Was crap. The rooms were hot, the beds were wrong and there was no airport shuttle. The ladies at check in were very nonchalant about our concerns and if I hadn’t been completely exhausted by travels, we would have left. I do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was understaffed with trainees, which made the check-in period punishing. The restaurant was also understaffed and they did not communicate that our order of bar simple food would take 1.5 hours. When asked, they said they were backed up and offered no compensation or apologies. We would never stay here again. While affordable, the experience was terrible and a huge waste of time.

I can’t really say very much as I arrived very late at 230 in the morning after a delayed flight and left early to get to my final home destination. I did sleep very well in the bed, I would like to know where the pilllows are from! It was a very comfy bed.

Typical airport hotel; it was generally okay but it was a little worn in bits, the typical result of transcience. On the night we arrived late, the restaurant/bar area was mucky; the result no doubt of a busy night but it was disappointing/icky. The room was perfectiy good/generally clean (typical built up grubbiness on bathroom tiles) for an overnight stay. The location however, is great; walkable from the terminal, near the hire car location and with easy public transport.

Lovely hotel, very convenient for attending an event at the Highland Showground. A little busy on check-in, but staff were doing their best and had all 3 desks manned!
Room was very warm, too warm for me, so I had to open the window, which was fine, but a tad noisy with the airport being opposite. I couldn’t work out if the air con was working properly or not, but I managed to get the room to a comfortable temperature for me. I didn’t use the bar or order any food so unable to comment on those.
Overall a good stay, and would definitely stay here again.

Even though I received an e-mail from Moxy via Hotels.com stating that I could check in earlier than 3 pm if rooms were available, I was told at the desk that that wasn’t true because I was not a Marriott Bonvoy member and that I needed to wait until 3 (this was at 12:30 pm). I paid 3.50 for a cup of tea and waited around another hour until there was someone new at the desk. She told me the same thing, but then offered to sign me up for their membership program so she could give me a room early. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it is a short walk to the terminal (10 minutes with luggage), which was great. There are not many food choices nearby, and the food at the restaurant downstairs was pretty bad. The burger was dry and rubbery. I did not have time before my early flight for breakfast, so don’t know if that would be any better. Overall, I would stay again if I had an early morning flight like I did but would try to venture farther for food.

This hotel is a disgrace exploiting people who because of the Iran war had to change flights.

The Moxy offered neither a cancellation nor a change of date.

Quite shocking and may well affect my use of Expedia in the future. I lost £78 on this booking.

Hotel initially said they could change the booking if the change was done through Expedia but when Expedia approached them that could not be done without penalty.

Hotel has the style of a frat house. $15 for parking. Advertise heating and AC. But there was no AC. When inquired with management was advised to open the window. Bathroom is the size of a cruise ship cabin bathroom. Breakfast was good. Not recommended (by me)

There is no point in having climate control in the room if the recommendation is to open the window if the room is too warm. I don't expect to pay £109 to hear traffic noise. With the exception of a Scottish lady who checked me in, most of the staff seem to find it more convenient to ignore the customer. What is on offer, accomm and food is worth 50% of the prices

The room was clean, however someone in another room had left their tray of half eaten food outside their door which remained there for the duration of our stay. It would have been good if a staff member had checked the corridor and removed ,it wasnt very nice walking past a cold half eaten sausage etc.

More regular cleaning of tables in the bar area is needed too.

The staff at this hotel are inexperienced. When we arrived the person checked us in, passed over the keys and then took them back stating the room may still need cleaning. Food available was more like a fast food chain. Waited 45 minutes for a sandwich although the place was not overly busy. Several drink requests were made being advised that they were out of stock of items. Would not recommend staying here. The most disappointing aspect is that they are part of the Marriott chan. In comparison to the night before when we stayed at the Marriott Inverness which was excellent.

Check in was challenging. Receptionist was obviously new. That’s absolutely fine but she was clearly struggling and there were another two staff members who could have easily and should have stepped in but didn’t until asked. Final straw was when I asked for clarification of complete confusion re payment. She said “ I think so”. Longest check in ever. Doubt very much I’ll stay at the Moxy again. Still not sure about payment till I see my statement.

We were happy with the room, clean with comfortable bed and small but adequate en-suite, but the staff seemed to be uninterested in helping or taking payment for our breakfast.
