This is probably the worst hotel i have spent the night in in the last 15 years. The room was smelling the bathroom was filling up during showers because the water evacuation system was stuck. The hotel hasn’t done any effort at all to fix these problems and you could see moisture in the toilet’s door and walls.

This is a hotel everyone should avoid at all cost and to believe that they charge 100€ is simply hilarious

The location was disappointing. We expected to park at the hotel, especially since it was advertised that parking was available for £10 overnight, but no spaces were available upon arrival. Additionally, the hotel is situated right next to a busy main road, and the windows have no insulation—our room was extremely noisy throughout the night and also so hot because it was the top floor. There was only one towel provided in the room, and there was no fridge, which added to the inconvenience.

El hotel deja mucho que desear. Nos dieron una habitación cuyo baño tenía una puerta corrediza que no funcionaba, no tenía papel higiénico ni secador de pelo. El olor del hotel no era agradable ni tampoco la decoración, muy deteriorado y viejo. La verdad por el precio que no era nada económico el servicio es decepcionante. Tienen mucho por mejorar.

Beyond terrible

This hotel is almost impossible to find the entrance. Eventually we found a button on a locked door with signs clouding any interior view, and were able to enter. There was no daily service. The hair dryer did not work. The shower took forever to get hot. There wasn’t heat in the room though it was in the 40s out. There was parking in a locked garage. The vending had few items and that was the only way to get coffee. It was shabby and dirty from tracking in mud from nearby construction. Tbeelevator worked…but rattled its way to the floor - scary! The guy at reception was kind but the hotel was sooooo basic and in such bad shape, I cannot suggest anyone stay there. The other thing was this cost $650+ dollars for two nights.

I could not put a sleep all night because of the noise coming from people talking loud on corridors.
Noise from the cars on the main road was so loud plus during the night i heard loads of knocks on doors next to my room from people coming and going.

This was not a clean or safe property and I ended up in another hotel. I felt Hotels.com misrepresented this hotel and makes me question ever using the site again. Noisy, unclean, poorly lit, tiny and sad room. Miserable all around.

Far away, noisy and very small rooms

The worst thing about the hotel is that it is far away. Then comes the lack of cooling of any sorts in the room, which led to me sleeping with an open window until I could not tolerate the noise outside the room. There was not a constant noise as you would get from a heavy traffic street, but multiple incidences to I could not just filter them out. They included party people, fighting people and occasional very loud car.

The room was very small, with no power outlet located such that a laptop could be easily used in the bed, or a phone charge on the nightstand. The hotel smelled like a house that has a little too much moisture in it, probably a common regional smell but should not be in a hotel.

The breakfast was simple, but good with some really good yogurt and ham.

The hotel described is not the hotel you find.

The hotel decribes itself as having internet, air-conditioning, a hair dryer; and it is true they have these things but none of them work. I was very nhappy with what I got for the rate I paid. I would NOT reccomend this hotel to anyone.

The star rating is way off on this one.
Not in a good location. 6 blocks from the metro west station. Rooms are very tight even for European standards. Street noise is constant. Heat is radiant water and no good way to turn it off.

À FUIR ABSOLUMENT – EXPÉRIENCE TRAUMATISANTE EN FAMILLE
Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel ce week-end avec nos enfants, et absolument tous les avis négatifs sont vrais, voire en dessous de la réalité.
L’hôtel est délabré, sale, avec une hygiène inexistante.
- Pas de chauffage
- Pas d’eau chaude
- Chambres dans un état lamentable
Mais le plus grave reste l’ambiance : cet établissement ressemble clairement à un hôtel de passe.
Nous avons subi des cris de femmes jusqu’à 2h du matin. Nos enfants étaient choqués, inquiets et traumatisés par la situation.
Le plus choquant : lorsque nous avons informé le concierge que nous allions appeler la police, il nous a suppliés de ne pas le faire en promettant de « s’en occuper ». Ce n’est qu’à ce moment-là que les cris ont cessé.
> Vendre cet hôtel comme hébergement familial est irresponsable et dangereux.
> Nous déconseillons formellement cet établissement.

Unfortunately all flights has been canceled. Du to this a limited amount of hotels was available.
I never would choose for such a hotel. Thus my vote might not be fair.

However,
I never saw such a scrappy hotel.
I really felt uncomfortable and disgust.

Expedia should take it our of the portfolio until it's refurbished!

Rengøring var mangelfuldt, lå brugt toiletrulle lige under sengen, håndklæder måtte jeg selv hente i receptionen, toilettet løb hele natten, det var ikke noget varme på værelset and bare et tæppe som dyne… den var så langt under standard, at jeg valgt at forlade hotellet efter første nat.

Séjour très décevant pour un tarif de 220 € la nuit. Le pommeau de douche était cassé, les serviettes et la couverture n’étaient pas propres, et l’état générale laissait à désirer. De plus, les places de parking sont très limitée et non incluse dans le prix, ce qui est inadmissible à ce tarif. Le rapport qualité/prix n’est clairement pas au rendez-vous.

Hôtel sale, (chambre pas nettoyée, tâches sur les draps) très mal insonorisé (on entend les gens en « soirée » et autres parties de jambes en l’air), avec zéro chauffage (heureusement, des couvertures (ou des paillassons ?) sont fournies.
Aucune lumière dans la chambre, juste des lumières d’appoint. Sale de bain écœurante avec joints pourris. L’ascenseur fait peur en tremblant violemment à chaque étage.
Résultat : impossible de dormir de toute la nuit.
Je ne recommande pas.

세계 2차대전 때부터 청소를 안 한 호텔

수건은 깨끗한줄 알았지만 역시 기대를 저버리지 않고 머리카락 뭉탱이가 걸려있음

욕실 바닥이 뒤.지게 더러워서 물로 청소하려고 했으나 물빠지는 구멍도 없음

변기는 닦을 생각조차 안하는지 물길대로 꾸정물자국이 있음

진드기 퇴치제 놓으려고 매트릭스를 들추어 보았으나 뭔 노란 자국들이 날 반겨줌

3백년 걸리는 뜨거운 물과 라디에이터
태국 베트남보다 더러운 녹슨 물이 나옴
샤워기 필터를 보고 기함하여 일어날 수 없었음

장점 : 버스정류장. 끝.

Hotel a fuir ! Ne correspond pas du tour aux photos ! Les chambres manque de tout ! Ni chauffage ni confort et parait presque insalubre ! Hotel.com merci de ne plus faire de la pub de cet hotel.
Le gerant m’a meme insulté et menacé suite a mon mecontentement ce qui constitue un fait tres grave !

Rapport qualité pas fameux.
Trop cher pour ce type d’hôtel pas de confort chambre petite.

Salon de bain pas terrible petites serviettes de bain fournies.

Vraiment il faudra rappeler les responsables de cet hôtel afin qu’ils revoient tous le mobilier la salle de bain les serviettes de bain, la vétusté des prises électriques et du chauffage.

Ils doivent tous réviser et réparer.

Et baiser les prix.

Il faudra absolument remettre cet hôtel au norme avant que votre société continue de travailler et de vendre leur service.

Je suis obligée de vous informer, je ne souhaite pas que vous arrêtez votre collaboration.

Desastreous !.
Bed with only sheet cover with no blanket cover.
Cold room with no standard heating,
No bureau table nor chair,
No bath towel provided,
No breakfast service,
Old décoration, with used floor and wall finish which needs doing up again,
Stuborn impolite staff, incompetent to take comments and complaints,
Very expendive 2 star hotel, around 200 % for 2 nights including taxes, with out parkings .

Wir wurden beim Check In von jemanden gefilmt aus welchem Grund auch immer er uns in seinem Face Time Anruf zeigen musste. Dann wurde wir noch mit Nihao begrüßt wir sind zwar Asiaten aber keine Chinesen(ist nicht schlimm) trittfesten ist es diskriminierend und einfach keine Gute Erfahrung. Das Zimmer 9 hat einen Schimmelfleck in der Ecke und liegt nicht auf dem Lageplan der im Flur hängt.
Zimmer 20 die Toilette hat die halbe Nacht lang Geräusche gemacht das Parkett war demoliert. An der Wand war ein Loch hinter der Tür und das Waschbecken und die Badewanne waren benutzt und nicht sauber gemacht worden. Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer. Die Steckdosen waren verstaubt und mit Tesafilm ,,repariert‘‘. der Feuermelder war zugestopft das bringt der Sicherheit ja viel und unsere Decke hatte einen gelben Fleck.

La personne à la réception laisse à désirer aussi bien au téléphone qu'au moment de l'arrivée à l'hôtel avec un avis contradictoire lorsque le patron arrive à la réception.

Accueil sympa mais hotel en cour d'amélioration car nouveau propriétaire novice dans ce métier... Porte de la chambre qui ferme mal, tv qui beug(réparé dans la nuit) mais le pire est que j'ai prolongé d'un jour et la chambre n'a pas été faite a mon retour le soir ! Du jamais vu ! Très déçu, aucun geste ni excuse de la part de la réception, mettant les tord sur la

Fernseher und Steckdosen waren leider defekt. Das Zimmer war sehr klein aber sauber. Personal freundlich allerdings sehr langsam. Fazit: für eine Nacht ist es okay- länger würden wir nicht bleiben wollen!

Hôtel sale, quartier sale et bruyant

Dès notre arrivée des déchets devant les deux accès (porte restaurant et hôtel). Le quartier est sur un axe très fréquenté donc très bruyant.Un d'accueil ou rien est fait pour le client (si pour lui prendre un maximum d'argent sans rien lui fournir)attention aux réservations en ligne cet hôtel n'assure pas les réservations effectuées sous son ancien nom \"new prince de liege\" il vous laisse à la rue d'où que vous veniez( nous 800km) en vous disant qu'il n'y est pour rien, et qu'il a racheté lui qu'il n'est plus en contrat avec expedia!! et qu'il veut bien vous dépanner mais pour 4 fois plus cher que la réservation effectuée.Les toilettes sont cassées et sales. attention à vous!!
