The maid doesn’t service your room if you stay for multiple days. I had to take my dirty towels to the front desk and get new towels, Cups and toilet paper. It’s only a couple minutes for a maid to do that but they don’t. Also the breakfast has no eggs or protein just carbs. Otherwise it was great!
Wilson
Clean room, friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Breakfast area is a bit small.
Steven
I wish they had a better breakfast. It was all carbohydrates

Very nice place, clean, well maintained , needs a little upgrades, house keeping staff are awesome, but front desk staff needs trained staff how to handle and talk to guests.

Our stay was nice. Very comfortable room, pillows were amazing. Staff was fine, would have been better if I could understand what they were saying.
michael
Very clean rooms and lobby/exterior
Henry
I would recommend that they put a hook to hang your clothes in the bathroom. Ours did not have one. We were there on a fishing trip and the free breakfast did not start early enough for us to use. The motel has been recently renovated and was very well maintained. Would recommend staying there
Cindy
The whole hotel was clean including the room. The staff was attentive. Breakfast was fine. I would have liked muffins, however, what was available was fine. The shower head in our room sprayed water all over. Overall it was a nice stay.
Deborah
The room was very clean both stays. Having no carpet is appreciated for cleanliness. The room smelled clean. Our room was near the exit and somewhat noisy early in the morning when the fisherman keft.
SCOTT
Plenty of parking. Nice area from highway.
Steven
The place is clean, bed was comfortable, staff is friendly. Breakfast is nothing special. Easy access from rt. 81. Close to Brewerton speedway. Price was right. It's my new go to place when I am in the area.
Elizabeth
They do not allow cats even though they say they are pet friendly. We got there to check in and were turned away with our pet. OMG!
Maritza
The room was comfortable amd clean. The staff was very helpful. We'll definitely stay here again
Ernest G
Some water drainage issues in parking lot.
Patrick
The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point.
Thomas
Room was very noisy, AC unit made strange noises all night, mini refridge sounded horrible all night long, had to unplug it to sleep. Breakfast is very minimal, very little things to choose from. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were small.
Nick
Great
Ben
entire place was very clean and well maintained.
Jennifer
Room was clean and smelled very good! Staff was very friendly. Our tub was backed up. We mentioned it to staff but it was not resolved. On the last night (before having to drive 9 hrs home) the heater in the window started making horrible noises and unfortunately kept waking me up. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars.
Isabelle
Réception and Room very clean. The bed was really confortable. Room had big fridg and microwave. Staff was pleasant. The bagels at breakfast were really fresh like out of the oven. Very nice stay!
Regina
Poor snow removal both in the parking lot and the sidewalks, they said my room number out loud at check-in, my key stopped working an hour before checkout, and the key packet they gave me was all ripped and wrinkled so I knew it had been issued before.
Mary
Staff was nice. Breakfast was removed promptly so don’t be like me and go down with 5 minutes to spare
Janet
Took forever to get checked in. Parking lot not maintained very well after snow. Didn't see breakfast. Paid 60 extra for my 8 pound dog. Stayed 2 nights. Room not cleaned. Not impressed.
Amber
The staff was pleasant, checking and out went smoothly. The room was clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Lobby and all other areas are well maintained. Enjoyed our three night stay.
Madalyn
Loved the rooms. And didn’t like that one lamp was broken. Room 117
Christopher
Great hotel, but there was a strong smell permeating the building
Kathryn Loyola
Convenient, spacious room

Easy check in process, pleasant front desk staff, they allowed me to check early in with no issues.

Very clean rooms comfortable beds
Debbie
Hotel has recently gone from being a Days Inn to a Quality Inn. Rooms were comfortableand clean. Breakfast was lacking as they are still waiting for equipment according to Manager.
Will give them another try when we are in the area again.
Will give them another try when we are in the area again.
Ryan
I had to wait over 30 min for my room to be ready in a line width of her people waiting. Never had that happen to me. Meanwhile this after 6pm when my room should have been ready well before this
Daniel
The staff was super nice and friendly. The only complaint i had was there was no creamer for coffee in the morning, only milk, but i made do with what was there.
Margaret
We have stayed here on several occasions. It is consistently clean and the beds and pillows are so incredibly comfortable! We love that it’s located right off the highway with a gas station right across the street for gassing up prior to leaving for home. The breakfast is a grab and go sort of thing. But we aren’t much into breakfast anyway. But there is a McDonalds just down the street
Scott
Staff is to hard to deal with
Douglas
Four years ago when I last stayed at this property it was just fine. This weekend I found the property had a number of terrific updates and would now be better described as excellent. Staff were really friendly and professional.
Elena
Clean rooms, easy checkin. Parking on site. Great location, close to major routes.
Robert
Was convenient and had very great accommodations at a fair price even with the State Fair going on in the area. We were there to visit friends in the area and only stayed the one night as we had to continue on our trip. Oh the couch or love seat with the padded armrest on one end (seim Egyptian classic style) was awesome my wife says.
Lance
Good for the price
Fred
I have nothing to add
Susan
I don't like that I have been charged for my stay by both the hotel and Expedia!! Who is going to refund my money, and why is Expedia charging more than the Hotel!!

The inside looks like it has recently been remodeled and the employees were friendly. Nice and clean, the only downside is the breakfest could have some food. They had burretos small cups of yougurt and bite size muffins, cereal from a dispenser. Could have used some fruit maybe a waffle maker other than that every thing else was excellent.
Dianne
Breakfast at Dunkin Donuts not far away. Breakfast in lobby very minimal. Room was surprisingly clean and pleasant for price of the hotel. Good value.
Claudine
Location good for where we needed to be. Very clean. Friendly staff.
Jill
They provided the bare minimum to advertise as free breakfast. Mini muffin, cold cereal and yogurt.
Margaret
This was our second time staying at this property. It was EXTREMELY clean and the bed and pillows were heavenly! I had the best nights sleep in ages!! The free breakfast is considered a “grab and go”. Meaning yogurt, mini muffins, microwaveable breakfast burrito, coffee and tea. But we’re not big breakfast eaters, so it was ok for us. They have an online check in so basically it was just show my ID and get the key. Perfect. Same with checkout. Just leave the key on the dresser and go. Passing through when we encountered staff of any sort, they were very friendly and cheerful. The property was located right as you got off the highway. Couldn’t be more perfect! We totally recommend this property. We’ll be back again probably this fall.
Amber
Nice spot while driving through
Debra
Nice hotel, looks to have been updated, bed was comfortable, room was clean. I liked that it was totally non-smoking. Not much in the way of breakfast.
JAMES
I asked for a room on first level as close to lobby as possible. (I got a room on 2nd level within 2 doors of the end). The soap bars are too small. The seat on the toilet about fell off when I sat on it.
Pamela
It was close to where we wanted to be to visit it was clean.
Chad
great staff and excellent service
Aixa
Front desk, was ok. It could’ve be better.
Neil

Convenient location for what we needed

Good place to stay

Great for Fisherman.. plenty of charging outlets for your batteries in your boat. Great parking.
Jim
Maintenance did repair work on desk in room and wife put her arm on desk and her long sleeve white blouse got stained on the sleeve ruining it
Scott
The TV channels did not work and the staff blamed it on the internet being down. Funny thing is that we were able to access the internet with our phones.
Larry L
Liked location. Did not like the $50 prepayment for room damage, allough it wasn't processed.
Raymond
Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Not much of a breakfast
Richard
For some reason the people running the place believe that breakfast and coffee is from 6:00-9:00 and refuse to leave coffee stuff out longer.
Kelly
Nice to see a place doing up date's to there facility. Room look really nice and vary clean.
Elaine
Charged us $25 early check in and hardly anyone at hotel! Lady at front desk was rude. Breakfast was awful!
Kimberly A
Clean property, close to the Interstate. Good for a nights sleep. No issues, would stay again
LeeAnn
Wish I would’ve known it was under construction. Drywall and sawdust in room and down the hallways. Construction workers even asked to come in and hang a shelf when we were just getting back from an outing.
Breakfast??? Not really.

No surprises. Clean, but under renovation. No problems here.

No room even with a reservation
My family was turned away because there were no rooms for us and our pet. I had called the morning of and expressed we were going to be a late check in. They asked if I was sure I was arriving and I assured them I was to be almost midnight with NO ROOM! We were turned away and directed to just go 5 minutes down the road to another establishment who was fully booked! It was a nightmare and I would never recommend this hotel.
Lihua
Breakfast included is nice.

The hotel had significant issues from the moment we arrived. There was a musky smell that extended from the front desk all the way to our room. The amenities were not functioning properly - the refrigerator barely worked, and the air conditioning was ineffective, causing me to wake up uncomfortably hot during the night.
While I would normally address these concerns immediately, we were there for my grandmother's funeral the next day and simply needed a place to rest. Although I barely got any sleep, I chose not to raise these issues at the time as dealing with them would have further cut into what little rest I could get.
I am sharing these concerns now to bring attention to the multiple maintenance and comfort issues that need to be addressed

Good place to stay for a night
Overall comfortable and clean room, other than finding a hair on one of the pillows. Lobby and first floor were under construction but still easy to navigate. Staff was friendly.

We selected this property because it clearly says they are PET FRIENDLY, they are definitely NOT pet friendly. Drove over 3 hrs to stay for one night with our dogs for a concert. Went to check into hotel at 6 pm for a 7:30 show. Would have had plenty of time to make our event. When we arrived they wouldn’t let us stay there with our 2 service dogs even though the website clearly states dog friendly and we called prior to check AND did the precheck in and stated we had 2 service dogs. They would not let us stay and we could not find another hotel in the area because of the show. Everything was booked. And they would not refund our money. Missed the show and got charged for a room we didn’t even stay in. DO NOT STAY here. Terrible!!!
Daniel
Nice stay -nice price
I have stated this property many times since it has opened. It has always been a reliable location. Currently, The hotel is undergoing renovations so there were construction materials about and a little additional noise this trip, but I was placed in a recently renovated room and found it to be very nice!
I recommend this property....

To whom it may concern; This hotel should NOT be operating. As of March 2025; the place is under remodeling/construction. 1) There is machinery, dust, workers in the halls, dining area 2) When we asked the night of our arrival if breakfast would be available they told us “not to worry” 2) The “breakfast” was basically non existent, looking old cereal. Hard cold mini muffins, DIY “cold burritos” for us to put in the microwave… Tables with dust from the construction the day before. Since the breakfast did not look fresh nor safe, we left and had breakfast somewhere else. We were NOT the only ones leaving in fact, there was nobody having breakfast…3) Our Room was not in a good condition either and other guests told us the same about theirs, they didn’t have the minimum toiletry. We actually heard a female guest complaining about the hotel yelling on the halls late at night 4) The administration should compensate for the construction noise and disarrayed with an excellent breakfast and service. But we didn’t feel they care much about it. It was our first and last experience there. Thankfully for us it was only one night. Normally I do not like to write reviews like this BUT I feel we need to warn potential guests of the current conditions of the hotel. Maybe in the future after the remodeling is completed it will get better, but as it is now we do Not recommend it.

Very solid room for what it is. Would stay there again. Also in a central location actually, to things around there.
Michael
Place was never clean they’re doing renovations. They never cleaned their room. We stayed for nine days and it was clean once when we asked there were never any towels.
Tammy
The room was very clean and comfortable. Great deal! Downside is the complimentary breakfast which consisted of coffee, mini muffins and cereal. We would stay again!

I stay here for work often and I wish it wasn't so close, because I wouldn't stay here. It's not a horrible motel, but it's definitely not worth the price sometimes, they took the microwaves out of the rooms which makes absolutely no sense. Staying for business, I would like to at least warm up leftovers without doing it in the lobby.
The rooms are okay, $70 okay, not $100 okay though. Things are usually broke, tvs don't work, ect: I will say it's never been necessarily dirty though so that's a plus.

No breakfast, what they call breakfast is 2 cereal options, yogurt, 2 juice. No coffee/tea in rooms. Its not.worthe the money. There excuse is there renovating. No signs to say this. Guy on cell watching video, didnt even notice me. Jad to tell him i che ked out. Left key on counter and walked away. Dont stay here spend extra go elsewhere
Thomas
Close to destination.

I left this hotel within 2 hours of checking in. Both beds had blood stains and everything looked filthy. Even though we requested new sheets (the front desk guy asked us why what’s wrong with them so we said they have blood stains, no reason why he should be asking regardless) it didn’t feel safe for my two kids to sleep there. We don’t know what can be in the “clean sheets” at that point.
Yvonne
The bed are so hard that you can’t get a good nights sleep, the toilet you had to hold the handle so it would flush, the breakfast was horrible
Brenda
Very rundown. Nothing in bathroom to put stuff on - counter space. Security lock on door not working.
Joseph
A nice quiet area to recharge and relax!!!
Charlotte
There was a pre arrival online check in that I completed, however when we arrived , we needed to do everything again which resulted in three trips back to the car.
Property is in dire need of room touch up and deep cleaning. The bed was comfortable.

Clean, quiet, breakfast lacking
Good clean, quiet hotel at a fair price for a quick one night stay. Contential breakfast lacking. Some breakfast \"burrito\" that was worse than gas station food. Hot water for tea was luke warm, no oatmeal, waffles, eggs, bagel.....something edible please other than sugar coated cold cereal, and mini muffins that looked a little funky. Wasn't expecting much from a continental breakfast, but this area has a lot of room for improvement at minimal cost.

Bathroom smelled like an ashtray
