Paul is the best. He makes it happen for everyone by the pool. Cool dude. The hotel is awesome except they could be a bit more laid back...seem to have a lot of rules for guests. They don't let guests come to your room including massage therapists. I've never seen that before. The gym is really lovely.

Paul the pool attendant was great and very attentive- cleaned my sunglasses regularly! Bar staff for snacks during the day by the pool were excellent.

Paul who works around the pool was a pleasure. Everyone was kind but Paul went above and beyond. He took the time to get to know you and sound shears check back in every 15-20 min. One day he was off during are stay and we were still well taken care of but everyone around the pool was asking when Paul would be back, he just goes out of his way to connect with guests

This resort is a gem, with warm, welcoming staff and a quiet, refined feel absent in much larger properties.

The staff set the tone and are the resort's greatest asset as they are attentive without being obstrusive and never fail to notice guest's needs. You sense they are completely guest focused.

Their friendliness makes for a welcoming 'home' and I was initially surprised that so many guests were repeat visitors, but quickly realized why. Many staff have been long time employees and welcome former visitors as family. A unique ambience.

The facility is well maintained and kept meticulously clean by the staff.
I purchased the all inclusive package and the three restaurants offered excellent a la carte food and attentive, friendly service.

I plan to return, as have so many guests. If looking for a friendly, refined and quiet property with superb staff you'll not go wrong.

It’s our second stay at Villa Premiere. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal. It’s a nice walk to the Malecón and Zona Romantica, enough for good exercise. All rooms have a full ocean view and the sound of the waves is a great way to fall asleep. We’ll be back.

We recently stayed at Villa Premier in Puerto Vallarta and it was exactly what we were looking for—quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. No loud music, no overwhelming crowds… just a beautiful, calm atmosphere where we could truly unwind.

The service was outstanding. Javier made sure we always had drinks in hand and gave us the best food recommendations. Paul was amazing as well—he treated us like friends from the moment we arrived. Honestly, every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and attentive.

The only downside was feeling pressured into attending a timeshare presentation. Roberto made it seem like we were obligated to go, and that part really took away from the otherwise perfect experience. I wish the hotel didn’t push that on guests.

Aside from that, everything was wonderful, and we would absolutely stay here again. The location, the vibe, and especially the staff made this trip unforgettable.

— Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene, adults-oriented getaway.

We will stay again however we would not do the all inclusive again. The drinks lacked flavor the food was a 6 out of 10.
The buffet at the sister hotel had better food.

We loved our stay. The staff makes you feel like family. Alex the bar tender is great. Ceasar in the restaurants will make sure you have exactly what you need for a great experience. Paul takes care of everyone during the day. Many more were exceptional, but those three are top notch. Very quiet and not much night life on property, but you are very close to great restaurants and the Malecon Boardwalk Vallarta is a short walk. We will be back.

Villa Premiere Boutique was overall a great experience, with staff like Alicia, Paul, Alejandro, and Edgar who were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Our honeymoon suite with jacuzzi was very clean, with modern decor, and had a beautiful view. The housekeeping staff was also amazing - they came in everyday, twice a day, to clean our room, make our bed, place new aromatherapy; they would even come in while we were out to prepare our bed for sleep and left chocolates. Worth mentioning to speak to their kindness and safety measures - there was also a kind woman who I didn’t get the name of, who had noticed me from the day prior and let me know that I had left my phone in the taxi we took to an excursion we had booked with Villa Premiere’s staff. She spotted me in the pool and immediately asked if I had lost my phone, arranged from the taxi driver to return my phone to me. I couldn’t have been more grateful. We would definitely return here for another vacation!

This was a great 3 day spot to relax and eat good food. Not a great beach due to the rocks, but the service that is provided is top notch. Cesar & Jorge took great pride in going the extra mile to make sure our dinner was spectacular. Edgar also did a great job during our stay. Overall if you want a small quiet spot with excellent food and good service go here. Bar pool could use more shock or a good cleaning. Water was a little foggy.

This is a fantastic hotel. From the reception when you arrived you are welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and a 5 min complementary massage. The location is very ideal. Most staff were helpful and friendly. All-inclusive was a bit confusing; we befriended a few people at the bar. They left before us, the bartender(s) put all their drinks on our check then asked us to tip based on the entire amount. Either do better at tracking tabs or don’t require all-inclusive guests to have checks. (Bring cash for all tips and prevent confusion on room charges.) Property is clean yet noticeably an older property that has had updates. Food is fine. Not terrible but nothing to write home about. (One step up from big all-inclusive resorts.)

This property was absolutely gorgeous and so close to everything we wanted while staying in Puerto Vallarta! The service was outstanding and the food and drinks were everything you’d want while on vacation. We chose the all inclusive package and we’re so glad we did. This resort has the absolute best food and drinks at any all inclusive I’ve ever booked before. Our room had an ocean view and it was so peaceful & relaxing in the evenings hearing the ocean waves lapping on the beach. I felt safe throughout my stay and the staff were definitely my favorite because not only were they friendly but super accommodating. I definitely intend on staying here again. 10/10 recommend. Book this property to experience paradise.

Pros-good food, easily walkable to the boardwalk, very nice views. Restaurant and housekeeping staff was great.
Cons-it was slow season but we were rarely offered drinks and always had to track down a server around the pool, requested a Nonalcoholic beer option in advance and again at check in but had to go buy our own until more than half way through the week they finally got some after talking to a manager. intro to the property was guided by someone trying to sell us on going to a sales pitch for a rooms package and was aggressive about things when we said we weren’t interested. Our “butler” was not helpful and I had to ask for one item to be ironed four times before it got done. The beach was very rocky and I would not consider it a swimable beach area.

They were very friendly when they greeted us when we arrived a bit earlier than check-in and our room wasn’t ready yet. They invited us to have a mini massage which was nice then we got our hotel key bracelets and had to access to the pools. Our room had a nice view and we were able to pick the style of feather pillows we wanted firm or light. They also gave us scented incense and that we could pick the smell we wanted, which was a nice way to relax. We had dinner at their lounge restaurant, which was nice so we could enjoy the hockey game that was playing.

Terrible service , if you opt out of “ all inclusive” they treat you like an outsider. You are the last priority for anything.
Asked for Coffee pods and some milk and water at 8 am, did not see it when we returned to the room at 5pm, were provided with this at 6 pm after multiple requests,

Even the coffee pods in the room was charged separately, upon reviewing the charges we noticed
They billed us additional donation amounts not authorized by us,

The room was amazing, beautiful ocean view. I was impressed with how attentive and caring all the staff were. I enjoyed the food, especially the coffee and fresh fruit. All staff were very accommodating of my gluten allergy. They even went out of their way to make me extra GF food. I felt very special. The themed night was a nice change from the two dinner options, and the entertainment at each was amazing. Cheers to Adán for his amazing service, presence, and attention to detail!
The only issue I had was finding a seat around the pool or the beach. We were told if we leave our things for 20 mins then they would be brought to the front desk. But this wasn't the case. On that note, I think Paul is the hardest working, nicest staff at Villa Premier!

Only minor issue staff could not get the TV to work and we were there during March Madness so couldn’t watch while waiting for my wife to get ready but we didn’t go to Mexico to watch TV anyway. Upshot we highly recommended VP to our neighbors when we got home

The stay started out rough. On arrival, we were informed that we had not signed up for All-inclusive. So either Expedia, Hotel or myself misread ad. So we decided to try the All-Inc day by day. We did it for a day and chose to go ala carte. But then were told because we confirmed when our leaving date was that we also confirmed the 300$ a day expense for our entire stay. I completed the Expedia check in review and suddenly got movement on our ala carte issue. In the end we are satisfied, not over joyed with the trip but enjoyed aspects of it.

The staff and service were lovely. The hotel itself was disappointing. Our room was dated and furnished in a way that I would not expect from a luxury hotel. The room had no view, and was situated next to housekeeping and maintenance closets that were used from early morning to late at night. Despite the great service, there's no way I would choose to stay at this hotel again.

Love the staff, friendly kind helpful! Room was just okay . On arrival safe had to be replaced! Lights out, table in room unstable. After a few days our door to our room would not lock! This is far from a Deluxe Room. No upgrade was offered or any special treatment for being a Gold member. The all inclusive was a disappointment, because the menus are very limited and not many normal choices for dinners! Breakfast by far was the best meal everyday. Pool is wonderful and very relaxing. I don’t think we will go back to Villa Premier.

Asked at 3 am for someone to stop the noise next to us, with no luck, even though I’m told staff went to the room. Air conditioning is spotty, and extremely noisy as well. Sw up pool felt as though it was a hot tub that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. They should remind people the bathrobes far away wouldn’t stay here again

I upgraded to a nicer room, and it was amazing. The upgrade fee was not that much. The room had a living room and kitchen. I also had a view of the ocean. It was very relaxing. I also was able to get laundry done. The person who cleaned my room left untreated in the room, too. It was a great place!

Our stay was terrific. Great restaurants, staff was very nice. Wonderful place. My sister is a frequent member (I understand why). She goes there a couple of times a year. We booked this through Expedia and thought we had all-inclusive but did not. The Expedia web site was not very clear about how to reserve all-inclusive. We also have a problem with our final bill, but that is mainly our bank's issue, I'm sure that will be cleared up shortly. I would definitely stay with them again.
