The room was much worse than the pictures. House keeping staff didnt even change the sheets or restock water in the refrigerator for 5 days. One day the hoise keeping didnt provide the bedding once changing sheets. It took three trips to the front desk to get a blanket for the bed. No restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was provided but not very good. The bed in the room was poor quality. Not worth it.

⭐️ ESCROQUERIE PURE ET SIMPLE – HONTEUX

Cet hôtel est une décharge insalubre, indigne d’accueillir des êtres humains. La chambre était répugnante : plafond en état de pourriture avancée, moisissures visibles, cafards qui se promènent librement, fourmis partout, y compris près du lit. Dormir là-dedans est tout simplement inhumain.

Les draps étaient sales, manifestement pas changés, avec une odeur écœurante. L’hygiène est zéro, le ménage est inexistant. On se demande sérieusement comment cet établissement peut encore être autorisé à recevoir du public.

Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, l’hôtel pratique des prix scandaleux pour le Nouvel An, totalement abusifs. Faire payer aussi cher pour une chambre dans cet état relève de l’escroquerie. Ils profitent de Copacabana et de la haute saison pour arnaquer les clients.

Aucune réaction sérieuse du personnel, aucune excuse crédible, aucun geste commercial. Mépris total des clients.

Cet endroit est une honte absolue pour l’hôtellerie à Rio.
Si vous tenez à votre santé, à votre argent et à votre dignité : N’Y METTEZ JAMAIS LES PIEDS.

Sugeriria que limpassem o elevador de serviço. Cheirava muito mal.
Sugiro tirar aquele bidê do banheiro e colocar um varal. É praia, molhamos as roupas e precisamos de um lugar para deixar secar.
Pessoal bem educado, atende bem.

Primeiramente o quarto triplo que foi pago não havia no local no ato do check in. Depois de algum tempo foi improvisado uma terceira cama para ser colocada no quarto duplo deixando o ambiente extremamente apertado e desconfortável.
Durante a estadia apareceram diversas baratas no quarto, o ar condicionado funcionando precariamente.

Although the location was amazing and the staff was great I feel like I didn’t get wait I paid for. My room was not updated, I couldn’t watch anything on the tv, charger ports were not working properly and the ac was leaking in the room as well as the curtains were dirty and broken in one spot and I paid less for another hotel in the area and had none of these issues. I probably would not book this hotel again but staff was amazing and the location was on a great spot

The room was nothing like the photos. There was peeling paint, cracks along the walls, door handles falling off, what looked like mold in the bathroom as well as the door lock being broken. Management was refusing to speak to us when we complained and requested a refund or at least a cancellation of the remaining stay. The book of complaints in the lobby was at capacity. We ended up going to a police station and speaking with some lawyers. Once we managed to contact them on writing demanding a cancellation in accordance with Brazilian consumer protection laws we finally obtained one.

Some of the reception staff was really helpful as much as they could given the circumstances. The breakfast was decent and the location was good, but I would never go back.

I must report bad practice by a young man at the reception who was there on September 21. I asked him to order me a taxi to the airport at a contact number that I had. Well, when we arrived at the airport the taxi driver charged us a higher amount than the budgeted amount. The person at the reception called a taxi driver who was a friend of his and not the contact that I gave him. Very bad experience because one trusts the hotel staff

The most disappointing place I’ve ever been

I’ve had to change three rooms till fit with the price I’ve paid. For 3 stars hotel doesn’t cover the expectations about “Spacious rooms”(my first 2days was in small rooms with small double beds), the fitness center was one multifunction machine, cross trainer and treadmill(all of them basic and old) there weren’t any dumbbells or training mat. Also the whole spa area was clean and tidy. The sauna was off through the whole time. Also for 3 stars hotel the breakfast was almost the same variety every morning(my stay was 10nights). The bed sheets has staines and holes. Housekeeping wasn’t keeping the room in good and clean condition, the floor was always dirty even after cleaning. All pictures aren’t accurate, probably they’ve been before 10 years. I’m totally disappointed of this hotel for the price I’ve paid.

Simple and good value for your money.

About a 9 min walk from Copacabana beach and even though I felt safe for the most part walking even late at night, it might not be for everyone.

Only major thing I can say about is the sewer smell in the bathroom. It wasn't that bad, but I can still smell it.

Overall good. Staff were friendly.

Excellent value for the money! Simple but nice and very clean accommodation, delicious breakfast with very wide range of choice. Magnificent view from the rooftop with pool! Perfect location - just about 7 mins by walk from Copacabana, moreover, I felt safe in the hotel neighborhood. Very nice and helpful staff, the only negative was that not everybody could speak English.

The hotel was very pokey, very small, not enough space in the room , noisy people from room next door, the air conditioning was not working properly. There was no kettle or iron in the room. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was OK.

Great Location!

We had a great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and with a reasonably priced minibar. The breakfast was extensive with something for everyone available. We were allowed to leave luggage prior to check-in and after check-out. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great as it was a 5-minute walk to Copacabana Beach. Very good and would recommend.

just off the beach, a bit small but still good

this hotel is about4-5 block from the Copacabana Beach and a few blocks from the metro. this hotel is a small hotel its like they took an old Apartment building and transformed it into a hotel. the rooms are a bit narrow but your really there only to sleep so it wasn't bad. the Breakfast was really good.

The hotel has everything i needed. It is not a resort but has nice rooms, great breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. Located two small blocks from the beach.

The cons: no iron lending service. Don't expect a regular 4 star hotel for the price because is expensive, but that's the same for Rio de Janeiro.

If you're going for the pool, don't get your hopes up. It's small and dirty. The breakfast certainly makes up for any shortfall...a lot of options to choose from. It really was a quick walk to copacabana beaches and public transportation. I got a discount on this hotel and it was worth it.

O hotel é bem localizado, o pessoal da recepção é ótimo, todos os dias limpavam o quarto e trocavam as toalhas, não tenho o que reclamar quanto a isso.
Porém, eles me colocaram em um quarto de casal com uma cama minúscula, que parece mais um solteirão do que casal. Além do ar condicionado muito velho, que faz um barulho insuportável (dormi com ele desligado todos os dias pq não conseguia dormir com o barulho estrondoso), o banheiro extremamente antigo, com um cheiro bem ruim o tempo todo. E tinha baratas andando no quarto.

Adorei a experiência no hotel, ele fica bem perto da orla de Copacabana podendo ir a pé tranquilamente, além de ter mercado e farmácia na quadra ao lado, localizado em uma rua tranquila e arborizada, o café da manhã é bem completo e o serviço excelente, solicitei canela em pó e me atenderam prontamente. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos, o ambiente extremamente limpo a roupa de banho tivemos algumas vezes com o material antigo, porém limpo e outras com toalhas novas. Senti dificuldade somente no uso do cartão para abrir a porta do quarto, um transtorno quando ele desconfigura e tem que ir até a recepção para atualizar. Voltarei mais! Obrigada equipe pelo acolhimento.

Todos os funcionários do hotel são extremamente educados e prestativos. O café da manhã era incrível.
Estrutura, localização e wi-fi muito muito bom. Valeu muito a pena cada dia que passamos no hotel.
O único ponto é que o elevador demorava um pouco, e comportava no máximo 4 pessoas, se tivesse malha, ficava mais apertado ainda.

Chegamos no hotel, e mesmo feito a reserva antecipada, demorou nosso check in, somente um recepcionista para atender todos que entram as 14:00. O quarto é pequeno, mas as camas confortável. O chuveiro dá um pouquinho de trabalho até aquecer. Tive um incomodo com o interfone que não estava funcionando, qnd precisava de algo, tinha que descer na recepção. O café da manhã é bem variado. Os atendentes foram atenciosos. A piscina tbm é bem pequena.

Café da manhã excelente, com muitos itens/ variedade de frutas e demais produtos. Quarto e banheiro de bom tamanho e confortáveis. Localização boa, especialmente para quem está sem carro: lojas, supermercado, bares, padarias, restaurantes, farmácias, salas de cinema, teatro, shopping, pontos de ônibus, estação de metrô - tudo próximo! Ponto negativo: por se tratar de prédio antigo, os elevadores são pequenos e não dão conta da quantidade de hóspedes em horários de pico.

Foi uma experiência desagradável. No site aparenta mais novo o quarto e na realidade, muito acabado. Além disso, no site, não ficava claro que o hotel não tinha estacionamento. Falava que era disponível. E só lá no final bem embaixo, depois do local da reserva, local que ninguém há, falava que era pago extra parte do valor. O ar antigo não funcionava bem. Pelo menos o clima tava mais frio e não fez tanta falta. O banheiro com mofo, antigo e cheio de cupim e areia. Tv tinha canais com imagem chuviscando..pegando mal. Cama de mola antiga. Pedi para mudar o quarto pois não conseguia dormir naquela cama. O outro o colchão melhor. Pedi para cancelar a outra estadia mas pelo site não permitia porque comprei tarifa um pouco mais baixa. O elevador pequeno e só um funcionava. Tive que desce de escada por dias vezes. Não me senti segura lá. Dois funcionários foram bem solícitos na nossa chegada. No outro dia, os outros não falavam muito. Não tinha controle do café da manhã. Enfim, acho que falei honestamente do que passei. Não voltaria lá. Me faram que estão reformando alguns quartos. Espero que melhore.

Um ótimo achado em Copacabana.

O hotel tem uma equipe muito prestativa! O hotel tem instalações que geram certo conforto. O café da manhã é incrível! Recomendo ficar em andar alto que consegue ver o mar! Eu deixo de sugestão lubrificarem as dobradiças e rolamentos das portas do quarto visto que o barulho é incômodo. Há a necessidade de certa modernização, porém nada que impeça uma boa hospedagem!

Razoável, a academia deixou a desejar com equipamentos ultrapassados e com defeitos, fotos nao condizentes com a realidade. Café da manha com pouca variedade e repetitivo.

A cama é antiga, um pouco desconfortável.
Fiquei no quarto de luxo e tinha banheira. Diária de 50 reias no Estacionamento . Atendimento maravilhoso , equipe muito simpática e café da manhã ótimo

Hotel confortável e silencioso

O hotel se encontra em rua silenciosa, o atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo. Boa limpeza do quarto, lençois e toalhas limpos. O café da manhã é extraordinário, com reposição permanente e grande variedade de pães, bolos e frutas. A única observação é a necessidade de modernizar um pouco as instalações para continuar atraindo hóspedes sempre.

Atendimento ótimo

O atendimento oferecido pelo hotel, através de seus funcionários, é excelente. Toda a equipe da recepção é maravilhosa e se esforçou para que nossa estada fosse a melhor possível. O mesmo posso dizer quanto ao pessoal do restaurante e da garagem. Também muito gentis.Bom café da manhã, quartos grandes, confortáveis. Gostamos também do banheiro e chuveiro. Mas a limpeza do quarto não agradou. Parte do lixo não foi retirado num dos dias e, pra piorar, tinham duas baratas no quarto. Precisa melhorar neste quesito.
