The property, while not in the Grace Bay Area, was not far away. We did rent a car and were able to come and go easily. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance (2 of which are directly adjacent to the hotel). The staff was fantastic and very helpful. We were able to enjoy time at the pool and were the only ones using it so that was nice that we weren’t surrounded by a lot of kids. The beach is walkable but the hotel also offers rides in their golf carts. I will say the beach Close to the hotel is a bit rocky although there are areas that you can easily enter as well. We did spot several types of small fish and sting rays. The room was nice, clean, and the beds were comfortable. They also have a rooftop deck for lounging where you can get a better view. It was a great value for the price.

I will never stay at your property again. Stayed there last year and fell in love with it. As time like Idid last year I purchased two rooms. I ask for a refund on one of my rooms due, to the fact my sister passport was stolen. I was no because you booked threw Expedia it does not matter I paid for rooms. The manager from Expedia emailed the manager, and the manager was to slack and rude to respond

The facility and staff at Zenza were amazing. We had a King room and found it very comfortable and roomy with a great patio for our morning coffee overlooking the harbor. The pool was a perfect addition to cooling off from a beautiful day at the beach. Additional towel (or wet clothing hooks) would be beneficial as well as a small microwave. Zenza helped us book a great excursion including the arrangements for pick up to and from. Loved this place!

It was a nice small resort. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large,clean, bed was comfortable. The tea cup looking tub in the room was odd, but Im 62 and maybe not interested in that amenity. I would have preferred a sofa or table. It was a nice resort that I would recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and created a welcoming atmosphere the moment I arrived.

The staff was truly outstanding, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with anything needed. Their hospitality made the stay feel both comfortable and personalized.

The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well appointed, with comfortable bedding and excellent amenities. Every detail reflected a high standard of care and quality.

We stayed 8 nights at Zenza. The rooms and balconies facing Turtle Cove are large and spacious…all with nice views. The beds are extra comfortable and the free access to bikes, golf cart rides to the local beaches, pastries/fruits/cookies and cold bottled waters are a plus! We had rented a car so it’s the perfect quiet spot to enjoy your time while in Turks & Caicos.

The staff was amazing. The roof top was beautiful in the evening for sunset.

Pool is very small and the best place. If they would have planned a rooftop pool, this property would be the bomb.

The rooftop is underutilized. It would be a perfect spot to serve happy hour and breakfast.

If you want loungers on the beach, this isn’t the hotel for you. The area they have the loungers is trashy. If the property would offer backpack beach chairs, then you would be able to be on the beautiful beach area. The hotel does offer towel and umbrellas for the day.

Great restaurants in the area that are walkable.

Rooms are very spacious and if you are on the 3rd floor you get both marina and beach view.

They also offer bikes for free.

We loved the hotel and the location on the bay. The room was excellent and beautiful. The free continental breakfast, all day cookies and fruit and bottles of water were a treat. Zenza was within walking distance to 2 beaches and 3 great restaurants. There was also an excellent food truck around the
corner. The front desk staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, with clean bedding that made it easy to fall asleep almost instantly.
The location was perfect for snorkeling, we were lucky enough to swim with a turtle twice during our stay, which was an unforgettable highlight.
The hotel service was excellent. Staff arranged bespoke pick-ups and drop-offs by a golf cart, and provided everything needed at the beach, including towels, parasols, sun loungers, and snorkeling gear. It made it totally hassle free.
The reception team was especially helpful and friendly, offering great local advice on activities, car hire, and restaurant recommendations… all of which proved very useful during our stay.
The snack bar was also a great bonus, perfect for quick bites and refreshments throughout the day.
There are two restaurants right next to it, we enjoyed them both.

Beautiful property walking distance to Smith's Reef or coconut beach. The room was immaculate. Staff here is incredible. They go above and beyond for everyone. Mario at the front desk was excellent. The breakfast pastries vary each day and were delicious. Snorkel gear is a nice extra as I snorkeled here every day. They give you a list of drivers, I used Frederick and he was superior. On time, very kind and personable. Restaurants near by were all fantastic with the Hideaway Grill being my favorite. They serve the most delicious chicken wrap! Stay at ZENZA if you want a peaceful vacation. I would book here again. 10/10.

Nice Modern Rooms situated on a Marina.
Very friendly helpful staff that will arrange or help with whatever you want to do.
Good restaurants real close by with outdoor seating on the Marina. Turtle cove and coconut beach are a quick golf cart ride or short walk away.
Saw turtles in the sea the first day at turtle cove.
You need a rental car If you stay here and you want to check out other parts of the island.
Stayed here 6 nights with my wife and 14 year old son. It’s a good alternative to the more expensive accommodations on grace bay.

I recently stayed at Zenza Hotel and had a positive experience overall. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, nicely designed, and extremely comfortable, with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a balcony overlooking Turtle Cove—definitely a highlight of the stay. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression.

The main drawback is the location. It’s a bit removed from downtown and the main tourist areas, so we found ourselves needing taxis for most outings, which added up quickly. There’s no on-site food or alcohol service, which was disappointing—especially since it would have been nice to relax by the pool with a drink. The beach is about an 8-minute walk, though the hotel does offer golf cart transportation and bicycles, which helps.

There are a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop nearby, but overall the area feels quiet and somewhat isolated—particularly when traveling with kids and wanting easy access to activities. That said, if you’re looking for a more remote, low-key, and relaxing experience, this hotel is a great option.

Overall, it’s a very nice property with excellent rooms and great staff. Staying here made us realize we prefer being closer to a busier area, so I’m not sure we’d stay again, but I would still recommend it depending on what kind of trip you’re looking for.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zenza Boutique Hotel. I’ve traveled extensively around the world, and I can honestly say this is one of the most generous and thoughtful hotels I’ve ever experienced—truly a 10/10.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The room was extremely comfortable and spotless, and the suite we stayed in was spectacular—spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a lovely balcony.

What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Jen at the lobby—she is such a kind and genuine person, always accommodating and ready to help with anything we needed. She truly made our stay even more special.

The hotel goes above and beyond with thoughtful touches—there’s always fresh fruit and plenty of water available in the lobby, which we really appreciated. There is also ample parking, and we loved using the complimentary bicycles to explore the area.

Although the hotel is not directly on the beach, it’s very easy to get there. You can walk, use the bikes, or take the golf cart, which makes it very convenient. The nearby beach is beautiful and definitely worth visiting.

If there’s one thing I loved most about my trip to Turks and Caicos, it was this hotel

I recently stayed at Zenza Hotel and had a really positive experience overall. The location was excellent—very convenient and made getting around easy. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated.

The staff was great throughout my stay, especially the concierge, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. There was a small hiccup regarding the steps, but the team handled it quickly and thoughtfully by adding lighting to improve visibility, which made a big difference.

As a single mom traveling with my kids, I thought Zenza was safe,reasonably priced and a very relaxing place. I appreciated the free fresh fruit, unlimited bottled water and pastries every morning. We loved the 2 beaches and used the free snorkeling equipment daily. They bikes and free golf cart trips to the beach were a nice touch.

We had an amazing stay at Zenza. This is a great option for those looking for calmer stay in a Turtle Cove marina but in proximity to Grace Bay and just 15 minutes from Sappodila Bay (great sunset spot and calm water for kids).
I recommend renting a car but note you drive on the left hand side and there are many roundabouts.
Rooms are spacious, modern and clean with clean and include large patio. They offer coffee some fruits and pastries for breakfast. Few good restaurant options within 10 minutes walk as well. Parking at the property included. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful with reservations for excursions and went above and beyond when my son wasn’t feeling well on check out day and let us stay in the room longer. It made all the difference! Thank you Zenza team!
Two beaches near the hotel. The Coconut beach is my favorite and Smith’s Reef for snorkeling. There are hotel loungers on the small beach, towels and umbrellas are also available at the hotel. We will definitely stay again when back in Provo!

This property is a gem. The staff were absolutely amazing, accommodating our every request. They always greeted us with a smile. A quick cart ride to the beach, provided by the staff, and you were snorkel in no time. They helped us rent a car which got delivered to the hotel and that made it really convenient for day trips around the island. The rooms are large clean and very comfortable with balconies looking out over the marina. I'd recommend staying here

Upon check-in, we were greeted then and every morning, afternoon and night we stepped into the lobby. Amazing top tier service that did not go unnoticed. We even called for a taxi the first night, was told it would be there in 10-15 mins so we stepped to the nearby bar, came back to the lobby to catch the taxi we thought was ours, but turns out it wasn’t. We found out because the front desk agent came looking for us everywhere! (Of course we apologized profusely).

The location was away from the main tourist area which we LOVED. We were at the marina that had decking access when we went to Noah’s Ark on Sunday. There were a few restaurants along the deck that all sold AMAZING food and would recommend all places.

The room was cool and amazingly kept. Everything was clean and the view was also very beautiful.

I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else during my time in TCI!! I can’t sing enough praises to how everyone here made my experience top tier. Can’t wait to be back! (:

There is not one bad thing that I can say about this hotel. It is incredible! The staff is wonderful. Mario is a GOD SEND! Room was clean and modern—glass bowl sinks and open stone showers. Comfortable beds and pillows, big ceiling fan and excellent AC. Quiet. Complimentary bottled waters throughout your stay. Balcony with comfy chairs and peaceful view of the yachts coming in and out. Literally ten steps from Baci restaurant and The Sharkbite. Pool is small but barely anyone there. Very modern and HEATED, so super enjoyable to take a dip in. Managers at the front are super helpful and are truly invested in getting everything right for your stay. Mango Reef Restaurant so close as well. Complimentary beach lounges, towels, umbrellas, and snorkel gear. They will take you and pick you up from a great beach right on Smith’s Reef—we saw tons of sea turtles, fish, and a stingray! Every time we went we saw more than we ever saw at Bight Reef. Away from Grace Beach, but just a short taxi ride to get there. Not fancy or as high end as the places on Grace Beach, but new and clean and safe and overall, a great experience if this is what you’re looking for.

We had a penthouse suite, which I believe was well worth the extra expense. The extra space indoors & outdoors, higher floor views, and private hot tub really elevated our experience. Very happy with the nearby amenities (walkable) including a quaint beautiful beach (Smith’s Reef), several great restaurants (Baci & Mango Reef), and a cafe open for breakfast & coffee (TurkWave). Also enjoyed the marina vibe with the boats coming and going. Obviously, this isn’t a Grace Bay resort with a private beach, but it was easy to get cabs to the Grace Bay Area for activities & dining. Overall we think this stay was a great value for what we were looking for - a luxury experience for a fraction of the resort prices.

Cherry and Mario were so Amazing. I love and appreciated them so much. Cherry was extremely helpful before I arrived helping out with an enhancement. And, once we arrived my daughter and I were blown away. They all exceed my expectations for the enhancement setup. The taxi drivers, the Jet Ski outing was so much fun. Everything from Check-In to Check out was phenomena. I will definitely be returning.

Large balcony with pretty view of the harbor.Good size room.Loved the fresh pastries, fruit, & coffee included each day.
Beach with good snorkeling a 10 minute walk.
Many dining options within 10-15 minute drive.
Would recommend renting a car.

Staff was amazing. Professional attention to details always had beach towels and water available they had snacks as well delicious , room was beautiful the staff even decorated it for us as a surprise for our honeymoon. Definitely recommend

Room is very clean and property is quite comfortable. It is not in the main touristy area, but is still walking distance to several restaurants and beaches. The room was quite clean, but it was a bit awkward to have the toilet and shower share a door (only one could be closed at a time) and be open to the main living area. The shower door did not completely close, so there was not much privacy. The staff went above and beyond to help me coordinate a car rental when my reservation at the airport fell through.
