Home less with a good makeover. The staff is very friendly and out of way to service you but the hotel not. Dirty floors, dirty bathroom (moldy walls), shower leak to outside and floor turn in to soap track on tile, I fell 3 times, ask for room exchange and was possible change or get them to fix it. They send guys to run water and show video that isn't water come out only if let the door open, but the problem is in the opposite side. The towels are super stained , look more like I was drying my self with a mop from high school after 1 year of use, towels fill with holes and ripped, the fresh is moldy and total rusted, the outlets doesn't work on the room even I have to buy 2 different adapters, bed sheets same like towels aperently white but are yellow from speed stains , completely discussed. I fell 3 times now I'm back with broken arm

This hotel having a rating of 8.2 is a crime against humanity. The rooms are dilapidated and have not been updated since 1960. The refrigerator in my room had rust spost on the outside. The sheets were dingy and looked dirty. The flooring had not been updated since 1973. The elevator broke while I was there. The front desk said they store your luggage BUT they have you place it in an unlocked room with other people's luggage. No one watches your luggage and anyone could walk in and take it. This place is dirty and old. I would not recommend staying here for any reason.

Also the location is good, its a parallel road to the beach boulevard and a 3 min. Walk to the beach. The hotel is an old building that shows, the rooms are spacious however very basic. Old with a coat of paint. Its ok, but do not expect to much. Go with an open mind if you are a custom to nice hotel rooms. I am sure pricing varies by season, but what I paid for the room $180 a night was way to expensive for what I got in return. For that I am prettty disappointed.

We were located in the 9 floor in a really uncomfortable room with chappy beds. The second day the elevators doesn't work and the cool water never runs, the hot water was insanely hot, We ask to cancel the reservation but the argue that it was a non-refund reservation. We run away from there 2 days before our check out with any courtesy of the hotel. I'm still waiting the manager's email one month later. Don't go there!!!!

La ubicacion es buena, pero la limpieza horrible no cambian las sabanas, los colchones infectados en chiches y pulgas. El televisor roto, el baño en malas condiciones tambien. Pedimos cambiar las sabanas y las cambiaron pero un colchon lo quitaron por uno mas limpio pero igualmente tenia bichos. Los bichos se pegaron a nuestra ropa. Y ahora toda mi familia esta llena de picaduras de pies a cabeza.

Minha estadia foi, no geral, positiva. O quarto estava razoavelmente limpo, com apenas algumas sujeirinhas pontuais, nada que comprometesse a experiência de forma grave. No primeiro dia, havia um pouco de sangue na privada, mas realizamos a limpeza e isso não chegou a se tornar um problema durante a hospedagem. As instalações do hotel aparentam ser, em sua maioria, novas e bem cuidadas, embora o banheiro tivesse manchas visíveis e o ralo estivesse entupido, o que causou certo desconforto durante o banho. A cama era extremamente dura, em estilo ortopédico, e infelizmente não havia outra opção para troca, o que prejudicou um pouco a qualidade do descanso.

O atendimento na recepção foi excelente. Solicitei um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro, mas quando cheguei tinha uma cama de casal. Tinham 2 elevadores no hotel, mas apenas 1 funcionando. Como tinham muitos hospedes, a demora no elevador era longa. O café da manhã foi péssimo. Não há reposição de comida. O café da manhã finaliza às 10h, se chegar 9h30 não tem nada e reclamar não adianta. Só depois de falar que iria procurar o gerente que deram um prato de pão de queijo. Quem está indo a trabalho e espera por uma wi-fi, não recomendo. Nos 3 dias que fiquei, não funcionou. Reclamei várias vezes, mas não adiantou. Tive que compartilhar a internet do celular com o computador para poder trabalhar.

Nuestra habitación no se parecía en nada a las fotos que muestra la página de hoteles.com, la vinos muy descuidada, en el baño no había donde poner nada, los paños estaban percudidos, se escuchan portazos y bulla toda la noche, pésima señal de internet, las tarjetas del cuarto se nos des configuraron todos los días, la verdad, es la primera vez que me pasa, alquilar un hotel en esta página y no tener una buena experiencia.

O quarto é extremamente espaçoso, tudo muito limpo e funcionários muito atenciosos. Porém, o hotel passava por obras e melhorias durante minha estadia e logo pela manhã o barulho de obra já começava a ecoar. Apenas um elevador estava funcionando, então os hospedes precisavam disputar o uso dele com os funcionários da obra e os materiais, o que tornou a chegada/saída do quarto bem desagradável já que demorava e sempre estava cheio.
