What a cute little hidden gem! Smack dab in the center of town, was perfect for a little girls get-a-way weekend! Room was adorable and the perfect size with two double beds. I will 100% be back here with my husband. ALSO the breakfast was TOP NOTCH and the perfect aesthetic. I'm so glad we stumbled on the find.

Charming historic inn right in the middle of the downtown shopping/restaurant district. Very clean rooms, exceptionally quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Not as quirky as a BnB yet much more charming than a traditional boutique hotel. It was decorated nicely for Christmas. Some rooms appear small, we had the 2 double beds which was plenty of space. The breakfast buffet was lovely and a welcome amenity, made travel so easy when not having to search for 3 meals a day. Be warned that parking is challenging downtown. There is a lot across street from hotel but arriving at dinnertime, it was hard to find a space.

We stayed at here on a Sunday evening in November. The overall property was quaint and cozy and very well kept. The breakfast was excellent and definitely exceeded our expectations. My only complaint is that our room smelled like a very heavy cologne and it was rather unpleasant. We also stayed here off-season so the free parking was a very nice perk and the location was perfect for walk ability in downtown Newport. I would highly recommend.

This is an older property that does not appear to have been upgraded recently. The room was adequate, however it had a sort of \"old building odor\" and there were no opening windows, making the room quite stuffy. The included breakfast was better than average.

Nice hotel right around the corner from Thames street. The room was comfy, and good sized. It has the feel of a bnb. No deadlock on the door. Breakfast was nice. Lots of fresh fruit and breads. Parking is across the street and cost $20 per night. I would stay again.

This property is very nice. Our room was quiet. Some fixtures are aging, for example, in the bathroom. The rug was older too with stains left from cleaning products or a little damage, but overall nice. Interesting that there aren't some of the typical amenities like face soap or lotion. The breakfast was fantastic! Reminiscent of Europe. The area is safe and walkable with lots of shops and restaurants. We had a great stay!

EXCELLENT location! Everything is right here on a cobblestone street. Parking, stores, restaurants all right outside the door and the wharf is a 3-4 minute walk. Super friendly staff, rooms are spotless and for an 1800’s property it is in super shape.

We loved the location of this lovely little in and I wish that we had stayed more than one night. It was the perfect location, right in the heart of Newport. While old, the quaint charm won us over. I give this place a 10 not because it's the Ritz but because it hits all my objectives and is very good value compared to nearby alternatives. This place is an inn, so not a fancy resort, but it has a quaint lobby with a nice, old-fashioned feel (old oil portraits), and the rooms, while a bit tight, have comfortable beds, a fridge, a clean bathroom with a tub/shower, and attractive period-style furnishing. My room was quite and with mini-split air conditioning was very comfortable. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was amazing for a modestly priced place. Parking for 24 hours, literally across the street, is $20. No elevator though, but the staff carried our luggage up for us without our even asking

This is my second time staying here. Funny that we were given the identical room we stayed in last time . The room was immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable and even though we faced the street which was constantly crowded, it was very quiet. We could not here any outside noise. The breakfast included was good. Snacks were available at 3. Unfortunately you had to pay for parking overnight but for the price of the room and location it was worth it to us.

America’s Cup Inn is my go-to inn when I visit Newport. It is central to nightlife, restaurants, and close to the marina. The all-inclusive breakfast is my favorite amenity as there is literally everything you can imagine minus caviar in the morning. In addition there is a hidden private rooftop on the top floor. Most guest do not know, but if you search the too floor you will find it.
