows. On our last day, I noticed that my jacket was so dirty, I asked the receptionist about getting it washed next door but she asked one of the staff to take it in and washed it for me. It was handed back to me within an hour or so without asking for payment. I wasn't expecting that so I gave the staff a tip for it instead.

My son looked forward to the different animal design on the bed each day we went back to our suite. I always leave a tip before we leave our suite.

Hulku Hotel is a very quiet, well situated hotel close to the main street but away from the noise. Good pool but more important a very positive staff. Price level is fair. Breakfast fine, WIFI in all rooms and around the nice pool. If we go to Playa Del Carmen again, we will go to this hotel.

Excellent Location and Value

My boyfriend, my daughter and myself stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed the hotel. It had everything we needed (including a little kitchenette which was unexpected), and was only a few blocks walk from everything we wanted to go to (beach, 5th avenue, collectivo pickup). I liked that it was a true Mexican style with lots of \"jungle\" growing in the courtyard. My daughter enjoyed the pool and fountains. The breakfast was spartan and slow in the mornings (don't plan on it if you have somewhere to be early), but for free, what do you want? There was construction going on above our room which was quite disconcerting on the first day of arrival when we wanted to rest (and the staff not too concerned about it, just telling us \"They stop at 5\" - yes but I want to nap now.) but for the other days we were out and about during work hours and not bothered at all. The rooms were clean and nicely made up daily. For the price it can't be beat.

Convenient location to the beach.

The hotel was close to restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. There was a lovely breakfast included in the morning in a nice courtyard. The downfalls are the security. Some of the hotel doors were french glass opening (ours) and the gate at the front was unlocked.

Beautiful Courtyard & Exceptional Staff

We only stayed at Hotel Hulku for one night (Feb 24th) but wish it had been longer.The courtyard is absolutely beautiful, our room was clean, and the service was exceptional. Cecilia went out of her way in making sure we were happy with our room and detailing our charges (she actually let us know that we were entitled to a small refund which we were completely unaware of). My son loved the pool, with its waterfalls. I thought breakfast was perfect. My only complaint might be that the shower wasn't super hot. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to Playa del Carmen!

This is a well priced small hacienda style hotel. The pool area is small but comfortable especially if you want out of the sun. The rooms are clean and it is quiet. Just a short walk to the beach and out of the busy tourist area makes it a great stop.

Hotel Hulku in Playa del Carmen.

Our room on the second floor overlooked the pool and the jungle garden. We loved our corner patio.
Julio greeted us on our arrival and did many extra things to make our stay as pleasant as it was. We loved the opportunity to meet other guests at breakfast by the pool. The four block walk to the beach( three blocks to Fifth Avenue) offered many chance to explore the neighbourhood. ADO bus terminals nearby. We would definitely return to Hotel Hulku.

Had lots of fun. Enjoyed our stay. Felt at home and very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Waited on with no complaints from staff. All staff always said good morning and to have a good day and have a goodnight. Always gave us our messages. Had internet in room which is a big plus for us.

No water pressure

Hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. Rooms rather small but ok. Parking was a plus. The only issue was one of hot water pressure in the shower. The water trickled out of the shower head making it impossible to take a shower. You needed to splash the water on your body with your hand. No hot water in the sink. Reasonable price if the hot water pressure was adequate.

El Hotel HulKu es un hotel que claramente se ha quedado en el tiempo. Las instalaciones, especialmente las habitaciones, necesitan remodelación urgente. Las puertas son antiguas, con cerraduras viejas, y el baño presenta el mismo problema: regaderas y sanitario deteriorados, además de olores constantes a drenaje.
Otro punto negativo es el ruido, sobre todo en el área del restaurante, ya que desde aproximadamente las 6:00 a.m. comienzan a preparar los alimentos y se escuchan golpes fuertes, arrastre de muebles y bastante movimiento, lo que dificulta el descanso.
Como aspectos positivos, el hotel se encuentra en una buena ubicación, cerca de la playa y del transporte público. El personal es amable y atento, y las camas resultan cómodas.

Joli hôtel par contre en face d une boîte de nuit avec la musique à fond nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car quand la musique a commencé en fin de journée on aurait dit que la soirée avait lieu dans la chambre
Ils n ont pas accepté notre changement de chambre et ne nous ont pas donné la chambre avant 15h alors que l on sait retrouver dehors sous un gros orage l équipe d accueil n est pas très à l écoute

Mysigt ställe, omringad av växter. Fin pool. Rent och snyggt. Välskött ställe. Många mysiga platser runtom på hotellet att sitta vid.
Service var dock helt värdelös. Otrevlig och ointresserad personal. Ingen service mind alls.
Restaurangen har en menu men har inget av det som står finns hemma förutom frukosten.
Cyklarna får bara användas mellan 8-15, och max 2 timmar per dag, vilket är logiskt då ingen annan använde dem. Dessutom var kedjorna helt rostiga och i dåligt skick överlag. Kändes som dom bara hade cyklarna där för visning för att det låter bra att det finns cyklar tillgängligt för hotellgästerna.

Excelente ubiacacion pero servicio a mejorar

El hotel estaba en reparación y no nos avisaron con antelación. Llegamos solo 1 hora antes del check in, la persona en recepción nos avisó que no tenían luz, que a las 3 ya nos iban a poder dar entrada y no era siquiera posible estacionar el vehículo en su estacionamiento para evitar pagar parquímetro en la calle. Dos horas después una señora diferente de recepción muy amable, se percató del hecho y nos permitió estacionar el vehículo.

Su albañil que estaba haciendo reparaciones, se puso hacer mezcla de cemento a un lado de nuestro vehículo, salpicándolo de cemento. En ningún momento se nos solicitó mover el vehículo a otra área para no afectar sus labores de mantenimiento.

La atención al final, fue completamente diferente a otras ocasiones que nos hemos hospedado.

En general el hotel está en buenas condiciones, tranquilo y su ubicación ideal cerca de la 5ta avenida y parques.
