Friendly staff. Good location and price is okay for what you get. The breakfast spread was good (loved the queso pao). I actually had a slight hick up and didn’t realize that I was supposed to check out 😂. Staff gave me enough time to quickly pack. I was also able to store my luggage at the hotel afterwards.

Worst stay in hotels.com

Terrible, I booked a room with balcony and one full bed and when I arrived to the hotel they gave me something different from what I booked, there were a lot of noise I had to wake up at midnight to tell the man in the reception because we couldn’t sleep. They did not offer anything I talked to the manager the lady in the reception and she did not help. The room was super small I felt like in NYC rooms

Buena atención y ubicación

Tranquilo hotel, antiguo pero modernizado. Buen baño, sábanas pequeñas para el tamaño de la cama. El hotel tiene dos pisos superiores sin ascensor, que para mi no fue problema, y mi habitación estaba en el piso superior.

Definitely not a 3star hotel

Definitely not a 3star hotel. More like a hostel. If it doesn’t say “private shower” it means shared toilet and shower. Bed with cheap mattress. Don’t bother if you expect 3 star level comfort. Staff is nice, location is great, but horrible facilities.

Good location, a little to \"simple\"

I've booked single room and there was really nothing but bed, small white table and 2 chairs in the room. I think for $60Can/night you could at least get some kind of shelves or dresser in it. Everybody at the service desk was very pleasant and try to be helpful but of course nobody spoke English. Breakfast was very good.
Hotel is located very close to Copacabana beach.
I was looking for something cheap, safe, clean and I think I got it. It is OK if you want just sleep in your hotel and nothing else.

This is worst than a cheap backpacker. I request a twin share bed, and they gave me a single bed so my daughter had to sleep on the floor for the first night. Try with the manager and also with Expedia but to no avail. I left on the 12th dec and was supposed to be there until the 23rd of Dec.

Super dirty . Bathroom had spiderwebs all over even on the tissue. I check in and didn’t even lasted an hour there. Very disappointing. There was no elevator which was very hard for us with luggages. Taxis don’t leave you exactly in front of the property and very hard to locate specially if you’re not from Rio.

“ Couldn't even check in”



I reserved this hotel for 3 nights via Expedia.I had a very long trip from.Salvador and finally arrived to hotel around 7. I was very disappointed on what I saw..the hotel was under renovación and no one warned us. I went up the stairs climbing 2 flours and the room had a bad smell was dirty and the shower dirty like very old and smell. They offered me another room 2 meters behind the reception which was also noisy in top of all. I travel a lot and this is the first time to get so low.
I said to the recepcionista I want another place and he offered me Canada hotel which is where I am now.
I called oversea to Expedia they that the hotel is charging me one night..and they cannot avoid this. And the service of Expedia offer me a voucher of 50 us d to sen it to my mail for what happened. After two days I still didn't got the Expedia voucher offered to me. Thanks
I believe that people should be warned that hotels like this exist. It was less than a Posada in the middle of Rio...they didn't have a safe,

The location is okay. But the room condition is really very bad. No cups, no soap, no shampoo, no internet, no elevator. The TV Chanel is very limited and controlled by hand not by remote control. The hotel is very old and not the same as that show on the images of on-line. The room cannot be closed from inside. You have to use the key to lock it from inside. Also the breakfast is very bad, no choice and even not enough for one person.

It was fine for a night or two, the staff were amazing. The continental breakfast was better than most inexpensive hotels. I think they should give less juice at breakfast and make it stronger!! We did enjoy our stay there, location was great, and staff very accommodating.

Average 'budget' hotel for a tourist town

Good location -- hidden up a laneway (a travesia, in Portuguese). The hotel is typical of Rio de Janeiro -- a fair amount of money for not a whole lot.

Great location but still overpriced.

Very basic room with small table and chair. Room had a strong smell of cleaning agents so we had to air it out and burn some incense. Breakfast was plain and repetitive. Daytime manager was unhelpful once we declined his tour offer. Its overpriced for what it offers and we got a much better deal for a nicer room later at the Premier Copacabana. They did take pride in maintaining the place and the location was great with the beach and metro station just a 5 minute walk away.

Hotel mediano, mas bem localizado. Dei uma estrela a menos pois me pediram para retirar o meu carro para o dono da pousada estacionar, quando deveria ser o contrário. Nunca vi isso. O carro estava na rua, em frente ao hotel e não na área privada do hotel.

O hotel é bem simples, ficamos hospedados no terceiro andar e precisamos subir as escadas carregando as malas (é bom mulheres se atentar a isso, tendo em vista que muitas vezes temos malas pesadas). O quarto é bem simples mas cumpriu com o proposto (tem tv, wi-fi e ar condicionado). O chuveiro é bom. O café da manhã é simples mas estava bem gostoso! Tem uma área na porta do hotel onde podemos trabalhar e tomar café. No geral, recomendo!

Boa localização e otimo preço para a regiao.

Fiquei apenas uma diária e a estadia foi até que tranquila. Porém, a estrutura do local deixa muito a desejar, principalmente dada a m falta de manutenção e higiene em alguns pontos.
O quarto tem as camas um pouco desconfortáveis, dado os travesseiros fininhos. Mas, o Wi-Fi funcionou muito bem, fiz reuniões e trabalhei tranquilamente.
As toalhas são muito pequenas e com manchas. Assim como as roupas de cama.
Café da manhã extremamente simples (até demais porque esperei por 20 minutos e eles não repuseram o pão de queijo).
Ponto positivo é que a água e a cerveja tem um preço bom para a localização. Inclusive esta última é o que faz do hotel um opção boa para quem precisa só tomar um banho e dormir. O hotel fica a dois quarteirões da praia de Copacabana e tem um preço em conta.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, fica próximo a farmácias, lanchonetes e mercados e também a apenas algumas ruas da praia. O café da manhã é simples porém gostoso. O quarto é confortável, a cama é espaçosa e o ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente. Um ponto negativo foi o quarto onde me colocaram, tem uma janela no banheiro que dá pra área dos funcionários, então eu escutava a movimentação em todo momento, tirou minha privacidade, e ao lado da cama, tem uma janela ENORME que fica ao lado da área de loft externo do hotel, e de forma bem inconveniente, uma mesa.. todos que sentavam ali escutavam nossa movimentação no quarto, da mesma forma que nos ouvíamos tudo o que falavam também, foi um pouco desconfortável. O banheiro estava com bastante mofo nas paredes, pintura velha e uma aparência estranha.

Os lençóis, não nos incomodou por serem velhos, mas por estarem encardidos, foi possível identificar pelos, que nos fez duvidar quanto a lavagem... só nos sentimos bem quando saímos para comprar fronhas e toalhas p se sentir \" mais confortáveis\" ,
A acústica, quem espera privacidade, pode esquecer, dava para ouvir claramente os quartos vizinhos.
A estrutura de forma geral, bem antiga, banheiro com azulejos embolorados, encardidos, chuveiro necessitava, deixar ligado minutos para que o mesmo pudesse esquentar....
Não possui cadeiras, no máximo 1 móvel de alvenaria, simulando um armário!
Confesso que ao entrar, nos assustamos, porque as fotos de referências não estavam de acordo com o quarto que nos hospedamos.
O atendimento, depende muito do funcionário, teve uma moça que não respondia nem o \" Bom dia\".
Certamente não voltaríamos a nos hospedar novamente!

Peca na limpeza, as fronhas estava sujas, não tinha lençol para cobrir-se, a manta cheirava mal, não tinha folha de rosto, o ar condicionado antigo e barulhento, caiu a chave do disjuntor no meio da noite. Barulho de máquinas de lavar roupas, próximas a janelinha do banheiro do lado externo, desde manhã cedo. Relatei que nao estava satisfeita c o quarto mas nao fui acomodada em outro quarto quando os hóspedes fizeram check-out.
Localização boa, 2 quadras da beira-mar.

foi decepcionante me colocaram no quarto 301, na hora fui saber que tinha que subir uma grande escada para chegar na acomodaçao, quarto minusculo com duas camas que nao dava para locomover no quarto, ar condicionado antigo, sem frigobar no quarto, sem guarda roupa no quarto, minusculo varal pra pendurar roupas, sem estacionamento deixar carro na frente do hotel na rua., muito caro para que oferece.... cafe da mannha sem suco natural, artificial.

Hotel dito 3 estrelas, mas com certeza é uma grande inverdade. Condições precárias de atendimento e conforto. Café da manhã serve suco artificial em pó, além da baixa qualidade dos demais itens oferecidos. Entram no seu quarto para desligar o ar condicionado sem a sua autorização. Bloqueiam acesso de visitantes de forma constrangedora na frente das pessoas.

Decepcionado! A foto impressiona, mas a qualidade do serviço é muito ruim.
Os quartos são horríveis. Me acomodaram em um quarto praticamente sem janela. Pedi para trocar. OK! Me colocaram em um quarto com varanda, mas sem armário, sem frigobar.
Água quente no chuveiro?? Abra a torneira e deixe por 15 minutos e reze para a água esquentar. Eu desisti.
Não volto e não recomendo.

A estadia foi terrível.
O check um estava previsto para as 12:00hrs, e foi realizado somente as 14:00hrs pois estavam fazendo a suposta limpeza do quarto.
Após entrada, verificamos que o quarto ainda estava sujo, com cabelos, restos de comida e etc pelo quarto.
Toda roupa de cama é de categoria péssima, e estavam com um odor terrível.
Não era possível a entrada de visitas que eram outros amigos no quarto também.
A recepção terrível, com atendimento atrasado e mal educado.
Ademais, não havia secador de cabelo nos quartos.
Outro ponto, as águas do chuveiro, todos os dias estavam geladas!
Espelho quebrado, e torneira da pia do banheiro não estava fechando.
Quartos sem ar condicionado, sem janelas para ventilação
Mofos pela parede.

Para ter água quente tem que deixar o chuveiro ligado por 10 minutos e mesmo assim não vinha a água quente, não limpava o nosso quarto, não pode deixar celular ou caixinha de música carregando pq quando sai do quarto q energia é desligada, deixei a chave lá, e ainda chamaram a atenção é um senhor falou que ia mandar a conta da light para nós pagar
