Lo antiguo del hotel , precariedad de las instalaciones, funcionamiento pésimo del wifi, baños que se llenan de humo de cigarro desde otras habitaciones podría dejarse pasar, pero NOS ROBARON PERTENENCIAS y presumo que fue durante la limpieza. Eso es lo peor! No vale pena de ningún modo por la incomodidad que produce eso. Piso 11. Precio elevado para lo ofrecido hoteles de cadena son incluso más convenientes

The worst experience of my life at this hotel. Horrible service. The hotel sells itself with photos, but don't be fooled; the photos aren't of the hotel. The hotel is old, the rooms smell awful, and nothing works. Everything is antiquated, and the manager, named Rene, is a person with no respect or manners when dealing with customers. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Horrible experience!

It was clean but it felt antiquated and the beds were not very comfortable..although it was just three blocks from the beach it was close to the entrance of a favela. The pool was very small compared to the picture..and had a scrubby look...breakfast was good and the internet is very poor ...

This was my third stay here. I did not like the room they gave me. There were only four power outlets: One in the bathroom, one in the corridor close to the entrance, another reserved for the TV, and one reserved for the A/C. The A/C one was closest to the bed. If I wanted to charge my phone while in bed, I had to unplug the A/C, & sit/laydown on the edge of the bed. It was an uncomfortable experience. Luckily, I did not need to use the A/C during this stay. If I come back, I'll bring an extension cord. I also learned their guest policy has changed at the worst possible timing. Due to past drama, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms now.

The hotel didn't have a iron thats a big minus, the bathroom floor needed some work done the breakfast was good but I wouldn't stay there because my plans was messed up because of them not having a iron I also saw a roach

Great bang for your buck.

Great location from eateries, and the beach. The view was immaculent. Could see Christ the Redeemer from the rooftop pool. Concierge was very well versed in the english language. Hotel alittle outdated, but still worth the money. Would go back.

I wouldn't recommend this place.

Service wasn't that great. I wouldn't recommend staying here. There was black mold in our bathroom, the water seemed to cut off every once in a while, and they put us on the 14th floor. The elevator only goes to 13. We had to walk up stairs with all our bags. They didn't provide help.

Unfortunately this property is quite dated with minimal energy and effort put into keeping it updated apart from painting and floor tiles. The photos don’t depict a true reflection of this hotel condition. If you don’t mind a bit of mould in the shower grout and visible beneath the ceiling paint. The staff are amazing they try to help you with every enquiry.

About 10 minute walk to Copacabana Beach (Posto 3 the closest).
Elevators very slow and a 5 person limit.
Breakfast buffett ok. Wifi ok. Pool on the rooftop, also a small gym and a steam sauna.
Easy to Uber to and from.
Uber to/from GIG about 90 BRL
Grocery and convenience stores everywhere around.

definitely in need of a room refurbishment. No controls on noisy aircon, but did mostly drown out street noise due to ill-fitting single-glazed units. 1 cupboard hinge not secure. Bathroom needs attention. 1 of the 2 lifts not working. Breakfast adequate if dull and ordinary. Thin walls: could hear voices/TV from adjacent room

It's a cheap option and showed. Bedding and towels were clean, bed was comfortable. Lift erratic and dirty, floor in room dirty, breakfast is ok if you like watered down yogurt and juice. AC barely worked. Next to a Metro station, easy walk to beach.

I've stayed at way better hostels than this hotel! In the room I stayed one night (I could only do one), the floor was dirty, sheets were covered in sand, wifi didnt work. And when i told these issues to the front desk manager, he didnt care one bit and told me that I have to pay a fee to store my luggage, instead if offering the service complimentary, as a way to trying to make up for me... 0 costomer service skills.

Firstly we changed the dates of our booking but when we got to the hotel they said that we still had to pay for 5 nights, even though we stayed for 4 nights. At the desk he told us he was giving a special offer of 200 usd approx for one night, low and behold it was 85 on Expedia so I felt like they were trying to get more money from us than necessary. The place was quite dirty, stains on the bath, poor air on and the room wasn’t exactly cleaned daily. The beds were mad, that was about the extent of it. Had to keep asking for more soap. Faculties are poor, pool isn’t appealing, looks better in the picture. The “gym” is a sweaty tiny room with one bike and one treadmill. The cherry on top, was that the day we checked out they are us pay to store our luggage

Stay away from this hotel. It is a very bad experience in Río de Janeiro. Point by point. 1- Very bad breakfast. 2- Elevators suck. You can wait up to 15 minutes to take the elevator. 3- Facilities are old. They should rebuild the whole hotel again. 4- A/C has a terrible noise that won’t let you sleep well. 5- They charge you for water. 6- Staff is ok 7- The area is dangerous. 8- Cost against benefit is high.

Consider other options before booking this hotel.

PRO: Convenient to metro. CON: Room key seldom worked. Noisy A/C. One of two elevators didn’t work at all. One English TV channel only part of the time. Over the years, this hotel has been going downhill. Won’t be staying there again and I go to Rio twice a year.

Café da manhã razoável, quarto limpo porém o ar condicionado por ser antigo não gela mto, equipe de funcionários precisa de uma reciclagem já que não resolvem os problemas de acordo com a demanda dos hóspedes. Me mudaram de apto e fiquei um dia sem toalhas de banho mesmo solicitando ao longo de 3 turnos. Fizeram a cobrança de uma Pré Autorização no meu cartão e não efetuaram o cancelamento da mesma e me cobraram o valor cheio das diárias. Aguardando um retorno do financeiro e não obtive resposta até o momento. Experiência não mto satisfatória.

Já me hospedei neste hotel em outras ocasiões e, infelizmente, desta vez a experiência foi muito inferior às anteriores.

O atendimento dos funcionários deixou bastante a desejar, demonstrando falta de preparo e atenção com os hóspedes. Além disso, a limpeza dos quartos não estava adequada, com forte cheiro de mofo, o que causou bastante desconforto durante a estadia.

O chuveiro apresentava uma regulagem muito ruim, dificultando o uso, e de forma geral o hotel aparenta estar bastante antigo, assim como os móveis, que precisam claramente de renovação e manutenção.

É uma pena ver a qualidade cair dessa forma, pois já tive boas experiências anteriormente. Espero que esses pontos sejam avaliados e melhorados, para que o hotel volte ao padrão que já teve no passado.

A localização é muitíssimo boa, perto da praia, de mercado, de lanchonete, de estação de metrô (Siqueira Campos), tudo perfeito. As comodidades são boas e a equipe é muito boa também. Eu melhoraria a iluminação da área da piscina, pois a noite é muito escuro a área da piscina e melhoraria um detalhe no café da manhã. O café da manhã é bastante variado, mas a parte de alimentos quentes, na minha opinião pecaram em um detalhe: fiquei hospedada 6 dias e em todos eles o cardápio quente foi ovos mexidos, salsicha, cuscuz e batata doce... Sugeriria alternar com uma macaxeira, um inhame, ou cará... acrescentava uma carne moída, ou um frango desfiado, uma isca de carne... Enfim... No quinto e sexto dia eu já não aguentava ovos mexidos.

O quarto estava limpo, havia servico de quarto diario, com limpeza de chao e troca de roupa de banho.
Opções mais variada de pratos salgados no cafe da manha. Sauna funciona perfeitamente. Faltou musica ambiente na area de piscina. Atendedimento da equipes de recepção muito top. Tres elevadores disponíveis, sendo um exclusivo para pós praia. Por ser uma cidade praianna faltou ter mais ganchos para pendurar toalhar e roupas molhadas.

Excelente opção econômica. Quarto simples porém espaçoso, chuveiro pressão super forte, água bem quente banheiro, toalhas boas, lençóis bons e confortável. Tenho ALERGIA, mas tive ótima hospedagem. Zero sintoma de alergia. Café da manhã completão: muita fruta, pudim, canjica, bolos, muita opção. Funcionários ótimos. Equipe do hotel atenciosa e bem disposta a ajudar sempre desde recepção até restaurante, e manutenção. Todos muito gentis. Voltarei. Melhor opção econômica de Copacabana. Reserve sem medo.
