Everything was amazing.

The breakfast, the rooms, the all day coffee, , cleanliness, games in the lobby….everything was perfect. The location was in Midtown not downtown, but it was a very easy bus ride anywhere you needed to go. Also many tour companies pick up right in front of the building.

First person we talked to was very dismissive and said there was nothing they could do and am still waiting on a manager to respond to my correspondence, not even an apology yet.

The hotel's self-checkin is smooth and the room is spacious with comfortable beds. The only downfall is the location which is far from downtown. Would recommend staying here, but keep in mind the price of taxis are very high here. Good value for money.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The continental breakfast had good variety, and the food was delicious. The underground parking was very convenient and we never had an issue finding a parking spot. The hotel was located just a short drive from downtown. Reykjavík and the property was very quiet. The only downside to this hotel was the cleanliness. The bed did not feel clean and the bedsheets needed to be changed

This hotel is excellent! Staff is wonderful and room was very clean. Breakfast buffet was great. The one thing I did not like was the tight space for parking. It is garage parking underground. Thankfully my husband is an excellent driver but if you have a bigger vehicle, it might be an impossible fit for you.

We stayed here for a week with our children, ages 7 and 9, while visiting Iceland. We had a great experience here! The breakfast bar is absolutely delicious. We really liked the room and the convenience of the area. Although the underground parking is limited, we always found a spot and never had to park on the street. There is no front desk, but we had zero issues with our code to the building and room. There is also soup, lamb and vegetarian, available in the evening with adult beverages for purchase. You have to request housekeeping; we didn’t use it our whole week stay and were fine. We would definitely stay here again.

First time I stayed at a no-reception hotel. I liked that my room was close to the elevator and right next to the common fridge/cooler.
The blonde younger girl at the restaurant who was by herself during breakfast rudely yelled at me “NO!” when I approached the breakfast area thinking it wasn’t 7 AM yet (it was 7:02 on my watch). When she realized she was wrong she laughed to herself but didn’t apologize. Appreciate the no-fee hotel parking.

This was my second time staying here, and I’m so glad I did. Room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette was enough for a basic meal. The breakfast is definitely the highlight. Well stocked with a great variety. Staff was super quick to restock and keep the breakfast area clean. The only downside is the limited parking in the basement garage.

The rooms and hotel were very clean. Easy to navigate and hotel was very communicative through email. The reception is off site so you will not have a love staff but we had zero problems. Parking for the hotel/in the hotel is around a few spaces (10 or so) and if there’s no parking, you can park right alongside the hotel. The term mid town to an American usually means it’s in middle of the city / town. To our surprise we had a good drive each time and more of a challenge finding parking on arrival. Great for a place to sleep! We arrived late so didn't need much apart from a place to sleep that offered free breakfast and that was in goid location to start our drive towards the Golden Circle. Unfortunately as we arrived close to 11:00 p.m. there wasn't any parking spaces open in th their garage but we did find a spot on the street right out front. the breakfast was very good and the room and bed was comfortable although not much space around the bed.Selfxhexk in was very easy.

Easy check in, delicious and expansive breakfast though when we left at 6:45 am they wouldn’t allow us anything from breakfast that was being setup for 7 am. You must arrive before check-in time to assure a parking spot underground. Not much in the area for amenities. Mostly suburban and light industrial. Inside was quite lovely. Two soups ate available at 5:30 pm though the mushroom soup tasted fabulous but incredibly rich and salty for sensitive tummies.

Die Reinigung der Zimmer fand nur alle zwei Tage statt. Eines Tages gab es gar keine Handtücher mehr. Die abendliche (Eintopf-)Suppe mit Lamm war sehr, sehr lecker, leider nur viel zu teuer. Zwei Teller Suppe und zwei Bier (0,4) für € 70 ist ganz schön happig. Das Frühstück war exzellent und die Tische wurden immer prompt gereinigt. In dem Zimmer gab es keinen Safe und nur Etagen-Kühlschrank.
